Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a remote desktop management method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. In this embodiment, the remote management method may include:
step 102, a client application program list of a client is obtained.
In this embodiment, any appropriate manner may be adopted to obtain the client application list corresponding to the client. For example, the list of client applications may be obtained from user configuration information stored locally at the client. In another example, the list of client applications may be obtained from user configuration information stored on the server side. For another example, the search and query may be performed according to user login information of the client to obtain the client application list. For another example, the client application list may be determined according to an application program determined and reported by user input or selection. This embodiment is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, taking the application to multimedia teaching as an example, the following possible ways of obtaining the client application list are taken as examples for explanation:
the first method is as follows: and obtaining login information of a user logging in the client, and determining the client application program list according to the login information. For example, when the identity of the user who logs in the client is determined to be a student according to the login information, the application list 1 matching with the student is correspondingly acquired as the client application list. And when the identity of the user logging in the client is determined to be a teacher according to the login information, correspondingly acquiring an application program list 2 matched with the teacher as the client application program list.
The second method comprises the following steps: obtaining login information of a user logging in the client, determining configuration information matched with the user indicated by the login information according to the login information, and then determining the client application program list according to the default configuration information. For example, the configuration information may be generated according to an application program that needs to be used and is set when the user logs in the client for the first time, and when it is detected that the user logs in again, the corresponding configuration information may be directly matched, and the client application program list may be determined according to the matched configuration information.
The third method comprises the following steps: obtaining login information of a user logging in the client, determining an ID of the user, searching by taking the ID as a search keyword to obtain a search result, and finally analyzing the search result and/or historical information of the user through any appropriate mathematical model to further determine the client application program list. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the search keyword for searching may be, but not limited to, the ID of the user, for example, the search may also be performed according to a teaching subject of the user (an application program required to be used by the teaching subject may be determined through the search of the teaching subject), and the present embodiment does not limit this. Furthermore, the any suitable mathematical model may be pre-trained from a sample set.
It should be noted that the remote desktop management method described in this embodiment is not limited to be applied to multimedia teaching, and the remote desktop management method described in this embodiment can be referred to in any scene that needs similar remote desktop management.
And 104, comparing the client application program list with a preset application program list to obtain a comparison result.
It should be apparent to those skilled in the art that, among the existing multiple remote desktop connection modes, the applications that can be supported and run by different types of remote desktop connection modes are not exactly the same. For example, the input method application a may run in either the remote desktop connection mode a or the remote desktop connection mode B, while the mapping application B may run only in the remote desktop connection mode a and may not run in the remote desktop connection mode B. It should be noted that the remote desktop connection mode a and the remote desktop connection mode B may be any two modes of a plurality of known remote desktop connection modes.
In this embodiment, the application programs in the client application program list may be compared with the application programs in a preset application program list one by one. The remote desktop connection mode corresponding to the application in the preset application list may be determined (defined), so that the remote desktop connection mode applicable to the client may be determined according to the comparison result, that is, the following step 106 may be continuously performed.
In this embodiment, the client application program list may be compared with a preset application program list to obtain a comparison result, and then, a remote desktop connection mode may be allocated to the client according to the comparison result.
For example, as shown in table 1 below, a list of preset applications in the present embodiment is shown:
running-supported application
First remote desktop connection mode Applications 1, 2, 3 and 4
Second remote desktop connection mode Applications 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5
Third remote desktop connection mode Applications 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6
TABLE 1
As can be seen from table 1, in this embodiment, the preset application list at least includes: the name of each application program and the remote desktop connection mode corresponding to each application program. In this embodiment, three remote desktop connection modes described in the above embodiments are described as an example.
As in the previous example, if the client application list includes applications 1, 2, and 3, any one of three remote desktop connection modes may be selected and allocated to the client.
If the client application list includes applications 1, 2, 3, and 5, then a second remote connection model or a third remote desktop connection mode may be selected for assignment to the client.
If applications 1, 2, 3, and 6 are included in the client application list, a third remote connection model may be selected for assignment to the client.
It should be noted that, when there are multiple remote desktop connection modes that can be selected, one remote desktop connection mode may be randomly selected for allocation, or further filtered by combining with a set control policy.
As described above, in this embodiment, the first remote desktop connection mode has the least stress on the server, but the system security is poor; the second remote desktop connection mode and the third remote desktop connection mode have high system security, but have great pressure on the server, and particularly, the third remote desktop connection mode has the greatest pressure on the server because of the need of bearing and processing various three-dimensional graphics.
And 106, distributing a remote desktop connection mode matched with the comparison result to the client according to a set control strategy.
As described above, for example, if it is determined that all the applications in the client application list can operate in the remote desktop connection mode a according to the comparison result, the remote desktop connection mode a may be selected as the matching mode of the client according to the set control policy. For another example, if it is determined that all the applications in the client application list can be operated in the remote desktop connection mode B and only part of the applications can be operated in the remote desktop connection mode a according to the comparison result, the remote desktop connection mode B may be selected as the matching mode of the client according to the set control policy. This embodiment is not limited thereto.
Of course, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the setting control strategy may be configured according to actual situations, and any suitable strategy may be adopted as the setting control strategy described in this embodiment. For example, the setting control policy is configured according to the load condition of the server, or the setting control policy is configured according to the priority of each remote desktop connection mode.
In combination with the above-mentioned good and bad conditions of the remote desktop connection mode, in this embodiment, the setting control policy includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions:
the first condition is as follows:
when three types of remote desktop connection modes can be selectively allocated, a first remote desktop connection mode with the minimum server pressure can be allocated to the client according to a pressure priority selection principle indicated by the set control strategy.
Case two:
when the selectively allocatable remote desktop connection modes include a second remote desktop connection mode and a third remote desktop connection mode, a remote desktop connection mode with a smaller number of client connections can be selected and allocated to the client according to a load priority selection principle indicated by the set control policy.
Case three:
when the selectively assignable remote desktop connection modes include a first remote desktop connection mode and a second remote desktop connection mode, a second remote desktop connection mode with higher system security can be selected to be assigned to the client according to a system security priority selection principle indicated by the set control policy.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the setting control strategy can be specifically set according to actual situations, including but not limited to the three situations.
And step 108, selecting a server matched with the distributed remote desktop connection mode to be connected with the client.
Generally, different remote desktop connection modes correspond to different servers, and after the remote desktop connection mode is determined, a server matched with the determined remote desktop connection mode may be selected to be connected with the client, that is, the server matched with the determined remote desktop connection mode is allocated to the client, so as to implement the remote desktop operation of the client.
In summary, in the remote desktop management method according to the embodiment, the client application program list of the client is obtained; then, comparing the client application program list with a preset application program list to obtain a comparison result; finally, according to a set control strategy, allocating a remote desktop connection mode matched with the comparison result for the client; and selecting a server matched with the distributed remote desktop connection mode to be connected with the client. Therefore, in this embodiment, the remote desktop connection mode may be dynamically determined according to a service (e.g., an application) that the client needs to process, which not only ensures that a server connected to the client can support normal operation of the application that the client needs, but also avoids the problems of waste of server resources and unbalanced load, and saves cost.
In addition, the client application program list corresponding to the client can be accurately determined through analysis of the user attribute information and/or the historical behavior information of the login user, accuracy of selection of the remote desktop connection mode is improved, the application program determined according to the user attribute information and/or the historical behavior information meets user preferences, and user experience is improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of a remote desktop management method according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown. In this embodiment, at least the following three remote desktop connection modes may be preconfigured in the cloud:
a first remote desktop connection mode to instruct a connection of a client with a first server supporting a plurality of client connections.
And the second remote desktop connection mode is used for indicating that the client is connected with a second server provided with a plurality of virtual machines.
And the third remote desktop connection mode is used for indicating the client to be connected with a third server provided with a hardware display card and a plurality of virtual machines. The hardware display card can be shared by a plurality of clients connected with the third server, and the graphic display and processing performance of each client is improved.
It should be noted that each remote desktop connection mode correspondingly supports the running of different application programs. Wherein the first remote desktop connection mode, the second remote desktop connection mode, and the third remote desktop connection mode are similar in that: the installation, running and the like of the operating system and each application program are realized through a remote server, and a client can be only used for presenting a system desktop and/or a User Interface (UI) provided by the server. The client may specifically be a thin client, for example.
The first remote desktop connection mode, the second remote desktop connection mode, and the third remote desktop connection mode are different in that: the applications supported and run by each connection mode are not identical. For example, the input method application a may be run in the first remote desktop connection mode, or may be run in the second remote desktop connection mode and the third remote desktop connection mode. The two-dimensional drawing application program B can only operate in the second remote desktop connection mode and the third remote desktop connection mode, and cannot operate in the first remote desktop connection mode. The three-dimensional drawing application C may only operate in the third remote desktop connection mode and may no longer operate in the first remote desktop connection mode and the second remote desktop connection mode.
In this embodiment, the remote desktop management method may specifically include:
step 202, a client application list of the client is obtained.
In this embodiment, the client application list may be obtained in any suitable manner. One possible way to obtain the client application list may be as follows: and determining a client application program list corresponding to the client according to the login information reported by the client.
Specifically, the step 202 may include:
and a substep 2022 of determining a login user according to the login information reported by the client.
Substep 2024, obtaining user attribute information and/or historical behavior information of the login user.
Preferably, the obtaining of the user attribute information of the login user may include: searching by taking the determined identity identification number ID of the login user as a search keyword to obtain a search result; and determining the user attribute information of the login user according to the search result. Wherein the user attribute information includes at least one of the following information: the method comprises the following steps of preference information of a user to application software, professional information of the user and special information of the user.
Sub-step 2026, obtain the application program matched with the user attribute information and/or the historical behavior information.
Substep 2028, using the obtained application program matched with the user attribute information and/or the historical behavior information as the application program in the client application program list.
In this embodiment, the user attribute information and/or the historical behavior information may be analyzed to determine an application that may be used by the user. For example, according to the analysis of the historical behavior information of the user, the application frequently used by the user may be determined, and the determined application frequently used by the user may be used as the application in the client application list. For another example, a recommended application may be determined according to the user attribute information and/or the historical behavior information, and the determined recommended application may be used as an application in the client application list. Of course, it should be apparent to those skilled in the art that the manner in which the client application list is obtained is not limited thereto.
And 204, comparing the client application program list with a preset application program list to obtain a comparison result.
In this embodiment, preferably, the preset application list may include: the first indication information is used for indicating each application program in the preset application program list, and the second indication information is used for indicating the remote desktop connection mode corresponding to each application program in the preset application program list. In other words, by comparing the client application program list with the preset application program list, the remote desktop connection mode corresponding to each application program in the client application program list can be determined.
Further preferably, as described above, in this embodiment, at least a first remote desktop connection mode, a second remote desktop connection mode, and a third remote desktop connection mode may be included, and correspondingly, there may be three preset application lists: the first preset application list corresponding to the first remote desktop connection mode, the second preset application list corresponding to the second remote desktop connection mode, and the third preset application list corresponding to the third remote desktop connection mode. The first preset application list may include all applications that can be run in the first remote desktop connection mode, and the second preset application list may include all applications that can be run in the second remote desktop connection mode. All applications that can be run in the third remote desktop connection mode can be included in the third preset application list. The client application list may be compared with the first preset application list, the second preset application list, and the third preset application list, respectively, in the comparison process.
And step 206, distributing a remote desktop connection mode matched with the comparison result to the client according to a set control strategy.
In this embodiment, the setting control strategy may be configured according to actual situations. Preferably, the setting control strategy includes, but is not limited to: a priority policy. Wherein the priority policy may be: the priority of the first remote desktop connection mode is higher than the priority of the second remote desktop connection mode, and the priority of the second remote desktop connection mode is higher than the priority of the third remote desktop connection mode. Based on the priority policy, when allocating a remote desktop connection mode, the following process may be performed:
and if the client application program list is determined to be matched with the application program supported by one remote desktop connection mode according to the comparison result, directly distributing the unique remote desktop connection mode to the client.
And if the client application program list is determined to be matched with the application programs supported by the two or three remote desktop connection modes according to the comparison result, allocating a first remote desktop connection mode according to the priority, allocating a second remote desktop connection mode according to the suboptimal priority, and allocating a third remote desktop connection mode according to the strategy of allocating the remote desktop connection mode to the client. For example, if the client application list a can be run in either the first remote desktop connection mode or the second remote desktop connection mode, the first remote desktop connection mode may preferably be selected for allocation to the client.
It should be noted that the first remote desktop connection mode has the least stress on the server but the system security is poor, and the third remote desktop connection mode has the most stress on the server but the system security is the highest. It can be seen that, in this embodiment, the priority policy is determined according to the operating pressure of the server, and of course, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the priority policy may also be determined according to the system security, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Further preferably, the setting of the control strategy may further include: a load condition. In this embodiment, the remote desktop connection mode may be allocated to the client according to a load condition of each remote desktop connection mode and by combining the priority policy.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the load condition of each remote desktop connection mode can be determined firstly; and then, according to the comparison result and the determined load condition, selecting a first remote desktop connection mode, a second remote desktop connection mode or a third remote desktop connection mode to distribute to the client according to a set priority order. For example, if each application in the client application list a is satisfied to run in both the first remote desktop connection mode and the second remote desktop connection mode, but it is detected that the load of the first remote desktop connection mode is full (the number of connectable clients is full), the second remote desktop connection mode may be selected to be allocated to the client.
Finally, it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the remote desktop connection mode may be determined by, but not limited to, comparing the client application list with the preset application list, for example, each application in the client application list may be analyzed one by one, and an analysis result is compared with a setting standard corresponding to the preset connection mode, so as to determine the remote desktop connection mode corresponding to the client, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And step 208, selecting a server matched with the distributed remote desktop connection mode to be connected with the client.
It should be noted that the foregoing method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combinations for simplicity in explanation, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts or acts described, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
