Specifically, the terminal application status query module 20 for the management device in the platform information query apparatus may include an interworking platform account determining sub-module 210, configured to query a unified identity corresponding to the source user account under the source manufacturer platform from the platform account group information table, and extract a target user account under each target manufacturer platform having a platform interworking relationship with the source user account under the source manufacturer platform from the platform account group corresponding to the unified identity.

Specifically, the platform information query device may further include a platform account group information table construction module 50, configured to construct the platform account group information table according to the received unique identity information, the user account information under each manufacturer platform, and the platform intercommunication relationship between each user account and the user accounts under other manufacturer platforms; each item of unique identity information corresponds to at least one uniform identity mark, each uniform identity mark corresponds to a user account and a platform account group, and each platform account group comprises all user accounts under other manufacturer platforms which have platform intercommunication relation with the user account.
The platform information query device is a virtual device corresponding to the platform information query method in the first aspect, and the specific implementation manner of the platform information query device may refer to the platform information query method described in the first aspect, which is not described herein again.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for alarming abnormal behavior of a device. Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an apparatus abnormal behavior warning method for a factory platform, and as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus abnormal behavior warning method includes: the method comprises the steps that a manufacturer platform receives an intelligent household appliance abnormal behavior warning message carrying an intelligent household appliance identifier from a gateway or an intelligent household appliance, and sends platform user identifier query information to management equipment after determining that a terminal application program corresponding to a user account bound with the intelligent household appliance identifier under the manufacturer platform is in an unavailable state, wherein the platform user identifier query information comprises a user account of a user under the manufacturer platform; (ii) a Acquiring response information sent by management equipment, wherein the response information comprises a target manufacturer platform and a target user account, and a terminal application program corresponding to the target user account is in an available state; and analyzing the abnormal behavior alarm content of the intelligent household electrical appliance from the abnormal behavior alarm message of the intelligent household electrical appliance, and sending the alarm content and the target user account to the target manufacturer platform.
Specifically, the equipment abnormal behavior warning method runs on a manufacturer platform. After receiving the abnormal behavior warning message of the intelligent household electrical appliance carrying the identification of the intelligent household electrical appliance from the gateway or the intelligent household electrical appliance, the manufacturer platform firstly tries to push the abnormal behavior warning message of the intelligent household electrical appliance to the user terminal through a terminal application program corresponding to a user account bound with the identification of the intelligent household electrical appliance under the manufacturer platform. After determining that a terminal application program corresponding to a user account under the factory platform is in an unavailable state, sending a request to management equipment, requesting to acquire a currently available target user account and a target factory platform, analyzing abnormal behavior warning content of the intelligent household appliance from the abnormal behavior warning message of the intelligent household appliance, and sending the warning content and the target user account to the target factory platform, so that the target factory platform pushes the abnormal behavior warning message of the intelligent household appliance to a user terminal by using the target user account.
According to the equipment abnormal behavior warning method provided by the invention, when the manufacturer platform cannot directly push the intelligent household appliance abnormal behavior warning message to the user terminal, the other manufacturer platforms which are in intercommunication interconnection relation with the manufacturer platform are utilized to push the intelligent household appliance abnormal behavior warning message to the user terminal, so that the intelligent household appliance abnormal behavior warning message can be timely pushed to the user terminal, and the user experience of the intelligent household appliance is improved.
Specifically, the method for alarming abnormal behavior of equipment may further include: and after receiving the abnormal behavior warning content of the intelligent household electrical appliance and the manufacturer platform account from other manufacturer platforms, sending the abnormal behavior warning content of the intelligent household electrical appliance to a user terminal corresponding to the manufacturer platform account.
The equipment abnormal behavior warning method provided by the invention can push the abnormal behavior warning content of the intelligent household electrical appliance received from other manufacturer platforms to the user terminal corresponding to the manufacturer platform account by using the manufacturer platform, thereby pushing the abnormal behavior warning message of the intelligent household electrical appliance interconnected and intercommunicated with the intelligent household electrical appliance to the user terminal in time, and improving the user experience of the intelligent household electrical appliance.
Specifically, the method for alarming abnormal behavior of equipment may further include: after receiving request information for inquiring the terminal application program state of the target user account from the management equipment, analyzing the target user account from the request information, inquiring the terminal application program state corresponding to the target user account, and sending the terminal application program state to the management equipment.

The equipment abnormal behavior warning method provided by the invention determines the currently available intercommunication platform according to the state of the terminal application program, thereby accurately and efficiently pushing the intelligent household appliance abnormal behavior warning message to the user terminal in time.
In summary, the method for alarming abnormal behavior of equipment provided by the invention realizes that the abnormal behavior alarming message of the equipment is timely and accurately pushed to the user terminal by utilizing a plurality of interconnected manufacturer platforms, thereby avoiding equipment decentralization and management complication.

As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus for warning abnormal behavior of a device includes: an alarm message receiving module 60, configured to receive, by a manufacturer platform from a gateway or an intelligent home appliance, an intelligent home appliance abnormal behavior alarm message carrying an intelligent home appliance identifier, and after determining that a terminal application corresponding to a user account bound to the intelligent home appliance identifier on the manufacturer platform is in an unavailable state, send platform user identifier query information to a management device, where the platform user identifier query information includes a user account of a user on the manufacturer platform; a response information obtaining module 70 for the manufacturer platform, configured to obtain response information sent by the management device, where the response information includes a target manufacturer platform and a target user account, and a terminal application corresponding to the target user account is in an available state; the alarm content sending module 80 is configured to parse the abnormal behavior alarm content of the intelligent home appliance from the abnormal behavior alarm message of the intelligent home appliance, and send the alarm content and the target user account to the target manufacturer platform.

In view of the fact that the user A unloads the terminal application program of the manufacturer B, by using the abnormal behavior warning method of the intelligent household electrical appliance provided by the invention, the warning message can be displayed to the user A through the terminal application program of the cloud platform of the manufacturer C.

It should be noted that the unified identity management module and the management center are combined and then operate in a third-party management device that provides unified identity management for the cloud platform of each manufacturer, and the combined function is realized.

acquiring platform user identification query information sent by a source manufacturer platform, wherein the platform user identification query information comprises a source user account of a user under the source manufacturer platform;
determining target user accounts of users under each target manufacturer platform which have a platform intercommunication relation with the source user account under the source manufacturer platform, and sending request information for inquiring the state of a terminal application program to which the corresponding target user account belongs to each target manufacturer platform;
acquiring response information sent by each target manufacturer platform;
and determining at least one pair of a target manufacturer platform and a target user account according to the terminal application program state in each response message and informing the source manufacturer platform, so that the source manufacturer pushes the abnormal behavior warning message of the intelligent household appliance which cannot be pushed to the target user account through the target manufacturer platform.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the target user account of the user under each target vendor platform having a platform interworking relationship with the source user account under the source vendor platform specifically comprises:
and inquiring a uniform identity identifier corresponding to the source user account under the source manufacturer platform from a platform account group information table, and extracting target user accounts under each target manufacturer platform which have platform intercommunication relation with the source user account under the source manufacturer platform from a platform account group corresponding to the uniform identity identifier.

The platform information query method according to claim 1, wherein the terminal application program status includes a terminal application program availability status, a terminal application program running status, and terminal application program usage statistical information; the terminal application program running state comprises that the terminal application program runs in the foreground, the terminal application program runs in the background and the terminal application program is not started, and the terminal application program usage statistical information comprises user login duration and user login times;
determining at least one pair of the target manufacturer platform and the target user account according to the terminal application program state in each response message comprises:
selecting a target manufacturer platform and a target user account corresponding to response information meeting at least one of the following conditions:
the available state of the terminal application program is an available state;
the running state of the terminal application program is that the terminal application program runs in the foreground;
and the user login time length in the statistical information used by the terminal application program is greater than the preset time length and/or the user login times is greater than the preset times.
4. The platform information query method of claim 2, further comprising a step of constructing the platform account group information table, specifically comprising:
establishing a platform account group information table according to the received unique identity information, the user account information under each manufacturer platform and the platform intercommunication relationship between each user account and the user accounts under other manufacturer platforms; each item of unique identity information corresponds to at least one uniform identity mark, each uniform identity mark corresponds to a user account and a platform account group, and each platform account group comprises all user accounts under other manufacturer platforms which have platform intercommunication relation with the user account.
5. An equipment abnormal behavior alarm method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a manufacturer platform receives an intelligent household appliance abnormal behavior warning message carrying an intelligent household appliance identifier from a gateway or an intelligent household appliance, and sends platform user identifier query information to management equipment after determining that a terminal application program corresponding to a user account bound with the intelligent household appliance identifier under the manufacturer platform is in an unavailable state, wherein the platform user identifier query information comprises a user account of a user under the manufacturer platform;
acquiring response information sent by management equipment, wherein the response information comprises a target manufacturer platform and a target user account, and a terminal application program corresponding to the target user account is in an available state;
and analyzing the abnormal behavior warning content of the intelligent household electrical appliance from the abnormal behavior warning message of the intelligent household electrical appliance, and sending the warning content and the target user account to the target manufacturer platform for informing the target manufacturer platform to push the warning content to the target user account.

The platform information query device of claim 9, wherein the terminal application status query module comprises an interworking platform account determination sub-module, configured to query a unified id corresponding to the source user account under the source manufacturer platform from a platform account group information table, and extract a target user account under each target manufacturer platform having a platform interworking relationship with the source user account under the source manufacturer platform from a platform account group corresponding to the unified id.

The platform information query device of claim 9, wherein the terminal application state comprises a terminal application availability state, a terminal application running state, terminal application usage statistics; the terminal application program running state comprises that the terminal application program runs in the foreground, the terminal application program runs in the background and the terminal application program is not started, and the terminal application program usage statistical information comprises user login duration and user login times;
correspondingly, the notification module comprises a target platform account number determining submodule for selecting a target manufacturer platform and a target user account number corresponding to the response information meeting at least one of the following conditions: the available state of the terminal application program is an available state; the running state of the terminal application program is that the terminal application program runs in the foreground; and the user login time length in the statistical information used by the terminal application program is greater than the preset time length and/or the user login times is greater than the preset times.

The platform information query device of claim 9, further comprising a platform account group information table construction module for constructing the platform account group information table according to the received unique identity information, the user account information under each factory platform, and the platform interworking relationship between each user account and the user accounts under other factory platforms; each item of unique identity information corresponds to at least one uniform identity mark, each uniform identity mark corresponds to a user account and a platform account group, and each platform account group comprises all user accounts under other manufacturer platforms which have platform intercommunication relation with the user account.
13. An apparatus for alarming abnormal behavior of a device, comprising:
the system comprises an alarm message receiving module, a management device and a service platform, wherein the alarm message receiving module is used for a manufacturer platform to receive an intelligent household appliance abnormal behavior alarm message carrying an intelligent household appliance identifier from a gateway or an intelligent household appliance, and to send platform user identifier query information to the management device after determining that a terminal application program corresponding to a user account bound with the intelligent household appliance identifier under the manufacturer platform is in an unavailable state, wherein the platform user identifier query information comprises a user account of a user under the manufacturer platform;
the system comprises a response information acquisition module for a manufacturer platform, a response information acquisition module and a response information processing module, wherein the response information acquisition module is used for acquiring response information sent by management equipment, the response information comprises a target manufacturer platform and a target user account, and a terminal application program corresponding to the target user account is in an available state;
and the warning content sending module is used for analyzing the warning content of the abnormal behavior of the intelligent household electrical appliance from the warning message of the abnormal behavior of the intelligent household electrical appliance, sending the warning content and the target user account to the target manufacturer platform and informing the target manufacturer platform to push the warning content to the target user account.

The device for warning abnormal behavior of equipment according to claim 13, further comprising a warning message sending module, configured to send the warning content of abnormal behavior of the intelligent household electrical appliance to the user terminal corresponding to the factory platform account after receiving the warning content of abnormal behavior of the intelligent household electrical appliance and the factory platform account from other factory platforms.

The device for warning abnormal behavior of equipment according to claim 13, further comprising a terminal application status query module for the factory platform, configured to, after receiving request information for querying a terminal application status to which a target user account belongs from the management device, parse the target user account from the request information, query a terminal application status corresponding to the target user account, and send the terminal application status to the management device.
16. The device abnormal behavior warning apparatus of claim 13, wherein the terminal application state specifically includes:
the terminal application program running state, the terminal application program use statistical information; the terminal application program running state comprises that the terminal application program runs in the foreground, the terminal application program runs in the background and the terminal application program is not started, and the terminal application program usage statistical information comprises user login duration and user login times.
