Detailed Description
The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to examples:
example 1
A medical information integration engine for accessing an intra-hospital information management system to internet medical services, comprising:
the network protocol conversion module is used for converting the request of the internet medical service into the same protocol of the internal information management system of the hospital when the protocols of the internal information management system of the hospital and the internet medical service are not consistent, converting the request of the internet medical service into a basic standard protocol after the internal information management system of the hospital processes the request of the internet medical service, returning the basic standard protocol to the internet medical service, and supporting the protocol conversion of multiple formats of JSON, XML, DICOM and HL 7;
the network gate penetration module is used for connecting the communication of the internal network and the external network on a protocol from inside to outside specified by the network gate;
the medical term conversion module is used for establishing a medical term database and carrying out corresponding matching search according to the medical term database when medical data are inquired;
the centralized anomaly monitoring and early warning module is used for regularly acquiring working parameters of each integrated engine, regularly analyzing abnormal values of CPU, memory, network, message quantity, error quantity and anomaly proportion by the management center, comparing configured anomaly critical values, judging anomalies and triggering different alarm modules according to different configurations;
the distributed cluster deployment and automatic updating module only needs to send the updating instruction of each client side to the management center or send the updating instruction to the appointed client side, and each client side carries out silent updating after receiving the updating instruction, so that the distributed cluster deployment and automatic updating module supports the updating of a certain conversion protocol task in a client side operating system, an application program and the application program.
The work flow of the network protocol conversion module is shown in fig. 1:
an external request of the internet medical service enters a protocol conversion layer through a label 1;
the protocol conversion layer converts the external request into a protocol of the hospital internal information management system through configuration, and enters the hospital internal information management system through a label 2;
the information management system in the hospital processes the request and returns the request to the protocol conversion layer through a label 3;
the protocol conversion layer converts the hospital return to the standard mode and finally returns to the internet medical service through the reference numeral 4.
The above process is not limited to specific protocols, and JSON, XML, DICOM, HL7, http, WebService, tcp, etc. may be used, and the purpose of the process is to establish conversion between a set of basic standard protocols and other protocols, so that the system can adapt to various protocols.
The working flow of the gatekeeper pass-through module is shown in fig. 2:
the internet medical service external request starts from a label 1, and because the gatekeeper refuses to access from outside to inside, the external request is firstly sent to a server A (extranet) for request caching;
the server B (in the hospital) regularly penetrates through the gatekeeper to access the server A through the labels 2 and 3 to obtain the cached information and is brought into the hospital through the labels 4 and 5;
the server B processes the message and returns the result to the server A through a reference number 6 and a reference number 7;
and finally returning the result to the requesting party by the server A to complete the message request task.
The above processes do not limit specific network protocols, http, tcp, WebService, etc., and only one of them is used to communicate with the internal and external networks in the protocol from inside to outside specified by the gatekeeper. Meanwhile, in the circulation process, in order to ensure that the message content is legal, a message content verification mechanism is added, and only messages meeting certain rules are circulated into the internal network of the hospital, so that the safety is ensured.
The work flow of the automatic update module is shown in fig. 3, each time a new update or module addition occurs, the update or module addition is initiated by the client, the update or module addition is uploaded to the management center after being encapsulated and compressed, the sub-module will periodically go to the management center to detect its version, and if an update occurs, the update operation will be performed according to the update configuration (such as the upgrade time, whether to restart or not, and the like).
The operation of the medical information integration engine is described below for a specific example. Assuming that the hospital shift and the patient registration are required to be acquired at present, the association system comprises an appointment diagnosis and treatment system and an HIS system, and the corresponding business rules are as follows:
1. a network gate exists between the internal network and the external network of the hospital, and the external network is set not to allow the internal network of the hospital to be accessed.
