Optionally, each note may be added with a note tag when being created or edited, optionally, the same note may be added with one or more tags, and the user may search the note locally according to the tag, for example, the user clicks on a certain tag, and the client matches all the notes with the tag through the tag, and displays them in an aggregation manner, as shown in fig. 2P.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the tag is at least one of an author tag of the book to which the corresponding note belongs, a type tag of the book to which the corresponding note belongs, and a publication year tag of the book to which the corresponding note belongs. Of course, the label can be freely defined by the user, and is not limited to the above.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a selection operation of a label dimension may also be performed on a note to be presented, the note is presented according to different labels, and a next-level presentation may also be performed according to different sub-labels.
According to the scheme, after a first trigger operation for opening notes is received in an interface of a target application capable of reading electronic books, the notes made in the books in the target application can be presented, the notes made for the books can be checked without clicking a detail page entering the books, therefore, checking efficiency can be improved, the notes presented for the first trigger operation can be notes of a plurality of books under a unified entry in the target application, and therefore, the notes made for different books can be uniformly managed.
Furthermore, the user can arrange the note content according to the directory structure, so that the user can review the key points of the content conveniently by combining the book content structure, and the user can be helped to understand the book content better.
Furthermore, the user can manage the notes in different books according to the reading habits of the user by utilizing the label function, and the obstruction that the user cannot look over the books is broken.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic note management method 30, including:
step 300: receiving the operation of taking notes for the electronic book, and storing the notes according to the note index parameters;

Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus 40 for viewing an electronic note is provided, including:
a receiving unit 400, configured to receive a first trigger operation for opening a note in an interface of an electronic book reading application;
an obtaining unit 410, configured to obtain a note of a book in the electronic book reading application in response to the first trigger operation;
a presentation unit 420, configured to present the note.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the receiving unit 400 is further configured to receive, in a note presentation interface, an expansion triggering operation on the note;
the presentation unit 420 is further configured to expand and present the note layer by layer according to a hierarchy.
For example, after the notes are expanded according to the year, the notes are expanded according to the month and then the notes are expanded according to the date; for another example, the note is expanded according to the book name, then expanded according to the chapter catalog, and then expanded according to the section catalog, but the above describes only two examples in which the note is expanded and presented layer by layer according to the hierarchy, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the details are not described here.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the receiving unit 400 is further configured to receive a dimension selection operation on the note;

In this embodiment of the present invention, further, the receiving unit 400 is further configured to receive a month unfolding operation for the time axis;

For example, after the user clicks the "year 2015" option as in fig. 2D, the terminal expands the notes of year 2015 according to the hierarchy of months, as shown in fig. 2E, and note 6 and note 7 are located under month 8 and month 9, respectively, to which the added time point belongs. In one embodiment, the icon is a thumbnail of the note.
In this embodiment of the present invention, further, the receiving unit 400 is further configured to receive a date expansion operation for the time axis;
the presenting unit 420 is further configured to expand the time axis according to a hierarchy of dates in response to the date expansion operation, wherein each note is located in the time axis under the date to which the added time point belongs.

Having described the method and apparatus of exemplary embodiments of the present invention, next, an apparatus for viewing electronic notes or an apparatus for electronic note management according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, aspects of the present invention may be embodied as a system, method or program product. Thus, various aspects of the invention may be embodied in the form of: an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment (including firmware, microcode, etc.) or an embodiment combining hardware and software aspects that may all generally be referred to herein as a "circuit," module "or" system.
In some possible embodiments, an apparatus for viewing electronic notes, or an apparatus for electronic note management according to the present invention, may include at least one processing unit, and at least one storage unit. Wherein the storage unit stores program code which, when executed by the processing unit, causes the processing unit to perform the steps of the method for viewing electronic notes or electronic note management according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the above section "exemplary methods" of this specification. For example, the processing unit may perform step 200 as shown in fig. 2B: receiving a first trigger operation for opening a note in an interface of a target application capable of reading an electronic book; step 210: responding to the first trigger operation, and acquiring notes of books in the target application; step 220: and presenting the note.
For another example, the processing unit may perform step 300 as shown in fig. 3: receiving the operation of taking notes for the electronic book, and storing the notes according to the note index parameters; step 310: and presenting the note according to the index parameter in response to a first selection operation of the note index parameter.
An apparatus for viewing electronic notes, or an apparatus 60 for electronic note management, according to this embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 6. The apparatus for viewing electronic notes, or the apparatus for electronic note management 60 shown in fig. 6 is only an example and should not bring any limitations to the function and scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 6, the means for viewing electronic notes, or means for electronic note management 60, is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the apparatus for viewing electronic notes, or the apparatus for electronic note management 60, may include, but are not limited to: the at least one processing unit 16, the at least one memory unit 28, and the bus 18 that connects the various system components (including the memory unit 28 and the processing unit 16).
Bus 18 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processor, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The storage unit 28 may include readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)31 and/or cache memory 32, and may further include Read Only Memory (ROM) 34.
Storage unit 28 may also include a program/utility 41 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment.
The means for viewing electronic notes, or the means for electronic note management 60, may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, Bluetooth device, etc.), and may also communicate with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the means for viewing electronic notes, or the means for electronic note management 60, and/or with any devices (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enable the means for viewing electronic notes, or the means for electronic note management 60, to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Also, the means for viewing electronic notes, or the means for electronic note management 60, may also communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the Internet) through the network adapter 21. As shown, the network adapter 21 communicates with other modules of the device for viewing electronic notes, or the device for electronic note management 60, over the bus 18. It should be appreciated that, although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the means for viewing electronic notes, or the means for electronic note management 60, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.

In some possible embodiments, aspects of the present invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code for causing a terminal device to perform the steps of the method for viewing electronic notes or for electronic note management according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the above section "exemplary methods" of this specification when the program product is run on the terminal device, for example, the terminal device may perform the steps 200 as shown in fig. 2B: receiving a first trigger operation for opening a note in an interface of a target application capable of reading an electronic book; step 210: responding to the first trigger operation, and acquiring notes of books in the target application; step 220: and presenting the note.

More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
As shown in fig. 7, a program product 70 for viewing electronic notes or electronic note management according to an embodiment of the present invention is depicted, which may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program code, and may be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present invention is not limited in this regard and, in the present document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A readable signal medium may also be any readable medium that is not a readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device and partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of a remote computing device, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device over any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., over the internet using an internet service provider).
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several means or sub-means of the device for viewing electronic notes or electronic note management are mentioned, such division is not mandatory only. Indeed, the features and functions of two or more of the devices described above may be embodied in one device, according to embodiments of the invention. Conversely, the features and functions of one apparatus described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of apparatuses.
Moreover, while the operations of the method of the invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.
While the spirit and principles of the invention have been described with reference to several particular embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, nor is the division of aspects, which is for convenience only as the features in such aspects may not be combined to benefit. The invention is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

Claims (34)

1. A method of viewing electronic notes, comprising:
receiving a first trigger operation for opening a note in an interface of a target application capable of reading an electronic book;
responding to the first trigger operation, acquiring notes of a plurality of books in the target application, and presenting the notes, wherein the notes presented by the first trigger operation are the notes of the plurality of books under a unified entry in the target application;
the method further comprises the following steps: presenting the note in the selected dimension in response to a dimension selection operation on the note, wherein the dimension comprises a time dimension, a title dimension, and an author dimension;
the method further comprises the following steps: responding to the unfolding triggering operation of the note in a note displaying interface, and carrying out layer-by-layer unfolding displaying on the note according to the level;
wherein the note comprises excerpt content.
2. The method of claim 1, the responding to the dimension selection operation on the note comprising:
presenting an operation in response to the time arrangement for the note;
the presenting the note in the selected dimension includes:
the notes are presented in a timeline, each note being located in the timeline at a time to which the added point in time belongs.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the timeline is presented in an ordered or reverse order.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and in response to a month unfolding operation for the time axis, unfolding the time axis according to the hierarchy of months, wherein each note is positioned below the month to which the added time point belongs in the time axis.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and expanding the time shaft according to the hierarchy of dates in response to a date expansion operation aiming at the time shaft, wherein each note is positioned below the date of the added time point in the time shaft.
6. The method of any of claims 2-5, further comprising:
and modifying the note, and presenting the modified note at the time of the modification time point.
7. The method of claim 1, the responding to the dimension selection operation on the note comprising:
presenting an operation in response to the book name arrangement for the note;
the presenting the note in the selected dimension includes:
the notes are presented in the form of book names, each under the book name of the book being added.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the title is presented as follows:
and arranging and presenting the book names in a sequential or reverse order mode according to the adding time points of the added notes in the books corresponding to the book names.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein for any book, when there are at least two notes added to the book, the adding time point closest to the current time point is taken as the adding time point of the notes added to the book.
10. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and in response to a chapter catalog expansion operation for a book architecture corresponding to the book name, expanding the book architecture according to the hierarchy of chapter catalogs, wherein each note is positioned under the added chapter catalog under the book architecture.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
and in response to the section catalog expansion operation of the book architecture corresponding to the book name, expanding the book architecture according to the hierarchy of the section catalogues, wherein each note is positioned under the added program record under the book architecture.
12. The method of any one of claims 7-11, further comprising:
and modifying the note, and placing the name of the book to which the modified note belongs at the head.
13. The method of claim 1, the note having a corresponding tag.
14. The method of claim 13, the method further comprising:
and receiving a second trigger operation aiming at the label, and presenting all notes corresponding to the label.
15. The method of claim 13 or 14, wherein the tag is at least one of an author tag of the book to which the corresponding note belongs, a type tag of the book to which the corresponding note belongs, and a year of publication tag of the book to which the corresponding note belongs.
16. An apparatus to view electronic notes, comprising:
the electronic book reading device comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving a first trigger operation for opening a note in an interface of an electronic book reading application;
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain a note of a book in the electronic book reading application in response to the first trigger operation;
the presentation unit is used for presenting the notes, and the notes presented by aiming at the first trigger operation are notes of a plurality of books under a unified entry in a target application;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a dimension selection operation on the note, where the dimensions include a time dimension, a title dimension, and an author dimension;
when the presentation unit presents the note, the presentation unit specifically includes:
in response to a dimension selection operation on the note, presenting the note in the selected dimension;
the receiving unit is further used for receiving the unfolding triggering operation of the note in a note presenting interface;
the presentation unit is also used for expanding and presenting the note layer by layer according to the hierarchy;
wherein the note comprises excerpt content.
17. The apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the receiving unit, when receiving the dimension selection operation on the note, specifically: receiving a time-aligned presentation operation for the note;
when the presentation unit presents the note according to the selected dimension, specifically:
the notes are presented in a timeline, each note being located in the timeline at a time to which the added point in time belongs.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the timeline is presented in an ordered or reverse order.
19. The apparatus of claim 17, said receiving unit further for receiving a month unfolding operation for said time axis;
the presentation unit is further configured to, in response to the month unfolding operation, unfold the time axis by a hierarchy of months, each note being located in the time axis below a month to which the added time point belongs.
20. The apparatus of claim 19, the receiving unit further configured to receive a date expansion operation for the time axis;
the presentation unit is further configured to, in response to the date expansion operation, expand the time axis according to a hierarchy of dates, each note being located in the time axis below the date to which the added time point belongs.
21. The apparatus of any of claims 17-20, further comprising a modification unit to modify the note;
the presentation unit is further configured to present the modified note at the time to which the modification time point belongs.
22. The apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the receiving unit, when receiving the dimension selection operation on the note, specifically:
receiving a book name arrangement presenting operation aiming at the note;
when the presentation unit presents the note according to the selected dimension, specifically:
the notes are presented in the form of book names, each under the book name of the book being added.
23. The apparatus of claim 22, the presentation unit to present the title as follows:
and arranging and presenting the book names in a sequential or reverse order mode according to the adding time points of the added notes in the books corresponding to the book names.
24. The apparatus of claim 23, further comprising a determining unit configured to, for any one book, when there are at least two notes added to the any one book, take an adding time point closest to a current time point as an adding time point of the notes added to the any one book.
25. The apparatus of claim 22, wherein the receiving unit is further configured to receive a chapter directory expansion operation for a book architecture corresponding to the book name;
the presentation unit is further configured to, in response to the chapter catalog expansion operation, expand the book structure according to a hierarchy of chapter catalogs, each note being under the added chapter catalog under the book structure.
26. The apparatus of claim 25, wherein the receiving unit is further configured to receive a section catalog expansion operation for a book architecture corresponding to the book name;
the presentation unit is further configured to, in response to the section catalog expansion operation, expand the book architecture according to a hierarchy of section catalogues, where each note is located under the added program record under the book architecture.
27. The apparatus of any of claims 22-26, further comprising a modification unit to modify the note;
the presentation unit is further used for placing the book name of the book to which the modified note belongs at the head.
28. The apparatus of claim 16, the note having a corresponding tag.
29. The apparatus of claim 28, the receiving unit further configured to receive a second trigger operation for the tag;
the presentation unit is further configured to present all the notes corresponding to the label.
30. The apparatus of claim 28 or 29, the tag is at least one of an author tag of a book to which the corresponding note belongs, a type tag of a book to which the corresponding note belongs, and a year of publication tag of a book to which the corresponding note belongs.
31. An electronic note management method, comprising:
receiving the operation of taking notes for the electronic book, and storing the notes according to the note index parameters;
in response to a first selection operation on the note index parameter, presenting the note by the index parameter;
the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving an operation of adding a label to a note, and storing the label corresponding to the note, wherein the label comprises at least one of an author label of a book to which the note belongs, a type label of the book to which the note belongs, and a publication year label of the book to which the note belongs;
responding to the selection operation of the label, and presenting the note corresponding to the selected label;
wherein the presenting the note according to the note index parameter comprises:
responding to a triggering operation of a user on the note, performing layer-by-layer expansion and presentation on the note according to a hierarchy, wherein the note presented according to the triggering operation is a note of a plurality of books under a unified entry in a target application;
wherein the note comprises excerpt content.
32. The method of claim 31, wherein the note index parameters include time and/or book structure information.
33. An electronic note management device, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the operation of taking notes on the electronic book;
the storage unit is used for storing the note according to the note index parameter;
the receiving unit is further used for carrying out first selection operation on the note index parameter;
the presentation unit is used for responding to the first selection operation and presenting the note according to an index parameter;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive an operation of adding a tag to a note, where the tag includes at least one of an author tag of a book to which the corresponding note belongs, a type tag of the book to which the corresponding note belongs, and a publication year tag of the book to which the corresponding note belongs;
the storage unit is further used for storing the label corresponding to the note;
the receiving unit is further used for receiving a second selection operation of the label;
the presentation unit is further configured to present, in response to the second selection operation, a note corresponding to the selected tag;
the receiving unit is further used for receiving a trigger operation on the note;
when the presentation unit presents the note according to the note index parameter, the presentation unit specifically comprises:
responding to the trigger operation, performing layer-by-layer expansion presentation on the notes according to the levels, wherein the notes presented according to the trigger operation are notes of a plurality of books under a unified entry in a target application;
wherein the note comprises excerpt content.
34. The apparatus of claim 33, wherein the note index parameters include time and/or book structure information.
