In this embodiment, when an application that needs to send an application invitation currently is installed in the smart tv 200, the smart tv 200 sends the application invitation to a contact that needs to send through the server according to the content of the fifth storage. It should be noted that the manner of sending the application invitation information stored in the fifth storage to the contacts in the mobile terminal 100 may be set according to actual needs, and the application invitation information may be sent separately according to a default order, or may be sent in a combined manner according to actual needs and selected by the user or according to a priority order until all the contacts intending to send the invitation receive the invitation. It can be understood that the number of application invitations that can be sent in the current time period of the current smart television 200 controlled by the server may be set according to actual needs, and may be a dynamic value or a fixed value.
It can be understood that in order to send out the rest of the application invitation information to be sent, an application consistent with the invitation sent by the mobile terminal needs to be installed in the smart television 200, and when the application does not exist in the smart television 200, the application is acquired from a preset server. After the smart television 200 acquires the application that needs to send the application invitation currently, the smart television 200 sends the application invitation through the application and the server. It should be noted that the preset server is stored in the cloud and stores various application files suitable for the smart television 200.
Specifically, when the application does not exist in the smart television 200, the smart television 200 obtains an application file that currently needs to send an application invitation by sending an application name to a server, and installs the application through the application file. It can be understood that the application name of the mobile terminal 100 is sent to the server, and after the application file suitable for the corresponding smart television 200 is matched and downloaded, the application file is installed, so that the application name and the ASCII code of the smart television 200 and the mobile terminal 100 are matched, and the subsequent application invitation sending through the installed application is facilitated.

the sending unit 213 is configured to send the application invitation through the server when the number of the remaining contacts is not greater than the number of application invitations that can be sent by the application that needs to send the application invitation and is installed in the current smart television 200 in the current time period.
In this embodiment, specifically, the smart television 200 obtains, from the server, the number of the applications of the smart television 200 that can send the application invitation in the current time period, and if the number of the contacts that need to be sent is greater than the number of the applications of the smart television 200 that can send the application invitation in the current time period, it indicates that the smart television 200 cannot send the application invitation information that needs to be sent in the current time period to the end, and the smart television 200 sends the application invitation according to the number of the applications that can be sent in the current time period, and stores the information of the contacts that remain after sending the application invitation, so that the smart television 200 sends the application invitation information in the next time period until all the application invitations are sent in the next time period. If the number of the remaining contacts to be sent is less than or equal to the number of application invitations that can be sent by the application of the current smart television 200 in the current time period, it indicates that the smart television 200 can send the application invitations through the server in the current time period.
It should be noted that, the smart television 200 may also display the number, name, and number of the application invitation that needs to be sent in the current surplus on the television screen by creating a display layer, which is convenient for the user to check the invitation process and perform the next operation in time.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the application invitation information is sent and stored by the intelligent television 200, and the interaction between the intelligent television 200 and the mobile terminal 100 is combined, so that the operation that a user needs to repeatedly submit the application invitation is avoided, the time consumption for sending the application invitation by the user is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the system for sending an application invitation based on a smart television of the present invention, referring to fig. 9, in a fourth embodiment of the system for sending an application invitation based on a smart television of the present invention, the mobile terminal 100 further includes:
a third sending module 130, configured to send, according to the contact information in the address list, the application invitation through the server when the number of contacts in the address list of the mobile terminal 100 is less than or equal to the number of application invitations that can be sent by the application in the current time period.
It can be understood that, when the number of contacts in the address list of the mobile terminal 100 is less than or equal to the number of application invitations that can be sent by the application in the current time period, it indicates that the mobile terminal 100 can complete sending of the application invitations that need to be sent, and therefore, directly sending the application invitations through the server is suitable for the case where the number of application invitations that need to be sent is small, thereby reducing unnecessary operations and reducing the time consumption for sending the application invitations.
Specifically, when the number of contacts in the address list of the mobile terminal 100 is less than or equal to the maximum application invitation number, the mobile terminal 100 stores the information of the contacts to be sent to the third memory, and the server reads the content stored in the third memory to send the application invitation.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the system for sending an application invitation based on a smart television of the present invention, referring to fig. 10, in a fifth embodiment of the system for sending an application invitation based on a smart television of the present invention, the mobile terminal 100 further includes:

In this embodiment, before the number of contacts in the address list and the number of application invitations sent by the preset application of the mobile terminal 100 in the current time period are obtained, the application running time of the current mobile terminal 100 is saved in the fifth memory and is synchronized with the running time of the server, so that the accuracy of the contact information when the application invitations are processed is ensured. It should be noted that, preferably, the time saved by the current application running time is accurate to a specific date, and the standard of synchronization between the current application running time and the server is that the current application running time and the server are the same date.

when the number of the contacts in the address list of the mobile terminal is larger than the number of the contacts which can send application invitations in the current time period, the mobile terminal sends the information of the rest contacts except the contacts which can send the invitations in the current time period through the mobile terminal to the intelligent television;
the intelligent television receives the information of the rest contact persons sent by the mobile terminal;
the smart television judges whether an application requiring application invitation sending is installed in the current smart television;
if not, the intelligent television acquires an application file required to send the application invitation currently by sending an application name to a server, and installs the application through the application file;
and if so, the intelligent television sends application invitation through the server according to the received information of the rest contacts.
2. The method for sending the application invitation based on the smart television as claimed in claim 1, wherein the smart television sending the application invitation through the server according to the received remaining contact information comprises:
the intelligent television acquires the number of the remaining contacts and the number of application invitations which are required to be sent and installed by the current intelligent television and can be sent in the current time period;
the intelligent television judges whether the number of the remaining contacts is larger than the number of application invitations which can be sent in the current time period by the application needing to send the application invitations and installed in the current intelligent television;
and if not, sending the application invitation through the server.

The method for sending application invitations based on the smart television as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the mobile terminal obtains the number of contacts in the preset address list of the mobile terminal and the number of application invitations that can be sent by the preset application in the current time period, the method further comprises:
and when the number of the contact persons in the address list of the mobile terminal is less than or equal to the number of the application invitations which can be sent by the application in the current time period, the mobile terminal sends the application invitations through the server according to the contact person information in the address list.

The method for sending application invitations based on the smart television as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the number of contacts in the address list of the mobile terminal and the maximum number of application invitations of the current mobile terminal preset by the server further comprises:

the first sending module is used for sending the information of the rest contacts except the contacts which can send the invitation in the current time period through the mobile terminal to the intelligent television when the number of the contacts in the address list of the mobile terminal is larger than the number of the contacts which can send the application invitation in the current time period by the application;
the receiving module is used for receiving the information of the rest contact persons sent by the mobile terminal;
the judging module is used for judging whether an application which needs to send an application invitation is installed in the current smart television;
the second sending module is used for sending an application name to the server to obtain an application file which needs to send the application invitation currently when the application which needs to send the application invitation is not installed in the smart television, and installing the application through the application file;
and when the application needing to send the application invitation is installed in the intelligent television, sending the application invitation through the server according to the received information of the rest contacts.
6. The smart television-based application invitation sending system according to claim 5, wherein the receiving module comprises:
the acquiring unit is used for acquiring the number of the remaining contacts and the number of application invitations which can be sent in the current time period by the application needing to send the application invitations and installed in the current smart television;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the number of the remaining contacts is larger than the number of application invitations which can be sent in the current time period by the application needing to send the application invitations and installed in the current smart television;
and the sending unit is used for sending the application invitation through the server when the number of the remaining contacts is not more than the number of application invitations which can be sent by the application needing to send the application invitation and installed in the current smart television in the current time period.
7. The smart television-based application invitation transmitting system of claim 5, wherein the mobile terminal further comprises:
and the third sending module is used for sending the application invitation through the server according to the contact information in the address list when the number of the contacts in the address list of the mobile terminal is less than or equal to the number of the application invitation which can be sent in the current time period.
