Referring to fig. 1, a method for backing up data of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The backup method of the mobile terminal data is applied to the mobile terminal and comprises the following steps:
in step S101, it is detected whether the mobile terminal receives a deletion instruction.
In this embodiment, APP (Application) software is installed in the mobile terminal in advance, and the APP software is used to implement the backup method for mobile terminal data provided in this embodiment, and after a user starts the APP software, the mobile terminal will start to automatically execute a step of detecting whether the mobile terminal receives a delete instruction.
It can be understood that, if the deletion instruction is not detected, the operation is ended.
in step S102, if a deletion instruction is detected, it is determined whether the operation is an erroneous operation according to the user biometric characteristic and/or the data time characteristic.
In step S103, if it is determined that the operation is an erroneous operation, the deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction is acquired.
in this embodiment, after the mobile terminal obtains the deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction, a backup instruction is generated, the backup instruction carries the deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction, then the mobile terminal sends the backup instruction to the cloud server, the cloud server receives the backup instruction, establishes a storage area, and stores the deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction into the storage area according to the backup instruction, and the cloud server also binds the corresponding mobile terminal identifier to the storage area, so that when the mobile terminal needs to restore data, the corresponding storage area can be found according to the mobile terminal identifier, and thus the data to be restored is obtained from the storage area.
it can be understood that, if it is determined that the operation is not a malfunction, the corresponding data is deleted according to the deletion instruction.
In step S104, the acquired deletion data is backed up to a cloud server.
Preferably, after the step of backing up the acquired deletion data to the cloud server, the method further includes:
receiving a prompt message for deleting data, which is pushed by a cloud server, wherein the prompt message carries brief description of the deleted data; if a data recovery instruction is received, acquiring deleted data from the cloud server; and restoring the deleted data to the mobile terminal.
If the cloud server stores the deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction, the cloud server automatically pushes a prompt message for deleting the data to the mobile terminal after a period of time, wherein the prompt message carries a brief description of the deleted data; the mobile terminal side can display a prompt box, and after a user clicks a confirmation recovery key in the prompt box, deleted data are obtained from the cloud server; and restoring the deleted data to the mobile terminal.
As can be seen from the above, the method for backing up data of a mobile terminal provided in this embodiment detects whether the mobile terminal receives a delete instruction; if the deleting instruction is detected, judging whether the operation is misoperation according to the biological characteristics and/or the data time characteristics of the user; if the misoperation is judged, acquiring deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction; and backing up the acquired deleted data to a cloud server. Namely, after the mobile terminal deletes data by mistake, the deleted data can be automatically backed up to the cloud server, and when the user needs to restore the deleted data, the data can be obtained from the cloud server and restored to the mobile terminal. Therefore, the embodiment can ensure that the data of the mobile terminal is not lost, and effectively protect the security of the data of the mobile terminal.
Referring to fig. 2, a method for backing up data of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The backup method of the mobile terminal data is applied to the mobile terminal and comprises the following steps:
In step S201, it is detected whether the mobile terminal receives a deletion instruction.
In this embodiment, APP software is installed in the mobile terminal in advance, and the APP software is used to implement the backup method for the mobile terminal data provided in this embodiment, and after the user starts the APP software, the mobile terminal will start to automatically execute the step of detecting whether the mobile terminal receives the delete instruction.
It can be understood that, if the deletion instruction is not detected, the operation is ended.
In step S202, if a deletion instruction is detected, the front camera is turned on for shooting.
In step S203, a face image captured by the camera is acquired.
in step S204, the acquired face image is matched with a face image of the owner of the mobile terminal.
in step S205, if the matching is unsuccessful, it is determined that the operation corresponding to the delete instruction is a false operation.
It is understood that if the acquired face image matches the face image of the mobile terminal owner, it is confirmed that the mobile terminal owner is operating, and this operation is a non-erroneous operation.
In step S206, if it is determined that the operation is an erroneous operation, the deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction is acquired.
In step S207, the acquired deletion data is backed up to a cloud server.
As can be seen from the above, the method for backing up data of a mobile terminal provided in this embodiment detects whether the mobile terminal receives a delete instruction; if the deleting instruction is detected, shooting a face image of the mobile terminal in use, and matching the face image with a face image of a mobile terminal owner; and if the matching is unsuccessful, determining that the operation is not the operation of the owner of the mobile terminal and possibly the behavior of others to delete the data maliciously, and backing up the deleted data to the cloud server. Namely, after the mobile terminal deletes data by mistake, the deleted data can be automatically backed up to the cloud server, and when the user needs to restore the deleted data, the data can be obtained from the cloud server and restored to the mobile terminal. Therefore, the embodiment adopts the human face to identify, can effectively distinguish whether the deletion operation is executed by the host, and can backup when the deletion operation is not executed by the host, so that the data of the mobile terminal can be ensured not to be lost, and the safety of the data of the mobile terminal can be effectively protected.
Referring to fig. 3, a method for backing up data of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
the backup method of the mobile terminal data is applied to the mobile terminal and comprises the following steps:
In step S301, it is detected whether the mobile terminal receives a deletion instruction.
In step S302, if a deletion instruction is detected, it is determined whether deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction is data established within a preset time.
In this embodiment, if a deletion instruction is detected, the creation time of the deletion data is obtained from the attribute, a time difference is calculated according to the creation time and the current time, the calculated time difference is compared with a preset time, and if the time difference is less than or equal to the preset time, the deletion data is data created within the preset time.
If yes, determining that the operation corresponding to the deletion instruction is misoperation.
in step S303, if it is determined that the data is created within the preset time, it is determined that the operation corresponding to the delete instruction is an erroneous operation.
In step S304, if it is determined that the operation is an erroneous operation, the deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction is acquired.
In step S305, the acquired deletion data is backed up to a cloud server.
As can be seen from the above, the method for backing up data of a mobile terminal provided in this embodiment detects whether the mobile terminal receives a delete instruction; if the deleting instruction is detected, judging whether the deleting data corresponding to the deleting instruction is data established within preset time; and if the data established within the preset time is judged, determining that the operation corresponding to the deletion instruction is misoperation, and backing up the deleted data to the cloud server at the moment. Namely, after the mobile terminal deletes data by mistake, the deleted data can be automatically backed up to the cloud server, and when the user needs to restore the deleted data, the data can be obtained from the cloud server and restored to the mobile terminal. Therefore, the embodiment adopts the data establishment time for judgment, so that the data can be effectively backed up when the user deletes the data which is newly established soon, and the data can be acquired from the cloud server when the user needs to recover, so that the data of the mobile terminal can be ensured not to be lost, and the safety of the data of the mobile terminal can be effectively protected.
referring to fig. 4, a method for backing up data of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The backup method of the mobile terminal data is applied to the mobile terminal and comprises the following steps:
in step S401, it is detected whether the mobile terminal receives a deletion instruction.
In step S402, if a deletion instruction is detected, it is determined whether the duration of the continuous click is less than a preset time; and the duration of the continuous clicking is a preset period of time before the deletion instruction is detected.
In this embodiment, since the mobile terminal records the time of each click, the time difference between two clicks can be calculated according to the recorded click time. Therefore, the time difference between the click deletion and the previous click deletion can be calculated, and if the time difference is smaller than the preset time, the operation corresponding to the deletion instruction is determined to be misoperation. Because it is impossible for the user to determine in a short time that the data is to be deleted, there is generally a period of time when the user thinks about whether to delete.
however, it is understood that the click time may be three times or more, and may be set according to the requirement.
In step S403, if it is determined that the time is less than the preset time, it is determined that the operation corresponding to the deletion instruction is an erroneous operation.
in step S404, if it is determined that the operation is an erroneous operation, the deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction is acquired.
In step S405, the acquired deletion data is backed up to a cloud server.
As can be seen from the above, the method for backing up data of a mobile terminal provided in this embodiment detects whether the mobile terminal receives a delete instruction; if the deleting instruction is detected, judging whether the continuous clicking duration is less than the preset time or not; and if the judgment result is less than the preset time, determining that the operation corresponding to the deleting instruction is misoperation. At this time, the deleted data is backed up to the cloud server. Namely, after the mobile terminal deletes data by mistake, the deleted data can be automatically backed up to the cloud server, and when the user needs to restore the deleted data, the data can be obtained from the cloud server and restored to the mobile terminal. Therefore, whether the user continuously clicks within the time is adopted to judge, misoperation caused by too fast clicking is effectively avoided, data of the mobile terminal can be prevented from being lost, and the safety of the data of the mobile terminal is effectively protected.
Referring to fig. 5, a method for backing up data of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The backup method of the mobile terminal data is applied to the mobile terminal and comprises the following steps:
In step S501, it is detected whether the mobile terminal receives a deletion instruction.
in this embodiment, APP software is installed in the mobile terminal in advance, and the APP software is used to implement the backup method for the mobile terminal data provided in this embodiment, and after the user starts the APP software, the mobile terminal will start to automatically execute the step of detecting whether the mobile terminal receives the delete instruction.
It can be understood that, if the deletion instruction is not detected, the operation is ended.
in step S502, if a deletion instruction is detected, operation fingerprint information corresponding to the deletion instruction is acquired.
In this embodiment, a fingerprint collection policy is set in advance, that is, after APP software for implementing the backup method of the mobile terminal data provided in this embodiment is started, fingerprint information of a user operating a mobile terminal screen is collected once at intervals.
in step S503, the acquired operation fingerprint information is compared with fingerprint information of the owner of the mobile terminal.
in step S504, if the operation is not consistent, it is determined that the operation corresponding to the deletion instruction is an erroneous operation.
In step S505, if it is determined that the operation is an erroneous operation, the deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction is acquired.
In step S506, the acquired deletion data is backed up to a cloud server.
preferably, after the step of backing up the acquired deletion data to the cloud server, the method further includes:
Receiving a prompt message for deleting data, which is pushed by a cloud server, wherein the prompt message carries brief description of the deleted data; if a data recovery instruction is received, acquiring deleted data from the cloud server; and restoring the deleted data to the mobile terminal.
If the cloud server stores the deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction, the cloud server automatically pushes a prompt message for deleting the data to the mobile terminal after a period of time, wherein the prompt message carries a brief description of the deleted data; the mobile terminal side can display a prompt box, and after a user clicks a confirmation recovery key in the prompt box, deleted data are obtained from the cloud server; and restoring the deleted data to the mobile terminal.
as can be seen from the above, the method for backing up data of a mobile terminal provided in this embodiment detects whether the mobile terminal receives a delete instruction; if a deleting instruction is detected, acquiring operation fingerprint information corresponding to the deleting instruction; comparing the acquired operation fingerprint information with fingerprint information of the owner of the mobile terminal; and if the operation is not consistent with the operation instruction, determining that the operation corresponding to the deletion instruction is misoperation. Therefore, the embodiment adopts the fingerprint to identify, can effectively distinguish whether the deletion operation is executed by the owner, and can back up when the deletion operation is not executed by the owner, so that the data of the mobile terminal can be ensured not to be lost, and the safety of the data of the mobile terminal can be effectively protected.
Fig. 6 is a diagram of an interaction system between a mobile terminal and a cloud server according to an embodiment of the present invention. The interaction process of the mobile terminal and the cloud server is as follows:
in step S601, the mobile terminal detects whether the mobile terminal receives a deletion instruction.
in step S602, if the mobile terminal detects a deletion instruction, it determines whether the operation is an error operation according to the user biometric characteristic and/or the data time characteristic.
In step S603, if the mobile terminal determines that the operation is an incorrect operation, the mobile terminal acquires deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction.
In step S604, the mobile terminal generates a backup instruction, where the backup instruction carries deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction.
In step S605, the mobile terminal backs up the acquired deletion data to the cloud server according to the backup instruction.
In step S606, after receiving the backup instruction, the cloud server establishes a storage area, and stores the deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction into the storage area according to the backup instruction, and also binds the corresponding mobile terminal identifier to the storage area, so that when the mobile terminal needs to restore data, the corresponding storage area can be found according to the mobile terminal identifier, thereby obtaining the data to be restored from the storage area.
As can be seen from the above, the backup system for mobile terminal data provided in this embodiment detects whether the mobile terminal receives the delete instruction; if the deleting instruction is detected, judging whether the operation is misoperation according to the biological characteristics and/or the data time characteristics of the user; if the misoperation is judged, acquiring deletion data corresponding to the deletion instruction; and backing up the acquired deleted data to a cloud server.
