Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
In order to solve the problems that in the prior art, a user identification module in a mobile phone is easy to take out, the mobile phone with the user identification module taken out cannot keep network connection, and cannot transmit position information through a mobile phone network, so that the mobile phone positioning fails and the mobile phone retrieving effect is poor, the application discloses a mobile phone anti-theft method, a device, a system and a mobile phone.
The embodiment of the application discloses a mobile phone anti-theft method, which is applied to a processor arranged in a mobile phone, wherein the processor is connected with a user identification module fixing device, and the user identification module fixing device is used for fixing a user identification module of the mobile phone. Referring to a workflow diagram shown in fig. 1, the mobile phone anti-theft method includes:
and step S11, the processor generates a prompt message for inputting the password by the user identification module after acquiring the user identification module taking-out instruction.
When a user touches a corresponding interface on the mobile phone, the processor can generate a corresponding user identification module fetching instruction according to the touch operation. Or, if the corresponding contact is arranged on the mobile phone, when the user touches the contact, the processor generates a corresponding user identification module to fetch the instruction.
For example, if a touch switch is provided in the mobile phone, when the user touches the touch switch through the card pin, the processor may generate a corresponding user identification module fetch instruction.
In addition, the user identification module password extraction prompt message can be presented in various forms, for example, in a form of a window on a mobile phone interface, or in an acousto-optic effect, so that the user can be prompted to input the password extracted by the user identification module. The user identification module extracts the password and comprises multiple forms such as preset text information, preset gesture actions or biological characteristics of the user, wherein the biological characteristics of the user comprise fingerprints, facial image information or iris information.
Step S12, after receiving the correct user identification module password, the processor transmits a fixing release instruction to the user identification module fixing device, so that the user identification module fixing device releases the fixing of the user identification module.
The processor verifies whether the password taken out by the user identification module is correct or not after receiving the password taken out by the user identification module, the verification operation is usually realized by matching and comparing the received password taken out by the user identification module with a preset password, if the received password taken out by the user identification module is matched with the preset password stored in the processor, the password taken out by the user identification module is determined to be correct, correspondingly, if the received password taken out by the user identification module is not matched with the preset password stored in the processor, the password taken out by the user identification module is considered to be wrong.
In addition, after the subscriber identity module fixing release device releases the fixing of the subscriber identity module, a user can take out the subscriber identity module from the subscriber identity module card slot.
In steps S11 to S12 of the present application, an anti-theft method for a mobile phone is disclosed, which is applied to a processor in a mobile phone, the processor being connected to a subscriber identity module holder provided in the mobile phone, the subscriber identity module holder being used for holding a subscriber identity module of the mobile phone. When a user needs to take out a user identification module in the mobile phone, the processor generates password taking-out prompt information of the user identification module according to an obtained user identification module taking-out instruction so as to prompt the user that the user needs to input the user identification module to take out a password; after receiving a user identification module removal password input by a user, if the processor determines that the user identification module removal password is correct, the processor transmits a fixation removal instruction to the user identification module fixing device so that the user identification module removes the fixation of the user identification module, and the user identification module can be removed. In addition, if the processor determines that the received sim retrieval password is incorrect, the fixing release instruction is not transmitted to the sim fixing apparatus, in which case the sim fixing apparatus continues to hold the sim, and the user cannot retrieve the sim.
By the method, the verification mechanism can be added when the user identification module needs to be taken out, and the user identification module can be fixed only after the user identification module passes the verification, namely, the user identification module in the mobile phone can be taken out only after the correct user identification module is received and the password is taken out, so that the user identification module is prevented from being taken out randomly, the mobile phone can be ensured to keep network connection, the positioning information of the mobile phone can be normally transmitted, the mobile phone can be positioned, and the probability of finding back the mobile phone is improved.
Further, the method disclosed in the present application further comprises: and after the processor receives the wrong user identification module and takes out the password, the processor transmits the current position information of the mobile phone to a server or a preset mobile phone number.
If the processor verifies that the user identification module password is wrong, the user who inputs the user identification module password may not know the correct user identification module password, and the user may be a thief. Under the condition, the processor transmits the current position information of the mobile phone to the server or preset mobile phone numbers through the network, so that the mobile phone can be positioned according to the position information, and the mobile phone owner can conveniently retrieve the mobile phone.
The mobile phone anti-theft method can prevent the user identification module installed in the mobile phone from being taken out randomly. The Subscriber Identity Module includes various types, such as a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, a Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) card, a User Identity Module (UIM) card, and a User Identity Module (UIM) card, which are not limited in this application.
Correspondingly, a second embodiment of the present application discloses a mobile phone antitheft device, which is applied to a processor arranged in a mobile phone, wherein the processor is connected with a subscriber identity module fixing device arranged in the mobile phone, and the subscriber identity module fixing device is used for fixing a subscriber identity module of the mobile phone.

The prompt information generating module 100 is configured to generate prompt information for inputting a password by taking out a user identification module after obtaining a user identification module taking-out instruction;
the release instruction generating module 200 is configured to transmit a release instruction to the sim fixture after receiving a correct sim password, so that the sim fixture releases the sim fixture.
Further, the mobile phone anti-theft device disclosed in the present application further includes: and the position information transmission module is used for transmitting the current position information of the mobile phone to a server or a preset mobile phone number after the wrong user identification module is received and the password is taken out.
Through the device, can increase the verification mechanism when needing to take out the subscriber identity module, only after the verification passes, just remove the fixed to subscriber identity module, that is to say, only after receiving the correct subscriber identity module and taking out the password, just can take out the subscriber identity module in the cell-phone, thereby avoid subscriber identity module to be taken out at will, ensure that the cell-phone can keep network connection, thereby ensure that the locating information of cell-phone can normal transmission, realize the location to the cell-phone, improve the probability that the cell-phone searched back.
And if the user identification module extraction password received by the processor is incorrect, the user who inputs the user identification module extraction password may not know the correct user identification module extraction password, and the user may be a thief. Under the condition, the processor transmits the current position information of the mobile phone to the server or preset mobile phone numbers through the network, so that the mobile phone can be positioned according to the position information, and the mobile phone owner can conveniently retrieve the mobile phone.
