Description

Voice data processing method and device and intercom system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a method and a device for processing voice data and an intercom system.
Background
With the continuous development and improvement of the communication market, the cluster scheduling system based on the public network becomes the inevitable trend of the development of the communication market. The system realizes cluster communication scheduling by using a public network, supports cross-region wide area cluster scheduling, and overcomes the defect of limited signal coverage area of a private network cluster scheduling system. The system is combined with a dispatching desk to support operation management and command dispatching application. With the increasing demand of common enterprise-level user groups, community user groups, individual users and the like for wide area cluster services, a control system based on private networks such as mobile, internet, telecommunication and the like is used as job management (for example, as talkback job management), and meanwhile, command scheduling is provided, so that the consumption cost of common users is increased, and the system is increasingly unable to adapt to market development.
Originally, analog trunking communication used analog voice for communication, and analog interphone communication was the main mode of wireless communication dedicated in our country. However, the analog interphone has the outstanding disadvantages of low frequency utilization rate, serious mutual interference, poor communication voice quality, short communication distance, single service function, unstable communication, difficult management and control and the like.
With the development of public mobile communication, the interphone market gradually becomes an important professional communication market, and the digital trunking communication system becomes the mainstream. The digital trunking communication system adopts digital signaling and uses multiple access technology, voice coding technology, modulation technology and the like, so that the user connection of the trunking communication system is reliable. Compared with analog interphones, the digital interphone has the advantages of high frequency utilization rate, small mutual interference, good communication voice quality, long communication distance, multiple service functions, stable communication, easy management and control and the like.
The Push to Talk Over Cellular (PoC) service in the public network digital trunking intercom technology is to introduce the intercom function in trunking communication into a mobile Cellular network, allow a user to communicate with one or more other users at the same time, mainly face industrial customers, such as industries where work places such as logistics, transportation, property security and the like are outdoors, and have strong demands on remote intercom and scheduling. The system can provide the cluster scheduling service for the customers, the customers do not need to purchase professional communication equipment or special networking, and can quickly and efficiently carry out group communication and resource scheduling at low cost by realizing one-key talkback through a mobile phone.
PoC is a mobile data service with a talk-back function implemented on a public mobile network, and is implemented based on a mobile communication network and a signal over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology, and has a wide network coverage and is capable of roaming in different places. In brief, PoC digitizes an analog signal (Voice) and transmits it in real time over an IP Network (IP Network) in the form of Data packets (Data packets). In the 3G era, the PoC service was very bright as a voice service over a data network. As some mobile operators in the united states and europe push PoC (push to talk) services over public mobile networks, PoC is becoming a popular mobile data service of interest to the industry at one time. PoC uses a half-duplex communication method, and can perform "one-to-one" and "one-to-many" calls, and is on-line by one-touch without waiting for dialing. Compared with the second generation mobile communication (2G), the third generation mobile communication (3G) has the advantage that it can overcome the disadvantage of insufficient bandwidth on the wireless access side of the mobile network, but due to the huge investment of the underlying network, operators need to reduce the risk of operating 3G through intensive research in service and service management. PoC changes the traditional way of speaking by people "one-to-one" using mobile phones, and users can make "one-to-many" instant conversations with multiple users anywhere. The communication mode meets the demand of business clients on instant communication, for example, building construction teams, field sales teams, express delivery personnel and logistics service teams carry out instant cluster communication, and complex services such as voice short messages and family conferences can be carried out.
In view of the current development of digital trunking communications, the trunking industry is in an early development stage, and the scale of digital trunking communications is far behind the scale of development of public mobile communications. Meanwhile, the digital trunking communication system in use at home completely adopts foreign technologies and equipment, and the whole industry is basically in a state of being monopolized by foreign manufacturers. Moreover, the standard of both TETRA system and iDEN system is not open, the iDEN system is monopolized by motorola, and although TETRA system is compatible in air interface, the systems of various manufacturers cannot be interconnected, which affects the development of TETRA system. The most direct problem caused by the current situation is that the price of the terminal and the system equipment is high, or the cost of system maintenance, upgrading and capacity expansion is high, so that the development of digital trunking communication is limited to a great extent.
The PTT service based on a cellular mobile communication network is called PoC. PoC is based on 2.5G networks (GSM/GPRS, cdma2000) or 3G networks (WCDMA, cdma2000), which takes full advantage of the properties of GPRS or cdma 1x mobile packet networks to implement PTT through half-duplex VoIP technology. Meanwhile, PoC also combines the service attributes of instant messaging, Presence, etc., and becomes a personalized service integrating voice and data. However, PoC service is relatively single, and there is no internet Web-based cluster talkback application.
In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed.

In operation, the PC 102 and the intercom terminal 104 are both connected to the server 106 via the internet, thereby implementing the intercom function of the system. The intercom terminal 104 may access the internet through the base station in a 2G/3G manner, or may access the internet through a router with a Wifi module. The voice server 1062 in the server cluster is used for decompressing and distributing the voice data packets from the PC 102 and the intercom terminal 104; the Web server 1064 is used for providing Web resources for the talkback application, and performs authentication processing on the PC 102 and the talkback terminal 104, and the talkback function of the system can be realized only after the authentication is passed; the database server 1066 is used for storing data during the intercom process, including voice data, signaling data, and the like.
The working principle of the intercom system is as follows: the talkback terminal 104 and the PC 102 equipped with the Web control system need to perform identity authentication through the server 106, and after the authentication is passed, the talkback terminal and the PC can acquire group information of the talkback group in which they are located; the talkback terminals 104 perform the group, and the voice server 1062 pushes information such as the IP address, the port address, and the like of the talkback group to the talkback terminals, at this time, the talkback terminals 104 and the voice server 1062 establish a UDP channel; after the UDP channel is established, each intercom terminal 104 monitors the voice data in its own UDP channel in the intercom group, when receiving the voice data, each intercom terminal 104 decompresses and restores the data packet to audio data that can be recognized by its own system for playing, when a user speaks in the intercom group using the intercom terminal 104, the intercom terminal 104 packs the audio data entered by the user into a voice data packet in a format predefined by the system and sends the data packet to the voice server 1062, the voice server 1062 determines the intercom terminal 104 in the intercom group that has established the UDP channel, and then distributes the voice data packet to each determined intercom terminal; then, each talkback terminal automatically plays the corresponding voice content according to the received voice data packet.

Example 2
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method embodiment of a method of processing speech data, it being noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figure may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions, and that while a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of an alternative method for processing voice data according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
step S202, acquiring voice data recorded into a Web client;
and step S204, the obtained voice data is distributed to the talkback terminal through the server, wherein the talkback terminal is used for converting the distributed voice data into the voice data which can be recognized by the talkback terminal, and playing the voice content corresponding to the converted voice data.
During implementation, a user can input audio information through an intercom control system installed on a PC, a tablet terminal and other equipment, and then the Web client uses a Javascript to call related sound recording in the intercom control system to obtain voice data input into the Web client. After the voice data are acquired, the voice data are distributed to the talkback terminals connected with the IP addresses of the PC, the tablet terminal and other devices through the server. At this time, the intercom terminal converts the distributed voice data into voice data that can be recognized by itself, and automatically plays the voice content corresponding to the converted voice data.
It should be noted that, because the voice data formats used by the Web client and the intercom terminal are generally different, the intercom terminal performs data conversion according to the preset rule after receiving the voice data distributed by the server, so as to prevent the defect that the intercom terminal cannot recognize the audio data recorded by the Web client and therefore cannot communicate between the two intercom parties.
Through the steps, when the user talkbacks with other users, a special talkback terminal does not need to be additionally purchased, the talkback task can be completed by using the existing hardware resources (such as a PC (personal computer), a flat panel terminal and the like) which are provided with the specific Web client, the blank that the Web client cannot carry out voice communication with the talkback terminal is filled, and the purposes of saving cost and facilitating implementation and maintenance of the user are achieved; furthermore, a WEB control system based on the Internet is used as an operation management means, a command scheduling function is provided, the consumption cost of common users is reduced, PoC services of talkback terminals such as mobile phones are enriched, and the cluster talkback application based on the Web of the Internet is increased.
Optionally, after or before distributing the acquired voice data to the intercom terminal through the server, the method further includes:

s4, converting the acquired voice data distributed to the Web client into voice data which can be identified by the Web client;
and S6, playing the voice content corresponding to the voice data which can be recognized by the converted Web client through the Web client.
In other words, for the Web client and the intercom terminals in the same intercom group, during the intercom process, the server can distribute the voice data from the Web client to each intercom terminal, and also distribute the voice data from each intercom terminal to the Web client, however, when the user of the Web client inputs the audio data, the user of each intercom terminal can only wait, and similarly, when the user of each intercom terminal inputs the audio data, the user of the Web client can only wait. When the voice data packet of the talkback terminal is sent to the server and is distributed to the Web client side by the server, the Web client side can receive the voice data packet through the talkback control and unpack and play the voice data packet.
Through the steps, the audio input function of the Web client side can be realized, and the voice playing function of the Web client side can also be realized.
Optionally, distributing the acquired voice data to the intercom terminal through the server includes:

Specifically, the Web client implements service control by calling the ocx control. The Web control system on the Web client side mainly comprises a Web system website and an ActiveX talkback control. The ActiveX talkback control is a core program for realizing data transmission with the talkback terminal, and mainly realizes signaling transmission, voice data transmission, heartbeat maintenance and the like.
The data transmission process of the Web control system and the talkback terminal is as follows: by using an IP (Internet protocol) talkback technology, the Web client side realizes service control by calling the ocx control; the ocx control packs the audio data of the system into a voice data packet defined by the system, sends the voice data packet to the voice server, and then the voice server calculates the talkback terminals establishing a UDP channel in the talkback group, so that the voice data packet is distributed to the talkback terminals; the talkback terminals monitor the voice data of the UDP channel in the talkback group, and when the voice data is monitored, the voice data is decompressed and restored into the audio data which can be recognized by the talkback terminals per se for playing.
In addition, a technical protocol program of secondary development of data transmission of the Web control system and the talkback terminal, a software module of the technical protocol program and an overall operating system of the server terminal are digitally presented.
The invention fills the blank that the Web client can not carry out voice communication with the talkback terminal in the current digital talkback industry. The invention can realize innovation and promotion in the digital talkback research and development field, enables more re-development functions to better provide services for markets and users, opens the possibility of secondary development of the traditional digital talkback technology, and promotes the digital talkback technology to a brand-new research and development field.
Optionally, before acquiring the group information of the talkback group, the method further includes:
s18, the server authenticates the talk-back terminal and the Web client;
and S20, after the authentication is passed, executing the step of acquiring the group information of the talkback group.
Through the steps, information leakage caused by eavesdropping of users outside the talkback group can be prevented, and therefore information safety inside the talkback group is achieved.
Example 3

Through the embodiment, when the user talkbacks with other users, a special talkback terminal does not need to be additionally purchased, the talkback task can be completed by using the existing hardware resources (such as a PC (personal computer), a flat panel terminal and the like) which are provided with the specific Web client, the blank that the Web client cannot perform voice communication with the talkback terminal is filled, and the purposes of saving cost and facilitating implementation and maintenance of the user are achieved; furthermore, a WEB control system based on the Internet is used as an operation management means, a command scheduling function is provided, the consumption cost of common users is reduced, PoC services of talkback terminals such as mobile phones are enriched, and the cluster talkback application based on the Web of the Internet is increased.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: a second acquisition unit configured to acquire the voice data distributed to the Web client by the intercom terminal through the server after or before the acquired voice data is distributed to the intercom terminal through the server; the conversion unit is used for converting the acquired voice data distributed to the Web client into voice data which can be identified by the Web client; and the playing unit is used for playing the voice content corresponding to the voice data which can be identified by the converted Web client through the Web client.
By the embodiment, the audio input function of the Web client can be realized, and the voice playing function of the Web client can also be realized.
