Step 301, the crew terminal connects to the prepaid system.
In this step, the crew terminal may be a laptop or a computing device such as a mobile phone or a tablet, the prepaid system may be a device with a routing function, the equipment is connected with the crew terminal through a Lan network port or a WIFI module, can serve as relay routing equipment of the crew terminal and the satellite access terminal, the prepaid system can also calculate the time or flow of data communication of the crew terminal according to the login user name and password of the crew terminal, or a stored value account number, for example, the crew logs in the prepaid system through a flow password purchased in advance, the system calculates the flow consumed by the crewman terminal in the process of network browsing or other communication, and checks the flow corresponding to the flow password, and when the communication data flow of the crew terminal reaches a flow threshold value, refusing the crew terminal to continue using the network.
In this embodiment, it is assumed that only 1 crew member uses a prepaid system and has purchased 15MB of communication data traffic in advance, and the prepaid system counts the traffic of the crew member communication data, for example, the statistical result is 10MB, that is, the crew member uses 10MB of communication data traffic.
And step 302, the prepayment system is connected with a satellite access terminal through a Lan network port.
In this step, the prepaid system is connected to the satellite access terminal through, for example, a Lan 2 port, so as to implement a communication network in which the crew terminal uses the marine satellite through the satellite access terminal.
And step 303, connecting the ship owner terminal with the satellite access terminal.
In this step, the ship owner terminal may also be a device such as a mobile phone, a laptop, a tablet computer, or the like, and may also be connected to the satellite access terminal through a relay device such as a router, or in this example, the ship owner terminal may be connected to the satellite access terminal through, for example, a Lan No. 1 network port.
And step 304, the satellite access terminal marks the APN of the communication data according to the Lan network port.
In this step, the ship owner terminal accesses the satellite access terminal through the Lan network port No. 1, the prepaid system accesses the satellite access terminal through the Lan network port No. 2, and the satellite access terminal marks the communication data of the ship owner terminal and the communication data of the crew terminal with corresponding APNs according to the difference of the accessed Lan network ports, for example, the ship owner communication data is marked as APN1, the crew communication data is marked as APN2, and the APN mark is located at the packet header or the packet middle or the end of the communication data.
And 305, the satellite access terminal communicates with the maritime satellite to realize the transmission of communication data between the ship owner and the crew.
In this step, the satellite access terminal establishes a communication connection with the maritime satellite through a satellite link, receives and transmits communication data, and achieves the purpose of communication between the ship owner terminal and/or the crew terminal and the outside, and the communication data have marks of different APNs, so that the satellite billing server can conveniently bill the communication data.
And step 306, the satellite billing server calculates the flow of the maritime satellite communication data in real time.
In this step, the satellite billing server may perform traffic statistics on the communication data of the marine satellite, and may perform timing statistics according to the time of the communication data.
In this example, a description will be given by taking a traffic statistic as an example, in which when the satellite billing server performs traffic statistic, APN tags in communication data are identified, and traffic statistic is performed on communication data of different APN tags, for example, the traffic statistic for communication data tagged by APN1 is 2MB, and the traffic statistic for communication data tagged by APN2 is 10 MB.
And 307, the satellite charging server sends the accumulated charging result to the ship owner terminal when the settlement date is reached.
In this step, the settlement date may be the last day of each natural month, or may be any specified date, and the satellite billing server sends the accumulated billing result in a billing period to the ship owner terminal, and may send the result in an email manner, or may send the result in a short message or APP data manner to the ship owner terminal.
The communication data traffic of the crew terminal and the communication data traffic of the ship owner terminal are both from one satellite access terminal, so that the data communication traffic of the ship owner terminal can be obtained only by the satellite billing server by planning the communication data traffic of the crew terminal from all the data communication traffic of the satellite access terminal, the satellite billing server multiplies the communication data traffic marked by the APN2 by 0, the data communication traffic of the crew terminal is planed, the communication data traffic marked by the APN1 is multiplied by the billing standard of the corresponding ship owner to generate a billing result, and the billing result is sent to the ship owner terminal.
Step 308, the prepaid system sends the communication data traffic data of the crew terminal to the satellite billing server.
In this step, the communication data flow of the crew terminal counted in a billing period is sent to the satellite billing server for checking by the prepayment system, which can be accessed to the communication network of the port after the ship arrives at the port, and the communication data flow of the crew terminal is transmitted by using a network which is cheaper than the satellite communication.
And 309, comparing the communication data flow marked by the APN2 with the communication data flow of the crew terminal transmitted by the prepaid system by the satellite billing server, and settling the flow fee of the communication data of the crew terminal with the prepaid system.
In this step, the settlement of the satellite billing server and the prepaid system includes that the satellite billing server charges the crew communication data flow according to the rate of the crew terminal, and then sends the charging result to the prepaid system, and the prepaid system pays the satellite billing server according to the charging result.
By the method and the system in the embodiment of the application, accurate charging of different users can be realized, and the settlement process of satellite communication cost with a ship owner is simplified.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory.
