The secondary overhaul safety measure implementation scheme of the existing intelligent substation mainly comprises 4 types: de-soft clamp, commissioning of service clamp, breaking of circuit (e.g. opening of splice or core wire), breaking of optical link (e.g. pulling of fiber).
