the operation instruction includes: the terminal temperature control method comprises a first operation instruction used for indicating to perform temperature reduction processing on the terminal and a second operation instruction used for ignoring a preset temperature threshold value and not performing temperature reduction processing on the terminal;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the second operation instruction,
correspondingly, the control unit is used for acquiring a safe temperature value of the terminal operation according to the current operation state of the control unit;
acquiring the maximum value of the operation duration according to the current operation state and the safe temperature value;
selecting at least one alternative temperature value between the sensed temperature of the terminal and the safety temperature value, and acquiring an operation duration recommended value corresponding to each alternative temperature value according to the current operation state of the terminal and the alternative temperature value;
prompting each alternative temperature value and the corresponding recommended operating duration value;
and when any one of the alternative temperature values is selected, continuing to operate according to the current self operation state according to the selected alternative temperature value and the corresponding operation duration recommended value.
6. The terminal of claim 5, wherein the obtaining unit comprises a collecting subunit and a calculating subunit; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the collecting subunit is used for collecting the temperature collected by each temperature sensor at the corresponding part;
and the calculating subunit is used for carrying out weighted summation according to the temperature acquired by each temperature sensor and the perception temperature influence coefficient corresponding to the position where each temperature sensor is located so as to acquire the perception temperature of the terminal.
7. The terminal according to claim 5, wherein the receiving unit is configured to receive the first operation instruction;
correspondingly, the control unit is used for prompting at least one cooling treatment instruction; the temperature reduction processing indication represents a mode for controlling the terminal running state adopted for realizing terminal temperature reduction; and the number of the first and second groups,
