In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the term "plurality" means two or more; the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
A method and apparatus for controlling an intelligent home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In order to solve the safety problem existing in the prior art when the intelligent household appliance is remotely controlled, the invention provides a control method of the intelligent household appliance, which comprises the following steps: receiving a control instruction sent by a control terminal; acquiring the distance between a control terminal and an intelligent household appliance; and when the distance is smaller than the preset distance, analyzing the control instruction, and controlling the intelligent household appliance according to the analysis result.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of an intelligent home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention. It should be noted that the execution main body of the control method for the intelligent household appliance in the embodiment of the present invention may be an intelligent module, and the intelligent module may be disposed on the intelligent household appliance, or may be separately disposed between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance. In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent module is arranged on the intelligent household appliance as an example, the intelligent module can track the distance remotely controlled by the control terminal, and can judge whether the control instruction is illegal or not by combining the control instruction sent by the control terminal with the operating environment of the intelligent household appliance, so that the safety of remote control of the intelligent household appliance can be improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling an intelligent home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
and S101, receiving a control command sent by the control terminal.
The control instruction refers to an adjustment control instruction of the user on the intelligent household appliance. For example, the user adjusts the temperature of the air conditioner to increase or decrease through a control instruction, or adjusts the volume of the sound box to amplify or reduce, and the like. The intelligent household appliance can be intelligent equipment such as an intelligent air conditioner, an intelligent refrigerator, an intelligent sound box and an intelligent washing machine.
For example, in order to implement remote control of the intelligent household appliance, a user may perform corresponding adjustment operation on the intelligent household appliance according to the own requirement on the control interface of the control terminal. Specifically, when the control terminal is in the control interface and detects a control instruction input by a user, the control terminal can send the received control instruction to the intelligent module in a wireless communication mode, so that the intelligent module can perform corresponding adjustment operation according to the received control instruction. When the user inputs the control instruction, the control instruction may be input manually, or may be input in a voice manner, or may be input in other different manners, which is not described herein in any more detail.
It should be noted that the control terminal may be, but is not limited to, a smart device with a wireless communication function, such as a smart phone and a tablet computer.
And S102, acquiring the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the control terminal sends the control instruction to the intelligent module, the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent appliance may be obtained. Wherein, the distance between control terminal and the intelligent household electrical appliances can be obtained through a plurality of modes, for example:
in the first mode, when a user sends a control instruction to the intelligent household appliance through the control terminal, the intelligent household appliance can calculate the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance according to the positioning system of the intelligent household appliance and the positioning system of the control terminal.
In the second mode, when a user sends a control instruction to the intelligent household appliance through the control terminal, the intelligent household appliance can calculate the distance between the user and the intelligent household appliance according to the access port information of the positioning system and the control terminal of the intelligent household appliance. Of course, other technical means for obtaining the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent home appliance exist in the technical field, and detailed description thereof is omitted here.
And S103, when the distance is smaller than the preset distance, analyzing the control instruction, and controlling the intelligent household appliance according to the analysis result.
Specifically, after the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance is acquired, the preset distance and the acquired distance can be compared, and the intelligent household appliance is controlled to execute a corresponding control instruction according to a comparison result. The preset distance may be set according to an actual application condition, or may be a distance set manually in advance.
More specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, when it is determined that the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent home appliance is smaller than the preset distance, the received control instruction may be analyzed, and the intelligent home appliance may be controlled according to the analysis result. The received control instruction is analyzed to determine whether the instruction input by the user is legal or not, and then the intelligent household appliance is controlled differently according to the analysis result, so that the remote control of the intelligent household appliance is realized, and the safety accident caused by the fact that the user is not at home is avoided.
For example, when the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance is less than a certain set threshold (for example, 300 km), the control instruction analysis step is executed to further judge the validity of the control instruction input by the user, if the control instruction is analyzed to be legal, the received control instruction is operated by the intelligent household appliance, otherwise, the control instruction is judged to be illegal operation, and the control instruction is not operated.
And S104, refusing to execute the control command when the distance is not less than the preset distance.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, when it is determined that the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent home appliance is greater than the preset distance, the control instruction is directly determined to be an illegal instruction, and the control instruction is not executed. For example, when the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance is greater than a certain set threshold (for example, 300 km), the control instruction input by the user is determined to be an illegal operation, and the remote control instruction is refused to be executed.
The above description of the embodiments of the present invention can be embodied by referring to fig. 3, and is specifically shown in fig. 3.
According to the control method of the intelligent household appliance, the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance is obtained, the obtained distance is compared with the preset distance, and the intelligent appliance is controlled to execute different control instructions according to the comparison result, so that the remote control of the intelligent appliance is realized, the use safety of the intelligent household appliance is improved, and the occurrence rate of safety accidents is reduced.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling an intelligent appliance according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method for controlling an intelligent home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s201, receiving a control instruction sent by a control terminal.
Specifically, when the control terminal is in the control interface and detects a control instruction input by a user, the control terminal sends the received control instruction to the intelligent module in a wireless communication mode, so that the intelligent module can perform corresponding adjustment operation according to the received control instruction.
And S202, acquiring the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance.
And S203, when the distance is smaller than the preset distance, acquiring a control parameter corresponding to the control instruction.
Specifically, after the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance is acquired, the preset distance and the acquired distance can be compared, and the intelligent household appliance is controlled to execute a corresponding control instruction according to a comparison result. The preset distance may be set according to an actual application condition, or may be a distance that is considered to be set in advance.
And when the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance is judged to be smaller than the preset distance, acquiring a control parameter corresponding to the control instruction.
For example, if the control command is to lower the temperature of the smart air conditioner, the corresponding control parameter is the degree of the temperature reduction, such as 25 degrees. In other words, a control parameter is an embodiment of a control instruction.
And S204, judging whether the control parameter is a limit control parameter.
The limit control parameter refers to limit control of an intelligent household appliance, such as low-temperature refrigeration or high-temperature heating of an intelligent air conditioner.
And S205, if the control parameter is a limit control parameter, acquiring the current operating environment information of the intelligent household appliance.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, when it is determined that the control parameter is the limit control parameter, the current operating environment information of the intelligent household appliance is obtained. The current operation environment information of the intelligent household appliance can be environment parameters such as temperature, humidity and the like during the operation of the intelligent household appliance.
And S206, analyzing the limit control parameters according to the current operating environment information of the intelligent household appliance, and controlling the intelligent household appliance according to the analysis result.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, analyzing the limit control parameter according to the current operating environment information of the intelligent appliance, and controlling the intelligent appliance according to the analysis result specifically includes: if the operating environment information of the intelligent household appliance meets a first preset condition corresponding to the limit control parameter, executing a control instruction; if the operating environment information of the intelligent household appliance meets a second preset condition corresponding to the limit control parameter, refusing to execute the control instruction; and if the operating environment information of the intelligent household appliance meets a third preset condition corresponding to the limit control parameter, executing the control instruction, and stopping executing the control instruction when the execution time of the control instruction exceeds the preset time or when the operating environment information of the intelligent household appliance meets the second preset condition.
It should be noted that the first preset condition refers to a condition that the current operating environment information of the intelligent household appliance needs to be adjusted (for example, the current operating environment temperature of the intelligent air conditioner is 34 degrees (limit temperature), and the control instruction is to reduce the temperature to 30 degrees); the second preset condition refers to a condition that the current operating environment information of the intelligent household appliance does not need to be adjusted (for example, the current operating environment temperature of the intelligent air conditioner is 34 ℃, and the control instruction is to raise the temperature to 38 ℃); the third preset condition refers to a condition that the current operating environment of the intelligent household appliance is relatively suitable, i.e., the current operating environment of the intelligent air conditioner is adjustable (for example, the current operating environment temperature of the intelligent air conditioner is 26 degrees, and the control command is to raise the temperature to 28 degrees).
For example, if it is determined that the remote control instruction sent by the user is the limit control instruction, the ambient environment parameters of the operation of the intelligent household appliance (air conditioner, etc.) are called, such as the temperature, and whether the ambient environment is severe is determined, such as the temperature is too high (greater than 34 ℃) or too low (lower than 4 ℃), and when it is determined that the ambient environment of the intelligent household appliance is severe, the remote control instruction input by the user is operated;
if the remote control instruction sent by the user is judged to be the limit control instruction, the ambient environment parameters of the intelligent household appliance (air conditioner and the like) are called, the ambient environment is judged to be proper, the intelligent household appliance monitors the operation of the user, if the operation of the intelligent household appliance exceeds 1 hour, the user is considered to be illegal operation, otherwise, the remote operation of the user is executed.
And S207, if the control parameter is not the limit control parameter, executing a control instruction to control the intelligent household appliance.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the control parameter is judged not to be the limit control parameter, the intelligent household appliance executes the control instruction.
According to the control method of the intelligent household appliance, after the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance is judged to be smaller than the preset distance, the control parameter corresponding to the control instruction is obtained, whether the control parameter is the limit control parameter or not is judged, if the control parameter is the limit control parameter, the operating environment information of the intelligent household appliance is obtained, the obtained operating environment information and the limit control parameter are analyzed, the corresponding control instruction of the intelligent household appliance is controlled to be executed according to the analysis result, the intelligent household appliance can execute different control instructions according to different analysis results, the safety of user information is guaranteed when the intelligent household appliance executes the control instruction, the occurrence of safety accidents such as fire disasters and the like caused by unreasonable control instructions is reduced, and the user satisfaction degree is improved.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present invention further provides a control device for an intelligent home appliance.
A control device for an intelligent appliance, comprising: the communication module is used for communicating with a control terminal of the intelligent household appliance so as to receive a control instruction sent by the control terminal; the positioning module is used for acquiring the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance; and the control module is used for analyzing the control instruction when the distance is smaller than the preset distance and controlling the intelligent household appliance according to the analysis result.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device of an intelligent home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the control apparatus 100 for an intelligent home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a communication module 10, a positioning module 20, and a control module 30.
Specifically, the communication module 10 is configured to communicate with a control terminal of the intelligent household appliance to receive a control instruction sent by the control terminal.
The positioning module 20 is used for acquiring a distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance.
The control module 30 is configured to analyze the control command when the distance is smaller than the preset distance, and control the intelligent appliance according to an analysis result.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the control module 30 is further configured to refuse to execute the control command when the distance is not less than the preset distance.
According to the control device of the intelligent household appliance, the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance is obtained, the obtained distance is compared with the preset distance, and the intelligent household appliance is controlled to execute different control instructions according to the comparison result, so that the remote control of the intelligent household appliance is realized, the use safety of the intelligent household appliance is improved, and the occurrence rate of safety accidents is reduced.
The following specifically describes the analysis of the control command when the acquisition distance is smaller than the preset distance in the embodiment of the present invention. The control device 100 for an intelligent home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a communication module 10, a positioning module 20, and a control module 30.
Specifically, the communication module 10 is configured to communicate with a control terminal of the intelligent household appliance to receive a control instruction sent by the control terminal.
The positioning module 20 is used for acquiring a distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance.
In an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a control module according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the control module 30 includes: a first acquisition unit 31, a determination unit 32, a second acquisition unit 33, and an analysis unit 34.
The first obtaining unit 31 is configured to obtain a control parameter corresponding to the control instruction when the distance is smaller than the preset distance.
The judging unit 32 is used for judging whether the control parameter is a limit control parameter. The limit control parameter refers to limit control of an intelligent household appliance, such as low-temperature refrigeration or high-temperature heating of an intelligent air conditioner.
The second obtaining unit 33 is configured to obtain current operating environment information of the intelligent appliance when the control parameter is a limit control parameter.
The analysis unit 34 is configured to analyze the limit control parameter according to the current operating environment information of the intelligent appliance, and control the intelligent appliance according to an analysis result.

For example, if it is determined that the remote control instruction sent by the user is the limit control instruction, the ambient environment parameters of the operation of the intelligent household appliance (air conditioner, etc.) are called, such as the temperature, and whether the ambient environment is severe is determined, such as the temperature is too high (greater than 34 ℃) or too low (lower than 4 ℃), and when it is determined that the ambient environment of the intelligent household appliance is severe, the remote control instruction input by the user is operated;
if the remote control instruction sent by the user is judged to be the limit control instruction, the ambient environment parameters of the intelligent household appliance (air conditioner and the like) are called, the ambient environment is judged to be proper, the intelligent household appliance monitors the operation of the user, if the operation of the intelligent household appliance exceeds 1 hour, the user is considered to be illegal operation, otherwise, the remote operation of the user is executed.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the control module 30 is further configured to execute the control instruction to control the intelligent appliance if the control parameter is not the limit control parameter. Specifically, when it is determined that the control parameter is not the limit control parameter, the intelligent home appliance executes the control instruction.
According to the control device of the intelligent household appliance, after the distance between the control terminal and the intelligent household appliance is judged to be smaller than the preset distance, the control parameter corresponding to the control finger device is obtained, whether the control parameter is the limit control parameter or not is judged, if the control parameter is the limit control parameter, the operating environment information of the intelligent household appliance is obtained, the obtained operating environment information and the limit control parameter are analyzed, the corresponding control instruction of the intelligent household appliance is controlled to be executed according to the analysis result, the intelligent household appliance can execute different control instructions according to different analysis results, the safety of user information is guaranteed when the intelligent household appliance executes the control instruction, the occurrence of safety accidents such as fire disasters caused by unreasonable control instructions is reduced, and the user satisfaction degree is improved.
