The mobile terminal control device provided by the embodiment of the invention receives a configuration request sent by a first mobile terminal, wherein the configuration request is used for indicating to acquire a management and control scheme of a second mobile terminal; extracting a device use history record of the second mobile terminal according to the configuration request; analyzing the device use history record to obtain a control scheme of the second mobile terminal in a preset period; and sending the obtained management and control scheme to the first mobile terminal. The problem of because the management and control scheme is too complicated at the configuration interactive flow, and can not change along with actual conditions, lead to managing and controlling inefficiency is solved, and then reached the effect that promotes management and control efficiency.
Further, fig. 8 is a block diagram of a mobile terminal control device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the mobile terminal control device according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes: the acquisition module 70 is configured to, among other things,
an acquiring module 70, configured to acquire, before receiving a configuration request sent by a first mobile terminal, a device usage history of a second mobile terminal according to a first preset period, where the device usage history at least includes: a use time, a use place, and use contents corresponding to the use time and the use place;

a third generating unit 763, configured to generate a control manner for the usage content in a preset period according to the usage content corresponding to the usage time and the usage location, where the control manner at least includes at least one of the following: closing, shielding and opening;
the fourth generating unit 764 is configured to generate a management and control scheme corresponding to the second mobile terminal in a preset period according to the time control location, the implementation location, and the control manner.
Further, fig. 10 is a block diagram of a structure of another mobile terminal control device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 10, the mobile terminal control device according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes: the update module 68 updates, among other things,
an updating module 68, configured to update the device usage history when a change in the device usage history of the second mobile terminal is detected before receiving the configuration request sent by the first mobile terminal.
Further, fig. 11 is a block diagram of a structure of another mobile terminal control device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 11, the mobile terminal control device provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes: a first receiving module 80 and a storing module 82, wherein,

Further, fig. 12 is a block diagram of a mobile terminal control apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 12, the apparatus further includes: a second receiving module 84, an executing module 86, and a second sending module 88, wherein,
a second receiving module 84, configured to receive a control request sent by a third mobile terminal after the management and control scheme is sent to the first mobile terminal;
the execution module 86 is configured to execute control on the second mobile terminal according to the control request to obtain a control result;
and a second sending module 88, configured to send the obtained control result to the first mobile terminal.
EXAMPLE III
In this embodiment, a mobile terminal control system is further provided, and the system is used to implement the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, and the description already made is omitted for brevity. Fig. 13 is a block diagram of a structure of a mobile terminal control system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the system including: the mobile terminal comprises a server 1301, a first mobile terminal 1302 and a second mobile terminal 1303, wherein the server 1301 establishes communication connection with the first mobile terminal 1302 and the second mobile terminal 1303 respectively, and the server 1301 is a mobile terminal control device shown in any one of fig. 7 to fig. 12.
It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in a plurality of processors.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium. Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store program codes for performing the following steps:
s1, receiving a configuration request sent by a first mobile terminal, wherein the configuration request is used for indicating to acquire a management and control scheme of a second mobile terminal;
s2, extracting the device use history of the second mobile terminal according to the configuration request;
s3, analyzing the device use history record to obtain a management and control scheme of the second mobile terminal in a preset period;
and S4, sending the obtained management and control scheme to the first mobile terminal.
Optionally, the storage medium is further arranged to store program code for performing the steps of: before receiving the configuration request sent by the first mobile terminal, the method further comprises the following steps: acquiring a device use history record of the second mobile terminal according to a first preset period, wherein the device use history record at least comprises: a use time, a use place, and use contents corresponding to the use time and the use place; the first preset period is the service time period of the second mobile terminal before the management and control scheme is implemented in the preset period.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the analyzing, by the processor, the device usage history according to the program code stored in the storage medium to obtain the management and control scheme of the second mobile terminal in the preset period includes: generating a time control point in a preset period according to the use time in the device use history record; generating an implementation place corresponding to the control scheme in a preset period according to the use place; generating a control mode for the use content in a preset period according to the use content corresponding to the use time and the use place, wherein the control mode at least comprises at least one of the following modes: closing, shielding and opening; and generating a management and control scheme corresponding to the second mobile terminal in a preset period according to the time control place, the implementation place and the control mode.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor, before receiving the configuration request sent by the first mobile terminal, executes according to the program code stored in the storage medium, further including: when a change in the device usage history of the second mobile terminal is detected, the device usage history is updated.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after the processor executes, according to the program code stored in the storage medium, to send the management and control scheme to the first mobile terminal, the method further includes: receiving a control scheme corresponding to the control scheme returned by the first mobile terminal; the control scheme is stored.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after the processor executes, according to the program code stored in the storage medium, to send the management and control scheme to the first mobile terminal, the method further includes: receiving a control request sent by a third mobile terminal; controlling the second mobile terminal according to the control request to obtain a control result; and sending the obtained control result to the first mobile terminal.
Optionally, the specific examples in this embodiment may refer to the examples described in the above embodiments and optional implementation manners, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (13)

1. A mobile terminal control method, comprising:
receiving a configuration request sent by a first mobile terminal, wherein the configuration request is used for indicating to acquire a management and control scheme of a second mobile terminal;
extracting a device use history record of the second mobile terminal according to the configuration request;
analyzing the device use history record to obtain the management and control scheme of the second mobile terminal in a preset period;
and sending the obtained management and control scheme to the first mobile terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the configuration request sent by the first mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring the device usage history of the second mobile terminal according to a first preset period, wherein the device usage history at least comprises: a usage time, a usage place, and usage contents corresponding to the usage time and the usage place;
the first preset period is the service time period of the second mobile terminal before the management and control scheme is implemented in the preset period.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein parsing the device usage history to obtain the management and control scheme of the second mobile terminal in a preset period comprises:
generating a time control point in the preset period according to the use time in the device use history record;
generating an implementation place corresponding to the management and control scheme in the preset period according to the use place;
generating a control mode for the use content in the preset period according to the use content corresponding to the use time and the use place, wherein the control mode at least comprises at least one of the following modes: closing, shielding and opening;
and generating the management and control scheme corresponding to the second mobile terminal in the preset period according to the time control place, the implementation place and the control mode.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the configuration request sent by the first mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
updating the device usage history when it is detected that the device usage history of the second mobile terminal has changed.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein after sending the governing scheme to the first mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving a control scheme corresponding to the management and control scheme returned by the first mobile terminal;
and storing the control scheme.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that after sending the governing scheme to the first mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving a control request sent by a third mobile terminal;
controlling the second mobile terminal according to the control request to obtain a control result;
and sending the obtained control result to the first mobile terminal.
7. A mobile terminal control apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the mobile terminal comprises a receiving module, a configuration module and a management and control module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a configuration request sent by a first mobile terminal, and the configuration request is used for indicating to acquire a management and control scheme of a second mobile terminal;
the extracting module is used for extracting the device use history of the second mobile terminal according to the configuration request;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the equipment use history record to obtain the control scheme of the second mobile terminal in a preset period;
and the first sending module is used for sending the obtained management and control scheme to the first mobile terminal.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
an acquisition module, configured to acquire, before receiving the configuration request sent by the first mobile terminal, the device usage history of the second mobile terminal according to a first preset period, where the device usage history at least includes: a usage time, a usage place, and usage contents corresponding to the usage time and the usage place;
the first preset period is the service time period of the second mobile terminal before the management and control scheme is implemented in the preset period.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the parsing module comprises:
the first generation unit is used for generating a time control point in the preset period according to the use time in the device use history record;
the second generation unit is used for generating an implementation place corresponding to the management and control scheme in the preset period according to the use place;
a third generating unit, configured to generate a control manner for the usage content in the preset period according to the usage content corresponding to the usage time and the usage location, where the control manner at least includes at least one of: closing, shielding and opening;
a fourth generating unit, configured to generate the management and control scheme corresponding to the second mobile terminal in the preset period according to the time control location, the implementation location, and the control manner.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
an updating module, configured to update the device usage history record when detecting that the device usage history record of the second mobile terminal changes before receiving the configuration request sent by the first mobile terminal.
11. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a control scheme corresponding to the management and control scheme returned by the first mobile terminal after the management and control scheme is sent to the first mobile terminal;
and the storage module is used for storing the control scheme.
12. The apparatus of any one of claims 7 to 11, further comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a control request sent by a third mobile terminal after the management and control scheme is sent to the first mobile terminal;
the execution module is used for executing control on the second mobile terminal according to the control request to obtain a control result;
and the second sending module is used for sending the obtained control result to the first mobile terminal.
13. A mobile terminal control system, comprising: a server, a first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal, wherein the server establishes communication connection with the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal respectively, wherein,
the server is the mobile terminal control device according to any one of claims 7 to 12.
