Abstract
本发明提供一种一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,包括钉仓、钉仓座和抵钉板,钉仓设置在钉仓座内,钉仓中部设置有切割槽,切割槽两侧的钉仓上均设有多排缝合钉槽,钉仓下方的钉仓座内设有与缝合钉槽对应的推钉片组,切割槽一侧的钉仓上还设有组织压紧块槽,组织压紧块槽位于最内侧一排缝合钉槽与切割槽之间的钉仓上,与组织压紧块槽位置对应的推钉片组和/或抵钉板上设有组织压紧结构,组织压紧结构为具有一定高度的组织压紧块。本发明采用该组织压紧结构既可以保留组织完整保证术后做病理冰冻切片,又可以保证手术中组织的稳定,减少血管的破损,降低手术风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件。
背景技术
在腹腔式手术过程中,医生通过腔内切割吻合器在受限的空间内进行手术,在切除病变组织时,切割创口越小越有利于病人恢复,所以切除病变组织要尽可能的减小创口,与此同时,为了检测病变组织是否全部包含在切除范围内,通常对切除下来的组织边缘进行医学检测,这就要求被切除的组织的边缘部分具有完整性。但是现有的腔内切割吻合器均是具有三排缝合钉,缝合部位与刀口位置靠的非常近,由于缝合钉的缝合使被切除组织刀口处皆密布钉孔使边缘完整性遭到破坏,无法采用被切除组织的边缘做病理冰冻切片。
针对上述情况对现有的钉仓组件进行了改进,使钉仓的一侧缝合时保持原来的三排缝合钉,另一侧靠近刀口的一排缝合钉槽不出钉,使缝合钉由三排减少为两排,在进行组织切除时,两排的缝合钉一侧用于缝合被切除组织的一侧的,这就使被切除的组织一侧减少一排缝合钉,从而使被切除组织边缘的细胞不被破坏保持很好的完整性,降低了术后做病理冰冻切片的难度。
但是,上述结构又引入了新的问题,被切除组织都是具有一定的柔软性,在切除时,由于减少了一排缝合钉,无法对刀口处组织进行固定,刀口处组织在受到刀片的剪切力时容易引起组织的滑动和堆积,切除时,对血管破坏严重,使组织出血较多,手术风险高,也不利于术后恢复。同时,切除下来的组织边缘的完整性无法保证,达不到病理切片的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:为了克服现有技术中在保留完整组织的情况下无法实现组织固定的不足,本发明提供一种一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,为了减小改进的难度和成本,在原有的结构上进行改进,保留原有钉仓上的不出钉的缝合钉槽,将此排缝合钉槽的位置增加组织压紧结构,从而解决组织压紧固定的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所要采用的技术方案是:一种一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,包括钉仓、钉仓座和抵钉板,所述钉仓设置在钉仓座内,所述抵钉板设在所述钉仓上方,且所述抵钉板一端与所述钉仓座转动连接,所述钉仓中部设置有切割槽,所述切割槽两侧的钉仓上均设有多排缝合钉槽,所述钉仓下方的钉仓座内设有与所述缝合钉槽对应的推钉片组,所述切割槽一侧的钉仓上还设有组织压紧块槽,所述组织压紧块槽位于最内侧一排所述缝合钉槽与所述切割槽之间的钉仓上,与所述组织压紧块槽位置对应的推钉片组和/或抵钉板上设有组织压紧结构,所述组织压紧结构为具有一定高度的组织压紧块,所述组织压紧块的高度能够保证在切除病变组织时对组织进行有效压紧。所述组织压紧结构用于切除病变组织时固定组织压紧块槽位置的组织。
由于省去了靠近刀口的被切除组织一侧的缝合钉,因此,在该缝合钉的位置上设置组织压紧结构,所述组织压紧结构为组织压紧块,组织压紧块可以仅设置在推钉片组上,也可以仅设置在抵钉板上,还可以同时设置在推钉片组和抵钉板上,通过合理设置组织压紧块的高度实现组织的压紧,在保留完整组织的情况下实现组织的压紧固定,即保证了术后做病理冰冻切片,又保证了手术中组织的稳定,降低了手术风险。
进一步,所述组织压紧结构包括与所述推钉片组一体连接的第一组织压紧块,所述第一组织压紧块的形状与所述组织压紧块槽形状匹配,且所述第一组织压紧块顶部高于所述推钉片组顶部,在切割时,组织被压紧在所述第一组织压紧块和抵钉板之间。将组织压紧块设置在推钉片组上,组织压紧块的顶部高度高于推钉片组顶部的高度,在进行切割手术时,使钉仓组件设有组织压紧结构的一侧与被切除组织一侧对应,由于组织压紧块高于推钉片组,且二者是一体连接,因此,在切割时,组织压紧块和推钉片组同时被抬高,且组织压紧块先与刀口处组织接触,通过组织压紧块的抬起将组织压紧在抵钉板上,实现组织的压紧固定。
进一步,为了增大组织压紧块与组织之间的接触面积,保证组织能够稳定的压紧在组织压紧块和抵钉板之间,所述组织压紧块顶部设有第一条形花纹结构,所述第一条形花纹结构的延伸方向与切割槽的延伸方向具有一定夹角。第一条形花纹结构可以是规则的断面为齿状的凹凸结构,也可以是不规则的凹凸结构,优选的,所述第二条形花纹结构的延伸方向与切割槽的延伸方向相互垂直,如,平行设置在组织压紧块顶部的锯齿状条形花纹,所述锯齿状条形花纹的延伸方向与所述切割方向具有一定的夹角。通过在组织压紧块上表面设置条形花纹,使顶部具有凹凸结构增大了与组织接触面上的摩擦系数,可以有效避免切割时组织向前滑动。条形花纹与上切割槽具有一定角度,即条形花纹与上切割槽的延伸方向不平行,在滑动趋势方向可以产生阻挡,可以避免在组织受力时组织沿切割槽方向滑动。
进一步,所述抵钉板上设有第二条形花纹结构,所述第二条形花纹结构与所述组织压紧块槽位置对应。第二条形花纹结构与第一条形花纹结构的结构和作用均相同,组织上下两面均有花纹结构,可以增大组织与组织压紧结构的接触面积,增大阻力,使组织位置更加固定。
进一步,为了减小第一组织压紧块的高度,所述抵钉板上设有第二组织压紧块,所述第二条形花纹结构设置在所述第二组织压紧块的顶部。在抵钉板上设有第二组织压紧块与第一组织压紧块配合,可以相对减小第一组织压紧块的高度,使组织压紧面尽量靠近钉仓上表面,避免对刀口位置组织的拉拽。
进一步,所述第一条形花纹结构与所述第二条形花纹结构凹凸配合。通过凹凸配合使第一条形花纹结构与所述第二条形花纹结构相互咬合,从而使组织压紧更加稳固。
进一步,所述组织压紧结构设置在抵钉板上,所述抵钉板与所述钉仓相对的面为成型面,所述组织压紧结构包括设置在所述成型面上的第二组织压紧块,所述第二组织压紧块高出所述成型面,且所述第二组织压紧块与所述组织压紧块槽位置对应,在切割时,组织被所述第二组织压紧块压紧。在抵钉板上设置第二组织压紧块,压紧时,通过所述第二组织压紧块施加压力使组织嵌入所述组织压紧块槽内,能够有效压紧组织。
为了进一步提高压紧效果,所述第二组织压紧块顶部设有第二条形花纹结构,所述第二条形花纹结构的延伸方向与切割槽的延伸方向具有一定夹角。优选的,所述第二条形花纹结构的延伸方向与切割槽的延伸方向相互垂直,第二条形花纹结构的作用与第一条形花纹结构的作用相同,切割过程中,组织具有向前滑动的趋势,此时,由于组织嵌入所述第二条形花纹结构内部,受到第二条形花纹结构的阻挡,可以有效防止组织向前滑动。
为了进一步提高压紧效果,所述组织压紧结构还包括与所述推钉片组一体连接的第一组织压紧块,所述第一组织压紧块的高度与所述推钉片组高度相同,且所述第一组织压紧块顶部设有与所述第二条形花纹结构凹凸配合的第一条形花纹结构。此方案中,将推钉片组中靠近切割槽的一个推钉片作为第一组织压紧块,且第一组织压紧块的高度不变,并将其上表面的钉槽改为第一条形花纹结构,使第一条形花纹结构与第二条形花纹结构相互咬合,避免组织向前滑动。
进一步,所述组织压紧结构还包括与所述推钉片组一体连接的第一组织压紧块,所述第一组织压紧块的顶部高出所述推钉片组顶部,在切割时,组织被压紧在所述第二组织压紧块和第一组织压紧块之间。此方案中,将推钉片组中靠近切割槽的一个推钉片作为第一组织压紧块,且增加第一组织压紧块的高度,使组织压紧面尽量靠近钉仓上表面,避免对刀口位置组织的拉拽,避免组织的破坏。
进一步,所述组织压紧块槽与单个所述缝合钉槽结构相同,或者所述组织压紧块槽为同排中相邻两个缝合钉槽中间连通形成的结构。为了简化设计可以将原来的缝合钉槽直接作为所述组织压紧块槽,也可以将原来缝合钉槽两两为一组,中间连通形成一个大的滑动槽作为组织压紧块槽,组织压紧块内置于组织压紧块槽内。
进一步,所述推钉片组包括推钉片底板和推钉片,所述推钉片的数量与同侧的缝合钉槽排数匹配,所述推钉片顶部设有钉槽,所述钉槽内设有缝合钉,所述钉槽的延伸方向与所述切割槽的延伸方向相同。钉槽为半圆形结构,便于缝合钉的放置及成型。
进一步,推钉片在向上抬起时,由于前端先受到向上的作用力,易造成前后倾斜使推钉片卡在缝合钉槽内部,因此,为了避免推钉片卡住,所述推钉片的端面上设有沿运动方向的导向条,所述缝合钉槽的内壁上设有与所述导向条匹配的导向槽,或者所述推钉片的端面上设有沿运动方向的导向槽,所述缝合钉槽的内壁上设有与所述导向槽匹配的导向条。抬起过程中,在导向条和导向槽的配合下能够使推钉片前后同步抬起,并且可以防止抬起过程中推钉片倾斜,避免推钉片卡在缝合钉槽内。
进一步,所述推钉片底板底部前端设有导向面。导向面便于推钉片抬起时推钉块插入推钉片下方,便于推钉片抬起。
进一步,由于组织压紧结构在切割的时候才能对组织进行压紧,只有在推钉片抬起或者抵钉板压下时才能压紧,因此,在压紧前组织有一段时间是处于不受限制的状态,为了避免该状态下组织向前滑动,所述钉仓上表面设有多个凸起,所述凸起至少分布在靠近始端的钉仓的上表面。采用设置在钉仓上表面的凸起对组织进行预压限制,使组织在被切割前通过凸起进行固定,避免在组织压紧结构发挥作用以前组织向前滑动。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,采用组织压紧块并合理设置其高度实现组织的压紧,采用该组织压紧结构既可以保留组织完整保证术后做病理冰冻切片,又可以保证了手术中组织的稳定,减少血管的破损,降低了手术风险。

工作原理:
在切割过程中,推钉片组4受到向上的推力,由于第一组织压紧块4-7与推钉片组4一体连接,因此,组织压紧块与推钉片组4同步向上抬起,由于第一组织压紧块4-7高于推钉片组4,组织压紧块先与刀口处组织接触,在刀片到达该位置时同时实现压紧固定,避免组织在刀片的切割推力下向前滑动。
实施例二:
如图11-图12所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于第一组织压紧块4-7的结构不同,所述第一组织压紧块4-7的顶部设有第一条形花纹结构,所述第一条形花纹结构的延伸方向与切割槽1-1的延伸方向具有一定夹角。本实施例中第一条形花纹结构为平行设置的多个第一齿状条4-8,所述第一齿状条4-8的延伸方向与所述切割槽1-1的延伸方向相互垂直,即夹角为90°。相邻两第一齿状条4-8之间形成组织容纳槽。
与实施例一的平面结构相比,本实施例中采用齿状条增大与组织的接触面积,增加切割方向上的阻挡,在切割过程中,组织在第一组织压紧块4-7和抵钉板3之间的作用下嵌入到组织容纳槽内,能够更有效的避免组织滑动。
实施例三:
如图13-图15所示,本实施例与实施例二的区别在于组织压紧结构的设置不同,组织压紧结构还包括设置在抵钉板3成型面上的第二条形花纹结构,所述第一条形花纹结构与所述第二条形花纹结构凹凸配合。第二条形花纹结构是将实施例二中与组织压紧块槽1-3对应的平面上改进为与切割槽1-1的延伸方向具有一定夹角的第二齿状条3-3,为了与第一齿状条4-8配合,本实施例中第二条形花纹结构为平行设置的多个第二齿状条3-3,所述第二齿状条3-3的延伸方向与所述切割槽1-1的延伸方向相互垂直,即夹角为90°,相邻两第二齿状条3-3之间形成第二组织容纳槽3-4。压紧时,第一齿状条4-8插入第二组织容纳槽3-4内,第二齿状条3-3插入第一组织容纳槽4-9内,通过凹凸配合使第一条形花纹结构与所述第二条形花纹结构相互咬合,避免组织向前滑动,从而使组织压紧更加稳固。本实施例中,第二条形花纹结构的位置不高出成型面。

如图16-图19所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于组织压紧结构的设置不同,本发明的一种一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,包括钉仓1、钉仓座2、抵钉板3和推钉片组4,所述钉仓1设置在钉仓座2内,抵钉板3与钉仓1相对设置,抵钉板3与所述钉仓1相对的面为成型面,抵钉板3一端通过转轴与钉仓座2一端转动连接,通过抵钉板3的转动可以使抵钉板3与钉仓1之间实现开合,所述钉仓1中部设置有切割槽1-1,所述切割槽1-1两侧的钉仓1上均设有三排缝合钉槽1-2,同侧的相邻两排缝合钉槽1-2交错分布,其中,右侧靠近切割槽1-1的一排缝合钉槽1-2作为组织压紧块槽1-3,也可以将这排缝合钉槽1-2的两个缝合钉槽1-2中间连通形成一个大的滑动槽作为组织压紧块槽1-3,所述成型面上设有与缝合钉槽1-2位置对应的成型槽3-1,与组织压紧块槽1-3对应的成型槽3-1位置改为一排第二组织压紧块3-2,所述第二组织压紧块3-2与组织压紧块槽1-3一一对应,且第二组织压紧块3-2与组织压紧块槽1-3位置和形状匹配,第二组织压紧块3-2的顶部为平面,第二组织压紧块3-2顶部高出成型面,第二组织压紧块3-2高出的距离能够保证在缝合时有效压紧组织,且能保证缝合钉5正常成型。优选的,第二组织压紧块3-2比成型面高出的距离为0.5mm。与第二组织压紧块3-2位置对应的推钉片4-2结构保持原来的结构。
所述钉仓1下方的钉仓座2内设有与所述缝合钉槽1-2对应的推钉片组4,切割槽1-1两侧分别设有一排推钉片组4,每排推钉片组4的数量与每排缝合钉槽1-2的个数相同,每个所述推钉片组4包括推钉片底板4-1和平行设置的三个推钉片4-2,推钉片4-2与推钉片底板4-1一体连接,推钉片底板4-1底部前端设有导向面4-4,导向面4-4用于推钉片4-2抬起时推钉块6插入推钉片4-2下方,便于推钉片4-2抬起,推钉片4-2的顶部设有半圆形的钉槽4-3,所述钉槽4-3内设有缝合钉5,所述钉槽4-3的延伸方向与所述切割槽1-1的延伸方向相同,推钉片4-2前后端面上设有用于导向的导向条4-5,所述缝合钉槽1-2的内壁上设有与所述导向条4-5匹配的导向槽1-4,导向条4-5和导向槽1-4的延伸方向与推钉片4-2抬起方向平行。导向条4-5和导向槽1-4配合实现抬起过程的导向,避免推钉片组4的卡住。如图16和图17所示,本实施例中与第二组织压紧块3-2对应的推钉片4-2顶部可以保留钉槽4-3,也可以设置成平面结构。
工作原理:
在切割过程中,抵钉板3与钉仓1贴合,由于第二组织压紧块3-2高出抵钉板3的成型面,因此,第二组织压紧块3-2向下伸入组织压紧块槽1-3内,推钉片组4受到向上的推力,与第二组织压紧块3-2位置对应的推钉片4-2顶部先与组织接触,在刀片到达该位置时,第二组织压紧块3-2和推钉片4-2共同作用实现组织压紧固定,避免组织在刀片的切割推力下向前滑动。
实施例五:
如图20-图21所示,本实施例与实施例三的区别在于第二组织压紧块3-2的结构不同,所述第二组织压紧块3-2的顶部设有第二条形花纹结构,所述第二条形花纹结构的延伸方向与切割槽1-1的延伸方向具有一定夹角。本实施例中第二条形花纹结构为平行设置的多个第二齿状条3-3,所述第二齿状条3-3的延伸方向与所述切割槽1-1的延伸方向相互垂直,即夹角为90°。相邻两第二齿状条3-3之间形成第二组织容纳槽3-4。
与实施例三的平面结构相比,本实施例中采用齿状条增大与组织的接触面积,增加切割方向上的阻挡,在切割过程中,组织在第二组织压紧块3-2和推钉片4-2之间的作用下嵌入到组织容纳槽内,能够更有效的避免组织滑动。
实施例六:
如图23所示,本实施例与实施例五的区别在于组织压紧结构的设置不同,组织压紧结构还包括设置在推钉片4-2顶部的第一条形花纹结构,所述第一条形花纹结构与所述第二条形花纹结构凹凸配合。第一条形花纹结构是将实施例五中与组织压紧块槽1-3对应的一排推钉片4-2顶部改进为与切割槽1-1的延伸方向具有一定夹角的第一齿状条4-8,为了与第二齿状条3-3配合,本实施例中第一条形花纹结构为平行设置的多个第一齿状条4-8,所述第一齿状条4-8的延伸方向与所述切割槽1-1的延伸方向相互垂直,即夹角为90°,相邻两第一齿状条4-8之间形成第一组织容纳槽4-9。压紧时,第一齿状条4-8插入第二组织容纳槽3-4内,第二齿状条3-3插入第一组织容纳槽4-9内,通过凹凸配合使第一条形花纹结构与所述第二条形花纹结构相互咬合,避免组织向前滑动,从而使组织压紧更加稳固。本实施例中,第一条形花纹结构的位置不高出推钉片4-2的顶部。
实施例七:
如图24所示,本实施例结合了实施例一和实施例四的特点,为了使组织压紧面尽量靠近钉仓1上表面,避免对刀口位置组织的拉拽。组织压紧结构包括设置在推钉片组4上的第一组织压紧块4-7和设置在抵钉板3上的第二组织压紧块3-2,第一组织压紧块4-7顶部高出推钉片4-2的顶部,第二组织压紧块3-2的顶部高出成型面,且本实施例中第一组织压紧块4-7的高出距离与第二组织压紧块3-2的高出距离之和与实施例一中单独设置第一组织压紧块4-7的高出距离或者与实施例三中单独设置第二组织压紧块3-2的高出距离相等。使二者的高出距离之和能够保证切除组织时,组织能够有效压紧在第一组织压紧块4-7和第二组织压紧块3-2之间。优选的,二者的高度差之和为0.5mm。
实施例八:
如图25所示,本实施例与实施例七的不同之处在于,第一组织压紧块4-7顶部设有与实施例二中结构相同的第一条形花纹结构,所述第一条形花纹结构的延伸方向与切割槽1-1的延伸方向具有一定夹角。本实施例中第一条形花纹结构为平行设置的多个第一齿状条4-8,所述第一齿状条4-8的延伸方向与所述切割槽1-1的延伸方向相互垂直,即夹角为90°。相邻两第一齿状条4-8之间形成组织容纳槽。
实施例九:
如图26所示,本实施例与实施例七的不同之处在于,第二组织压紧块3-2顶部设有与实施例四中结构相同的第二条形花纹结构,所述第二条形花纹结构的延伸方向与切割槽1-1的延伸方向具有一定夹角。本实施例中第二条形花纹结构为平行设置的多个第二齿状条3-3,所述第二齿状条3-3的延伸方向与所述切割槽1-1的延伸方向相互垂直,即夹角为90°。相邻两第二齿状条3-3之间形成第二组织容纳槽3-4。
实施例十:
如图27所示,本实施例与实施例七的不同之处在于,第一组织压紧块4-7顶部设有与实施例二中结构相同的第一条形花纹结构,第二组织压紧块3-2顶部设有与实施例四中结构相同的第二条形花纹结构,所述第一条形花纹结构与所述第二条形花纹结构凹凸配合。通过凹凸配合使第一条形花纹结构与所述第二条形花纹结构相互咬合,避免组织向前滑动,从而使组织压紧更加稳固。
实施例十一:
如图28-图30所示,本实施例与实施例一的的不同之处在于钉仓1的结构上设置预压结构,预压结构为设置在钉仓1上表面上的多个凸起1-5,优选的,所述凸起1-5为下大上小的圆台形,所述切割槽1-1包括一始端1-11和一终端1-12,进行切割时,刀片由始端1-11向终端1-12逐渐切割,如图28所示,所述凸起1-5至少分布在靠近始端1-11的钉仓1的上表面,或者如图30所示,所述凸起1-5分布在整个钉仓1的上表面。该实施例的结构可以应用到实施例一至实施例十中任一实施例中。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。
Claims (15)
1.一种一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:包括钉仓(1)、钉仓座(2)和抵钉板(3),所述钉仓(1)设置在钉仓座(2)内,所述抵钉板(3)设在所述钉仓(1)上方,且所述抵钉板(3)一端与所述钉仓座(2)转动连接,所述钉仓(1)中部设置有切割槽(1-1),所述切割槽(1-1)两侧的钉仓(1)上均设有多排缝合钉槽(1-2),所述钉仓(1)下方的钉仓座(2)内设有与所述缝合钉槽(1-2)对应的推钉片组(4),所述切割槽(1-1)一侧的钉仓(1)上还设有组织压紧块槽(1-3),所述组织压紧块槽(1-3)位于所述缝合钉槽(1-2)的最内侧一排与所述切割槽(1-1)之间的钉仓(1)上,与所述组织压紧块槽(1-3)位置对应的推钉片组(4)和/或抵钉板(3)上设有组织压紧结构,所述组织压紧结构为具有一定高度的组织压紧块。
2.如权利要求1所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述组织压紧结构包括与所述推钉片组(4)一体连接的第一组织压紧块(4-7),所述第一组织压紧块(4-7)的形状与所述组织压紧块槽(1-3)形状匹配,且所述第一组织压紧块(4-7)顶部高于所述推钉片组(4)顶部,在切割时,组织被压紧在所述第一组织压紧块(4-7)和抵钉板(3)之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述组织压紧块顶部设有第一条形花纹结构,所述第一条形花纹结构的延伸方向与切割槽(1-1)的延伸方向具有一定夹角。
4.如权利要求3所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述抵钉板(3)上设有第二条形花纹结构,所述第二条形花纹结构与所述组织压紧块槽(1-3)位置对应。
5.如权利要求4所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述抵钉板(3)上设有第二组织压紧块(3-2),所述第二条形花纹结构设置在所述第二组织压紧块(3-2)的顶部。
6.如权利要求5所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述第一条形花纹结构与所述第二条形花纹结构凹凸配合。
7.如权利要求1所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述抵钉板(3)与所述钉仓(1)相对的面为成型面,所述组织压紧结构包括设置在所述成型面上的第二组织压紧块(3-2),所述第二组织压紧块(3-2)高出所述成型面,且所述第二组织压紧块(3-2)与所述组织压紧块槽(1-3)位置对应,在切割时,组织被所述第二组织压紧块(3-2)压紧。
8.如权利要求7所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述第二组织压紧块(3-2)顶部设有第二条形花纹结构,所述第二条形花纹结构的延伸方向与切割槽(1-1)的延伸方向具有一定夹角。
9.如权利要求8所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述组织压紧结构还包括与所述推钉片组(4)一体连接的第一组织压紧块(4-7),所述第一组织压紧块(4-7)的高度与所述推钉片组(4)高度相同,且所述第一组织压紧块(4-7)顶部设有与所述第二条形花纹结构凹凸配合的第一条形花纹结构。
10.如权利要求7所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述组织压紧结构还包括与所述推钉片组(4)一体连接的第一组织压紧块(4-7),所述第一组织压紧块(4-7)的顶部高出所述推钉片组(4)顶部,在切割时,组织被压紧在所述第二组织压紧块(3-2)和第一组织压紧块(4-7)之间。
11.如权利要求1所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述组织压紧块槽(1-3)与单个所述缝合钉槽(1-2)结构相同,或者所述组织压紧块槽(1-3)为同排中相邻两个缝合钉槽(1-2)中间连通形成的结构。
12.如权利要求1所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述推钉片组(4)包括推钉片底板(4-1)和推钉片(4-2),所述推钉片(4-2)的数量与同侧的缝合钉槽(1-2)排数匹配,所述推钉片(4-2)顶部设有钉槽(4-3),所述钉槽(4-3)内设有缝合钉(5),所述钉槽(4-3)的延伸方向与所述切割槽(1-1)的延伸方向相同。
13.如权利要求12所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述推钉片(4-2)的端面上设有沿运动方向的导向条(4-5),所述缝合钉槽(1-2)的内壁上设有与所述导向条(4-5)匹配的导向槽(1-4),或者所述推钉片(4-2)的端面上设有沿运动方向的导向槽(1-4),所述缝合钉槽(1-2)的内壁上设有与所述导向槽(1-4)匹配的导向条(4-5)。
14.如权利要求12所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述推钉片底板(4-1)底部前端设有导向面(4-4)。
15.如权利要求1所述的一次性腔内切割切缘吻合器的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述钉仓(1)上表面设有多个凸起(1-5),所述凸起(1-5)至少分布在靠近始端(1-11)的钉仓(1)的上表面。
