In this embodiment, the setting of the payment unit 60 realizes automatic payment, further reduces the labor cost of the target merchant, and improves the shopping efficiency of the user. Specifically, when the door 11 is unlocked, the processor 20 controls the load cell 14 to acquire the current mass of the article on the corresponding load-bearing table 13 for a preset time. The preset time is a period in which the load cell 14 acquires the current quality of the article, and is set to prevent frequent deductions or frequent refunds of the payment unit 60 caused by frequent article removal or article replacement operations by the user. In this embodiment, the preset time is 0 minutes, and it can be understood that the user may select other preset times, such as 1 minute, 3 minutes, etc., according to the actual application requirement, which is not limited herein.
Further, the processor 20 calculates a payment amount of the item according to the initial mass and price information of the item stored in the memory 30 and the current mass of the item acquired by the load cell 14, and controls the payment unit 60 to perform a payment operation. Specifically, the processor 20 acquires the automatic payment authorization information of the user stored in the server 60, and controls the payment unit 60 to perform a deduction operation from the user or a refund operation to the user according to the automatic payment authorization information of the user.
Specifically, when the preset time is reached, the processor 20 calculates a varying mass of the item from the mass reduction limit value of the item stored in the memory 30, and from the current mass and the initial mass of the item. When the item mass decreases and the varying mass exceeds the mass decrease limit, processor 20 controls payment unit 60 to perform a deduction operation from the user. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the processor 20 calculates the changing quality of the article by "subtraction", in other words, the initial quality of the article is subtracted from the current quality, so as to obtain the quality of the article purchased by the user more accurately, and avoid the economic loss caused by the current common "balance counterfeiting" phenomenon. Meanwhile, the processor 20 calculates the variation quality of the articles by adopting 'subtraction', so that the embarrassment that the current supermarket and other merchants cannot allow the purchase of a small quantity or quality articles is effectively avoided, for example, the supermarket often cannot allow the user to purchase only one sugar at a time, and the self-service shopping box 100 provided by the embodiment can meet the purchase requirement of the user on the small quantity or quality articles to the greatest extent.
Further, when the preset time is reached, the processor 20 calculates the varying mass of the item according to the error range of the item stored in the memory 30 and according to the current mass and the initial mass of the item. When the mass of the article increases, the varying mass is within the error range, and the door 11 is closed, the processor 20 controls the payment unit 40 to perform a refund operation to the user.
The wireless communication unit 40 is further configured to send information to the manufacturer side and receive information from the manufacturer side.
Specifically, when the quality of the articles in the case 10 changes, the processor 20 controls the wireless communication unit 40 to periodically transmit the current quality of the articles obtained by the load cell 14 to the manufacturer end, so that the manufacturer can know the status of the articles stored in each target merchant in time. When the manufacturer receives the warehouse request information of a user, the processor 20 controls the wireless communication unit 40 to receive the goods dispatching matching information from the manufacturer end and controls the display screen 15 to display the goods dispatching matching information, so that the manufacturer matches and transfers the goods stored in the target merchant. The goods-adjusting matching information comprises the position information of the user and storage request information, and the storage request information comprises the information of names, quantity/quality and the like of the goods ordered by the user.
Example 2
Fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent warehouse according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application provides an intelligent warehouse 200, including a warehouse box rack 1 and a plurality of warehouse boxes 100. A plurality of bins 100 are each suspended from the bin rack 1.
The bin 100 provided in this embodiment is the same as the bin 100 provided in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2. In detail, please refer to the description of the bin 100 in embodiment 1, and the description is omitted herein.
The storage box frame 1 is a bracket which is embedded in a wall body or is independently arranged. The bin rack 1 comprises a plurality of grids 2. A pair of securing members 3 are provided in each grid 2, the securing members 3 being positioned, shaped and sized to mate with the hanging members 16 on the bin 100. Specifically, if the hanging member 16 is a protrusion provided on the case 10, the fixing member 3 is a groove matching the protrusion; if the hanging member 16 is a groove provided on the case 10, the fixing member 3 is a protrusion matching the groove. The bin 100 may slide in a push-pull manner on the bin rack 1. According to the intelligent warehouse 200 provided by the embodiment of the application, the storage box 100 is hung on the storage box frame 1, so that the intelligent warehouse 200 is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the intelligent warehouse can be quickly moved.
According to the warehouse box and the intelligent warehouse provided by the embodiment of the application, any merchant nearby the warehouse box can serve as a virtual warehouse of a manufacturer, the manufacturer does not need to use a large cost to build the warehouse, and the warehouse cost of the manufacturer is greatly reduced; after the manufacturer has no warehouse burden, market expansion can be better carried out, and market operation of the manufacturer is facilitated; the goods dispatching efficiency can be effectively improved by following the nearby principle, and the logistics transportation cost of manufacturers is saved.

It should be noted that: like reference numerals and letters denote like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, no further definition or explanation thereof is necessary in the following figures.
In the several embodiments provided by the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed bin may be implemented in other ways. The bin embodiments described above are merely illustrative, e.g., the division of the units is merely a logical function division, and there may be additional divisions in actual implementation, and e.g., multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted or not performed. Alternatively, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed with each other may be through some communication interface, device or unit indirect coupling or communication connection, which may be in electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate units may or may not be physically separate, and units shown in units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.
In addition, each functional unit in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit.

Claims (8)

1. The storage box comprises a box body for containing articles, and is characterized by also comprising a memory, a display screen, a positioning unit, a processor and a wireless communication unit,
the positioning unit is used for acquiring the position information of the box body;
the processor is used for responding to the nearby warehouse request, sending a nearby warehouse instruction to the server, receiving the position information and the article information of at least one merchant within a certain distance range from the position of the box body at the server, acquiring at least one merchant with the article information matched with the article information stored in the memory as a target merchant, and controlling the display screen to display the position information of the target merchant;
the processor is further configured to respond to a nearby warehouse request, generate warehouse request information, control the wireless communication unit to send the warehouse request information to at least one merchant end which is located within a certain distance range from a position where the box body is located, and where the article information is matched with the article information stored in the memory, and receive feedback information from the at least one merchant end, and obtain the feedback information as at least one merchant allowing warehouse as a target merchant;
the distance range comprises a plurality of distance intervals with different priority levels, and the processor is further used for acquiring a detection result that whether the object information of at least one other merchant is matched with the stored object information exists in the distance interval with the highest priority level of the merchant from the server side; when the information is not stored, acquiring a detection result that whether the article information of at least one other merchant is matched with the stored article information exists in the next-highest priority class distance interval of the merchant from the server side; and when the article information of at least one other merchant is not matched with the stored article information in the lowest priority class distance interval of the merchant, controlling the wireless communication unit to send the warehouse request information to a manufacturer side.
2. The bin according to claim 1, further comprising a wireless communication unit,
the wireless communication unit is used for receiving the goods-adjusting matching information from the manufacturer end;
the display screen is also used for displaying the goods-adjusting matching information.
3. The bin of claim 1, wherein a door is provided on the housing, a door control assembly is provided within the housing, and the processor is further configured to control the door control assembly to unlock or lock the door.
4. The bin according to claim 1, further comprising an identification unit, wherein a bin door is provided on the bin body, a bin door control assembly is provided inside the bin body,
the identification unit is used for acquiring the identity information of the target merchant;
the processor is further configured to obtain identity information of the target merchant stored in the server, compare whether the obtained identity information is consistent with the stored identity information, and control the door control component to unlock the door when the obtained identity information is consistent with the stored identity information.
5. The bin of claim 4, wherein the identity information of the target merchant is wireless network login information, a hardware identification code, fingerprint information, or bank card information of the merchant.
6. The bin according to claim 1, further comprising a payment unit and at least one load cell,
the weighing sensor is used for acquiring the quality of the object;
the processor is further configured to determine whether the location information of the box is the location information of the target merchant, and when the location information of the box is the location information of the target merchant and the quality of the article in the box changes within a preset time, control the payment unit to perform a payment operation.
7. The bin according to claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the bin is provided with hanging means.
8. An intelligent warehouse comprising a warehouse box frame, and further comprising a plurality of warehouse boxes according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein a plurality of warehouse boxes are placed on the warehouse box frame.
