Description

Group message processing method and device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of message processing technologies in instant messaging, and in particular, to a group message processing method and apparatus.
Background
In the present day of more and more developed networks, people rely on the networks more and more, and Instant Messaging (IM) tools generated by the networks more and more. By using the instant messaging tool, people can chat in various ways such as characters, voice, even videos and the like. When communicating using IM, communication can be performed in a group manner, in addition to one-to-one communication between two users. Such a group is typically created by a user, which is typically referred to as a "group owner". After creating a group, the group owner may invite friends or people with common interests to chat within a group. The same user may join multiple groups, such as college classmates, colleagues, and so on.
Particularly, when group chat is performed, the speech of any user in the group can be seen by other users in the group, and each user has free speech. However, since the number of users included in the same group is generally large, the topic scales that can be accepted by different users may be different. For example, a college classmate group typically has both boys and girls, and a conversation between boys may be accompanied by something that the girls seem to belong to a dirty word, and so on. In this case, some users may be reminded to pay attention while speaking, but such reminders are often of little use due to habitual factors or personal awareness. Therefore, for an unacceptable user, it may be chosen to mask the entire group's speech, but this may lead to dissonance of the user relationships within the group, affecting the user's use of the group functions.
For this reason, in the prior art, the server may filter the speech content of the user, for example, when words of abuse or the like are found, the masking operation is of little effect in practical applications, and in many cases, the user is still often disturbed by the anharmonic speech.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the process of implementing the present application, the inventor of the present application finds that the server in the prior art can mask the group speech, but the reason for the poor effect is that: the sensitive word list maintained by the server is universal for the whole network, and mainly shields some words which are generally repugnant to users of the whole network as sensitive words from the perspective of most users. However, in practical applications, due to factors such as different member compositions, specific words are sensitive among the small-range user groups when the members speak, and thus, the personalized characteristics may be generally embodied. For example, a group of users is a college classmate group, a user in the group has a nickname during school, but the user does not like to be called as such due to changes in social identity, etc., but each classmate in the group may not necessarily know, and thus, there may still be a person calling the classmate with the nickname, resulting in dissonance that may occur within the group. It is clear that the vocabulary for this nickname class is not added to the sensitive word list by the server, as it may be normal for other groups of users.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, a customized sensitive word list may be set for each user group, where the sensitive word list may be created and updated by members (including group owners, group members, and the like) in the user group, that is, a user in the user group may add a sensitive word to be shielded into its own customized sensitive word list according to actual chat needs and characteristics of the group itself. That is, assuming that a user joins three user groups, the customized sensitive word list corresponding to each user group may be different. Therefore, the group messages in each user group can be filtered by using the respective customized sensitive word lists, and once a certain message is found to contain a customized sensitive word, the customized sensitive word list can be shielded, so that the influence of the existence of the sensitive word on the use of the group communication function by the user can be avoided. Moreover, when a user talks in one user group and contains a certain vocabulary, the vocabulary may be judged as a sensitive word, but when the vocabulary is mentioned in other user groups, the vocabulary may not be judged as the sensitive word, so that personalized shielding based on each user group can be realized, shielded information is more consistent with the chat environment of the user group, and influence on other user groups is avoided. Specific implementations are described in detail below.
It should be noted that, generally speaking, when a user in a group sends a group message, the following processing flows are as follows:
the first step is as follows: the user's own client can directly show the message in the group message display area of the conversation window;
the second step is that: while executing the first step, the client can submit the group message to the server and carry the group id of the upper user, the id of the current user, and the like;
the third step: after receiving the group message, the server forwards the message to the clients of other member users of the user group;
the fourth step: and the clients of other member users display the group messages in the group message display area of the conversation window according to the group messages received from the server.
In this embodiment of the present application, the operation of shielding the sensitive word from the group message may be completed on the server side, or may be completed on the sender client side, or may be completed on the receiver client side, which is described below.
Example one
In the first embodiment, the operation of sensitive word screening on the group message is completed on the server side, and the sending client and the receiving client may perform processing according to normal logic.
Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present application first provides a group message processing method, which may include the following steps:
s101: the server prestores a user-defined sensitive word list aiming at each user group; the user-defined sensitive word list is created according to user-defined sensitive words uploaded by member user clients in each user group;
in order to determine which words are sensitive words, the server may determine a custom sensitive word list of each user group in advance, and store the custom sensitive word list, so that the list is used to filter the sensitive words for specific group messages in the following.
In order to embody the personalized characteristics, the source of the specific sensitive word may be a list of sensitive words to be shielded, which is submitted to the user group by member users (including group owners, administrators, and common members) in each user group and stored by the server. The server may specifically store the above information in various forms, for example, one of the forms may be as shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
Serial number User group id Sensitive word list
1 id1 Sensitive word 1, sensitive word 2 … …
2 id2 Sensitive word 3, sensitive word 4 … …
…… …… ……
That is, assuming that the user a is a member of a certain user group a, it may add a sensitive word to the sensitive word list of the user group a, so that the sensitive word may be masked within the group. In specific implementation, the same user may join multiple user groups at the same time, and when the user sets a sensitive word for one of the user groups, the user may also need to set the sensitive word as a sensitive word of another user group to which the user joins. Therefore, batch setting of the user-defined sensitive word lists of a plurality of user groups by the same user can be realized.
In the process that the member users set the customized sensitive word list for the respective user groups, the server can also perform semantic analysis on the historical message records and the like of the user groups respectively, wherein the semantic analysis can possibly become the words of the sensitive words in the group, the words can be recommended to the member users in the group, and the words can be added into the customized sensitive word list of the user group after being confirmed by the member users. For example, in a message record of a certain user group, one of the messages is "two bad, where? ", immediately followed by a reply of: "Do not to ask me more about this! | A "two bad" may be the sensitive word of the group, and then a recommendation message may be sent to each member user in the group, and if confirmation of one or more (e.g., half, etc.) member users is received, the recommendation message may be added to the customized sensitive word list of the user group. The semantic analysis, how to automate it specifically, can be implemented in the manner known in the art and will not be described in detail here.
In addition, in practical applications, whether a term is a sensitive word that needs to be masked may still be different for different users of members in the same user group, that is, each of the customized sensitive words of the same user group may be valid for all members, such as nicknames in the foregoing examples, and for only some members, such as some of the nature of abuse and canon, and may be acceptable for male members and unacceptable for female members, as long as no human attack or particularly excessive members are involved, and so on. Therefore, in the shielding process, a distinction can be made. Therefore, in specific implementation, when the member user submits the customized sensitive word, the user can be provided with operation options of member user information for selecting the function of the sensitive word, all members can be selected, and a part of the members can be selected from the member list. After receiving the user-defined sensitive words, the server can also receive the sensitive words and enable the member users to be valid, and correspondingly, the server can also store the user-defined sensitive words in a database to be valid for the member users respectively so as to indicate that the sensitive words need to be shielded for the valid member users. In this case, the information structure stored in the database may be as shown in table 2 below:
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0000707790880000091
S102: when receiving a group message to be sent from a sender client, determining a target group identifier corresponding to the group message;
after the user-defined sensitive word lists corresponding to the user groups are stored, the sensitive words contained in the group messages can be filtered in the specific group communication process. Specifically, the server is used as a transfer party of the group message, and the client of the sender of the group message firstly sends the group message to the server and then forwards the group message to other members in the group, so that the server can judge the content of the group message after receiving the group message of the client of the sender. Specifically, since the group message sent by the sender client carries the group identifier such as the user group id, the target group identifier can be extracted from the group message.
S103: inquiring a self-defined sensitive word list to be shielded corresponding to the target group, and judging whether the group message to be sent contains a self-defined sensitive word corresponding to the target group;
after the target group identifier is determined, a user-defined sensitive word list corresponding to the user group identifier may be determined by looking up table 1 and the like, and then, whether the user-defined sensitive word corresponding to the user group identifier is included in the currently received group message may be determined by a text-to-peer manner.
S104: and when the group message to be sent contains the user-defined sensitive words corresponding to the target group, shielding the sensitive words.
If the current group message is judged to contain a sensitive word, the message can be shielded. The specific shielding treatment manner may be various, for example, one of the manners may be: the server refuses to forward the message and may provide the sending user client with a reminder that its message cannot be sent because it contains sensitive words. Alternatively, the user-defined sensitive words contained in the text may be subjected to fuzzy processing, for example, mosaic processing, or may be replaced with other information, for example, a preset symbol or text. In addition, if the sensitive word list pre-stored by the server also stores the replacement information corresponding to the sensitive word, the sensitive word can be replaced by using the pre-stored replacement information.
After the replacement processing, the replaced group message may be forwarded to other user clients in the group, so that, because the group message received by the other user clients is already the information after the replacement processing, the group message is directly displayed in the message display area in the dialog window, at this time, the group message that is already replaced is seen in the message display area by the other user, for example, a part of the content is mosaiced, and so on.
In addition, in a specific implementation, the method can be combined with a general sensitive word list, that is, the server can store a general sensitive word list while storing a respective customized sensitive word list for each user group, so that for a current group message to be sent, when the server filters by using the customized sensitive word list of the current user group, if the customized sensitive word list is not hit, the general sensitive word list can be reused for secondary filtering, and if the general sensitive word list is hit, the message to be sent can be shielded.
Of course, as described in step S101, the pre-stored user-defined sensitive entries may be valid for all members or only for some members, so after determining the user-defined sensitive entries included in the current group message, it is also possible to determine valid member users corresponding to the user-defined sensitive entries, and then perform the shielding process only for the valid member users. For example, when the group message to be sent contains a custom sensitive word effective for all members, the group message to be sent can be shielded for all members; when the group message to be sent contains the self-defined sensitive words effective to part of the members, the group message to be sent can be shielded according to the part of the members. Whether the whole members or part of members are targeted, when the message to be sent is shielded, forwarding can be directly refused, or sensitive words can be replaced. For example, when the shielding processing is performed on part of the members, sensitive words in the message may be replaced, the replaced message is forwarded to the part of the effective members, and the user may receive the original group message for other members in the group. For example, a certain group message contains a certain word, and the method of the embodiment of the application can enable only male students in the group to see the word, but not female students in the group, and the like.
It should be noted that in this first embodiment, the logic of the client may not be modified, but since the filtering is performed on the sensitive word at the server, in the case of shielding by means of sensitive word replacement, for the sender user of the group message, the message that he or she sees in the message display area of the conversation window may still be a complete unmasked message, but since the sender user speaks himself or herself, this effect may be ignored. Certainly, in order to achieve consistency of message contents shown by users in the same group, a sender of a message is also made to know that some contents sent by the sender are shielded, and sensitive word shielding processing can be performed on the message contents shown by the client of the sender user. For example, because the message content displayed by the sender client can be directly displayed without being relayed by the server, in a feasible manner, the sensitive word list required to be shielded in the user group can be locally stored in the client in advance, so that when a current user associated with the client sends a certain group message, the sensitive word list can be firstly compared by using the locally stored sensitive word list, and if the sensitive word exists, the sensitive word list can be shielded by the client and then output to the message display area of the conversation window for display. Of course, the shielding processing mode used by the client and the mode used by the server can be the same. In another mode, it may also be determined that a sensitive word exists in a certain group message at the server, and after the blocking process is performed, a processed group message is also sent to the message sender user, so that the message sender client may replace the group message that has been previously displayed in the message display area of the dialog window with the message that has been blocked, or may also display the message that has been blocked in the message display area instead of using the replacement method, and at the same time, may prompt the sender user by displaying different colors or the like, and block a part of the content in the certain group message that has been sent.
In short, by the embodiment of the application, the customized sensitive word list can be respectively set for each user group, and the sensitive word list can be created and updated by members (including group owners, group members and the like) in the user group, that is, the user in the user group can add the sensitive words to be shielded into the customized sensitive word list according to the actual chat needs and the characteristics of the group.
Example two
In the second embodiment, the shielding operation for the partially sensitive words in the group message may be performed at the client. Similar to the aforementioned first shielding processing manner for the group message by the sender user client, the user-defined shielding sensitive word list corresponding to the user group may be locally stored in the client of each user, so that the sender client may shield the sensitive words in the group message when an event of sending the group message occurs, and the receiver client may shield the sensitive words in the group message when receiving the group message forwarded by the server.
Referring to fig. 2, the second embodiment provides a group message processing method from the perspective of the sending user client, and referring to fig. 2, the method may include the following steps:
s201: a sender client pre-stores a user-defined sensitive word list corresponding to at least one user group to which a user joins; the user-defined sensitive word list is created according to user-defined sensitive words uploaded by member user clients in each user group;
the custom sensitive word list stored by the client can be obtained from the server, and for example, the custom sensitive word list can be realized in a mode of pushing by the server or a mode of requesting by the client. However, for a specific user, the number of the groups to which the user joins is often only a few, and therefore, the customized sensitive word list locally stored in the terminal device of the client may only be the customized sensitive word list corresponding to one or more user groups to which the associated user of the client joins. Here, a user associated with a client is a user who logs in to the server through the client, for example, a user a logs in to the server through an App client installed on a mobile terminal device, and the user a is an associated user of the client. In specific implementation, when a user logs in a server through a client installed on a certain terminal device for the first time, the server pushes the user-defined sensitive word lists of all user groups joined by the user to the client, and the client can locally store the user-defined sensitive word lists corresponding to all the user groups in the terminal device where the client is located.
S202: when a group message needs to be sent to a target user group, inquiring a self-defined sensitive word list to be shielded corresponding to the target group, and judging whether the group message contains a self-defined sensitive word corresponding to the target user group;
s203: and when the group message contains the user-defined sensitive words corresponding to the target user group, shielding the group message.
The method for shielding the client of the sending user may be various, for example, the sending user is directly prompted, the message sent by the sending user cannot be sent because the message contains a sensitive word, or the sensitive word may be replaced, for example, a mosaic is printed, or other characters and symbols are replaced, and then the replaced message is sent to the server and forwarded to other members in the group by the server, or the replaced message may be directly forwarded to other members in the group in a point-to-point manner, and so on.
In the latter case, of course, the server may also continue to use the general sensitive word list for filtering after receiving the replaced message, and if the general sensitive word is found to exist in the message, the filtering may be further performed, for example, the message is not forwarded to other member users, or the general sensitive word included in the message is also replaced and then forwarded, and so on.
EXAMPLE III
In the third embodiment, after the receiving-side client receives the group message and before the message is input in the dialog window, it may be determined whether the message contains the custom sensitive word. Referring to fig. 3, a third embodiment provides a group message processing method, which may include the following steps:
s301: a receiving party client pre-stores a user-defined sensitive word list corresponding to at least one user group to which a user joins; the user-defined sensitive word list is created according to user-defined sensitive words uploaded by member user clients in each user group;
s302: when a group message from a target user group is received, inquiring a self-defined sensitive word list to be shielded corresponding to the target group, and judging whether the group message contains a self-defined sensitive word corresponding to the target user group;
the group received by the receiving client may be forwarded from the server, and therefore may be a message that has been subjected to a blocking process by the server, for example, it has been determined by using a general sensitive word list, and if a general sensitive word is found to be included in the message, the message may be replaced, and so on. In this embodiment of the present application, for a group message that has been subjected to the shielding processing by the server, after receiving the group message, the receiving-side client may further perform a second shielding processing, where the shielding processing is performed based on the custom sensitive word list of the current user group.
S303: and if the group message contains the user-defined sensitive words corresponding to the target user group, shielding the group message.
The shielding processing mode of the receiver client can be various, for example, the output to the message display area of the dialog box can be directly refused, or the user-defined sensitive word is replaced by other characters and symbols, or a mosaic is printed, and then the processed message is output to the message display area, so that the influence of the sensitive word on the receiver user is avoided.
For details of other specific implementations of the second embodiment and the third embodiment, reference may be made to the description of the first embodiment, and details are not described here.
Corresponding to the group message processing method provided in the first embodiment of the present application, an embodiment of the present application further provides a group message processing apparatus, where the apparatus is applied to a server, and referring to fig. 4, the apparatus may specifically include:
a list saving unit 401, configured to save a custom sensitive word list for each user group in advance; the user-defined sensitive word list is created according to user-defined sensitive words uploaded by member user clients in each user group;
