Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for prompting information of other positioning terminals, including:
11. and the server acquires the information of other positioning terminals within a preset range. The preset range is determined by the server according to the received current map interface range of the positioning terminal or is directly sent to the server by the positioning terminal.
The step of determining the preset range by the server specifically comprises the following steps: the server receives a current map interface sent by the positioning terminal and determines that the map sheet where the current map interface is located is a preset range. Further, the server can also determine that the map sheet where the current map interface is located and the directly adjacent map sheet are in a preset range; and the adjacent map sheets are also used as a preset range, so that the acquisition range can be properly enlarged, and the information on the adjacent map sheets can be quickly prompted when the current interface moves.
The steps of determining the preset range and sending the preset range to the server by the positioning terminal specifically comprise: and the positioning terminal determines the map sheet where the current map interface of the positioning terminal is located as a preset range and sends the preset range to the server. Furthermore, the positioning terminal can also send the map sheet where the current map interface is located and the directly adjacent map sheet to the server as a preset range. And the adjacent map sheets are also used as a preset range, so that the acquisition range can be properly enlarged, and the information on the adjacent map sheets can be quickly prompted when the current interface moves.
The map sheet refers to that a map of a wide area is divided into a plurality of single maps with proper sizes according to a certain mode so as to be convenient for map making and using. The map sheet of the current map interface is specifically as follows: when the current map interface comprises a part or all of a map sheet, the map sheet is the map sheet where the current map interface is located, and the preset range comprises the sum of the map sheets where the current map interface is located. The number of views within the current map interface is typically one or more. Preferably, there are no more than 4 frames in the current map interface, and thus there are no more than 4 frames in the current map interface, it being understood that the current map interface is on at least one frame.
For example, fig. 2 shows a case that the current map interface includes a part of 1 map sheet, and in this case, the map sheet a is the map sheet where the current map interface is located.
For example, fig. 3 shows a case where the current map interface includes a part of each of the 4 frames, and in this case, frames 1 to 4 are frames where the current map interface is located.
The preset range comprises the sum of the map sheets where the current map interface is located, and further, the preset range can also comprise the map sheets directly adjacent to the map sheet where the current map interface is located. Therefore, the acquisition range can be properly enlarged to ensure that the information on the adjacent pictures is quickly prompted when the current interface moves.
The other positioning terminal information includes at least one of: the real-time positions of other positioning terminals, the real-time speeds of other positioning terminals, the grades of other positioning terminals, the times of sending information to a server by other positioning terminals or the types of other positioning terminals and the like. The other positioning terminal types can be divided into: other positioning terminals of android version, other positioning terminals of IOS version, other positioning terminals of freight version, a vehicle event data recorder, a driving safety early warning instrument, a vehicle-mounted navigator or a portable navigator and the like. Furthermore, the positioning terminal can also submit other types of positioning terminals to be acquired to the server, and only request the server for other positioning terminal information of a specific type. And if the submitted type of the other positioning terminal is the automobile data recorder, only requesting the information of the other automobile data recorder from the server. It will be appreciated that 2 and more than 2 other types of positioning terminals may also be submitted.
12. And the server screens the other positioning terminals with the set number according to the grades of the other positioning terminals and/or the times of sending information to the server by the other positioning terminals.
The other positioning terminal classes include: trusted other positioning terminals and normal other positioning terminals. The trusted other positioning terminals comprise other positioning terminals logged in at the server side, and the common positioning terminals comprise other positioning terminals not logged in at the server side. Other positioning terminals can generally log in at the server through an account number and/or a password. The number of times that the other positioning terminals send information to the server is as follows: in general, other positioning terminals send their information to the server at regular or irregular intervals, and when other positioning terminals send information to the server, the server records the number of times that other positioning terminals send information, that is, the number of times of sending.
The set number can be set by the server or the local positioning terminal. If the number of the positioning terminals is set by the positioning terminal, the positioning terminal sets the number of the positioning terminals and sends the number to the server. In the present embodiment, the setting is performed by the server. The set number may be a set total number of filters for a preset range, such as 16, 32, 56, or 100. For example, 32 other positioning terminals within the preset range are screened out when the number of the positioning terminals is set to 32. The set number may also be the number of other positioning terminals for each map sheet within a preset range, where the set number may be the same or different, in this embodiment, the same number of positioning terminals is set for each map sheet within the preset range, and if 16 other positioning terminals screened on each map sheet within the preset range are set, 16 other positioning terminals on each map sheet within the preset range are screened. The number of the images set for each preset range can enable the prompting interface to be more balanced and attractive on the premise of screening out effective other positioning terminals, and is convenient for a user to check. And when the number of all other positioning terminals in the preset range is less than the set number, all other positioning terminals are selected.
The server screens out the set number of other positioning terminals according to the grades of the other positioning terminals, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: and preferentially screening the credible other positioning terminals, and screening the common other positioning terminals when the credible other positioning terminals are less than the set number. And when the number of all other positioning terminals is less than the set number, all other positioning terminals are selected.
The step that the server screens out the set number of other positioning terminals according to the sending times specifically comprises the following steps: and the server screens out a set number of other positioning terminals from at least according to the sending times, and when the number of all other positioning terminals is less than the set number, all other positioning terminals are screened out. Preferably, the server may further perform screening according to the number of times of sending information to the server in the mobile state of the other positioning terminals. Because the information of other positioning terminals is not helpful to other users when the speed of the other positioning terminals is 0, the screening according to the number of times of sending of the other positioning terminals when moving is more meaningful for the users.
The server filters the other positioning terminals with the set number according to the grades of the other positioning terminals and the sending times, and specifically comprises a scheme a or a scheme b, wherein the scheme a or the scheme b specifically comprises the following steps:
scheme a, preferentially screening other credible positioning terminals, screening other positioning terminals with set number from at least according to the sending times of the credible other positioning terminals, and when the other credible positioning terminals are less than the set number, screening other common positioning terminals from at least to complement the set number according to the sending times;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and according to the scheme b, screening out a set number of other positioning terminals from at least according to the sending times, and preferentially screening out credible other positioning terminals when the sending times are the same.
In the above two screening methods, if all the other positioning devices are less than the set number, all the other positioning terminals are selected.
The server will be described in detail with reference to table 1, which shows that the server filters the set number of other positioning terminals according to the grades of the other positioning terminals and the sending times. There are 6 other location terminals A, B, C, D, E, F and their associated cases in table 1.
Scheme a: the trusted other positioning terminals A, B, C are preferentially selected, and then a set number of other positioning terminals are selected from at least a set number of other positioning terminals according to the number of times of transmission, and if the set number is 2, B-C is selected. If the set number is 5 and the number of the credible other positioning terminals is less than 5, all credible other positioning terminals B-C-A are firstly screened out from at least according to the sending times, and then ordinary other positioning terminals D-E are screened out from at least according to the sending times to complement the set number for 5.
Scheme b: and screening the set number of other positioning terminals from at least according to the sending times, and preferentially screening the credible other positioning terminals when the sending times are the same. Therefore, the screening sequence is D-B-C-E-A-F, if the set number is 2, other positioning terminals D-B are screened out, and if the set number is 3, other positioning terminals D-B-C are screened out.
Other positioning terminals Other positioning terminal classes Number of transmissions
A Trusted other positioning terminal 3 times of
B Trusted other positioning terminal 9 times of
C Trusted other positioning terminal 4 times (twice)
D Common other positioning terminals 10 times of
E Common other positioning terminals 4 times (twice)

TABLE 1
13. And the server sends the screened information of the other positioning terminals to the positioning terminal for prompting. The prompt includes a display prompt and/or a voice prompt. If the positioning terminal is provided with the electronic map, the information of other positioning terminals can be prompted to the corresponding position of the real-time position of the electronic map, so that the user can observe the information conveniently.
In the method, in order to avoid the trouble of the observation of the user caused by the frequent change of other positioning terminals screened by the server, the server can also mark the selected other positioning terminals, and the marked other positioning terminals are preferentially selected during screening.
In this embodiment, preferably, the process of determining the preset range and the process of screening are processed at the server side and then sent to the local positioning terminal for prompting. Only sending the screened information of other positioning terminals to the positioning terminal for prompting, thereby saving the flow for the user and saving the data transmission time; the processing process is at the server end, so that the dependence of the processing process on the performance of the positioning terminal can be reduced, and the function can be used by the middle and low-end positioning terminal.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the information of other positioning terminals in the preset range is obtained, and the information is screened according to the grades of the other positioning terminals and/or the times of sending the information to the server by the other positioning terminals, so that the information of the other positioning terminals obtained by screening is prompted, and more effective information can be provided for the trip of the user.
Example two

Further, the determining unit 202 may further determine that the map frame where the current map interface is located and the map frame directly adjacent to the map frame are within a preset range. And the adjacent map sheets are also used as a preset range, so that the acquisition range can be properly enlarged, and the information on the adjacent map sheets can be quickly prompted when the current interface moves.
The step of the communication unit 203 directly receiving the preset range determined and sent by the positioning terminal includes: the positioning terminal determines the map width where the current map interface of the positioning terminal is located as a preset range and sends the preset range to the communication unit 203. Furthermore, the positioning terminal can also determine the map sheet where the current map interface is located and the directly adjacent map sheet as a preset range and send the preset range to the server.
The example is the same as the first embodiment, fig. 2 and fig. 3, and is not described again here.

The other positioning terminal types can be divided into: other positioning terminals of android version, other positioning terminals of IOS version, other positioning terminals of freight version, a vehicle event data recorder, a driving safety early warning instrument, a vehicle-mounted navigator or a portable navigator and the like. Further, the communication unit 203 may also receive other types of positioning terminals that need to be acquired and are submitted by the positioning terminal. The positioning terminal submits other positioning terminal types needing to be acquired, and only requests other positioning terminal information of a specific type from the server. And if the submitted type of the other positioning terminal is the automobile data recorder, only requesting the information of the other automobile data recorder from the server. It will be appreciated that 2 and more than 2 other types of positioning terminals may also be submitted.
The screening unit 204 is configured to screen the other positioning terminals with the set number according to the grades of the other positioning terminals and/or the number of times that the other positioning terminals send information to the server.
The step of screening out the other positioning terminals of the set number by the screening unit 204 according to the grades of the other positioning terminals specifically includes: and preferentially screening the credible other positioning terminals, and screening the common other positioning terminals when the credible other positioning terminals are less than the set number. And when the number of all other positioning terminals is less than the set number, all other positioning terminals are selected.
The step of screening out the set number of other positioning terminals by the screening unit 204 according to the sending times specifically includes: the screening unit 204 screens out a set number of other positioning terminals from at least the number of times of transmission, and when the number of all other positioning terminals is less than the set number, all other positioning terminals are selected. Preferably, the screening unit 204 may also perform screening according to the number of times of sending information to the server in the mobile state of the other positioning terminal. Because the information of other positioning terminals is not helpful to other users when the speed of the other positioning terminals is 0, the screening according to the number of times of sending of the other positioning terminals when moving is more meaningful for the users.

33. And the positioning terminal prompts the information of the screened other positioning terminals. The prompt includes a display prompt and/or a voice prompt. If the positioning terminal is provided with the electronic map, the information of other positioning terminals can be prompted to the corresponding position of the real-time position of the electronic map, so that the user can observe the information conveniently.
In the method, in order to avoid the trouble of the user observation caused by frequent change of other positioning terminals screened by the positioning terminal, the positioning terminal can also mark the selected other positioning terminals, and the other marked positioning terminals are preferentially selected when the positioning terminal is used for screening.
Example four
As shown in fig. 6, a positioning terminal (the present positioning terminal) provided for the fourth embodiment of the present invention includes:
a communication unit 401, configured to receive information of other positioning terminals in a preset range sent by a server; the preset range is determined by the server or determined by the determining unit 402 and sent to the server by the communication unit 401.
The step of determining the preset range by the server specifically comprises the following steps: the server receives the current map interface range of the positioning terminal sent by the communication unit 401, and determines that the map sheet where the current map interface is located is a preset range. Further, the server may further set the map sheet where the current map interface is located and the map sheet directly adjacent to the map sheet as a preset range. And the adjacent map sheets are also used as a preset range, so that the acquisition range can be properly enlarged, and the information on the adjacent map sheets can be quickly prompted when the current interface moves.
The steps of determining the preset range by the determining unit 402 and sending the preset range to the server by the communication unit 401 specifically include: the determining unit 402 determines the map sheet where the current map interface of the positioning terminal is located as a preset range, and the communication unit 401 sends the preset range to the server. Further, the determining unit 402 may further determine the map sheet where the current map interface is located and the map sheet directly adjacent to the map sheet as a preset range. And the adjacent map sheets are also used as a preset range, so that the acquisition range can be properly enlarged, and the information on the adjacent map sheets can be quickly prompted when the current interface moves.
The server acquires information of other positioning terminals within a preset range, and sends the information to the communication unit 401 of the positioning terminal.
The example is the same as the first embodiment, fig. 2 and fig. 3, and is not described again here.
The other positioning terminal information includes at least one of: the real-time positions of other positioning terminals, the real-time speeds of other positioning terminals, the grades of other positioning terminals, the times of sending information to a server by other positioning terminals or the types of other positioning terminals and the like. The other positioning terminal types can be divided into: other positioning terminals of android version, other positioning terminals of IOS version, other positioning terminals of freight version, a vehicle event data recorder, a driving safety early warning instrument, a navigator and the like. Further, the communication unit 401 may also submit other types of positioning terminals that need to be acquired, and request only the specific type of other positioning terminal information from the server. And if the submitted type of the other positioning terminal is the automobile data recorder, only requesting the information of the other automobile data recorder from the server. It will be appreciated that 2 and more than 2 other types of positioning terminals may also be submitted.
A screening unit 403, configured to screen a set number of other positioning terminals according to the grades of the other positioning terminals and/or the number of times that the other positioning terminals send information to the server.
If the server sets the number, the number is set by the server and then the server sends the number to the positioning terminal. In this embodiment, the present positioning terminal performs setting.
