Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
An embodiment of the present invention discloses a service system, please refer to fig. 1, which may include: business equipment, terminal and processing server.
The service device refers to a device provided by a service provider and capable of providing various service services for a user at an internet terminal side, where the service may include but is not limited to: shopping services such as coupon pickup, shopping payment, and the like; administrative services such as attendance, check-in, etc.; and interactive communication services, such as obtaining meeting agenda, obtaining lecture materials, exchanging interactions, obtaining information of participants and the like. The terminal may be a portable terminal device such as a mobile phone, a PAD (PAD), a smart wearable device, and an application program may be installed and run in the terminal, and the application program may include but is not limited to: SNS (social networking Services) applications, instant messaging applications, and the like. The processing server can be an independent service device or a cluster service device formed by a plurality of independent service devices.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the service device is preferably a device capable of broadcasting or transmitting a near field wireless communication signal, including but not limited to a Ble device or an NFC device; and the terminal has a near field wireless communication function, and the terminal and the service equipment can realize near field wireless communication. The business process of the business system shown in fig. 1 is specifically as follows:
first, the service provider may perform service registration in the processing server, and in a specific implementation, the service provider may use a device such as a PC (Personal Computer), a mobile phone, or the like to send a registration request to the processing server, where the registration request may include a service page requesting registration; the processing server distributes a unique service identifier for the service provider according to the registration request of the service provider, and stores the service identifier in association with a service page contained in the registration request of the service provider; it should be noted that, after the service identifier is stored in association with the service page, the associated service page may be obtained from the processing server through the service identifier.
Secondly, the service provider configures the service identifier assigned by the processing server in its own service device, and may place the service device in some offline scenarios related to the service it provides, such as: shopping malls, subway stations, etc.; the service device may broadcast and transmit a near field wireless communication signal at a certain frequency (e.g., 1 minute, 5 minutes, etc.), and carry a service identifier configured by a service provider in the near field wireless communication signal. In practical applications, in order to provide service for users more conveniently, a service provider may note, on a service device, an operation prompt for obtaining the service, for example: and marking operation prompts such as 'paste one paste', 'bump one touch' and the like on the business equipment to prompt a user to execute the prompted operation to obtain a service page. It will be appreciated that the facilitator may also note profiles of the provided business services in the business device, such as: the service equipment notes the following information: the shopping payment can be carried out by sticking one label; and so on.
Thirdly, a user at the terminal side can start the near field wireless communication function of the terminal and execute the prompted operation on the terminal according to the operation prompt of the service equipment, so that near field contact can be realized between the terminal and the service equipment; and then, the terminal can obtain the near field wireless communication signal broadcasted by the service equipment and analyze the service identifier of the service equipment from the near field wireless communication signal, so that the corresponding service page can be obtained from the processing server according to the service identifier and output to a user for browsing or subsequent operation, and the service process is ended. From the business process, the user can quickly obtain the service page provided by the service provider only by simply executing the prompt action of the business equipment through the terminal, the operation is simple and convenient, and the business processing efficiency is high.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the processing server may be a backend server of an internet application (for example, an SNS application, an instant messaging application, or the like), or may not be the backend server of the internet application. When the processing server is a background server of the internet application program, in the service process, after the near field wireless communication function of the terminal is started, if the internet application program in the terminal is in a running state (namely the user starts the internet application program in the terminal), the terminal immediately acquires a near field wireless communication signal broadcasted by the service equipment; if the internet application program in the terminal is not in a running state (i.e. the user has not started the internet application program in the terminal), the terminal may obtain the near field wireless communication signal broadcast by the service device when the internet application program is started; therefore, the power consumption of the terminal can be reduced, and the performance of the terminal is improved.
In the service system of the embodiment of the invention, near field wireless communication signals carrying service identification are broadcasted to the terminal through the service equipment, the terminal analyzes the near field wireless communication signals to obtain the service identification of the service equipment, and the terminal can directly obtain the corresponding service page from the processing server according to the service identification for outputting; the whole acquisition process can be realized only by the near-field contact between the terminal and the service equipment by the user, and the operation is simple; and the terminal can obtain the service identifier only by analyzing the near field wireless communication signal according to the near field wireless communication protocol, so as to obtain the service page, improve the efficiency and success rate of obtaining the service page, and further improve the service processing efficiency.
Based on the above description, the embodiment of the present invention provides a service processing method, which is executed by the terminal shown in fig. 1, and in particular, by a service processing apparatus in the terminal, where the service processing apparatus may be an internet application in the terminal, and the internet application may be an SNS application, an instant messaging application, or the like. Referring to fig. 1, the method may include the following steps S101-S104.
S101, monitoring a near field wireless communication signal broadcasted by service equipment.
In a specific implementation, before executing step S101, the following steps S11-S12 may also be executed:
s11, starting the near field wireless communication function of the terminal, wherein the near field wireless communication function comprises a Bluetooth communication function or an NFC communication function.
s12, detecting whether the terminal executes the moving operation in the direction of approaching the service equipment; if the detection result is yes, step S101 is triggered to be executed.
In practical applications, business devices are usually placed in some offline scenarios related to the business services they provide, such as: shopping malls, subway stations, etc.; in addition, in order to provide service for users more conveniently, the service provider may note an operation prompt for obtaining service on the service device, for example: marking operation prompts such as 'paste one paste', 'bump one touch' and the like on the business equipment; or, the service equipment notes the following information: the shopping payment can be carried out by sticking one label; and so on. In steps s11-s12, before obtaining the service provided by the service device, the user at the terminal side needs to start the bluetooth communication function or the NFC communication function of the terminal, and perform an operation on the terminal according to the operation prompt of the service device. When detecting that the terminal performs a moving operation in a direction approaching the service device under the operation of the user, a near field contact such as "stick-and-stick" or "bump-and-bump" is achieved between the terminal and the service device, then the subsequent step S101 may be triggered to listen to a near field wireless communication signal broadcasted by the service device, and the near field wireless communication signal may include, but is not limited to: a Ble signal or an NFC signal. The Ble signal is a robust wireless signal with low cost, short distance and interoperability, and requires the distance between two communication parties to meet certain requirements to achieve ultra-low energy consumption. An NFC signal is a short range, high frequency wireless signal.
S102, if the near field wireless communication signal broadcasted by the service equipment is monitored, analyzing the near field wireless communication signal to obtain the service identification of the service equipment.
If the NFC signal broadcasted by the service device is monitored, the NFC signal may be parsed according to the NFC protocol format to obtain the service identifier of the service device. Steps S103-S104 are then performed. If the blade signal broadcast by the service device is monitored, since the blade technology has a certain requirement on the distance between the two communication parties to realize ultra-low energy consumption, after the step analyzes the blade signal according to the blade protocol format and obtains the service identifier of the service device, before the step S103-S104, the following step S13 may be further executed:
s13, determining whether the service device meets the service condition according to the blade signal.
If the service equipment meets the service condition, the distance between the terminal and the service equipment meets the requirement, and the terminal can receive the service provided by the service equipment; otherwise, it indicates that the distance between the terminal and the service device cannot meet the requirement, and more energy consumption may be generated, so that the terminal cannot receive the service provided by the service device. In a specific implementation, in the process of executing step s13, the method specifically executes the following steps ss131 to ss 134:
ss131, obtaining the strength value and the reference value of the Ble signal from the service equipment.
And ss132, calculating the distance between the terminal and the service equipment according to the strength value of the Ble signal and the reference value.
In steps ss131-ss132, when broadcasting the Ble signal, the service device will usually broadcast the strength value of the Ble signal at the same time, where the strength value may be denoted as rssi; and, the service device determines the strength value of the Ble signal at a specific distance between the terminal and the service device as a reference value and provides the reference value to the terminal. Here, the specific distance may be set empirically, for example: the specific distance may be 1 m. Since the reference value is used to describe the strength of the Ble signal when the terminal is a specific distance away from the service device, the actual distance between the terminal and the service device can be calculated by comparing the obtained strength value of the Ble signal with the reference value.
And ss133, judging whether the distance is smaller than a preset threshold value.
And if the SS134 is smaller than the service requirement, the service equipment is confirmed to meet the service requirement.
In step ss133-ss134, if the distance is smaller than the preset threshold, it indicates that the distance between the terminal and the service equipment meets the requirement, and the service equipment meets the service condition, so that the service can be provided for the terminal; otherwise, it indicates that the distance between the terminal and the service device cannot meet the requirement, and more energy consumption may be generated, so that the terminal cannot receive the service provided by the service device.
Through steps ss131-ss134, if the service device satisfies the service condition, steps S103-S104 are continuously executed.
S103, acquiring a service page corresponding to the service identifier of the service equipment from the processing server.
S104, outputting the service page in the terminal.
In steps S103-S104, since the processing server stores the service identifier in association with the service page, then, according to the service identifier of the service device, the service page stored in association can be queried from the storage space of the processing server. Further, the service page is output in the terminal to be provided for the user to browse or follow-up operation.
The following describes a flow of a service processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The example takes a scene of shopping by pasting one label in a retail store as an example, and specifically includes:
the retail store owner performs service registration on the processing server through the instant messaging application program, obtains a service identifier, and sets a service page corresponding to the service identifier, wherein the service page comprises information such as names, brief description descriptions and prices of articles sold by the retail store. The retail owner configures the service identifier on the business equipment (specifically, a blade equipment), places the business equipment in the retail, and notes a payment operation prompt on the business equipment.
When a user wants to shop in a retail store, the Bluetooth communication function of the mobile phone can be opened, an instant messaging application program in the mobile phone is opened, and the mobile phone is moved to be close to business equipment; the business equipment broadcasts the blade signal to the mobile phone, the mobile phone analyzes the blade signal to obtain the service identifier of the business equipment, and the service page corresponding to the service identifier is pulled from the processing server. The mobile phone outputs the pulled service page, and the user can select the articles to be purchased on the service page and initiate subsequent processes of confirming orders, paying and the like to complete shopping.
In the service processing method of the embodiment of the invention, near field wireless communication signals carrying service identification are broadcasted to a terminal through service equipment, the terminal analyzes the near field wireless communication signals to obtain the service identification of the service equipment, and the terminal can directly obtain a corresponding service page from a processing server according to the service identification for outputting; the whole acquisition process can be realized only by the near-field contact between the terminal and the service equipment by the user, and the operation is simple; and the terminal can obtain the service identifier only by analyzing the near field wireless communication signal according to the near field wireless communication protocol, so as to obtain the service page, improve the efficiency and success rate of obtaining the service page, and further improve the service processing efficiency.
