Accordingly, the present invention can be applied to any type of mobile terminal, and is not limited to a slide type mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal 100 as shown in fig. 1 may be configured to operate with communication systems such as wired and wireless communication systems and satellite-based communication systems that transmit data via frames or packets.
A communication system in which a mobile terminal according to the present invention is operable will now be described with reference to fig. 2.
Such communication systems may use different air interfaces and/or physical layers. For example, the air interface used by the communication system includes, for example, Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA), Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), and Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) (in particular, Long Term Evolution (LTE)), global system for mobile communications (GSM), and the like. By way of non-limiting example, the following description relates to a CDMA communication system, but such teachings are equally applicable to other types of systems.
Referring to fig. 2, the CDMA wireless communication system may include a plurality of mobile terminals 100, a plurality of Base Stations (BSs) 270, Base Station Controllers (BSCs) 275, and a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) 280. The MSC280 is configured to interface with a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) 290. The MSC280 is also configured to interface with a BSC275, which may be coupled to the base station 270 via a backhaul. The backhaul may be constructed according to any of several known interfaces including, for example, E1/T1, ATM, IP, PPP, frame Relay, HDSL, ADSL, or xDSL. It will be understood that a system as shown in fig. 2 may include multiple BSCs 2750.
Each BS270 may serve one or more sectors (or regions), each sector covered by a multi-directional antenna or an antenna pointing in a particular direction being radially distant from the BS 270. Alternatively, each partition may be covered by two or more antennas for diversity reception. Each BS270 may be configured to support multiple frequency allocations, with each frequency allocation having a particular frequency spectrum (e.g., 1.25MHz,5MHz, etc.).
The intersection of partitions with frequency allocations may be referred to as a CDMA channel. The BS270 may also be referred to as a Base Transceiver Subsystem (BTS) or other equivalent terminology. In such a case, the term "base station" may be used to generically refer to a single BSC275 and at least one BS 270. The base stations may also be referred to as "cells". Alternatively, each sector of a particular BS270 may be referred to as a plurality of cell sites.
As shown in fig. 2, a Broadcast Transmitter (BT)295 transmits a broadcast signal to the mobile terminal 100 operating within the system. In fig. 2, several Global Positioning System (GPS) satellites 300 are shown. The satellite 300 assists in locating at least one of the plurality of mobile terminals 100.
In fig. 2, a plurality of satellites 300 are depicted, but it is understood that useful positioning information may be obtained with any number of satellites. Other techniques that can track the location of the mobile terminal may be used instead of or in addition to GPS tracking techniques. In addition, at least one GPS satellite 300 may selectively or additionally process satellite DMB transmission.
As a typical operation of the wireless communication system, the BS270 receives reverse link signals from various mobile terminals 100. The mobile terminal 100 is generally engaged in conversations, messaging, and other types of communications. Each reverse link signal received by a particular base station 270 is processed within the particular BS 270. The obtained data is forwarded to the associated BSC 275. The BSC provides call resource allocation and mobility management functions including coordination of soft handoff procedures between BSs 270. The BSCs 275 also route the received data to the MSC280, which provides additional routing services for interfacing with the PSTN 290. Similarly, the PSTN290 interfaces with the MSC280, the MSC interfaces with the BSCs 275, and the BSCs 275 accordingly control the BS270 to transmit forward link signals to the mobile terminal 100.
Based on the above mobile terminal hardware structure and communication system, the present invention provides various embodiments of the method.
Example one
A first embodiment of the present invention provides a method for automatically identifying a master identity of a mobile terminal, as shown in fig. 3, including:
s101, acquiring the end position of a finger currently holding the mobile terminal, the distance between fingers and the area of a palm, and comparing the end position, the distance between fingers and the area of the palm with corresponding data of a main characteristic information database;
specifically, the main characteristic information database includes: the mobile terminal comprises position coordinate values of the ends of four fingers, namely an index finger, a middle finger, a ring finger and a tail finger, palm area and distances between the index finger and the middle finger, between the middle finger and the ring finger and between the ring finger and the tail finger when the mobile terminal is held by a mobile terminal owner. In order to form posture data which can represent that a user holds the mobile terminal most, the data in the main characteristic information database can be an average value of all data formed after all data are collected for multiple times, namely an average value of coordinate values of end positions of all fingers, an average value of distances between fingers adjacent to each other and an average value of palm areas, and then the main characteristic information database is formed.
The owner characteristic information base can collect data to set when the owner carries out initialization setting of the mobile terminal.
Generally, when the mobile terminal is held by one hand for use or reading, the screen of the mobile terminal is placed on the upper back of the mobile terminal to contact with the palm of the hand, and the thumb is placed above the mobile terminal, so that the use action is taken as the action of identifying the identity of the owner, namely the use state shown in fig. 7. Designating origin of coordinates such as the position of the upper left corner of the mobile terminal as the origin of coordinates position, then acquiring the position coordinates of the ends of four fingers of index finger X1, middle finger X2, ring finger X3 and tail finger X4 by the mobile terminal back sensor unit 140, calculating the contact area S of the palm with the mobile terminal by the pressure-sensitive area of the back of the mobile terminal, the palm area being the palm area of the palm including the fingers in a broad sense. The inter-finger distance L1 between the index finger and the middle finger, the inter-finger distance L2 between the middle finger and the ring finger, and the inter-finger distance L3 between the ring finger and the tail finger, which are distances between the finger tips of the adjacent fingers, are calculated by formulas. The formula for calculating the distance between adjacent fingers is as follows: l ═ v [ (x2-x1)2+(y2-y1)2]Wherein, (X1, Y1), (X2, Y2) are coordinate values of the ends of two adjacent fingers relative to the origin of coordinates, and L is the inter-finger distance of the adjacent fingers;
multiple acquisitions were made and the average of each value was calculated. After a plurality of acquisitions, a plurality of coordinate values of X1, a plurality of coordinate values of X2, a plurality of coordinate values of X3 and a plurality of palm areas S are obtained, a plurality of L1, a plurality of L2 and a plurality of L3 are obtained by calculation, the average value of X1, the average value of X2, the average value of X3, the average value of X4 and the average value of L1, the average value of L2 and the average value of L3 and the average value of palm areas S are calculated, and the acquired data and the calculated average value data are stored in a memory 160 to form a main characteristic information database as the basis of comparison and judgment.
The acquisition of the position of the end of the finger, the distance between the fingers, and the area of the palm of the hand currently holding the mobile terminal may be performed in a timed manner, in real time, or when the holding action changes, it should be noted that the data acquired again may be only partial data, such as the position coordinates of one finger and the area of the palm, and is not required to be acquired according to all the data of the master characteristic information base.
Comparing the coordinates of the current index finger, middle finger, ring finger and tail finger with the coordinates or the average value of the coordinates of the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and tail finger in the master characteristic information database, and comparing the palm area of the current held mobile terminal with the palm area or the average value of the palm area in the master characteristic information database; and comparing the current inter-finger distance with the corresponding inter-finger distance or the average value of the inter-finger distances in the main characteristic information base.
And S102, judging the owner of the person holding the mobile terminal at present when the mobile terminal accords with the set rule, and otherwise, identifying the stranger of the person holding the mobile terminal at present.
Specifically, the setting rule may be that when a matching error between the currently acquired value and at least 50% of the owner characteristic information in the owner characteristic information base is within a range of 10%, the owner of the person currently holding the mobile terminal is determined, otherwise, the stranger of the person currently holding the mobile terminal is determined. The 50% is data of 50% in the main feature information database of the computer, for example, the main feature data of X1, X2, X3, X4, L1, L2, L3 and S8 can be set in S101, and then the main feature data is matched with the main feature data of 50% in the main feature information database, namely the four basic feature data in the main feature information database of the computer. The error of 10% means that each average value in the data sets an acceptable fluctuation range, for example, if the average value of L1 is 7mm, the acceptable data value is 6.3-7.7 mm, of course. The information matching with 70% and 80% in the main characteristic information base is set, the error acceptance degree of 10% can also be set to be a value of 15% or 5%, and when more data need to be matched and the error is smaller, the judgment accuracy is higher.
The method for automatically identifying the master identity of the mobile terminal comprises the steps that a plurality of groups of data of the mobile terminal held by the collector owner are collected, and a master information database is formed by finger positions, finger distances and palm areas. Therefore, conditions are provided for protecting the personal information of the owner when the user of the mobile terminal is replaced in the using process.
Example two
A second embodiment of the present invention provides a method for automatically identifying a master identity of a mobile terminal, as shown in fig. 4, including:
s201, collecting the end position of fingers, the distance between fingers and the area of a palm holding the mobile terminal at present and comparing the end position, the distance between fingers and the area of the palm with corresponding data of a main characteristic information database;
s202, determine whether the matching error between the currently acquired data and at least 50% of the corresponding owner characteristic data in the owner characteristic information base is within 10%? If yes, executing S205, otherwise executing S204;
s203, judging a person holding the mobile terminal at present as a stranger;
specifically, if it is determined that the person currently using the mobile terminal is not the owner, some usage information records of the owner need to be protected in privacy, such as hiding the usage records, and certainly, some programs may be set to be not started.
S204, judging the owner of the person who holds the mobile terminal at present and executing S206;
specifically, if the user holding the mobile terminal is determined to be the owner, the detected data may be added to the owner characteristic information database as the basic data for calculating the average values.
S205, hiding the use record;
specifically, the (historical) usage record includes at least one of a search keyword, a web page viewing record, a video viewing record, an outgoing and incoming call record, an instant message sending record, and a receiving record. By hiding the basic use information, other people can be prevented from spying on the heart world of the owner and the privacy of personal life through the personal search keyword, the video viewing record and the webpage access record of the owner.
And S206, ending.
According to the method for automatically identifying the owner identity of the mobile terminal, whether the current user of the mobile terminal is the owner or not is judged by collecting multiple groups of data of the owner holding the mobile terminal, and if the judgment result shows that the current user of the mobile terminal is a stranger, the owner privacy information protection mode is started, namely information about the owner using the mobile terminal is automatically hidden, so that the owner privacy is well protected, and embarrassment and trouble are avoided.
EXAMPLE III
A third embodiment of the present invention provides a device for automatically identifying a master identity of a mobile terminal, which is disposed in the mobile terminal, as shown in fig. 5, and includes: data acquisition unit 10, comparison unit 20, and judgment unit 30.
And the data acquisition unit 10 is used for acquiring the end position of the fingers, the distance between the fingers and the area of the palm of the hand currently holding the mobile terminal.
Specifically, when the mobile terminal is held by one hand for use or reading, the thumb of the mobile terminal is located above the terminal, and therefore the use operation is used as the operation for identifying the owner identity, that is, the use state shown in fig. 7. Specifying the origin of coordinates such as the position of the upper left corner of the mobile terminal as the origin of coordinates position, then the data collection and operation unit 10 acquires the position coordinates of the ends of the four fingers of the index finger X1, the middle finger X2, the ring finger X3 and the tail finger X4 through the back sensor of the mobile terminal, and calculates the contact area S between the palm and the mobile terminal through the pressure-sensitive area of the back of the mobile terminal, wherein the palm area refers to the palm area of the part which broadly contains the fingers. The inter-finger distance L1 between the index finger and the middle finger, the inter-finger distance L2 between the middle finger and the ring finger, and the inter-finger distance L3 between the ring finger and the tail finger, which are the distances between the tips of the fingers of the adjacent fingers and the tip of the finger, are calculated by formulas. The formula for calculating the distance between adjacent fingers is as follows: l ═ v [ (x2-x1)2+(y2-y1)2]Wherein, (X1, Y1), (X2, Y2) are coordinate values of the ends of two adjacent fingers relative to the origin of coordinates, and L is the inter-finger distance of the adjacent fingers;
in order to more accurately grasp the gesture of the main holding movement, position coordinates of the ends of four fingers, namely an index finger X1, a middle finger X2, a ring finger X3 and a tail finger X4, and a contact area S between a palm and a mobile terminal are acquired for a plurality of times, wherein the palm area refers to a palm area which broadly comprises parts of the fingers, and an inter-finger distance L1 between the index finger and the middle finger, an inter-finger distance L2 between the middle finger and the ring finger and an inter-finger distance L3 between the ring finger and the tail finger, and the inter-finger distance refers to a distance between the finger tips of adjacent fingers and the finger tip fingers; the average of each value was calculated. After the data acquisition unit 10 performs a plurality of data acquisitions, a plurality of coordinate values of X1, a plurality of coordinate values of X2, a plurality of coordinate values of X3, and a plurality of palm areas S are obtained, a plurality of L1, a plurality of L2, and a plurality of L3 are obtained by calculation, an average value of X1, an average value of X2, an average value of X3, an average value of X4, an average value of L1, an average value of L2, an average value of L3, and an average value of palm areas S are calculated, and the acquired data and the calculated average value data are stored in the memory 160 to form a main feature information database as a basis of comparison and judgment.
