本发明公开了一种耐高温防水电缆,包括16根绝缘线芯、屏蔽套、地线、防水层、铝套、热敏变色层和透明保护层套,屏蔽套包覆在绝缘线芯外,防水层包覆在屏蔽线单元外,屏蔽线单元和防水层之间填充有填料,地线在填料内,铝套包绕于防水层外,铝套外表面设置有热敏变色层,透明保护层套包绕于热敏变色层外;绝缘线芯由导体和包覆在导体外围的耐高温绝缘层构成,屏蔽线单元由4根绝缘线芯和屏蔽套构成。该种电缆耐高温、防水性能良好,具有一定的防鼠、防蚁和抗干扰功能。设置有热敏变色层,可根据变色层颜色判断电缆表面温度。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆领域,具体而言,涉及一种耐高温防水电缆。
背景技术
随着电缆使用环境的日益复杂,对电缆质量要求不断的提高。目前市场上供应的电缆,很少同时兼具耐高温、防鼠、防蚁、防水和抗干扰的功能。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种具有良好耐高温、防鼠、防蚁、防水和抗干扰性能的电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种耐高温防水电缆,包括16根绝缘线芯、屏蔽套、地线、防水层、铝套、热敏变色层和透明保护层套,所述屏蔽套包覆在所述绝缘线芯外,所述防水层包覆在屏蔽线单元外,所述屏蔽线单元和所述防水层之间填充有填料,所述地线在填料内,所述铝套包绕于所述防水层外,所述铝套外表面设置有热敏变色层,所述透明保护层套包绕于所述热敏变色层外;所述绝缘线芯由导体和包覆在导体外围的耐高温绝缘层构成,屏蔽线单元由4根绝缘线芯和屏蔽套构成。
所述耐高温防水电缆的每个绝缘线芯都与所述屏蔽套内周面相贴合。
所述耐高温防水电缆的每个屏蔽线单元都与所述防水层内周面相贴合。
所述耐高温防水电缆的耐高温绝缘层为聚四氟乙烯层、聚苯硫醚层或聚醚醚酮层。
所述耐高温防水电缆的热敏变色层位于所述铝套外表面的两侧。
所述耐高温防水电缆的屏蔽套为壁厚为0.03-0.05mm的铝塑复合薄膜套。
本发明的有益效果:该种耐高温防水电缆耐高温、防水性能良好,具有一定的防鼠、防蚁和抗干扰功能。设置有热敏变色层,可根据变色层颜色判断电缆表面温度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明采取以下技术方案来实现:该种耐高温防水电缆,包括16根绝缘线芯、屏蔽套3、地线4、防水层5、铝套6、热敏变色层7和透明保护层套8,屏蔽套3包覆在绝缘线芯外,防水层5包覆在屏蔽线单元外,屏蔽线单元和防水层5之间填充有填料,地线4在填料内,铝套6包绕于防水层5外,铝套6外表面设置有热敏变色层7,透明保护层套8包绕于热敏变色层7外;其中绝缘线芯由导体1和包覆在导体外围的耐高温绝缘层2构成,屏蔽线单元由4根绝缘线芯和屏蔽套3构成。
作为本发明的优选方案,每个绝缘线芯都与屏蔽套内周面相贴合;每个屏蔽线单元都与防水层内周面相贴合;耐高温绝缘层为聚四氟乙烯层、聚苯硫醚层或聚醚醚酮层;热敏变色层位于铝套外表面的两侧;屏蔽套为壁厚为0.03-0.05mm的铝塑复合薄膜套。
在铝套外表面两侧设置热敏变色层能节省热敏变色层材料,节约成本,易于观察。热敏变色层5由热敏变色材料制成,在不同温度下呈现不同颜色,铝套在100-200℃会发生时效,降低使用性能,因此可以采用100℃左右的变色材料。透明保护层套可有效防止热敏变色层脱落。

1.一种耐高温防水电缆,其特征在于:包括16根绝缘线芯、屏蔽套、地线、防水层、铝套、热敏变色层和透明保护层套,所述屏蔽套包覆在所述绝缘线芯外,所述防水层包覆在屏蔽线单元外,所述屏蔽线单元和所述防水层之间填充有填料,所述地线在填料内,所述铝套包绕于所述防水层外,所述铝套外表面设置有热敏变色层,所述透明保护层套包绕于所述热敏变色层外;所述绝缘线芯由导体和包覆在导体外围的耐高温绝缘层构成,屏蔽线单元由4根绝缘线芯和屏蔽套构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防水电缆,其特征在于:所述每个绝缘线芯都与所述屏蔽套内周面相贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防水电缆,其特征在于:所述每个屏蔽线单元都与所述防水层内周面相贴合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防水电缆,其特征在于:所述耐高温绝缘层为聚四氟乙烯层、聚苯硫醚层或聚醚醚酮层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防水电缆,其特征在于:所述热敏变色层位于所述铝套外表面的两侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温防水电缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽套为壁厚为0.03-0.05mm的铝塑复合薄膜套。
