Description

Wireless network deployment method and system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wireless communication, in particular to a wireless network deployment technology.
Background
A wireless local area network WLAN (wireless local area network) provides a wireless connection service of a local area network, and a wireless Access Point (AP) is a wireless transceiver in the wireless local area network, and is used to convert data received from a wired network, such as the Internet, into a wireless signal for transmission, convert the received wireless signal into data, and forward the data to the wired network.
At present, the existing WiFi network with operation property is more and more common, and more nodes are provided for the AP, and centralized management of the AP becomes one of the most important characteristics. Usually, a WLAN wireless network is deployed in a small enterprise, the amount of demand of an AP is small, and an Access Controller (AC) and the AP are often deployed in the same two-layer network, and are easy to communicate and interconnect. When a large-medium enterprise deploys a wireless network, the number of APs is large, the network topology is complex, different AP subsets belong to different subnets, and how to quickly and effectively discover an AC by the APs is one of the important problems faced by network administrators.
The current AC discovery schemes mainly fall into the following categories:
(1) the discovery mode of DHCP Option 60 field is that the IP or domain name of AC is configured in the Option field of DHCP Server in network, and the IP address of AC is obtained while the IP address is distributed by DHCP Client of AP;
(2) a DNS discovery mode, namely, an IP address of the AC is obtained through a DNS request of the AP;
(3) an AP pre-configuration mode, namely, an IP address or a domain name of an AC is configured in an AP local file in advance;
(4) the broadcast discovery mode, i.e. the AP requests the AC to reply to its IP address by sending a broadcast message.
The above technical solution (1) requires that the AP and the AC belong to the same two-layer broadcast domain, otherwise they cannot operate. In addition, if the network does not support the DHCP Server or supports the DHCP Server but does not support the configuration Option field, the network can not work, and has considerable limitation; the technical scheme (2) requires the network to support DNS service, otherwise, the AC can not be found; according to the technical scheme (3), a configuration mode is pre-configured, when the IP or domain name of the AC is changed, each AP needs to be modified by a manual mode, and the method is very complicated and poor in maintainability; the technical scheme (4) has the same disadvantages as the scheme (1), namely, the AP and the AC both belong to a two-layer broadcast domain, and the message between the AP and the AC needs to be back and forth for at least two times to obtain the IP address or the domain name of the AC;
therefore, it is necessary to invent a new wireless network deployment technology to quickly discover the AC, so as to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and the problem to be overcome in the industry is really a challenge.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art, the present invention provides a method and a system for deploying a wireless network to quickly discover an AC, so as to solve the problem that the AC cannot be quickly sent when the wireless network is deployed in the prior art.
To achieve the above and other objects, the present invention provides a wireless network deployment method, comprising: step S1: broadcasting a broadcast message containing a network address of the wireless controller in a broadcast domain periodically through a broadcasting module; step S2: the wireless access equipment in the broadcast domain receives the broadcast message; step S3: the wireless access equipment analyzes the broadcast message to obtain the network address of the wireless controller; and step S4: and the wireless access equipment initiates a connection request to the wireless controller according to the analyzed network address to request to access a wireless network.
Preferably, the radio control and the radio access device belong to a broadcast domain, and in step S1, the broadcast message is periodically broadcast through the radio controller.
Preferably, the broadcasting module is a personal computer loaded with message broadcasting software. Further, when the wireless controller and the wireless access device do not belong to the same broadcast domain, in step S1, the personal computer is used to access each sub-network respectively, so as to broadcast the broadcast message periodically in the broadcast domain of the sub-network.
Preferably, the broadcast module is a manager of a wireless access device, in step S1, the broadcast message is periodically broadcast through a management interface of the manager of any wireless access device logged in the wireless network, and other wireless access devices in the same broadcast domain receive the broadcast message.
The invention also proposes a wireless network deployment system for implementing the above method, said system comprising: the broadcast module is used for regularly broadcasting a broadcast message containing the network address of the wireless controller in a broadcast domain; the wireless access equipment is positioned in the broadcast domain, receives the broadcast message, analyzes the broadcast message to obtain the network address of the wireless controller, and sends a connection request to the wireless controller according to the network address; and the wireless controller receives the connection request and processes the connection request so as to enable the wireless access equipment to access the wireless network.
Compared with the prior art, the invention mainly broadcasts the network address of the wireless controller (AC) on the wireless network in a broadcast domain periodically through the broadcast module, such as a personal computer loaded with message broadcast software, an AP manager or the wireless controller AC, so that the wireless access equipment (AP) in the same broadcast domain can start to acquire the network address of the wireless controller, and then sends a connection request to the wireless controller to request to access the wireless network. The invention actively broadcasts the network address of the wireless controller AC through the broadcasting module, thereby not only reducing the mutual messages, but also enabling the wireless access equipment AP in the subnet of the same broadcasting domain to rapidly acquire the network address of the AC, thereby solving the problem that the AC is difficult to find when the existing wireless network is deployed.
