1. A rotary discharging type cosmetic containing bottle comprises an outer bottle body and a bottle cap, wherein the outer bottle body is of a hollow structure with an open upper end part, and the bottle cap is arranged on the upper end part of the outer bottle body and seals an upper end port of the outer bottle body; the method is characterized in that: an elastic container which is used for accommodating the cream or cream cosmetics and elastically deforms up and down is arranged in the outer bottle body, a discharge hole is formed in the upper part of the elastic container, and a deformation control device which controls the elastic deformation of the elastic container is arranged in the outer bottle body;
a diameter-reducing cylindrical opening communicated with the hollow cavity of the elastic container extends upwards from the upper end part of the elastic container, and the diameter-reducing cylindrical opening is the discharge hole;
the deformation control device comprises a rotary sleeve and a rotary operation disc for controlling the rotary sleeve to rotate, the rotary sleeve is rotatably installed in the outer bottle body, the elastic container is arranged in the rotary sleeve, the rotary operation disc is positioned above the rotary sleeve and is relatively and rotatably connected with the elastic container, the rotary sleeve is synchronously and rotatably connected with the rotary operation disc, a liquid passing port communicated with the discharge port is formed in the rotary operation disc corresponding to the discharge port, a sealing cover which moves up and down and seals the reduced diameter cylindrical port is installed on the liquid passing port, and a climbing chassis which is positioned below the elastic container and spirally ascends or spirally descends along the rotary sleeve along with the rotation of the rotary sleeve is arranged in the rotary sleeve;

2. The rotary discharging type cosmetic containing bottle as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the elastic container is a spring bottle.
