With the development of internet technology, users can now conveniently share videos on the internet. However, there may be malicious information in the UGC video, including: information infringing the privacy of other users, yellow violence information, malicious rumor information, etc. The malicious information is necessary to be cleaned up in a network environment, however, the internet data is huge, users are numerous, and it is very difficult to clean up all the malicious information.
In the prior art, for malicious videos on the internet, the following three processing modes are mainly used:
in the first mode, a video on a network is checked manually, and a malicious video is confirmed and processed;
in the second mode, the link address of the malicious video is provided by reporting through an internet user, auditors download the reported video for audit confirmation, and the malicious video is processed;
and in the third mode, the report is reported by the internet users, and the reported malicious video is uploaded to a specified position for auditing by an auditor.
However, in the above prior art, in the first mode, because the information amount of the internet content is large, it is obviously not enough to adopt limited staff to perform all the content, while most of the information on the internet is not malicious, and the mode of manually processing the video is inefficient; in the second mode, an auditor is required to download the corresponding video and check the whole video, the downloading and checking time is long, and the processing efficiency is low; in the third mode, the time required for uploading the whole video by the user is long, and more traffic is consumed, so that the enthusiasm of reporting by the user is influenced.

Referring to fig. 2, a video processing method according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes:
201. receiving video reporting information;
the user watches the network video through the video APP (for example, Tencent video) installed in the smart phone, if the fact that the network video contains information invading the privacy of other users, yellow violence information, malicious rumor information and other malicious information is found, the network video can be reported immediately in the watching process, a user reporting button is generally arranged on a playing interface of the APP, and the user clicks the reporting button to report. The user can also report after watching the whole video. The report of the user forms video report information, a report system in the APP is a functional module which is provided for the user to report malicious information in the APP, and the report system receives the video report information sent by the user.
202. Acquiring playing time corresponding to target video content reported in the video reporting information;
and acquiring the playing time corresponding to the target video content reported by the user in the video report information. For example, the video report information is generated when the video is played for the 10 th second of the 40 th minute, and the playing time is acquired.
203. Intercepting a preset number of video frames in a preset time range before and after the playing time in the target video;
and intercepting a preset number of video frames in a preset time range before and after the playing time in the target video, for example, if the playing time is 40 minutes and 10 seconds, acquiring 100 video frames in 39 minutes to 41 minutes of the target video.
The number of the intercepted frames may be adjusted according to the condition of the target video or the system configuration, for example, if the playing time occupied by the content of the target video containing malicious information is short, the number of the intercepted video frames may be increased, so as to more accurately determine whether the target video contains malicious information.
204. And sending the intercepted video frame to a server for processing.
Sending the intercepted video frame to a server for processing, wherein the server can send the received video frame intercepted by the smart phone to terminal equipment appointed by an auditor according to an operation instruction of the auditor, so that the auditor can audit the intercepted video frame through the appointed terminal equipment, if the intercepted video frame can confirm that malicious information exists in the target video, the target video is called for rechecking, and after the rechecking, the target video is deleted from the server in which the target video is stored. And if the target video can be confirmed to have no malicious information through the intercepted video frame, the target video is not processed.
In the embodiment of the invention, according to the video report of the user, the preset number of video frames in the preset time range after the playing time corresponding to the reported target video content is intercepted and sent to the server for processing, and the mode of combining the video report and manual review is adopted, so that only a small number of static video frames need to be reviewed, the whole video does not need to be reviewed, the reviewing speed is accelerated, and the reviewing efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a video processing method, including:

specifically, in the process of playing the target video, when the video report information is received, the current playing time of the target video is obtained.
Or after the target video is played, when the video report information is received, requesting the user to provide a play time corresponding to the reported target video content, for example, the user may be required to input the play time corresponding to the reported content in a dialog box, or a pull-down arrow may be provided in the dialog box to provide a selectable play time period corresponding to the content to be reported for the user.
303. Intercepting a preset number of video frames in a preset time range before and after the playing time in the target video;
304. sending the intercepted video frame to a server for processing;
sending the intercepted video frame to a server for processing, wherein the server can send the received video frame intercepted by the smart phone to terminal equipment appointed by an auditor according to an operation instruction of the auditor, so that the auditor can audit the intercepted video frame through the appointed terminal equipment, if the intercepted video frame can confirm that malicious information exists in the target video, the target video is called for rechecking, and after the rechecking, the target video is deleted from the server in which the target video is stored. And if the target video can be confirmed to have no malicious information through the intercepted video frame, the target video is not processed.
305. If the report is successful, storing the user account information corresponding to the video report information into an account credit database;
if the report is successful, the intercepted video frame can confirm that the target video has malicious information, and the user terminal stores the user account information corresponding to the video report information into an account credit database.
Or the server stores the user account information corresponding to the video reporting information into an account credit database.
The account credit database may be established in the server or in another server.
306. Determining the credit rating of the user account according to the number of times of successful reporting of the user account, wherein the higher the number of successful reporting times is, the higher the credit rating of the user account is;
recording the number of times of successful reporting of the user account, and determining the credit rating of the user account according to the number of times of successful reporting of the user account, wherein the higher the number of times of successful reporting is, the higher the credit rating of the user account is.
For example, if the number of reporting successes is 5, the credit rating of the corresponding user account is 5, and if the number of reporting successes is 10, the credit rating of the corresponding user account is 10. The higher the credit degree is, the higher the priority of the user account is, and when the video reporting information of different users is received, the system preferentially processes the video reporting information of the user with the higher credit degree.
This step may also be performed by the server.
307. And sending the information of the credit rating of the user account to the server, so that the server processes the video reporting information of the corresponding user account according to the sequence of the credit rating of the user account.
And the user terminal sends the determined information of the credit rating of the user account to the server, so that the server processes the video reporting information of the corresponding user account according to the sequence of the credit rating of the user account.
If the credit rating of the user account is determined to be completed by the server according to the number of times of successful reporting of the user account, the server can directly process the video reporting information of the corresponding user account according to the sequence of the credit rating of the user account, namely, preferentially process the video reporting information of the user with higher credit rating.
By processing the video reporting information of the corresponding user account according to the sequence of the credit degrees of the user account, the efficiency of auditing the target video can be further improved.
