As shown in fig. 5, the communication method is used in a mobile terminal, and the communication method of the present embodiment includes the following steps:
in step S51, a communication is initiated to the target mobile terminal and an identification request is sent to the server.
The initiating communication to the target mobile terminal in this embodiment may specifically be initiating a call or sending a short message to the target mobile terminal, and it should be noted that the mobile terminal initiating communication and the target mobile terminal receiving communication are different mobile terminals.
The communication device of this embodiment, after initiating communication to the target mobile terminal, may send an identification request to the server, where the identification request is used to trigger the server to determine whether an operator currently operating the target mobile terminal is a true user of the target mobile terminal, and generate a determination result. Sending the identification request to the server may be performed while initiating communication to the target mobile terminal.
In step S52, the server returns a determination result indicating whether or not the operator currently operating the target mobile terminal is an actual user of the target mobile terminal.
The judgment result includes one of the following information: information indicating that the operator of the current operation target mobile terminal is a true user, and information indicating that the operator of the current operation target mobile terminal is not a true user. How to generate the determination result may be consistent with the foregoing embodiments, and details are not described herein.
In step S53, the determination result is displayed.
And displaying the judgment result on a screen, and enabling the user to know whether the current operator of the target mobile terminal is a real user or not according to the judgment result. For example, if a call is initiated to the target mobile terminal, the result is hung up, and at this time, it is recognized that the current operator of the target mobile terminal is not a real user according to the judgment result, the operator may be placed in a pocket of a trousers pocket and broken, so that the operator can select to dial again; if the current operator of the target mobile terminal is identified as the real user according to the judgment result, the fact that the real user is not convenient to answer the call currently can be judged, and the call can be dialed again after a period of time. Similarly, if a short message is sent to the target mobile terminal and a returned short message is received, if the current operator of the target mobile terminal is identified not to be a real user according to the judgment result, the content of the short message which is not returned is selected.
According to the communication method of the embodiment, if communication is initiated to the target mobile terminal, an identification request is also sent to the server so as to trigger the server to judge whether an operator currently operating the target mobile terminal is a real user of the target mobile terminal, a judgment result is generated, the judgment result returned by the server is received, and whether the current operator of the mobile terminal is the real user is known according to the judgment result, so that the next operation is determined according to the judgment result, and great convenience is brought to the user of the mobile terminal.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating a communication device in accordance with an example embodiment. Referring to fig. 6, the apparatus includes a first obtaining module 601, a second obtaining module 602, a determining module 603, and a sending module 604.
The obtaining module 601 is configured to obtain current fingerprint information of an operator currently operating the second mobile terminal if the first mobile terminal is identified to initiate communication to the second mobile terminal;
the second obtaining module 602 is configured to obtain pre-stored fingerprint information corresponding to the second mobile terminal in a preset database, where the pre-stored fingerprint information is pre-stored fingerprint information of a real user of the second mobile terminal;
the judging module 603 is configured to judge whether the operator is a real user according to the current fingerprint information and the pre-stored fingerprint information, and generate a judgment result;
the sending module 604 is configured to send the determination result to the first mobile terminal.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus of this embodiment further includes a storage module 701, where the storage module 701 is configured to:
acquiring prestored fingerprint information sent by a second mobile terminal and a telephone number of the second mobile terminal;
and storing the pre-stored fingerprint information and the telephone number of the second mobile terminal in a preset database.
The specific manner in which the respective modules perform operations has been described in detail in relation to the apparatus in this embodiment, and will not be elaborated upon here.
According to the communication device of the embodiment, if the first mobile terminal is identified to initiate communication to the second mobile terminal, the current fingerprint information of the operator of the second mobile terminal is acquired, whether the user currently operating the second mobile terminal is a real user is judged according to the pre-stored fingerprint information and the current fingerprint information, and the judgment result is informed to the first mobile terminal, so that the user of the first mobile terminal can determine the next operation according to the judgment result, and great convenience is brought to the user of the mobile terminal.
Optionally, the first obtaining module of the above embodiment is configured to:
receiving an identification request sent by a first mobile terminal, wherein the identification request comprises a telephone number of a second mobile terminal which initiates communication by the first mobile terminal;
sending an acquisition instruction to the second mobile terminal according to the identification request, wherein the acquisition instruction is used for triggering the second mobile terminal to acquire the current fingerprint information of an operator currently operating the second mobile terminal;
and receiving the current fingerprint information sent by the second mobile terminal.
Therefore, if the first mobile terminal initiates communication to the second mobile terminal, the first mobile terminal actively sends an identification request to the communication device so that the identification device obtains the current fingerprint information of the operator of the second mobile terminal, judges whether the user currently operating the second mobile terminal is a real user or not according to the prestored fingerprint information and the current fingerprint information, and informs the judgment result to the first mobile terminal so that the user of the first mobile terminal can determine the next operation according to the judgment result, thereby bringing great convenience to the user of the mobile terminal.
Optionally, an obtaining module of the foregoing embodiment is configured to:
and receiving current fingerprint information of an operator currently operating the second mobile terminal, which is sent by the second mobile terminal, wherein the current fingerprint information comprises a telephone number of the first mobile terminal initiating communication to the second mobile terminal.
Therefore, if the first mobile terminal initiates communication to the second mobile terminal is identified, the second mobile terminal actively sends the current fingerprint information of the operator of the second mobile terminal to the identification device, judges whether the user currently operating the second mobile terminal is a real user or not according to the prestored fingerprint information and the current fingerprint information, and informs the judgment result to the first mobile terminal, so that the user of the first mobile terminal determines the next operation according to the judgment result, not only can great convenience be brought to the user of the mobile terminal, but also the communication flow can be saved, and the phenomenon that great burden is brought to a network is avoided.
Optionally, the determining module of the above embodiment is configured to:
if the current fingerprint information is matched with the pre-stored fingerprint information, generating a judgment result for indicating that the operator is a real user;
and if the current fingerprint information is not matched with the pre-stored fingerprint information, generating a judgment result for indicating that the operator is not a real user.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus 800 for communication in accordance with another example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 800 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 8, the apparatus 800 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 802, a memory 804, a power component 806, a multimedia component 808, an audio component 810, an input/output (I/O) interface 812, a sensor component 814, and a communication component 816.
The processing component 802 generally controls overall operation of the device 800, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 802 may include one or more processors 820 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 802 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 802 and other components. For example, the processing component 802 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 808 and the processing component 802.
The memory 804 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the device 800. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 800, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 804 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
Power component 806 provides power to the various components of device 800. The power components 806 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 800.
The multimedia component 808 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 800 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 808 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front-facing camera and/or the rear-facing camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 800 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the apparatus 800 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816. In some embodiments, audio component 810 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 814 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the device 800. For example, the sensor assembly 814 may detect the open/closed state of the device 800, the relative positioning of the components, such as a display and keypad of the apparatus 800, the sensor assembly 814 may also detect a change in position of the apparatus 800 or a component of the apparatus 800, the presence or absence of user contact with the apparatus 800, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the apparatus 800, and a change in temperature of the apparatus 800. Sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 816 is configured to facilitate communications between the apparatus 800 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device 800 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 804 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 820 of the device 800 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having instructions therein which, when executed by a processor of a mobile terminal, enable the mobile terminal to perform a method of communication, the method comprising:
if the first mobile terminal is identified to initiate communication to the second mobile terminal, current fingerprint information of an operator currently operating the second mobile terminal is acquired;
acquiring prestored fingerprint information corresponding to the second mobile terminal in a preset database, wherein the prestored fingerprint information is prestored fingerprint information of a real user of the second mobile terminal;
judging whether the operator is the real user or not according to the current fingerprint information and the prestored fingerprint information, and generating a judgment result;
sending the judgment result to the first mobile terminal; or
The method comprises the following steps:
initiating communication to a target mobile terminal;
receiving a judgment result, wherein the judgment result is used for indicating whether an operator currently operating the target mobile terminal is a real user of the target mobile terminal;
and displaying the judgment result.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram illustrating a communication device 900 according to another example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 900 may be provided as a server. Referring to fig. 9, the apparatus 900 includes a processing component 922, which further includes one or more processors, and memory resources, represented by memory 932, for storing instructions, such as applications, that are executable by the processing component 922. The application programs stored in memory 932 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 922 is configured to execute instructions to perform the above-described method:
if the first mobile terminal is identified to initiate communication to the second mobile terminal, current fingerprint information of an operator currently operating the second mobile terminal is acquired;
acquiring prestored fingerprint information corresponding to the second mobile terminal in a preset database, wherein the prestored fingerprint information is prestored fingerprint information of a real user of the second mobile terminal;
judging whether the operator is the real user or not according to the current fingerprint information and the prestored fingerprint information, and generating a judgment result;
and sending the judgment result to the first mobile terminal.
The device 900 may also include a power component 926 configured to perform power management of the device 900, a wired or wireless network interface 950 configured to connect the device 900 to a network, and an input output (I/O) interface 958. The apparatus 900 may operate based on an operating system stored in the memory 932, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, or the like.

Claims (22)

1. A method of communication, comprising:
if the first mobile terminal is identified to initiate communication to the second mobile terminal, current fingerprint information of an operator currently operating the second mobile terminal is acquired;
acquiring prestored fingerprint information corresponding to the second mobile terminal in a preset database, wherein the prestored fingerprint information is prestored fingerprint information of a real user of the second mobile terminal;
judging whether the operator is the real user or not according to the current fingerprint information and the prestored fingerprint information, and generating a judgment result;
sending the judgment result to the first mobile terminal;
the communication comprises a call and a short message, the current operation is an operation responding to the communication, the current fingerprint information is acquired when the second mobile terminal identifies that an operator operates the second mobile terminal after the second mobile terminal receives the communication initiated by the first mobile terminal, and the operation comprises hang-up, touch-up or short message return.
2. The communication method according to claim 1, wherein if it is identified that the first mobile terminal initiates communication to the second mobile terminal, the obtaining current fingerprint information of an operator currently operating the second mobile terminal comprises:
receiving an identification request sent by the first mobile terminal, wherein the identification request comprises a telephone number of a second mobile terminal which initiates communication by the first mobile terminal;
sending an acquisition instruction to the second mobile terminal according to the identification request, wherein the acquisition instruction is used for triggering the second mobile terminal to acquire current fingerprint information of an operator currently operating the second mobile terminal;
and receiving the current fingerprint information sent by the second mobile terminal.
3. The communication method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring current fingerprint information of an operator currently operating the second mobile terminal comprises:
and receiving current fingerprint information of an operator currently operating the second mobile terminal, which is sent by the second mobile terminal, wherein the current fingerprint information comprises a telephone number of a first mobile terminal initiating communication to the second mobile terminal.
4. The communication method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the operator is the genuine user according to the current fingerprint information and the pre-stored fingerprint information and generating a determination result comprises:
if the current fingerprint information is matched with the prestored fingerprint information, generating a judgment result for indicating that the operator is the real user;
and if the current fingerprint information is not matched with the prestored fingerprint information, generating a judgment result for indicating that the operator is not the real user.
5. The communication method according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein before the obtaining of the pre-stored fingerprint information corresponding to the second mobile terminal in the pre-defined database, the method further comprises:
acquiring prestored fingerprint information sent by the second mobile terminal and a telephone number of the second mobile terminal;
and storing the pre-stored fingerprint information and the telephone number of the second mobile terminal in the preset database.
6. A method of communication, comprising:
initiating communication to a target mobile terminal;
receiving a judgment result, wherein the judgment result is used for indicating whether an operator currently operating the target mobile terminal is a real user of the target mobile terminal, the judgment result is generated according to current fingerprint information of the operator currently operating the target mobile terminal and prestored fingerprint information corresponding to the target mobile terminal, the communication comprises a call and a short message, the current operation is the operation responding to the communication, the current fingerprint information is acquired when the target mobile terminal identifies that the operator operates the target mobile terminal after the communication initiated to the target mobile terminal, and the operation comprises hang-up, touch-up or short message return; the pre-stored fingerprint information is acquired from a preset database, and is pre-stored fingerprint information of a real user of the target mobile terminal;
and displaying the judgment result.
7. The communication method according to claim 6, wherein the determination result includes one of the following information: information indicating that an operator currently operating the target mobile terminal is a real user, and information indicating that an operator currently operating the target mobile terminal is not a real user.
8. The communication method according to claim 6, further comprising, before receiving the determination result:
and sending an identification request to a server, wherein the identification request comprises the telephone number of the target mobile terminal, and the identification request is used for triggering the server to judge whether an operator currently operating the target mobile terminal is a real user of the target mobile terminal and generating a judgment result.
9. The communication method according to any of claims 6-8, wherein the initiating communication to the target mobile terminal comprises:
and initiating a call to the target mobile terminal or sending a short message to the target mobile terminal.
10. A communications apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition module is configured to acquire current fingerprint information of an operator currently operating a second mobile terminal if the first mobile terminal is identified to initiate communication to the second mobile terminal;
the second acquisition module is configured to acquire prestored fingerprint information corresponding to the second mobile terminal in a preset database, wherein the prestored fingerprint information is prestored fingerprint information of a real user of the second mobile terminal;
the judging module is configured to judge whether the operator is the real user according to the current fingerprint information and the pre-stored fingerprint information and generate a judging result;
a transmitting module configured to transmit the determination result to the first mobile terminal
The communication comprises a call and a short message, the current operation is an operation responding to the communication, the current fingerprint information is acquired when the second mobile terminal identifies that an operator operates the second mobile terminal after the second mobile terminal receives the communication initiated by the first mobile terminal, and the operation comprises hang-up, touch-up or short message return.
11. The communications apparatus of claim 10, wherein the first obtaining module is configured to:
receiving an identification request sent by the first mobile terminal, wherein the identification request comprises a telephone number of a second mobile terminal which initiates communication by the first mobile terminal;
sending an acquisition instruction to the second mobile terminal according to the identification request, wherein the acquisition instruction is used for triggering the second mobile terminal to acquire current fingerprint information of an operator currently operating the second mobile terminal;
and receiving the current fingerprint information sent by the second mobile terminal.
12. The communications apparatus of claim 10, wherein the first obtaining module is configured to:
and receiving current fingerprint information of an operator currently operating the second mobile terminal, which is sent by the second mobile terminal, wherein the current fingerprint information comprises a telephone number of a first mobile terminal initiating communication to the second mobile terminal.
13. The communications apparatus of claim 10, wherein the determination module is configured to:
if the current fingerprint information is matched with the prestored fingerprint information, generating a judgment result for indicating that the operator is the real user;
and if the current fingerprint information is not matched with the prestored fingerprint information, generating a judgment result for indicating that the operator is not the real user.
14. The communication device of any one of claims 10-13, further comprising a storage module configured to:
acquiring prestored fingerprint information sent by the second mobile terminal and a telephone number of the second mobile terminal;
and storing the pre-stored fingerprint information and the telephone number of the second mobile terminal in the preset database.
15. A communications apparatus, comprising:
an initiating communication module configured to initiate communication to a target mobile terminal;
a receiving module, configured to receive a determination result, where the determination result is used to indicate whether an operator currently operating the target mobile terminal is a true user of the target mobile terminal, the determination result is generated according to current fingerprint information of the operator currently operating the target mobile terminal and pre-stored fingerprint information corresponding to the target mobile terminal, the communication includes a call and a short message, the current operation is an operation responding to the communication, the current fingerprint information is obtained when the target mobile terminal identifies that the operator operates the target mobile terminal after the communication initiated to the target mobile terminal, and the operation includes hang-up, touch-up or short message return; the pre-stored fingerprint information is acquired from a preset database, and is pre-stored fingerprint information of a real user of the target mobile terminal;
a display module configured to display the determination result.
16. The apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the determination result includes one of the following information: information indicating that an operator currently operating the target mobile terminal is a real user, and information indicating that an operator currently operating the target mobile terminal is not a real user.
17. The communications device of claim 15, further comprising:
the sending request module is configured to send an identification request to a server, the identification request includes a telephone number of the target mobile terminal, and the identification request is used for triggering the server to judge whether an operator currently operating the target mobile terminal is a real user of the target mobile terminal and generate a judgment result.
18. The communications apparatus of claim 15, wherein the initiating communication module is configured to:

19. A communications apparatus, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;

acquiring prestored fingerprint information corresponding to the second mobile terminal in a preset database, wherein the prestored fingerprint information is prestored fingerprint information of a real user of the second mobile terminal;
judging whether the operator is the real user or not according to the current fingerprint information and the prestored fingerprint information, and generating a judgment result;
sending the judgment result to the first mobile terminal;
the communication comprises a call and a short message, the current operation is an operation responding to the communication, the current fingerprint information is acquired when the second mobile terminal identifies that an operator operates the second mobile terminal after the second mobile terminal receives the communication initiated by the first mobile terminal, and the operation comprises hang-up, touch-up or short message return.
20. A communications apparatus, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
initiating communication to a target mobile terminal;
receiving a judgment result, wherein the judgment result is used for indicating whether an operator currently operating the target mobile terminal is a real user of the target mobile terminal, the judgment result is generated according to current fingerprint information of the operator currently operating the target mobile terminal and prestored fingerprint information corresponding to the target mobile terminal, the communication comprises a call and a short message, the current operation is the operation responding to the communication, the current fingerprint information is acquired when the target mobile terminal identifies that the operator operates the target mobile terminal after the communication initiated to the target mobile terminal, and the operation comprises hang-up, touch-up or short message return; the pre-stored fingerprint information is acquired from a preset database, and is pre-stored fingerprint information of a real user of the target mobile terminal;
and displaying the judgment result.
21. A computer-readable storage medium comprising at least one instruction which, when executed by a processor, performs the communication method of any of claims 1-5.
22. A computer-readable storage medium comprising at least one instruction which, when executed by a processor, performs the communication method of any of claims 6-9.
