The data content of the same cultural relic data has a secret part and a widely publically disseminated part, so that finer-grained control on the access of the cultural relic data is needed. In addition, the user also needs to strictly control the secondary propagation of the digital cultural relic data, and the user with insufficient authority does not have the right to store or share the confidential digital cultural relic data with others, so that the digital cultural relic data downloaded by the user client side needs to be destroyed by using the 'burn after reading' technology.
