Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
This embodiment provides a media file caching method, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
101. when the media file is played, an operation instruction triggered by the operation of the media file by a user is monitored.
102. And when the operation instruction is monitored to belong to a predefined operation instruction, judging whether the condition of caching the media file is met according to the current network environment and the playing progress of the media file.
103. And if the condition of caching the media file is met, displaying caching selection information to the user.
104. And receiving a caching instruction of caching the media file triggered by the user through the caching selection information.
105. And executing the caching instruction to cache the media file.
The embodiment provides a media file caching method, which includes the steps of firstly, monitoring an operation instruction triggered by a user operating a media file when the media file is played, judging whether a condition for caching the media file is met or not according to the current network environment and the playing progress of the media file when the operation instruction is monitored to belong to a predefined operation instruction, displaying a caching selection window to the user when the condition for caching the media file is met so as to prompt the user to cache the media file, then receiving a caching instruction for caching the media file triggered by the user through the caching selection window, and finally executing the caching instruction to cache the media file. Therefore, the user can be prompted to cache the video to be watched in advance in the wireless local area network environment, so that the user can watch the video cached in advance in the non-wireless local area network subsequently, and the traffic waste in the non-wireless local area network environment can be reduced.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to more clearly understand the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a detailed description is given below, by using a specific embodiment, of a media file caching method provided by the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
201. when the media file is played, an operation instruction triggered by the operation of the media file by a user is monitored.
When a user plays a media file through a media playing device, for example, watches a certain video, the media playing device monitors an operation instruction generated by the user operating the video being played in real time, for example, one of a close instruction, a pause instruction, a minimize instruction, a switch-to-background instruction and the like correspondingly generated by the user closing, pausing, minimizing or switching to the background and the like. Of course, the above operations are exemplary, and the user's operations on the video being played include, but are not limited to, this.
202. And judging whether to start a cache reminding function.
If the cache reminding function is determined to be started, the process 203 and the subsequent processes are executed. If the cache alert function is not enabled, then the process proceeds directly to 209.
203. And judging whether the monitored operation instruction belongs to a predefined operation instruction. When the operation instruction is monitored to belong to the predefined operation instruction, executing 204 and the subsequent steps. Otherwise 209 is performed.
For example, some operation instructions may be predefined as instructions for triggering the cache alert function. For example, an instruction to close the media file or an instruction to switch the playing window of the media file to the background may be set as a predefined operation instruction. The above operation instructions are merely exemplary, including but not limited to, and what instructions are specifically set as the operation instructions may be set according to actual needs.
If the command for closing the media file is set as the predefined operation command, the subsequent steps are executed only when the monitored operation command is the command for closing the media file, otherwise, the detected operation command is directly executed.
204. And judging whether the current network environment is a wireless local area network or not.
If the current network environment is not a wireless local area network, it is determined that the condition for caching the media file is not satisfied, and the process proceeds directly to 209.
If the current network environment is a wlan, the process is executed 205 and the following steps are performed.
Illustratively, the wireless local area network may be a WiFi network, although other forms of wireless local area networks may be used.
205. And judging whether the playing progress of the media file is within a preset range.
If the playing progress of the media file is not within the preset range, it is determined that the condition for caching the media file is not met, and the step 209 is directly executed.
If the playing progress of the media file is within the preset range, it is determined that the condition for caching the media file is satisfied, and the following processes are executed 206.
For example, the current network environment is a WiFi network, and when the playing progress of the media file is within a preset range, the condition of caching the media file is met, and at this time, the user needs to be reminded to cache the video.
Wherein, the preset range of the playing progress can be set to be 30% -70%. This is because if the playing progress is small, for example, 10% to 20% of the video is played, this indicates that the user has just started to watch the video, and even if the video is directly closed without buffering, the user will not be greatly affected when the user wants to watch the video again. Or, some users may randomly select a video to watch when watching the video, and find that the video is not interesting and perform a closing operation when watching 10% to 20%, in which case, obviously, it is not necessary to prompt the user to cache the video. On the other hand, if the playing progress is more, for example, when the playing progress reaches 80% -90% of the video, it indicates that the user is about to finish the video, and in this case, it is obviously unnecessary to prompt the user to buffer the video.
Of course, the preset range may be set to 30% to 70% for exemplary purposes only, and may also be set to 20% to 80%, or other ranges, which may be set according to actual situations, and is not limited herein.
206. The cache selection information is displayed to the user.
Specifically, the media player device may display the cache selection information on the screen. The cache selection information includes a confirm cache option and a cancel cache option, and exemplary cache selection information may take the form of a pop-up window, such as may be shown in fig. 3.
207. And receiving an instruction triggered by the cache selection information by the user.
Specifically, the media playing device may receive a caching instruction for caching the media file triggered by the user through the click confirmation caching option. Alternatively, a cancel instruction for not caching the media file triggered by clicking a cancel cache option by the user may be received.
If the screen of the media playing device is a touch screen, a caching instruction of caching the media file triggered by directly clicking the caching option on the caching selection information by the user can be received, and if the screen of the media playing device is a non-touch screen, a caching instruction of caching the media file triggered by clicking the caching option on the caching selection information by the user through a key can be received. The obtaining of the cancel instruction is the same as the cache instruction, and is not described in detail.
If a cache command is received, 208 is executed, and if a cancel command is received, 209 is executed.
208. And executing the caching instruction to cache the media file.
209. And executing the monitored operation instruction triggered by the operation of the user on the media file.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the media file caching method provided in this embodiment may further include:
210. after the caching instructions are executed to cache the media file, displaying an identification that the media file is being cached on a display interface.
Illustratively, the display interface may be a main interface of the media playing device, or may also be an interface of the player. For example, if the monitored operation instruction triggered by the user operating the media file is an instruction for closing the media file, after the operation instruction is executed, the interface currently displayed by the media playing device is the interface of the player, and at this time, the identifier of the media file being cached may be displayed on the interface of the player, as shown in fig. 5, an identifier "1" is added to the cache icon 01 at the bottom of the display interface to indicate that a video is currently cached.
If the monitored operation instruction triggered by the user operating the media file is an instruction for switching the playing window of the media file to the background, after the operation instruction is executed, the currently displayed interface of the media playing device is a main menu interface, at this time, the identifier of the media file being cached can be displayed on the main menu interface, specifically, the identifier can be displayed at any position of the main menu interface in a form of a floating window, a cache icon 02 is displayed, and an identifier "1" is added, as shown in fig. 6. Or may be displayed in a status bar of the main menu interface, as shown in fig. 7, displaying a cache icon 02 and adding an identifier "1".
Further, as shown in fig. 8, the media file caching method provided in this embodiment may further include:
211. and receiving an interface switching instruction triggered by a user through a click identifier.
212. And executing an interface switching instruction to enter a cache interface.
Wherein, the cache interface displays the cache information of the media file, and the cache information comprises: at least one of a caching progress of the media file, a caching remaining time of the media file, and a caching speed of the media file.
For example, the caching interface may include a video that has been cached and a cache progress bar (which may also be displayed in percentage) for the video being cached, as shown in fig. 9.
Optionally, in another implementation manner, as shown in fig. 10, after the caching instruction is executed to cache the media file, the media file caching method provided in this embodiment may further include:
213. and directly entering a cache interface. For example, the cache interface may be as shown in fig. 10, and is not described in detail. The method is suitable for the condition that the operation instruction of the user on the media file is an instruction for closing the media file, and at the moment, the media playing device displays an interface of the player, namely, the player is not closed and is not switched to a background, so that the user can directly enter the cache page after the media file is closed.
In addition, it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the mentioned media file may be a video file, and may also be an audio file, and a processing method of the audio file is completely the same as the processing method of the video file, and specific reference may be made to 201 to 213, which is not described again.
