纸牌发牌装置以及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及在使用扑克牌(以下，仅称为纸牌。)的百家乐等纸牌游戏中的、具有不正当行为防止功能的纸牌发牌装置以及方法。
背景技术
以往，提出一种纸牌发牌装置，适合在娱乐场等的纸牌游戏中使用。例如，专利文献1公开了一种纸牌发牌装置。在该专利文献1的装置中，纸牌发牌器内内置有CCD图像传感器以及相关的光学类部件。另外，在纸牌发牌器的出口设有纸牌读取窗。而且，当纸牌从发牌出口通过时，通过读取窗来读出纸牌的花色(种类)和等级(点数)。

但是，在这种装置中，无法防止假牌从纸牌发牌器的出口插入等不正当行为。
发明内容
本发明是在上述背景下做出的，其目的在于，提供一种纸牌发牌装置以及方法，能够防止不正当的纸牌向在纸牌游戏中使用的纸牌发牌器的插入或者分配，同时不会使不该被分配的纸牌分配至游戏桌上。
为了解决上述课题，本发明提供一种纸牌发牌装置，其特征在于，包括：收纳多张纸牌的纸牌收纳部；开口部，其用于从所述纸牌收纳部通过手动一张一张地取出纸牌；纸牌读取部，其从所述纸牌读取从所述纸牌收纳部通过手动抽出至游戏桌上的纸牌的信息；控制部，其存储纸牌游戏的规则，并且基于由所述纸牌读取部读取的所述纸牌的信息，依照所述纸牌游戏的规则来判定纸牌游戏的胜负；显示部，其输出由所述控制部判定的胜负结果；和纸牌出入限制部，其设在所述开口部且限制纸牌从所述纸牌收纳部出入，所述纸牌收纳部、所述纸牌读取部、所述控制部、所述显示部以及所述纸牌出入限制部是一体化的，所述纸牌出入限制部具有如下的功能：1)阻止纸牌从外部经由所述开口部向着所述纸牌收纳部而沿相反方向插入的功能；和2)阻止在基于由所述纸牌读取部读取的所述纸牌的信息而判断为纸牌不该被从所述纸牌收容部抽出时还抽出纸牌的功能。
发明的效果
根据本发明，能够提供一种纸牌发牌装置以及方法，能够当场防止向纸牌发牌装置不正当地插入纸牌、和不正当或者不恰当的纸牌的分配等不正当行为。

具体实施方式
以下，详细说明本发明的桌游系统的实施方式。图1是表示本实施方式的桌游系统所使用的纸牌发牌装置的整体的框图。图2表示本实施方式的桌游系统所使用的纸牌1。在百家乐等桌游所使用的纸牌1上，在纸牌1的上边和下边点对称地设有由通常眼睛观察不到的标记M构成的代码2。由该代码2将纸牌1的数字(点数、等级)代码化。另外，在纸牌1上，设有使表示纸牌真伪的信息代码化并以通常眼睛观察不到的状态(例如紫外线反应油墨)通过印刷等配置的真伪判定代码3。
在图1中，纸牌发牌装置4包括：纸牌引导部7，其将通过手动从纸牌收纳部5一张一张地抽出的纸牌1朝向游戏桌6上引导；代码读取部8，其在由娱乐场的发牌者等通过手动从纸牌收纳部5抽出纸牌1时，从纸牌1读取表示纸牌1的数字(点数、等级)的代码2；胜负判定部10，其基于由代码读取部8依次读取的纸牌1的点数来判定纸牌游戏的胜负；和输出部11，其输出胜负判定部10的判定结果。在纸牌引导部7设有限制纸牌1从纸牌收纳部5出入的纸牌出入限制部30、40(后述)。
接下来，通过图3具体说明代码读取部8，该代码读取部8在从纸牌收容部5通过手动抽出纸牌1时从纸牌1读取表示纸牌1的数字(点数、等级)的代码2。图3是纸牌发牌装置4的主要部分俯视图。在图中，代码读取部8设在纸牌引导部7上，该纸牌引导部7将从纸牌收纳部5的前方的开口13一张一张地手动取出的纸牌1引导至游戏桌6上。纸牌引导部7为倾斜面，在两侧的缘部安装有兼作为传感器罩的纸牌引导件14。另外，2条纸牌引导件14分别由螺丝等(未图示)安装而能够拆装。当拆下纸牌引导件14时，代码读取部8的传感器组15会露出。传感器组15由4个传感器构成，即由2个紫外线反应传感器(UV传感器)20、21和2个对象物检测传感器22、23构成。
对象物检测传感器22、23是检测有无纸牌1的光纤式传感器，能够检测纸牌1的移动。对象物检测传感器22位于纸牌引导部7的沿着纸牌1的移动方向的上游侧，另一个对象物检测传感器23位于下游侧。如图所示，两个对象物检测传感器22、23隔着UV传感器20、21而设置在上游侧和下游侧。UV传感器20、21具有发出紫外线的LED(紫外LED)和检测器。在纸牌1上，利用照射到紫外线时显色的紫外线发光油墨而印刷有代码2的标记M，将紫外线(黑光)照射到纸牌1上，通过检测器来检测纸牌1的代码2的标记M的反射光。UV传感器20、21通过电缆而与代码读取部8的控制装置12连接。在代码读取部8中，根据两个UV传感器20、21的检测器的输出信号来判定标记M的组合，并判定与各代码2对应的点数(等级)。
代码读取部8基于对象物检测传感器22、23的检测信号，通过控制装置12控制UV传感器20、21的读取的开始和结束。另外，控制装置12还基于对象物检测传感器22、23的检测信号来判定纸牌1是否正常通过了纸牌引导部7。如图2所示，表示纸牌的等级(点数)及花色(红桃或黑桃等)的四边形的标记M在纸牌1的缘上以2列4行排列。UV传感器20、21在检测到标记M后，输出ON信号。在代码读取部8中，判断从两个UV传感器20、21输入的两个信号的相对关系。由此，代码读取部8通过由两个UV传感器20、21检测到的两个标记M的相对不同等，对代码进行特定，从而对对应的纸牌1的点数(等级)和种类(花色)进行特定。
代码2与两个UV传感器20、21的ON信号的输出之间的关系如图5所示。基于UV传感器20、21的ON信号的输出的相对变化的比较结果，能够特定标记M的规定组合。其结果为，作为上下两列的标记M的组合而具有4种组合，当将该具有4种组合的标记M印刷四列时，能够构成4种的4次方即256种代码。预先将扑克牌的52种纸牌分别分配给256种代码的某一个，并将其作为对照表而存储在存储器或程序中，代码读取部8构成为，通过对各代码2进行特定，能够从预先规定的对照表(未图示)特定纸牌1的点数(等级)和种类(花色)。另外，256种代码能够以自由组合与52种纸牌建立对应并通过对照表进行存储，因此组合复杂，能够根据时间或场所而改变256种代码与52种纸牌的组合。代码优选由通过接受紫外光而变得可视化的涂料印刷，并印刷在不与纸牌的种类标志或指标(index)102重合的位置。
接下来，对控制装置12的结构进行说明。该控制装置12、代码读取部8、胜负判定部10等是计算机装置，例如自动地判定游戏胜负的处理功能(胜负判定部10)是通过将胜负判定用的程序装入计算机中而实现的，该程序由计算机的处理器执行。在代码读取部8中，使用UV传感器20、21来获取依次被取出到游戏桌6上的纸牌的点数，并将所获取的纸牌的点数依次存储到存储器中。此时，还存储各纸牌1被分配给哪个玩家的信息。纸牌的点数与分配目标的玩家建立关联地被存储。在百家乐游戏中，存在玩家和庄家。与各玩家建立关联地分配的纸牌的等级(点数)被存储在存储器中，对分配给两个玩家的纸牌的等级(点数)进行合计，根据被程序化的游戏规则来判定哪一方获胜。也能够判定平局。
接下来，通过图4来说明限制纸牌1从纸牌收纳部5出入的纸牌出入限制部30。在图4的(a)中，纸牌出入限制部30设在纸牌引导部7的纸牌引导件14上，该纸牌引导部7将从纸牌收纳部5的前方的开口13一张一张地取出的纸牌1引导至游戏桌6上。纸牌出入限制部30具有如下的构造：当纸牌1从纸牌引导部7与纸牌引导件14的引导罩之间的狭缝33通过时，使锁定部件34推压纸牌1来阻止狭缝33内的纸牌1的出入。锁定部件34通过电磁螺线管或压电元件等的驱动部35而以能够取得推压纸牌1的位置(限制位置)和能够使纸牌1通过的可通过位置这2个状态的方式，如箭头M所示地移动。驱动部35由控制装置12控制，使锁定部件34移动至推压纸牌1的位置、和能够使纸牌1通过的可通过位置这2个状态。百家乐游戏的规则预先被程序化并存储至控制装置12内。
接下来，通过图4的(b)来说明纸牌出入限制部30的变形例。变形例中的纸牌出入限制部40具有如下的构造：当纸牌1从纸牌引导部7与纸牌引导件14的引导罩之间的狭缝33通过时，锁定部件36向狭缝33内突出来阻止纸牌1的移动。锁定部件36通过电磁螺线管或压电元件等的驱动部37而以能够取得阻止纸牌1的移动的位置(限制位置)和能够使纸牌1通过的可通过位置这2个状态的方式，如箭头M所示地移动。驱动部37由控制装置12控制，使锁定部件36移动至推压纸牌1的位置、和能够使纸牌1通过的可通过位置这2个状态。
通过控制装置12的程序来控制驱动部35、37以防止纸牌1的不正当的出入，由此发挥纸牌出入限制部30(40)的功能。纸牌出入限制部30(40)作为检测纸牌1的移动的传感器而设有对象物检测传感器22、23，并具有通过该传感器来检测纸牌1的移动而限制纸牌1的移动的功能。作为纸牌1的不正当出入而成为控制对象的内容(被程序化的内容)至少包括以下的1)以及2)。
1)阻止从外部经由开口部13向着纸牌收纳部5沿与箭头S的方向相反的方向插入的纸牌1插入的功能。
在该情况下，当纸牌1以不正当目的插入时，虽然纸牌1从纸牌引导部7与纸牌引导件14之间的狭缝33通过，但基于对象物检测传感器22、23的检测信号，检测纸牌1的与通常相反的方向的移动(图3箭头S的相反方向)，驱动部35、37通过控制装置12的程序而使锁定部件34、36移动至推压或阻止纸牌1的位置。
2)当基于纸牌读取部(意味着代码读取部8，其在从纸牌收容部5抽出纸牌1时从纸牌1读取对纸牌1的数字(点数、等级)进行表示的代码2)所读取的纸牌1的花色与等级的信息而判断为纸牌1不该被从纸牌收容部5抽出时阻止该抽出的功能。
在该情况下，在控制装置12中，如上述那样地预先使百家乐游戏的规则程序化。在百家乐游戏中，通过已经分配给庄家和玩家的2张纸牌的等级(点数)的总和来唯一地决定庄家和玩家是否应各抽出2张以上的纸牌1。由此，当不应该抽出第3张纸牌时，若各桌的发牌者欲分配纸牌1，则违反规则，因此，限制纸牌1的移动。当在不应该抽出的时机、状态下欲抽出纸牌1时，基于对象物检测传感器22的纸牌1的检测信号，检测纸牌1的移动，驱动部35、37通过控制装置12的程序使锁定部件34、36移动至推压或阻止纸牌1的位置。由此，锁定部件34、36移动至推压或阻止纸牌1的位置，阻止纸牌1的进一步的分配(图4所示的位置)。这样，检测发牌者违反规则的纸牌1的抽出动作来防止纸牌1的抽出，因此，与每当游戏结束时将纸牌锁定相比，限制纸牌出入的装置的损耗少。
并设有当纸牌出入限制部30(40)工作时将该情况向外部通知(亮灯并且发出警报音)的犯规信号输出部50，通过控制装置12来控制动作。
工业实用性
如以上那样，本发明的纸牌发牌装置具有能够当场防止向纸牌发牌装置不正当地插入纸牌、和不正当或者不适当的纸牌分配等的不正当行为的效果，能够适用于娱乐场等中的纸牌游戏。

Claims (3)

1.一种纸牌发牌装置，其特征在于，包括：
收纳多张纸牌的纸牌收纳部；
开口部，其用于由发牌者从所述纸牌收纳部通过手动一张一张地取出纸牌；
纸牌读取部，其从所述纸牌读取从所述纸牌收纳部通过手动抽出至游戏桌上的纸牌的信息；
控制部，其存储纸牌游戏的规则，并且基于由所述纸牌读取部读取的所述纸牌的信息，依照所述纸牌游戏的规则来判定纸牌游戏的胜负；
光学装置，其检测所述纸牌相对于所述纸牌读取部的运动；
显示部，其输出由所述控制部判定的胜负结果；和
纸牌出入限制部，其设在所述开口部且限制纸牌从所述纸牌收纳部出入，
所述纸牌收纳部、所述纸牌读取部、所述控制部、所述显示部以及所述纸牌出入限制部是一体化的，
所述纸牌出入限制部在如下时刻限制所述纸牌的出入：
1)当所述光学装置检测到所述纸牌从所述纸牌收纳部外插入时；
2)当所述光学装置检测到抽出一张或多张所述纸牌的时机或者方法不正当或不被允许时。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸牌发牌装置，其特征在于，
还具有当所述纸牌出入限制部工作时报知该情况的犯规信号输出部。
3.一种发牌方法，在游戏期间由发牌者从纸牌收纳部手动地取出纸牌，其特征在于，包括：自动检测步骤，其使用一个或多个处理器和光学设备，至少检测如下情况：
1)从外部经由开口部向着所述纸牌收纳部插入的纸牌；
2)当确定到抽出一张或多张纸牌的时机或者方法不正当或不被允许时手动地抽出的纸牌，
并且所述发牌方法还包括如下步骤：基于所述自动检测，使用一个或多个处理器来控制纸牌出入限制部的操作，以限制任何纸牌的出入。
