本发明提出一种带呼叫功能的电子价牌装置，其特征在于：外观为超市价签样式，包括呼叫操作按键模块，液晶显示模块，信号处理模块，电源模块，Zigbee无线通信模块，操作按键和液晶显示模块均嵌装在面板上，通过信号线连接到内部的印刷电路板上，信号处理模块、电源模块、Zigbee无线通信模块固定于内部的印刷电路板上。通过以上装置，员工可快速更新商品价格，客户可以通过电子价牌了解商品基本信息，可通过带呼叫功能的电子价牌装置呼叫工作人员，工作人员通过接收设备定位客户位置及需求，提高效率，保证服务，有很好的社会效益和经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及超市等服务领域，与基于ZigBee 技术的无线电子标价牌紧密结合，以方便顾客根据不同需要与超市工作人员进行信息沟通，是一种带呼叫功能的电子价牌装置。
背景技术
随着经济的快速发展，我国超市等零售业进入快速发展通道，但同时人力成本也进入了上升通道，今后将成为利润的最大制约因素。未来我国超市行业减少员工工作强度，提高效率，保证服务，是摆在每个超市面前的课题。在提高员工素质的同时应提高客户与员工的沟通效率，员工可快速批量更改电子价牌信息，客户通过电子价牌了解商品基本信息，亦可通过带呼叫功能的电子价牌装置呼叫工作人员，工作人员通过接收设备快速定位客户位置及需求，提高服务效率；而现在各大超市该种设备应用很少，无法完全满足客户及时服务的需要。
发明内容
本发明提出一种带呼叫功能的电子价牌装置，其特征在于：外观为超市价签样式，包括呼叫操作按键模块，液晶显示模块，信号处理模块，电源模块，Zigbee无线通信模块，操作按键和液晶显示模块均嵌装在面板上，通过信号线连接到内部的印刷电路板上，信号处理模块、电源模块、Zigbee无线通信模块固定于内部的印刷电路板上。
通过以上装置，员工可快速更新商品价格，客户可以通过电子价牌了解商品基本信息，可通过带呼叫功能的电子价牌装置呼叫工作人员，工作人员通过接收设备定位客户位置及需求，提高效率，保证服务，有很好的社会效益和经济效益。

具体实施方式
如图所示，本发明电源模块4持续为装置供电，装置通过Zigbee无线通信模块5与超市服务网络相连。网络服务器可以通过Zigbee无线通信模块5获取相应的电子价牌价格信息，亦可把需要更改的标价信息通过管理节点发射出去，电子价牌通过Zigbee无线通信模块5接收到信息，通过信号处理模块3将新价格信息显示在液晶显示模块1上。客户通过液晶显示模块1了解商品的基本信息。对商品有疑问时，若服务人员不在周围，可按动呼叫操作按键模块2呼叫工作人员。信号处理模块3处理信号后，通过Zigbee无线通信模块5将呼叫信息发送出去。工作人员通过接收设备定位客户位置及需求，及时为客户服务。通过应用本发明，超市等大卖场可以极大地提高效率，保证服务，取得很好的社会效益和经济效益。

1.一种带呼叫功能的电子价牌装置，其特征在于：外观为超市价签样式，包括呼叫操作按键模块，液晶显示模块，信号处理模块，电源模块，Zigbee无线通信模块，操作按键和液晶显示模块均嵌装在面板上，通过信号线连接到内部的印刷电路板上，信号处理模块、电源模块、Zigbee无线通信模块固定于内部的印刷电路板上。
