Abstract
本发明公开了一种应用于为先进服务机器人的人机对话系统,其特征在于:包括分别跟对话管理模块单独相连且双向数据传输的语音识别模块、自然语言理解模块、后台服务处理模块、自然语言生成模块、语音生成模块;本发明的优点在于:本人机对话系统实现了先进服务机器人与人类语言的直接沟通,避免了以往沟通方式对沟通效率造成的影响,极大提高了人机沟通的便利性,使服务机器人直接听取人们语音指令成为现实。

技术领域
本发明涉及人机对话系统,具体说是一种为人机对话提供便利性的人机对话系统,属于涉及现代服务业的自动控制领域。
技术背景
现在人机对话系统普遍采用半自动的方式,从而达到人机对话的目的。由于以往的方式在人机对话的过程中存在诸多沟通障碍,无法满足生活节奏的加快对沟通快捷的要求,从而限制了人机对话应用的范围,进而极大影响了人们的生活质量。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题综合系统分析做出的人机对话系统,实现了先进服务机器人与人类语言的直接沟通,避免了以往沟通方式对沟通效率造成的影响,极大提高了人机沟通的便利性,使服务机器人直接听取人们语音指令成为现实。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
人机对话系统,包括分别跟对话管理模块单独相连且双向数据传输的语音识别模块、自然语言理解模块、后台服务处理模块、自然语言生成模块、语音生成模块,对话管理模块能够综合处理来自各模块的信息,并将结果传送给相应的模块,有效的控制用户和系统按照特定次序互相获取对方信息来完成特定任务的过程,其主要根据当前用户的话语信息,结合领域知识和对话历史来确定用户意图,并决定系统下一步将要采取的行动,如返回查询结果,对用户意图的猜测询问,出错提示。
[ 所述的语音识别模块与对话管理模块相连,该语音识别模块将从音频输入设备中获得的用户语音信号所包含的词汇内容转换为计算机可读的文本信息或命令,并将最终信息通过对话管理模块传输给自然语言理解模块。
所述的自然语言理解模块对话管理模块相连,该自然语言理解模块将得到的文本信息或命令分析以获取用户话语的语音信息,主要目的是将自然语言的表达形式转换成计算机内部所表示的形式化语言,然后经过计算和推导后获取用户意图,最终用户意图经对话管理模块传输给后台服务处理模块。
所述的后台服务处理模块对话管理模块相连,该后台服务处理模块完成信息对比业务,例如数据库查询和管理等工作。
所述的自然语言生成模块对话管理模块相连,该自然语言生成模块将系统输出信息转换成用户可以理解的自然语言格式,将对话管理模块输出的询问、确认、澄清、查询结果信息等转换成用户能够理解的自然语言。
所述的语音生成模块对话管理模块相连,该语音生成模块也称为语音合成,是将自然语言文本格式转换为语音格式,最终以声音的方式将处理结果输出给用户。
本发明的优势在于:实现了先进服务机器人与人类语言的直接沟通,避免了以往沟通方式对沟通效率造成的影响,极大提高了人机沟通的便利性,使服务机器人直接听取人们语音指令成为现实。

优选实施例1
如图1所示,人机对话系统,包括分别跟对话管理模块单独相连且双向数据传输的语音识别模块、自然语言理解模块、后台服务处理模块、自然语言生成模块、语音生成模块,对话管理模块能够综合处理来自各模块的信息,并将结果传送给相应的模块,有效的控制用户和系统按照特定次序互相获取对方信息来完成特定任务的过程,其主要根据当前用户的话语信息,结合领域知识和对话历史来确定用户意图,并决定系统下一步将要采取的行动,如返回查询结果,对用户意图的猜测询问,出错提示。
语音识别模块与对话管理模块相连,该语音识别模块将从音频输入设备中获得的用户语音信号所包含的词汇内容转换为计算机可读的文本信息或命令,并将最终信息通过对话管理模块传输给自然语言理解模块。

后台服务处理模块对话管理模块相连,该后台服务处理模块完成信息对比业务,例如数据库查询和管理等工作。
自然语言生成模块对话管理模块相连,该自然语言生成模块将系统输出信息转换成用户可以理解的自然语言格式,将对话管理模块输出的询问、确认、澄清、查询结果信息等转换成用户能够理解的自然语言。
语音生成模块对话管理模块相连,该语音生成模块也称为语音合成,是将自然语言文本格式转换为语音格式,最终以声音的方式将处理结果输出给用户。

Claims (6)
1.人机对话系统,其特征在于:包括分别跟对话管理模块单独相连且双向数据传输的语音识别模块、自然语言理解模块、后台服务处理模块、自然语言生成模块、语音生成模块,对话管理模块能够综合处理来自各模块的信息,并将结果传送给相应的模块,有效的控制用户和系统按照特定次序互相获取对方信息来完成特定任务的过程,其主要根据当前用户的话语信息,结合领域知识和对话历史来确定用户意图,并决定系统下一步将要采取的行动,如返回查询结果,对用户意图的猜测询问,出错提示。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人机对话系统,其特征在于:语音识别模块与对话管理模块相连,语音识别模块将从音频输入设备中获得的用户语音信号所包含的词汇内容转换为计算机可读的文本信息或命令,并将最终信息通过对话管理模块传输给自然语言理解模块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的人机对话系统,其特征在于:自然语言理解模块对话管理模块相连,自然语言理解模块将得到的文本信息或命令分析以获取用户话语的语音信息,主要目的是将自然语言的表达形式转换成计算机内部所表示的形式化语言,然后经过计算和推导后获取用户意图,最终用户意图经对话管理模块传输给后台服务处理模块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的人机对话系统,其特征在于:后台服务处理模块对话管理模块相连,后台服务处理模块完成信息对比业务,例如数据库查询和管理等工作。
5.根据权利要求1所述的人机对话系统,其特征在于:自然语言生成模块对话管理模块相连,自然语言生成模块将系统输出信息转换成用户可以理解的自然语言格式,将对话管理模块输出的询问、确认、澄清、查询结果信息等转换成用户能够理解的自然语言。
6.根据权利要求1所述的人机对话系统,其特征在于:语音生成模块对话管理模块相连,语音生成模块也称为语音合成,是将自然语言文本格式转换为语音格式,最终以声音的方式将处理结果输出给用户。
