Description
技术领域

背景技术
动力型外科手术工具,例如动力型外科手术锯和/或钻,是外科医生用于进行某些外科手术(包括切割和/或钻掘骨骼和/或其它组织)的动力型工具。动力型外科手术工具通常包括在其中容纳马达(例如,电驱动式或气驱动式马达)的机头或驱动器。马达例如通过驱动轴而附接至驱动器的头部,该头部适于可移除地接纳手术工具,例如锯片或钻头。根据驱动器的构型和/或所附接工具的性质,马达的致动会导致头部的振荡或旋转运动,且因此导致工具的振荡或旋转运动。

然而,由于电池外壳内的电池并非无菌的,举例而言如果电池外壳意外地打开或在手术室中保持敞开,尤其是如果在电池附接于其上的工具正在使用时该电池打开或保持部分地打开,则仍然存在污染风险。
因此,需要有一种电池外壳以及一种对应的动力型外科手术工具,所述动力型工具能够通过尤其是当其正在使用时防止电池外壳被打开而避免任何污染风险。
发明内容
因此,本公开的目的是提供一种用于动力型外科手术工具的安全性电池外壳。
具体地,本公开的目的是提供一种电池外壳或容器,所述外壳或容器当动力型外科手术工具正在使用或准备使用时不能被打开。
本公开的另一目的是提供一种电池外壳或容器,所述外壳或容器当动力型外科手术工具正在使用或准备使用时不能保持部分地敞开。
这些目的和优点通过包括对应于独立权利要求的特征的电池外壳、电池外壳和驱动器组件以及动力型外科手术工具而得以实现。

具体实施方式
参看图1,电池外壳1为封闭容器,该容器具有带有开口的壳体2,以及适于并构造成用以关闭所述开口的门3。电池外壳1还包括用于将其可移去地附接至动力型外科手术工具的驱动器(图1中未示出)上的驱动器接口4,该驱动器具有对应构造的接口。

根据本发明,门3构造成使得其当电池外壳1附接至驱动器时不能被打开,即使是锁定机构已解锁也是如此。
在实施例中,门3可枢转地附接至壳体2(同时门3的铰链侧与驱动器接口4相反地定位),使得当门3位于其关闭位置时该门的回转侧靠近或邻近于驱动器接口4。门3构造成使得当门3位于其关闭位置并且电池外壳1附接至驱动器时,门回转侧的至少一部分被驱动器阻挡而不能进行任何开启运动,从而防止门3开启。因而当电池外壳1附接至驱动器时,门3的回转侧被该驱动器保持为靠近驱动器接口4。
在例示的实施例中,当门3关闭时,形成在门3回转侧的边缘的至少一部分上的唇缘300成为驱动器接口4的一部分,使得其运动由将附接至电池外壳1上的驱动器的电池接口严格地限制或完全地阻止。
在实施例中,门3包括位于其回转侧上的多个翼部或突出部301,当门位于其关闭位置时,该翼部或突出部朝向壳体2的后侧或本体侧延伸超过铰链30的旋转轴线。突出部301因此沿基本上垂直于门3主平面(也即相对于铰链30的轴线基本上沿径向)的方向从门3的回转侧延伸,使得当门3围绕铰链30旋转时突出部301的梢端相比于门3回转侧的其余部分更加远离旋转轴线的情况下,该突出部沿着这样一个弧运动,所述弧的半径大于回转侧的其余部分运动所沿弧的半径。结果,当门3打开时,突出部301的至少一部分(尤其是它们的梢端)在远离门移动并释放壳体2的前侧中的开口之前首先以圆周运动、朝向驱动器接口的表面44移动。因此,如果驱动器附接至驱动器接口4,则突出部301且尤其是它们的梢端将接触所附接的驱动器,从而防止门3被打开。
门3的其它构型、尤其是其它形状也是可能的,以便防止当驱动器附接至驱动器接口4时门3被打开。
在实施例中,门3包括自锁定机构,该机构通过图2和图3中的示例性实施例所例示,使得当抵靠壳体2将门3推动至其关闭位置时所述门自动地锁定。
在例示的示例性实施例中,自锁定机构包括闩锁件32,该闩锁件与壳体2的凹口21(图4中可见)相协作,以便当自锁定机构位于其锁定位置时将门3保持在其关闭位置。闩锁件32例如通过一个或多个弹簧元件的力而被推动至其锁定位置,例如通过这样两个弹簧321,其在闩锁件32以固定关系附接至其的基板320上推动基板320。闩锁件32例如与基板320形成一体。闩锁件32例如形成轮廓为使得当门3被推动至其关闭位置时,闩锁件32接触凹口21并且克服弹簧321的力而被推向其解锁位置。一旦门3关闭,则闩锁件32通过弹簧321的力而返回至其位于凹口21后方的锁定位置,从而将门3保持在其关闭位置。

自锁定机构例如附接至门3的内侧,并且在一个实施例中由保护自锁定机构不受外部元件影响的盖板33所覆盖。盖板33例如铆接或螺纹连接在门3的内侧上。
图4例示了可移除地附接至对应驱动器9的示例性电池外壳1。
在实施例中,驱动器接口4包括壳体2和门3这两者的相应部件。在例示的实施例中,驱动器接口4在很大程度上与壳体2形成一体,并且包括门3的一部分,例如门3回转侧的边缘上的唇缘300。当驱动器9附接并锁定在电池外壳1上并且门3关闭时,唇缘300因此通过驱动器9而与驱动器接口4的其它元件保持在一起,从而即使门的自锁定机构意外地解锁也能防止门3被打开。在例示的实施例中,当驱动器9附接至电池壳体1时,驱动器的电池接口的凸缘90例如阻挡着门3的部件300。
在实施例中,如图5所示,当门3关闭时,突出部310(其沿基本上垂直于门3平面的方向延伸并朝向电池外壳2的本体侧延伸超出铰链30旋转轴线)防止当电池外壳1附接至驱动器9时门3被打开。实际上,如果门3围绕铰链30旋转离开其关闭位置,则突出部310将开始朝向驱动器9运动并快速地邻接抵靠该驱动器,从而防止门3的任何进一步运动。因此,当驱动器9正确地附接至电池外壳1时,电池外壳1的门3不能被打开,从而防止尤其是在对应的动力型外科手术工具在使用时其被打开。
在例示的示例性但绝非限制性的实施例中,当驱动器附接至电池外壳1时,门3通过唇缘300和突出部301这两者而保持在其关闭位置,所述唇缘和突出部构造成当门3旋转离开其关闭位置时快速地邻接抵靠着驱动器9,例如抵靠该驱动器的下凸缘90。然而,本领域技术人员将理解,当驱动器附接至电池外壳1时,门的开启可通过这些元件中的仅一个或者甚至是通过仅一个突出部来防止,该突出部构造成当门旋转离开其关闭位置时由驱动器所阻挡。代替或除了所例示的唇缘和突出部之外,门可包括具有例如在门上的其它形状和/或定位的其它元件,这些元件由驱动器所阻挡,以防止当驱动器附接至电池外壳时门被打开。

Claims (8)
