the server receives a searching instruction sent by a searching terminal and sends a positioning starting instruction to a searched terminal matched with the searching terminal according to the searching instruction; and meanwhile, receiving the positioning information fed back by the searched terminal, generating searching information according to the positioning information and providing the searching information for the searching terminal.
Preferably, the finding information includes:
map information and/or track information; the map information is formed by marking position information on a map and is displayed in a certain proportion; the track information is formed by recording a track generated by marking points of the position information on the map within a certain time.
Preferably, the manner provided to the search terminal includes:
forwarding and/or displaying the searched information; the forwarding comprises forwarding of short messages or files, and the displaying comprises webpage displaying.
Preferably, the search terminal is further provided with a search key for starting sending a search instruction.

the server receives a searching instruction sent by a searching terminal and sends a positioning starting instruction to a searched terminal matched with the searching terminal according to the searching instruction; the searched terminal receives the positioning starting instruction and then obtains positioning information to feed back to the server; and the server generates searching information according to the positioning information and provides the searching information for the searching terminal.
Preferably, the finding information includes:

The mobile terminal searching server can be respectively matched and communicated with a plurality of pairs of searched terminals and the searching terminal, provides a centralized platform for searching the searched terminals for the searching terminal, and is convenient for searching and centralized control of the searched terminals.

Referring to fig. 1, a mobile terminal searching server 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. The server 10 can communicate with a plurality of searched terminals 20 and 30 respectively; the server 10 receives a search instruction sent by a search terminal 30, and sends a positioning enabling instruction to a searched terminal 20 matched with the search terminal 30 according to the search instruction; meanwhile, the positioning information fed back by the searched terminal 20 is received, and the searching information is generated according to the positioning information and provided to the searching terminal 30. The seek information may include map information and/or trajectory information. The map information can be formed by marking the position information on a map and can be displayed in a certain proportion; the track information is formed by recording a track generated by marking points on the map with the position information within a certain time. The mobile terminal in this embodiment can be an electronic device such as an electronic bag, a smart phone, and a tablet computer that is convenient to carry.
In this embodiment, the electronic schoolbag can be the searched terminal 20, and the parent end matched with the electronic schoolbag can be the searching terminal 30; the server 10 can be set up by a school or a service provider, and can interactively communicate with a plurality of pairs of matched searched terminals 20 and searching terminals 30; meanwhile, the pairs of searched terminals 20 and 30 are matched with the server 10 to establish communication with the server 10.
Referring to fig. 2, the server 10, the searched terminal 20, and the searching terminal 30 are respectively provided with a communication module 40. The communication module 40 may be a GSM (Global System for mobile communications ) module, a CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) module, a WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) module, a TD-SCDMA (Time Division-synchronous Code Division Multiple Access) module, or a WiMax (worldwide interoperability for Microwave Access), and the like, to implement respective communication among the three modules.
The searched terminal 20 is further provided with a positioning module 50. This orientation module 50 can be GPS module and big dipper orientation module 50 etc. realizes the acquisition of locating information.
When the electronic schoolbag (the searched terminal 20) is lost, a searching instruction can be sent to the server 10 through the home terminal (the searching terminal 30), a positioning starting instruction is sent to the searched terminal 20 through the server 10, and the searched terminal 20 is started to acquire the position information. The search terminal 30 is further provided with a search key 60 for initiating a search command, thereby facilitating the initiation of the search.
The server 10 needs to identify the search command after receiving the search command from the search terminal 30, and after the identification is successful, obtains the information of the searched terminal 20 matching with the search terminal 30 according to the identification result, and then sends a positioning start command to the searched terminal 20 according to the information of the searched terminal 20. The positioning start instruction may be directly transmitted through the control server 10, and information of the searched terminal 20 needs to be specified when the positioning start instruction is transmitted.
After the acquisition of the position information of the searched terminal 20 is started, the acquired position information is continuously transmitted back to the server 10 at a certain frequency, which facilitates the tracking of the position by the server 10. The start of location information acquisition and the sending of location information in the searched terminal 20 can be performed in the background.
The server 10 may directly transfer the location information sent back from the search terminal 20 to the search terminal 30 after recording the location information, or may send search information generated based on the location information to the search terminal 30. Alternatively, the search information may be retained in the server 10 for the search terminal 30 to refer to.
When the search information is forwarded to the search terminal 30 in the form of short message or file, the map for marking may be a map obtained by intercepting an appropriate area, which may be divided into administrative areas or may be customized, because the included data is not too large; that is, when the acquired location information is located in the nan shan region of Shenzhen city, the map for indicating may intercept the nan shan region map, or intercept a map within a certain range (for example, a certain number of kilometers) centered at the location, so as to facilitate transmission. The map cutout area rule may vary with the change of the position information, such as increasing or changing the cutout area range as the range of the position information appearing on the map increases, i.e., when the position information is transferred from the south mountain area to the lake area, the cutout area of the map may increase to the south mountain area and the lake area, or change to the lake area.
The search information retained in the server 10 for the search terminal 30 to review may be displayed through a web page or the like. For example, the marked points of the current position information in the map are shown through the map, and the track formed by part or all of the marked points in the map from the time of losing to the current time period is shown, so that the searched terminal 20 is more convenient to search through tracking the track of the position point change of the searched terminal 20 within a certain time. In the case that the searched terminal 20 is not lost, the track log can also be used to obtain the moving area of the searched terminal 20, so as to facilitate the monitoring of the underage user.
The mobile terminal searching server 10 can be adapted to and communicate with a plurality of pairs of searched terminals 20 and searching terminals 30, respectively, and provides a centralized platform for searching the searched terminals 20 for the searching terminals 30, thereby facilitating searching and centralized control of the searched terminals 20.
The invention also provides an embodiment of the mobile terminal searching system. The system may include: a server 10, a plurality of searched terminals 20 and a searching terminal 30; the server 10 communicates with a plurality of searched terminals 20 and 30 respectively; the server 10 receives a search instruction sent by a search terminal 30, and sends a positioning enabling instruction to a searched terminal 20 matched with the search terminal 30 according to the search instruction; the searched terminal 20 receives the positioning enabling instruction and then obtains positioning information to feed back to the server 10; the server 10 generates search information according to the positioning information and provides the search information to the search terminal 30.
The server 10, the searched terminal 20 and the searching terminal 30 in this embodiment can be specifically as described in the above embodiments.
