Abstract

Description

用于制备饮料的容器及设备
技术领域
本发明属于饮料制备领域，例如以咖啡为基础的饮料，该饮料通过提取一份浓稠的诸如包含在容器中的研磨咖啡来制备。更具体地，本发明涉及用于该目的的多份饮料以及涉及使用所述多份饮料的设备。
背景技术
按照上述原理操作的容器和机器已经存在了很多年。
专利US 2899886、US 2968560、US 3403617和US 3607297描述了这些设备，在这些设备中，首先在多个位置给容器打孔，接着使受压的水通过容器。
专利CH 605293或专利EP 0242556B1中所描述的容器在其下部具有隔膜。在借助尖锐的部件(例如，刀片)穿透所述容器之后，受压的水首先进入容器的顶部，这就使得容器膨胀，主要是在隔膜处膨胀。超过一定压力，隔膜破裂，从而使水-咖啡混合物流出。
在下列专利文献中描述了安装有隔膜的其他容器：EP 0468079A、EP 0806373A、EP 0554469A。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于对容器内产生的水-咖啡混合物进行改善。
本发明的另一目的在于改进容器提取面处的穿透。
再一目的在于简化用于容器的设备的维护。
这些目的通过给容器的提取壁设置一个或多个自穿透释放件(self-piercing relief)实现。
释放件以下述方式定位和设计：当它们随着将容器支撑在其上的变形部件变形时，优选地，在它们随着将容器支撑在其上的变形部件变形的同时穿透，变形部件例如是容器支架的底座。
在本发明中，释放件可以通过压纹、冲压、热压成形或者适于所保护目的的任何其他方法形成。
释放件的特征在于它们占据相对小的区域，在任何情况下，都比容器的提取壁的整个表面区域小得多。于是，当固体部件(例如，容器支架的底座)对提取壁施加压力时，容器的释放件被穿透，其中所述释放件变形，导致自穿透。

具体实施方式
图1至5示出了处于静止位置的本发明容器的多种变型中的一种变型。
容器由中空部件1组成，中空部件1由侧壁2、上壁3和下壁4形成。
下壁4相对刚性。它优选地由生物可降解材料组成。可以使用任何适于设想到的应用的材料形式。如果下壁是生物可降解材料，那么可以使用例如包括下述成分的混合物：淀粉(＞70％)、纤维、蛋白质、脂类和至少一种生物可降解树脂。
当然，上壁3和/或侧壁2可以同样地由生物可降解材料制成。
在图示的例子中，下壁4的外表面具有凸起(球体的一部分)形式的自穿透释放件5。该凸起实质上是底壁4的厚度超过底壁的部分。在凸起周围，设置有被称为弱化带13的周边带，该弱化带13具有比底壁4的其余部分薄的厚度。
在容器内，底壁4上，可选地设置有例如编织的半透部件6，该半透部件使液体通过但是阻挡诸如研磨咖啡的固体物质。
依然在容器内，释放件5以尖状物9的形式延伸。尖状物的存在与否是可选的。具体地说，该尖状物使其朝向容器内移动时释放件5能够保持在中心位置。
可选的环形部件8优选地由诸如纸的材料形成，这种材料一旦被使用就能够较容易地去除容器。如果形成容器的材料(诸如生物可降解材料)被加热时，这种材料就会倾向于粘附到容器支架，环形部件的出现就能够证明是有用的。
图6至9示出了除了提取位置之外与图1至5中所示的容器相同的容器，该提取位置即容器周围的设备已经被闭合之后的位置。在该结构中，释放件5已经顶住位于容器支架10上的突出物12，该突出物的作用在于把释放件5压到容器内，通过这种方式使弱化带13破裂。此时，液体通道形成，该通道被称为提取带14并且在本实例中具有环形形状。
应该注意，半透部件6的存在使得固体材料(渣滓)留在容器内。
通过提取带的液体通过设置于容器支架10端部的孔15贯通容器支架10。最终，液体(水-咖啡混合物)被收集到位于容器支架10下方的杯(未示出)中。
本发明并不限于图1至9所示的例子。
可以设想任何形状的释放件。同样可以设想释放件的分布和数量。图10和11示出了其他的多个变型。
类似地，容器支架10的底座未必具有突出物12。对于突出物12，可以不包含一个，或者相反地，可以包含多个，例如与位于提取壁上的释放件数量相同的数量。
有利地是，弱化带可以相对于释放件的中心不对称地破裂，从而使释放件突然堵塞提取带的风险最小化。
有利地是，提取面4与容器的下壁重合。根据本发明的另一变型(未示出)，提取面与容器的上壁重合。
特别参见图1，类似地，自穿透释放件可以位于容器的与提取壁相对的那个壁上。在这种情况下，自穿透释放件保证水进入/注入到容器内。
最后，应该注意本发明并不限于特定形状的容器。可以使用任何适于应用的形状(例如，圆锥形、圆柱形或立方形)。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于制备饮料的容器，所述饮料例如咖啡，所述容器包括中空部件(1)，所述中空部件用于包含一份诸如研磨咖啡的剂量，所述中空部件(1)包括侧壁(2)、注入面(3)和适于提取水-咖啡混合物的提取壁(4)；所述容器包括位于所述提取壁(4)上的至少一个自穿透释放件(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器，包括多个自穿透释放件(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的容器，其中所述释放件或多个释放件由压纹、冲压、热压成形或任何其他相似的工艺形成。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的容器，其中所述自穿透释放件或多个自穿透释放件(5)包括周边的弱化带，所述弱化带具有比提取壁(4)的其余部分的厚度薄的厚度。
5.根据前一项权利要求所述的容器，其中所述弱化带在其释放件(5)周围对称，所述弱化带与所述释放件(5)结合。
6.根据权利要求4所述的容器，其中所述弱化带在其释放件(5)周围不对称，所述弱化带与所述释放件(5)结合。
7.根据前一项权利要求所述的容器，其中所述弱化带具有附接点，所述附接点具有至少与提取壁(4)的其余部分的厚度相同的厚度。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的容器，其中每个释放件(5)具有圆形底座。
9.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的容器，其中每个释放件(5)具有多边形底座。
10.根据前一项权利要求所述的容器，其中每个释放件(5)具有十字形底座。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的容器，包括在容器的注入面(3)上的释放件(5)。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的容器，包括在容器的侧壁(2)上的释放件(5)。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的容器，包括位于提取壁(4)的内表面上的半透部件(8)。
14.根据前一项权利要求所述的容器，其中每个释放件(5)具有位于容器内的尖状物(9)。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的容器，其中所述提取壁由生物可降解材料制成，生物可降解材料例如包括下列成分：淀粉(＞70％)、纤维、蛋白质、脂类和至少一种生物可降解树脂。
16.一种使用前述权利要求中任一项所述容器的设备，包括容器支架(10)、容器罩(7)、进水口和穿透部件，所述容器支架被设计成使容器(1)的释放件或多个释放件(5)变形，从而实现它们的自穿透。
17.根据前一项权利要求所述的设备，其中所述容器支架(10)具有至少一个突出物(12)，所述至少一个突出物(12)用于与所述释放件(5)进行接触。
