本发明涉及电信技术领域。
更具体地说，本发明涉及控制数字内容的分发。
背景技术
在多种情况下，期望给发送到目标观众的广播信息增加日期。
这里，“信息”指的是任意的文本和/或音频和/或视频数据，该数据可用于商用、娱乐、科学、技术、或者其它目的。
下面将描述这些情况的一些例子。
在艺术家或者他或她的制片人所选择的日期之前，一个新电影或一首新歌一定不能被观众所访问到。在这种情况下，广告活动可以提高对新产品日益增加的兴趣，其中新产品在其宣布的日期之前处于保密状态。通过使用这种过时的市场手段，公众对产品发布的关注可以最大化。博客，论坛和网站可以在潜在的客户中构建对新产品的兴趣和好奇心，虽然还不能得到新产品，但是其发布的日期和时间被广泛传播。
一般来说，对于所有相关人员可在所确定的日期访问合法的和受限制的信息。特别是，对于贸易公司公开的财务报告，国家经济的统计报告，以及专利和专利申请，也是如此。
可以通过合同或者法律禁止诸如新闻机构或者新闻记者的信息提供者在预定日期之间发布信息。
如果发生严重事件，广泛发布的新闻稿会声明可在特定的日期传达或获得重要信息。
当发生这种情况时，在这一天对信息的需求量会很大。因此对于信息提供者就存在不能满足需求的风险。
当以电子形式发布该信息时，过量的下载请求会阻塞服务器。当信息是大的数据文件(例如视频)时，网络的容量可以证实为不足以满足该峰值时的请求。
当可以在移动通信终端(PDA，智能手机)上获得该信息时，过载的危险更大。在1995年，美国有3千4百万蜂窝电话用户(来自蜂窝电信和国际互联网协会的统计)。目前，美国的蜂窝电话用户数量估计达到1.16亿。
在过载的情况下，存在信息被部分地和不均匀地发送的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服这些技术问题，公开了一种用于在确定和预定的日期广播数字信息的方法，其中该方法确保平等地访问该信息，不受网络提供的数字文件和比特率的大小的限制来访问数字信息。
为了该目的，根据第一方面，本发明涉及一种用于广播数字内容的方法，确定目标观众能够访问该内容的日期，该方法包括在所述日期之前，将数字内容广播到存储器中，数字版权管理工具禁止访问所述内容，在所述日期，将开放所述内容的访问权限的命令广播给通信终端。
优选地，将开放所述权限的命令发送给电子节目指南，例如，数字内容可以是来自视频点播服务的视频。
优选地，至少部分数字内容通过国际互联网，或通过微波或卫星进行分发。
在变化或组合的方式中，至少一部分数字内容通过移动通信网络进行分发。
在一个实施方式中，存储器位于家庭传输节点或者网关(住宅网关)中。
在另一个实施方式中，存储器位于通信终端中。
在一个实施方式中，该方法进一步包括在将该数字内容发送给所有潜在的接收终端时，由通信终端对数字内容进行同步显示。
优选地，在所述日期之前所广播的数字内容是加密的，开放访问所述内容的权限的命令包含解密密钥。
根据第二方面，本发明涉及一种广播数字内容的电信网络，确定目标观众能够访问该内容的日期，其中网络包括用于在所述日期之前将数字内容广播到存储器中，并且通过数字版权管理工具来禁止访问所述内容的装置，其中所述网络进一步包括用于在所述日期将开放所述内容的访问权限的命令广播给通信终端的装置。
根据第三方面，本发明涉及一种用于接收数字内容的通信终端，确定目标观众能够访问该内容的日期，其中终端包括用于在所述日期之前接收数字内容，并且通过数字版权管理工具来禁止访问所述内容的装置，其中终端进一步包括用于存储所述内容的存储器；以及用于在所述日期接收开放访问所述内容的权限的命令的装置。
通过阅读下面对当前优选实施方式的描述，并结合相应的附图，本发明的其它目的和优势将变得明显。
实施方式
在所描述的实施方式中，用户具有私人的用户设备1(CPE用户终端设备)，例如数字集成设备(机顶盒)。
该设备1具有存储器2，优选地是高速缓冲存储器。
在一个实施方式中，高速缓冲存储器位于家庭传输节点或者网关(住宅网关)中。
该设备1与图像监视器3相连接，例如，计算机屏幕或电视机。
在日期T1，将媒体内容从内容数据库4发送给设备1。
该数据可以通过有线或无线方式发送，并且如果合适，可部分地通过国际互联网发送。
日期T1与用户可访问内容的日期T2不同。数字版权管理工具5禁止读取所分发的并且存储在存储器2中的内容。
在公开发布日期T2，将开放权限的命令发送给设备。该命令来自服务提供商6。
在一个实施方式中，当媒体内容是视频点播时，电子节目指南7能够使用户意识到下列信息：
-当前正在接收的视频，
-从日期T2开始可以访问的视频，
-完全地接收并存储在本地存储器中的视频。
在一个实施方式中，用户通过输入由服务提供商所发送的解密密钥来移除的所保存内容的加密。用消息通知用户该解密密钥已经收到。
在一个优选的实施方式中，数字内容是电视节目。当将特定的电视节目同时广播给所有观众时，网络负担被证明是很重的。该方法通过预先分割节目的分发和它们的发布，使得解决该问题成为可能。更具体地，将电视节目传送给用户，而不需要通知用户，并将该节目存储在例如住宅网关的高速缓冲存储器中。节目的传送不需要通过常规的分发信道来进行。例如，节目可通过无线电或卫星方式到达高速缓冲存储器。优选地，所接收的内容是加密的。通过发送解密密钥使电视节目可用。当节目广播时用户选择观看该节目，在高速缓冲存储器中本地存储的节目的本地显示和所接收的广播节目之间进行同步。因此，用户感觉是以常规的方法得到电视节目。传送时间和数字内容发布之间的分割对用户来说是隐蔽的。
本发明具有几个优点。
首先，可以将最流行的数字内容，或者期望或预期非常成功的数字内容发布给用户，而不存在因过量下载请求而导致网络或服务器饱和的危险。例如，在网络使用较少时，例如晚上，将媒体内容(电影，视频，剪辑，歌曲)分发给用户或潜在购买者的终端。
如果用户决定购买期望是非常成功的视频，例如为观看视频进行支付，他或她仅需在任何时间将该信息发送给VoD(视频点播)平台，存储在用户的家中的视频将在稍后的日期发布。
服务提供商控制用户终端中的存储器和数字版权管理工具。服务提供商向数字版权管理工具发送命令以从之前存储在存储器的内容中发布数字内容。

Claims (9)

1.一种广播数字内容的方法，确定目标观众能够访问该内容的日期，该方法包括：
-在所述日期之前，将所述数字内容分发到存储器中，通过数字版权管理工具来禁止访问所述内容；
-在所述日期，将开放所述内容的访问权限的命令分发给通信终端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，将开放所述权限的命令发送给电子节目指南。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法，其特征在于，至少部分数字内容通过国际互联网或者通过无线电或卫星广播进行分发。
4.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的方法，其特征在于，至少部分数字内容通过移动电信网络进行分发。
5.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的方法，其特征在于，存储器在通信终端内部。
6.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的方法，其特征在于，其进一步包括在将该数字内容发送给所有潜在的接收终端时，由通信终端对数字内容进行同步显示。
7.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的方法，其特征在于，在所述日期之前所分发的数字内容是加密的，开放访问所述内容的权限的命令包含解密密钥。
8.一种广播数字内容的电信网络，确定目标观众能够访问该内容的日期，其中网络包括：
-用于在所述日期之前将数字内容广播到存储器中，通过数字版权管理工具来禁止访问所述内容的装置；
-用于在所述日期将开放所述内容的访问权限的命令广播给通信终端的装置。
9.一种用于接收数字内容的通信终端，确定目标观众能够访问该内容的日期，其中终端包括：
-用于在所述日期之前接收数字内容，通过数字版权管理工具来禁止访问所述内容的装置；
-用于存储所述内容的存储器；
-用于在所述日期接收开放访问所述内容的权限的命令的装置。
