Abstract
一种平面显示器支架结构,其包括支撑架及夹持部。所述支撑架的一端与平面显示器相连接,所述夹持部连接于所述支撑架与平面显示器相对的另一端。所述夹持部包括两个与所述连接部转动连接的夹持臂、调节螺杆以及调节螺母。所述夹持臂包括与所述支撑架活动连接的连接端以及与所述连接端对应设置的夹持端,所述夹持臂于连接端与夹持端之间的部分开设有调节通孔,所述调节螺杆同时穿过所述两个夹持臂上的调节通孔并与所述调节螺母相互螺接。通过调节螺杆和调节螺母的相互作用来调节夹持部的张开与闭合从而将平面显示器夹持固定,增加了平面显示器支架结构固定方式的灵活性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种平面显示器支架结构。
背景技术
现有的大多数平面显示器所配置的底座仅能满足将平面显示器放置在水平面上的要求。但是,在现实情况中由于安装条件的限制,使用者往往需要将平面显示器固定在除水平面以外的其他特殊结构上,例如:将平面显示器固定在柱状物体或平面边缘上。此时,现有的平面显示器底座无法满足将平面显示器直接固定在所述特殊结构上的要求从而呈现出较大的局限性。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可灵活固定的平面显示器支架结构。
一种平面显示器支架结构,其包括:
支撑架,其一端与一平面显示器相连接;
夹持部,其连接于所述支撑架与平面显示器相对的另一端,所述夹持部包括两个与所述支撑架转动连接的夹持臂、调节螺杆以及调节螺母,所述夹持臂包括与所述支撑架活动连接的连接端以及与所述连接端对应设置的夹持端,所述夹持臂于连接端与夹持端之间的部分开设有调节通孔,所述调节螺杆同时穿过所述两个夹持臂上的调节通孔并与所述调节螺母相互螺接。
相较于现有技术,本发明所提供的平面显示器支架结构通过调节螺杆和调节螺母的相互作用来调节夹持部的松紧程度从而将平面显示器夹持固定,克服了现有的平面显示器支架只能将平面显示器放置在平面上的局限性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明第一实施方式所提供的平面显示器支架结构2包括一支撑架20以及一夹持部28。所述支撑架20一端与一平面显示器21相连接。所述夹持部28连接于所述支撑架20与平面显示器21相对的另一端。
所述支撑架20包括一枢接部22、一支撑部24及一连接部26。所述支撑部24与枢接部22相连接。所述连接部26的一端与支撑部24转动连接,所述连接部26与支撑部24的连接端相对的另一端与所述夹持部28相连接。
所述枢接部22包括一与平面显示器20转动连接的枢接端220、一与所述支撑部24相连接的连接端222以及连接所述枢接端220与连接端222的杆体224。所述枢接端220通过一转轴结构221与平面显示器21转动连接。
所述支撑部24包括一套筒240、一垂直于所述套筒240设置的转动杆242以及连接所述套筒240和转动杆242的连接杆244。所述转动杆242包括两个端部242a、242b。所述套筒240与所述枢接部22的连接端222转动连接,因此,所述枢接部22可绕所述套筒240做360度的转动。
所述连接部26包括一横梁260,所述横梁260的两个端部260a、260b分别向相反方向延伸出一个连接臂262和一个连接突起264。所述连接臂262与所述转动杆242的两个端部242a、242b转动连接,以使得所述支撑部24及与支撑部24相连接的枢接部22可绕所述转动杆242转动。
所述夹持部28包括两个与所述连接部26转动连接的夹持臂280、一调节螺杆282以及一调节螺母284。所述每一个夹持臂280包括与所述连接部26的连接突起264活动连接的连接端280a以及与所述连接端280a对应设置的夹持端286。所述夹持臂280于连接端280a与夹持端286之间的部分开设有调节通孔280b。所述调节螺杆282包括一螺帽282a和一螺纹杆体282b。所述调节螺杆282的螺纹杆体282b同时穿过所述两个夹持臂280上的调节通孔280b并与所述调节螺母284相互螺接。所述螺帽282a和调节螺母284的径向尺寸均大于所述调节通孔280b的宽度。因此,调节所述调节螺母284在螺纹杆体282b上的位置便可使所述调节臂280在螺帽282a和调节螺母284的作用下相对地张开或闭合。所述夹持端286为平板状,所述夹持端286在夹持臂280的带动下相对地张开或闭合以夹持固定所述平面显示器21。
当需要将平面显示器21放置在水平面上时,所述平面显示器支架结构2的连接部26和夹持部28所构成的支撑平面可将平面显示器21平稳地固定在水平面上。如图2所示,当需要将平面显示器21固定墙壁或横梁等平面边缘处时,可通过所述调节螺杆282来控制所述夹持臂280以带动夹持端286张开或闭合从而将所述平面显示器21夹持固定。
如图3所示,本发明第二实施方式所提供的平面显示器支架结构4包括一支撑架40以及一夹持部48。所述支撑架40一端与一平面显示器41相连接。所述夹持部48连接于所述支撑架40与平面显示器41相对的另一端。所述夹持部48包括两个夹持臂480、一调节螺杆482以及一调节螺母484。所述每一个夹持臂480包括一连接端480a以及与所述连接端480a对应设置的夹持端486。
所述平面显示器支架结构4与第一实施方式所提供的平面显示器支架结构2基本相同,其不同之处在于:所述夹持端486包括两个与所述夹持臂480转动连接的紧固件488。所述每一个紧固件488包括一转动端488a以及由所述转动端488a延伸出的半圆形紧合罩488b。所述半圆形紧合罩488b的两个端点488c、488d沿半圆形紧合罩488b的径向分别向外延伸出一紧合平面488e。所述紧合平面488e可增加半圆形紧合罩488b紧合时的接触面积,提高紧合的稳定性。当所述夹持臂480在调节螺杆482和调节螺母484的作用下张开或闭合时,所述紧固件488也在夹持臂480的带动下张开或闭合以夹持固定所述平面显示器支架结构4。
如图4所示,当需要把平面显示器41固定在柱状物体上时,可通过所述调节螺母484来控制所述夹持臂480以带动所述半圆形紧合罩488b张开或闭合从而将所述平面显示器41夹持固定。
如图5所示,本发明第三实施方式所提供的平面显示器支架结构6包括一支撑架60以及一夹持部68。所述支撑架60一端与一平面显示器61相连接。所述夹持部68连接于所述支撑架60与平面显示器61相对的另一端。所述支撑架60包括一枢接部62、一支撑部64及一连接部66。所述枢接部62包括一与平面显示器61转动连接的枢接端620、一与所述支撑部24相连接的连接端622以及连接所述枢接端620与连接端622的杆体624。
所述平面显示器支架结构6与第一实施方式所提供的平面显示器支架结构2基本相同,其不同之处在于:所述枢接部62与平面显示器61之间通过一球状关节结构621活动连接。。
相对于现有技术,本发明所提供的平面显示器支架结构通过螺杆和调节螺母相互作用来调节与之相连的夹持部的松紧程度从而将平面显示器夹持固定,克服了现有的平面显示器支架只能将平面显示器放置在平面上的局限性。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施方式所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种平面显示器支架结构,其包括:
支撑架,其一端与一平面显示器相连接;
其特征在于:所述平面显示器支架结构进一步包括:
夹持部,其连接于所述支撑架与平面显示器相对的另一端,所述夹持部包括两个与所述支撑架转动连接的夹持臂、调节螺杆以及调节螺母,所述夹持臂包括与所述支撑架活动连接的连接端以及与所述连接端对应设置的夹持端,所述夹持臂于连接端与夹持端之间的部分开设有调节通孔,所述调节螺杆同时穿过所述两个夹持臂上的调节通孔并与所述调节螺母相互螺接;
所述夹持端包括分别与两个夹持臂转动连接的紧固件,所述紧固件包括与所述夹持臂活动连接的转动端以及由所述转动端延伸出的半圆形紧合罩,所述半圆形紧合罩的两个端点沿半圆形紧合罩的径向分别向外延伸出一紧合平面。
2.如权利要求1所述的平面显示器支架结构,其特征在于:所述支撑架包括:
枢接部,其与所述平面显示器相连接;
支撑部,其与所述枢接部相连接;
连接部,所述连接部的一端与支撑部连接,所述连接部于其与支撑部的连接端相对的另一端与所述夹持部相连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的平面显示器支架结构,其特征在于:所述枢接部包括与平面显示器转动连接的枢接端、与所述支撑部相连接的连接端以及位于所述枢接端与连接端之间的杆体。
4.如权利要求3所述的平面显示器支架结构,其特征在于:所述枢接端通过转轴结构与平面显示器相连接。
5.如权利要求3所述的平面显示器支架结构,其特征在于:所述枢接端为球状关节结构。
6.如权利要求3所述的平面显示器支架结构,其特征在于:所述支撑部包括套筒和垂直于所述套筒设置的转动杆,所述套筒与所述枢接部的连接端转动连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的平面显示器支架结构,其特征在于:所述连接部包括横梁,由所述横梁的两端分别向相反的方向延伸出的连接臂和连接突起,所述连接臂与所述支撑部的转动杆活动连接,所述连接突起与所述夹持臂的连接端活动连接。
8.如权利要求1所述的平面显示器支架结构,其特征在于:所述调节螺杆包括螺帽和螺纹杆体,所述螺帽的径向尺寸大于所述调节通孔的宽度。
9.如权利要求1所述的平面显示器支架结构,其特征在于:所述调节螺母的径向尺寸大于所述调节通孔的宽度。
