The specific embodiment
Fig. 1 to Fig. 6 illustrates the many aspects of first embodiment of the invention.
First embodiment comprises footwear 1, and it has sole 2 and is installed in an ECP (electrochromic polymeric compounds) display 3a and the 2nd ECP display 3b that is operably connected on the footwear 1, with microprocessor unit 4.
As shown in Figure 1, the first display 3a is installed on the rear surface of footwear 1, and as shown in Figure 2, the second display 3b is installed on the surface outwardly of footwear 1.
Microprocessor 4 is contained in the cavity of heel 5 of footwear 1 together with the electric supply installation 6 that is used for to its power supply.Electric supply installation 6 comprises small-sized 3 volts of batteries.
The one ECP display 3a and the 2nd ECP display 3b are suitable for adjusting between first and second color state.Microprocessor 4 is connected with the second display 3b with the first display 3a with second couple of electrode 12a, 12b by first couple of electrode 11a, 11b respectively.Microprocessor 4 can provide control signal to display 3a, 3b with the form of the signal of telecommunication with specific voltage characteristic, thus, display 3a, 3b is configured to adjust color in response to the control signal that receives between first and second color state.ECP display 3a, 3b in this embodiment is suitable for receiving independently of one another the control signal from microprocessor 4, and adjusts color state.
The first display 3a comprises substantially the ECP material strips that is " eye shape ".The second display 3b comprises " the ECP mask " on the upper surface that is suitable for covering during manufacture footwear 1.For example, can utilize suitable adhesive or suture (stitching) " mask " to be fastened to the upper surface of footwear 1.The 2nd ECP display 3b that is connected to microprocessor unit 4 is shown separately in Fig. 4.
The user user control 7 is set, so that can be input to instruction in the microprocessor 4.User control 7 comprises makes the user instruction can be sent to graphic user interface (GUI) 7a of microprocessor 4.Utilization is at Windows CE TMThe application software of moving on the operating system platform, and in conjunction with comprising that the suitable hardware of quick touch screen curtain comes into force graphic user interface 7a.User control 7 passes through based on bluetooth
Figure G2007800233052D00101
The signal line of technology is operably connected with microprocessor 4.Yet as shown in Figure 2, user control 7 can also utilize physical cable to be connected with microprocessor 4 by the USB interface 8 in the surface outwardly that is arranged on heel 5.In some embodiments, user control 7 comprises and is arranged on footwear 1 from one's body keyboard.Yet in alternate embodiments, user control 7 can be by having downloaded suitable software so that its mobile phone, palm PC or other portable computing equipment that can be connected with microprocessor 4 come into force.
Microprocessor 4 is suitable for by user control 7 edit routines, so that select the color of first and second color state of the first display 3a and the second display 3b.
To summarize the multiple concrete operations pattern of first embodiment now hereinafter. If be ready, the user can be by providing suitable instruction via user control 7 to microprocessor 4, optionally starts and/or stop arbitrary or all operations pattern.Generally speaking, if desired, master's " on/off " switch 10 that makes the user can fully optionally start and/or stop microprocessor 4 can be set on the surface of heel 5.
Operator scheme A
The program editing of microprocessor 4 is become,, control second adjustment of display 3b between first and second color state automatically according to the degree of pressure on the sole 2 of the footwear in the detected use 1.
In the middle end 2a of footwear 1, be distributed with a plurality of pressure sensor 9a, and pressure sensor 9a is suitable for detecting the pressure that is applied to the sole 2 of footwear 1 under normal the use.Fig. 5 illustrates the middle end 2a of the footwear 1 with pressure sensor 9a separately, and pressure sensor 9a spreads all over middle end 2a, and each pressure sensor 9a all is connected to microprocessor 4 by independent electric lead.
Microprocessor 4 utilizes the pressure sensor 9a input quantity that receives to calculate the average pressure reading in real time. The program editing of microprocessor 4 is become, will compare in average pressure sensor reading and the predetermined pressure threshold of any preset time.If judge the average pressure sensor reading greater than threshold value, microprocessor 4 just exports control signal to the 2nd ECP display 3b, makes it be adjusted to second color state from first color state.Otherwise, when judging the average pressure reading less than scheduled pressure value, the output control signal of the microprocessor 4 that the 2nd ECP display 3b receives just indicates the 2nd ECP display 3b to remain in first color state, perhaps, if the second display positive output, second color state just is returned to first color state.
Predetermined pressure threshold can be set in advance in the microprocessor 4, thereby when the people with average weight tramples on the sole 2 at footwear 1, corresponding with the force value of estimating to be applied to sole 2.
Operator scheme B
Also the program editing with microprocessor 4 becomes, as long as it is judged through using, the degradation of the buffer capacity of sole 2 has dropped to below the predetermined degradation threshold value of sole 2, just automatically the first display 3a is adjusted to second color state (for example red) from first color state (for example green).
In the heel of footwear 1, be provided with the pedometer 9b that is connected with microprocessor 4 equally.Microprocessor 4 receives the output signal (representing with the rice number that footwear are gone) from pedometer 9b in real time, and with this pedometer signal and predetermined degradation threshold. The predetermined degradation threshold value represents that 1 row distance of footwear measures arbitrarily before the buffer capacity of estimating sole 2 has corrupted to unacceptable degree.Generally speaking, by specimen sole 2, with the approximate distance of determining that sole 2 may have been gone before having worn and torn under normal the use, thus the predetermined degradation threshold value of predetermined sole buffer capacity.
Microprocessor 4 compares pedometer output quantity and predetermined degradation threshold value, if and the reading of pedometer 9a surpasses the predetermined degradation threshold value, just making the first display 3a become second color state--thereby the buffer capacity of indication sole 2 exhausts, and should change footwear 1.Otherwise if the value of pedometer does not surpass the predetermined degradation threshold value as yet, microprocessor 4 just will indicate the first display 3a to remain in first color state automatically so.
Operator scheme C
In another operator scheme, microprocessor 4 is connected with colorimeter (colourimeter) 9c.Colorimeter 9c outputs to microprocessor 4 with signal, and microprocessor 4 is compared the reading that receives with each color state of the 2nd ECP display 3b, and indicates the 2nd ECP display 3b to change to color state near the colorimeter reading. Therefore, if for example the user plans to wear blue suit and attends a party, and wish that his/her footwear and this are matching in colour, the user just can be by placing colorimeter 9c near the color that scans suit the clothing so.If second color state is roughly and reads the similar tone that suit obtains, then microprocessor 4 can convert second color state to by indication display 3b.In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the second display 3b can be adjusted to any amount of possible color state, and each color state all can be approaching with specific color or tone.
In this specification all be not and should not be regarded as, admit or approve or the existing publication of hint (or be derived from its information) or known things have constituted the general common practise in the field that this specification attempts to relate in any form a part the reference of any existing publication (or be derived from its information) or any known things.
It will be understood to those of skill in the art that under the situation that does not deviate from scope of the present invention, except that specifically described those, can also be retrofited and revise in the present invention of this description. Will be understood that all these remodeling and the modification that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that become all drops into as in the spirit and scope of the present invention of describing general before this.Should be understood that, the present invention includes all these remodeling and modification. The present invention also be included in mention separately or jointly in the specification or point out in steps with feature and described step or feature any two or more arbitrarily and all combinations.
