车灯转向驱动装置 
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆照明装置,具体来说,本发明涉及一种可以根据车辆的行驶状态改变车灯照射方向的车辆照明装置,更具体来说,本发明涉及一种用于上述车辆照明装置的改变车灯照射方向的驱动装置。 
背景技术
通常,所谓的自适应前照灯系统(AFS,Adaptive front-lighting System)是一种可以根据汽车的行驶状态调整车灯照射方向的车辆照明系统,其目的是为了提高夜间驾驶的安全。现有的自适应前照灯系统一般通过各种传感器探测车辆的行驶状态(例如车速、紧急刹车、启动、爬坡、转弯等),然后将探测到的信息输入一个ECU(Electronic Control Unit),ECU根据这些信息进行计算和判断,向调整车灯照射方向的驱动装置输出一个控制信号,控制该驱动装置对车灯的照射方向进行调整(例如,左、右车灯的水平偏转角度以及垂直偏转角度)。 
US 6623 147 B2中公开了一种用于ASF的驱动装置,如图1和2所示,该驱动装置包括一个壳体41′,其由上壳体41U′和下壳体41D′构成。该驱动装置还包括一个电机45′,其布置在上壳体41U和下壳体41D′之间。为了保证电机45′的转动平稳,电机45′的转轴453′两端分别支撑在上壳体41U′和下壳体41D′相应设置的支撑孔中。鉴于转轴453′通常以较高的转速转动,为了减少转轴453′对壳体41′的支撑孔的磨损,在转轴453′一端设置了一个支撑轴套452′,并在相应的支撑孔414′中设置了一个推力轴承451′,转轴453′的另一端设置有一个驱动齿轮461′。ECU(图中未示)根据检测出的车辆行驶状况向电机45′输出一个控制车灯照射方向的信号,电机45′通过驱动齿轮461′驱动相应的齿轮减速机构,进而控制车灯的照射方向。 
上述现有技术中的驱动装置采用的是将电机45′内置于壳体41′中的结构形式,这种结构形式需要对壳体41′和电机45′进行一体化设计,一方面,由于存在磨损,需要在电机45′的转轴453′的端部设置支撑轴套452′,从而需要针对不 同型号的驱动装置设计不同的电机45′,并且还需要针对不同的电机45′,在壳体41′上设计相应的支撑孔,降低了设计的灵活性,增加了成本。另一方面,为保证定位精度,需要精确设计上下壳体相应的支撑孔的位置,对壳体41′的设计、制造乃至装配提出了极高的要求,这同样增加了成本。而将电机转轴直接由壳体支撑的方式,由于转轴和壳体的材料不同,在不同温度下,由于热胀冷缩的原因,转轴和壳体将发生不同程度的变形,从而造成电机转轴同定子的同心度发生偏差,影响传动效率,甚至存在壳体将转轴卡死的危险。并且,当壳体和电机的制造或配合误差超过一定的范围时,也很容易在装配过程中导致电机的转轴出现偏心的问题,从而影响到驱动齿轮461′与下一级齿轮的正常啮合,不但加速了齿轮的磨损、影响到整个装置的使用寿命,而且会产生不必要的噪声。 
并且,由于电机45′内置在壳体41′中,也影响了电机45′的散热。 
另外,由于壳体41′内还配置有印刷电路板42′,电机45′运转过程中会对印刷电路板42′上诸如霍尔元件之类的电子元件产生电磁辐射干扰。 
CN 1951723 A试图给出一种解决上述技术问题的解决方案,其中同样公开了一种用于AFS的驱动装置,如图3所示,该驱动装置包括一个壳体,其由上壳体和下壳体构成。一个电机121′布置在壳体外侧。电机121′包括一个机壳和一个设置在该机壳底部的固定板,该固定板用于将电机121′通过螺钉整体固定在壳体上。电机121′的转轴1211′的输出端设置有一个驱动齿轮1212′,电机121′通过该驱动齿轮1212′驱动相应的齿轮减速机构,从而根据ECU(图中未示)输出给电机121′的指令控制车灯的照射方向。该驱动装置还包括一个印刷电路板,印刷电路板上设置了感应元件,用于检测设置于末端齿轮上的磁体的磁场变化。为了解决因末端齿轮转角范围过小,导致检测灵敏度低的缺点,该现有技术在齿轮减速机构中增加了一个带有磁体1271′的辅助齿轮127′,由于辅助齿轮127′的直径小于末端齿轮的直径,增加了磁体1271′的转动角度,进而提高了探测的灵敏度。 
CN 1951723 A试图采用电机121′外置于壳体的结构形式来解决前述US6623147 B2中的驱动装置所遇到的问题。 
然而,在CN 1951723 A中采用螺钉直接将电机固定在壳体上的组装方式,由于不同部件(例如,电机和壳体)通常由不同厂商制造,存在配合误差,在装配电机时,电机转轴容易发生偏心和倾斜,从而使电机转轴端部的驱动 齿轮不能和下一级齿轮正常啮合,降低了系统的工作效率以及齿轮的寿命。并且,CN 1951723 A并未具体给出电机121′的转轴1211′的支撑结构,对本领域技术人员来说并不能获知克服电机121′的转轴1211′支撑与偏心的缺陷的技术解决手段。并且,由于电机121′外置于壳体外侧,电机121′的转轴1211′在带动驱动齿轮1212′的过程中实际上处于悬臂的状态,其受力不均、转动不平稳的缺陷从该现有技术所公开的内容中也难以获得解决该问题的启示。因此需要提供一种支撑电机转轴的技术解决方案,克服因电机转轴处于悬臂状态所带来受力不均、转动不平稳、易偏心的缺陷。 
并且CN 1951723 A中,由于电机整体是通过机壳底部的固定板固定在壳体上的,因此电机的重心整体偏置于该固定板一侧,电机所受到的重力以及传动力都集中在机壳和固定板的连接位置处,易使二者之间的连接产生松动(如果二者之间采用焊接,电机长时间的运转也很容易使得焊接部位疲劳、松脱),影响电机的平稳运转以及系统的可靠性。 
另外,虽然在CN 1951723 A中,电机外置于壳体的方式部分消除了电机运转过程中产生的电磁辐射对壳体中的电路板上的电子元件的干扰,但是由于壳体通常为不具备电磁屏蔽功能的塑料等材料所制成,因此上述问题也没有得到根本性的解决。 
于是,有必要提供一种车灯转向驱动装置,以从根本上克服上述现有技术中的缺陷。 
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明的一个总的发明目的是提出一种车灯转向驱动装置,其降低了对零部件的设计、制造以及装配精度的要求,降低了制造成本。 
具体来说,本发明所提出的驱动装置无需根据电机转轴的定位设计特别的支撑孔,从而降低了对壳体的设计、制造以及装配精度的要求,降低了制造成本。 
本发明的再一个目的是提出一种车灯转向驱动装置,该驱动装置提出了一种支撑电机转轴的技术解决方案,克服了因电机转轴处于悬臂状态所带来受力不均、转动不平稳、易偏心的缺陷。 
本发明的另一个目的是提出一种车灯转向驱动装置,其克服了电机固定在壳体外侧不牢固、易松脱,影响电机的平稳运转以及系统的可靠性的缺陷。 
本发明的又一个目的是提出一种车灯转向驱动装置,其有效地解决了电机运转过程中所产生的电磁辐射对壳体中的电路板上的电子元件的干扰问题。 
本发明的还有一个目的是提出一种车灯转向驱动装置,其无需额外增加辅助齿轮就可以探测电机的转动状态,节约了成本。 
为实现本发明的上述发明目的,本发明提出了一种车灯转向驱动装置,该驱动装置包括一个壳体,一个电机,一个电路板和一个减速齿轮机构,该壳体包括一个上壳体和一个下壳体,所述上壳体和所述下壳体之间形成了一个容纳空间,所述减速齿轮机构和所述电路板设置在该容纳空间中;所述电机设置在所述壳体外侧并具有一个机壳,所述电机通过该机壳上的固定机构固定在所述壳体外侧;其中,该电机还具有一个与所述电机的机壳固定连接的端盖,在该机壳和该端盖之间容纳有一个转轴,一个定子,一个转子以及一个第一轴承和一个第二轴承,所述第一轴承支撑在所述机壳内,所述第二轴承支撑在所述端盖上,所述转轴通过该第一轴承和该第二轴承分别支撑在所述机壳和所述端盖上;所述壳体上相应于该电机的安装位置设置有一个定位凸缘,所述电机的机壳卡扣在所述定位凸缘的外侧;所述电机的转轴端部穿设入所述壳体内与一个驱动齿轮相连,该驱动齿轮与所述减速齿轮机构啮合,并通过所述减速齿轮机构的输出轴驱动所述车灯转向,从而改变车灯的照射方向;所述减速齿轮机构具有第一级减速齿轮和与之啮合的第二级减速齿轮,所述的第一级减速齿轮和第二级减速齿轮之一上设有一个磁环,所述电路板上相应于所述磁环的位置处设有至少一个磁感应元件,用于检测上述电机的动作。 
优选地,所述端盖与所述机壳焊接在一起。 
优选地,所述壳体上相应于所述电机的转轴的位置处设有一个通孔,该通孔的直径大于所述驱动齿轮的外径。 
优选地,所述第一轴承设置在所述电机的机壳内的一个凹槽中。 
优选地,所述第二轴承设置在所述电机的端盖上的一个凹槽中。 
优选地,所述电机的端盖上具有至少一个凸缘,所述壳体上相应于该端盖上的凸缘的位置设置有至少一个相应的定位凹槽,所述端盖上的凸缘卡扣 在所述定位凹槽中。 
优选地,所述电机的机壳具有一个接地引脚,用于使电机的机壳接地,消除电机工作过程中的电磁干扰对驱动装置的壳体内的其他电气元件,例如磁感应元件的影响。 
由于本发明的电机的转轴两端分别通过轴承支撑在电机的机壳和端盖之间,而机壳和端盖又固定连接在一起,因此,当整个电机通过机壳上的固定机构固定在驱动装置的壳体上的时候,电机的转轴实际上是不依赖于驱动装置的壳体支撑的,因而在驱动装置的壳体上相应于电机转轴的安装位置可以设置一个直径较大的通孔,从而无需在驱动装置的壳体上提供支撑结构,一方面节约了成本,另一方面,避免了因驱动装置的壳体的变形所造成的转轴的偏心以及卡死的缺陷。 
另外,本发明提出了一种通过在电机的机壳和端盖之间设置轴承的方式来支撑电机的转轴的技术解决方案,同时又提出了电机的端盖与电机的机壳的固定连接方式,从而给出了现有技术中未能给出的解决因电机转轴处于悬臂状态所带来受力不均、转动不平稳、易偏心的缺陷的技术解决手段。 
另外,通过固定机构将电机的机壳固定在驱动装置的壳体外侧的方式,使得电机的重力以及传动力分散到了与机壳的各个固定点位置,因此只要保证各个固定点位置的连接牢固即可保证电机能够固定在驱动装置的机壳上。又由于在电机的端盖以及驱动装置的壳体上设置有相应的定位机构,从而无需如现有技术所示的那样,需要通过电机的安装位置对电机进行定位,既增加了安装的牢固性,又增加了定位的精度。同时,由于无需通过调整电机机壳上的固定机构来调整电机对驱动装置壳体的定位,而是通过壳体上的定位凸缘或凹槽的方式来定位,因而降低了装配的难度。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。其中,相同的部件采用相同的标号。在本文的说明中,“一个”包括“一个”和“多于一个”。 
参见图4,其中显示的是根据本发明的一个优选实施例的车灯转向驱动装置A的分解视图,该驱动装置A包括一个壳体2,该壳体2由上壳体21和下壳体22构成,上壳体21和下壳体22通过上壳体21上的多个卡扣211与下壳体22上的多个相应的扣套221之间的啮合相互连接在一起,当然,本领域技术人员应当理解,上壳体21和下壳体22还可以通过任何惯常的连接方式固定在一起,例如,可以利用螺钉将上壳体21上的多个凸耳212和下壳体22上的多个相应的凸耳222连接在一起的方式将上壳体21和下壳体22固定在一起。 
驱动装置A的上壳体21和下壳体22之间形成了一个容纳空间,在该容纳空间中设置有一个电路板4和减速齿轮机构3。电路板4上设有相关的控制电路,其中包括一个磁感应元件45,用于检测上述电机1的运行状态。一个电机1设置在壳体2的外侧,具体来说是设置在上壳体21的外侧。电机1的转轴13端部穿设入壳体2与一个驱动齿轮5相连(参见图6)。壳体2上相应于电机1的转轴13的位置设置有一个通孔219,通孔219的直径大于驱动齿轮5的外径。 
减速齿轮机构3包括一个第一级减速齿轮31和一个第二级减速齿轮32,第一级减速齿轮31的转轴通过下壳体22上的支撑结构加以支撑定位,第二级减速齿轮32的转轴通过上壳体21上的支撑结构加以支撑定位。如图4所示,当第一级减速齿轮31和第二级减速齿轮32的转轴分别具有突出的支撑轴36时,壳体上的支撑结构可以是带有支撑孔的圆形凸台。当然,本领域技术人员应当理解,该支撑结构也可以是带有支撑孔的圆形凹槽。如果在第一级减速齿轮31和第二级减速齿轮32的转轴上分别设置支撑孔,则壳体上的 支撑结构也可以是凸出的支撑轴。 
为便于驱动齿轮5、第一减速齿轮31、第二减速齿轮32以及输出轴33的安装,电路板4上与它们对应的位置上设有相应的开口。 
第一减速齿轮31由形成一体的大齿轮311及小齿轮312组成,第二减速齿轮32由形成一体的大齿轮321及小齿轮322所组成。电机转轴13端部设置的驱动齿轮5与第一减速齿轮31的大齿轮311啮合;第一减速齿轮31的小齿轮312又与第二减速齿轮32的大齿轮321啮合;然后,第二减速齿轮32的小齿轮322与一个输出轴33上一体设置的扇形齿轮34啮合。采用这种结构,可以将电机1的转动经由驱动齿轮5传递给第一减速齿轮31,然后传递给第二减速齿轮32,最后通过扇形齿轮34将转动传递给输出轴33输出,进而通过输出轴33驱动车灯转向,从而得以改变车灯的照射方向。 
如图4所示,第二减速齿轮32上设置有一个磁环35,电路板4上相应于磁环35的位置处设有至少一个磁感应元件45,用于检测电机1的动作。当然,本领域技术人员应当理解,磁环35也可以设置在第二减速齿轮31上。 
电机1和壳体2可以采用模块化设计的方式由不同的厂商来制造,例如,壳体2和置于其中的减速机构3等可以根据设计要求由专业厂商制造,电机1则可以根据所需的功率、转速、电流以及外形尺寸、转轴13的直径等由另外的专业厂商设计制造。例如在安装时,电机(包括驱动齿轮)通过先与下壳体固定,再装配减速齿轮以及电路板,最后装配上壳体;或者,在本发明的另一个实施例中,也可以在模块生产出来后,将电机1和驱动齿轮5作为一个单独的部件组装在一起,而将壳体2、电路板4、减速机构3,输出轴33等作为另一个单独的部件组装在一起,由于壳体2上相应于电机转轴13位置处设置的通孔219的直径大于驱动齿轮5的外径,所以可在不拆卸壳体2的情况下将电机1方便地安装在壳体2上。采用这种设计模式,本发明的车灯转向驱动装置A对零部件设计、制造以及装配精度的要求都不必过于苛求,从而降低了制造成本。 
下面结合图5和6,详细说明本发明电机1的具体结构。 
电机1包括一个机壳11,机壳11上设有用于将电机1整体固定在壳体2上的固定机构。如图所示,固定机构可以包括多个扁平的固定脚116,固定脚116卡扣在上壳体21上相应设置的多个狭长的电机固定孔216中,固定孔216比固定脚116的尺寸略大,用于将电机1固定在上壳体21上的时候能够对电 机1和上壳体21的相对位置进行调整,从而可以适应降低对壳体2的设计、制造以及装配精度的要求,从而降低了壳体2的制造成本。当然,本领域技术人员应当理解,本发明还可以采用其他的连接方式将电机1固定在上壳体21上,例如,可以采用螺钉连接的方式将电机1的机壳11固定在上壳体21上。 
所述电机1的机壳11上还设置有一个接地引脚113,用于使电机1的机壳11接地,消除电机1工作过程中的电磁干扰对壳体2内的其他电气元件(例如磁感应元件45)的影响。 
电机1还具有一个端盖12,在该机壳11和该端盖12之间容纳着转轴13、一个定子161、一个转子162、一个第一轴承14和一个第二轴承15。第一轴承14支撑在机壳11底部的一个圆形凹槽114内,第二轴承15支撑在端盖12上朝向电机内部的一个圆形凹槽115中。电机转轴13由第一轴承14支撑在机壳11上,由第二轴承15支撑在端盖12上。第一轴承14和第二轴承15可以是含油轴承,也可以是任何适用于电机的轴承,例如,推力轴承。电机1可以是步进电机,也可以是直流无刷电机。 
电机1的端盖12与电机1的机壳11固定连接。在本发明的一个优选实施例中,端盖12与机壳11焊接在一起,当然本领域技术人员应当理解,端盖12还可以通过任何其他的固定方式连接在电机1的机壳11上,例如,端盖12上可以具有外螺纹,而机壳11上可以具有相应的内螺纹,端盖12可以通过螺纹旋合的方式固定连接在电机1的机壳11上。 
由于电机1通过机壳11上的固定脚116固定在壳体2外侧,因此,端盖12的外径要略小于电机1的机壳11的内径。在这种情况下,电机1的端盖12通常在其与电机1的机壳11连接的位置要低于电机1的机壳11的边缘111,也就是端盖12略陷入机壳11内。此时,驱动装置A的壳体2上相应于电机1的安装位置处可以设有一个圆形的定位凸缘215,凸缘215的直径略小于电机1的机壳11的内径,使其恰好伸入到端盖12内陷的一个区域112内,从而可以将电机1的机壳11卡扣在所述定位凸缘215的外侧(参见图4)。通过上述结构,可以在壳体2上设置这样一个定位凸缘215,使得电机1可以很方便的通过凸缘215定位于壳体2上,避免因安装误差造成电机转轴13偏心。当然,定位凸缘215仅仅是实现电机1定位的一个具体实施方式。在本发明的另一个实施例中,电机1的端盖12上可以设置至少一个圆形的凸缘,以构成第二轴承15的支撑凹槽115。壳体2上相应于该凸缘位置处设有一个相应的通孔 219,其直径略大于凸缘的直径,安装的时候,可以通过将该凸缘卡扣在所述通孔219中实现电机的安装定位。在本发明的又一个实施例中,该端盖12上可以设置两个同心布置的阶梯形圆形凸缘117、118,而驱动装置A的壳体2上也相应设置了两个同心布置的阶梯状圆形凹槽217,218,两个凸缘117,118若同时定位于两个凹槽217,218中,就可以确保电机1在安装位置精确定位,避免因安装误差造成转轴13偏心的问题。 
如上所述,由于本发明电机转轴13的两端分别通过轴承14、15支撑在电机1的机壳11和端盖12之间,而机壳11和端盖12又固定连接在一起,因此,当整个电机1通过机壳11上的固定脚116固定在壳体2上的时候,电机1的转轴13并不依赖于壳体2支撑,因而壳体2上相应于转轴13的安装位置所设置的通孔219的直径可以相对较大,从而无需在壳体2上提供支撑结构。这一方面节约了成本,另一方面也避免了因壳体2的变形所造成的转轴13的偏心以及卡死的情形。 
另外,由于本发明提出了一种通过在电机机壳11和端盖12之间设置轴承14和15的方式来支撑电机转轴13,同时端盖12与电机机壳11又采用固定连接方式,从而解决了现有技术中因电机转轴处于悬臂状态所带来受力不均、转动不平稳、易偏心的缺陷。 
另外,通过固定脚116将电机机壳11固定在壳体2外侧的方式,使得电机1的重力以及传动力分散到了与壳体2固定的各个位置,因此只要保证各个固定点位置的连接牢固即可保证电机能够固定在壳体2上。又由于在电机1的端盖12以及驱动装置A的壳体2上设有相应的定位机构,从而无需如现有技术那样通过电机的安装位置对电机1进行定位,既增加了安装的牢固性,又增加了定位的准确性。同时,由于无需通过调整电机机壳11上的固定脚116来调整电机1对驱动装置A的壳体2的定位,而只是通过壳体2上的定位凸缘215或凹槽217,218来定位,因而降低了装配的难度。 
以上所述仅为本发明示意性的具体实施方式,并非用以限定本发明的范围。任何本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的构思和原则的前提下所作的等同变化、修改与结合,均应属于本发明保护的范围。 

Claims (7)

1.一种车灯转向驱动装置,该驱动装置包括一个壳体(2),一个电机(1),一个电路板(4)和一个减速齿轮机构(3),该壳体(2)包括一个上壳体(21)和一个下壳体(22),所述上壳体(21)和所述下壳体(22)之间形成了一个容纳空间,所述减速齿轮机构(3)和所述电路板(4)设置在该容纳空间中;所述电机(1)设置在所述壳体(2)外侧并具有一个机壳(11),所述电机(1)通过该机壳(11)上的固定机构(116)固定在所述壳体(2)外侧;其特征在于:
该电机(1)还具有一个与所述电机(1)的机壳(11)固定连接的端盖(12),在该机壳(11)和该端盖(12)之间容纳有一个转轴(13),一个定子(161),一个转子(162)以及一个第一轴承(14)和一个第二轴承(15),所述第一轴承(14)支撑在所述机壳(11)内,所述第二轴承(15)支撑在所述端盖(12)上,所述转轴(13)通过该第一轴承(14)和该第二轴承(15)分别支撑在所述机壳(11)和所述端盖(12)上;
所述壳体(2)上相应于该电机(1)的安装位置设置有一个定位凸缘(215),所述电机(1)的机壳(11)卡扣在所述定位凸缘(215)的外侧;
所述电机(1)的转轴(13)端部穿设入所述壳体(2)内与一个驱动齿轮(5)相连,该驱动齿轮(5)与所述减速齿轮机构(3)啮合,并通过所述减速齿轮机构(3)的输出轴(33)驱动所述车灯转向,从而改变车灯的照射方向;
所述减速齿轮机构(3)具有第一级减速齿轮(31)和与之啮合的第二级减速齿轮(32),所述的第一级减速齿轮(31)和第二级减速齿轮(32)之一上设有一个磁环(35),所述电路板(4)上相应于所述磁环(35)的位置处设有至少一个磁感应元件(45),用于检测上述电机(1)的动作。
2.如权利要求1所述的车灯转向驱动装置,其中,所述端盖(12)与所述机壳(11)焊接在一起。
3.如权利要求1所述的车灯转向驱动装置,其中,所述壳体(2)上相应于所述电机(1)的转轴(13)的位置处设有一个通孔(219),该通孔(219)的直径大于所述驱动齿轮(5)的外径。
4.如权利要求1所述的车灯转向驱动装置,其中,所述第一轴承(14)设置在所述电机(1)的机壳(11)内的一个凹槽(114)中。
5.如权利要求1所述的车灯转向驱动装置,其中,所述第二轴承(15)设置在所述电机(1)的端盖(12)上的一个凹槽(115)中。
6.如权利要求1所述的车灯转向驱动装置,其中,所述电机(1)的端盖(12)上具有至少一个凸缘(117,118),所述壳体(2)上相应于该端盖(12)上的凸缘(117,118)的位置设置有至少一个相应的定位凹槽(217,218),所述端盖(12)上的凸缘(117,118)卡扣在所述定位凹槽(217,218)中。
7.如权利要求1所述的车灯转向驱动装置,其中,所述电机(1)的机壳(11)具有一个接地引脚(113)。
