Abstract
The invention discloses a microbiological method for treating hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in methane and recovering bacterial liquid and the device. The aim of the invention is that: 1, removing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in methane and improving the purity of fuel gas; 2, providing the significant bacterial liquid for the industry and agriculture production. The method comprises the following steps: venting the producing methane in the methane fermenting tank by the air inlet pipe (4) to the water pressure air tank with microorganism solution (8); distributing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in microorganism solution (8) which is used by the microorganism to air tank (1) and water pressure tank (2) at two sides of baffle board (3); proceeding with the reaction like the picture; discharging insoluble methane which is used by methane device by the escape pipe (5), wherein the microorganism is photosynthetic thiobacteria, the water pressure air tank is made of transparent material, the treated bacterial liquid is discharged by the discharging pipe (7) by opening the valve (9) periodically and is recovered for industry and agriculture production, the bacterial liquid is injected the new solution by the charging pipe(6) after discharging the bacterial liquid.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biomass energy purification, in particular to a method and a device for removing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide gas in biogas.
Background
The methane from the methane tank fermentation device contains carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, water vapor and solid impurity particles, and the carbon dioxide can reduce the heat value of the methane and hinder the combustion of the methane; at present, the hydrogen sulfide removed from the methane is mainly desulfurized by adopting a dry method iron oxide.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects in the prior art and provides a method and a device for removing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide gas and generating beneficial bacteria liquid.
The method for treating hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide by microorganisms is characterized in that methane produced in a methane tank is introduced into a hydraulic pressure type gas storage tank filled with microorganism aqueous solution, and the following reactions occur:
the bacteria liquid can be recycled, and the hydraulic biogas storage tank is made of light-transmitting materials or a fluorescent lamp is arranged in the biogas tank.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the method is simple and low in cost; (2) no special equipment is needed, and the investment is small; (3) really changes the cost into treasure and can be developed sustainably.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further understood with reference to the following examples.
Example 1
Introducing the marsh gas containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide gas into a hydraulic gas storage tank filled with photosynthetic green sulfur bacteria aqueous solution. The microorganism is a photoautotrophic microorganism, which mainly absorbs light energy to perform photosynthesis to fix carbon dioxide, and in the process of fixing carbon dioxide, different inorganic substances such as hydrogen sulfide can be used as a hydrogen donor, and the reaction formula is as follows:
example 2
Introducing marsh gas containing hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide gas into a hydraulic pressure type gas storage tank filled with a Behcet sulfur bacterial solution, and introducing oxygen or air into the hydraulic pressure type gas storage tank to perform the following reaction:
2H2S+O→2S+2H2O
example 3 recovery of bacterial liquid
And (4) periodically discharging and recycling the treated bacteria liquid, and adding purified water and microorganism water solution after discharging so as to be continuously utilized, and repeating the steps. The recovered bacterial liquid applied to the soil can improve the physicochemical property of the soil, promote the growth of crops, and can play a role in purification and enhance photosynthesis when being put into a fishpond.
Example 4
The water pressure type methane storage tank is internally provided with a fluorescent lamp which can provide artificial light energy when solar light energy cannot be received.
