Method, adapted to be implemented by a centralized system (1), characterized in that it comprises the following steps: reception (S140) of identification information (ID) and connection information (URID), transmitted by a terminal (50) available to a user; the identification information (ID) being able to allow the identification of an identification element (60), among a plurality of identification elements (60); the identification element (60) being placed in the environment of the terminal; the connection information (URID) being able to allow the identification of the user of the terminal; recording (S150) of an entry (EUJ) describing the receipt of the identification information (ID) in a log (J) of events associated with the user, obtained by means of the connection information (URID ); determination (S160) of a profile (PU) of the user according to the information included in the log (J) of events associated with the user; obtaining (S180) at least one specific information IS relating to the identification information (ID) and at least one reference to a specific action (AS) determined according to the profile of the user; transmitting (S200) the specific information (IS) and the reference to the specific action (AS) to the terminal (50). 2.
