Abstract
Das tragbare Gerät für die automatische Präparation von MALDI-TOF Proben besteht aus einem geschlossenen Behälter (1) in dem ein Probenbehälter (5) eingeführt wird. Dieser Probenbehälter (5) enthält ein Molekül (6) dessen Stoffmenge metrologisch SI-rückführbar gemessen werden soll. Dieses Molekül wird in einem Interferenz Separator (20) und einer Flüssigkeit-Chromatographie Säule (7) von den übrigen Substanzen der Probe getrennt wird und anschliessend mit einer MALDI-TOF Matrix Lösung (8) in einem Mischgerät (9) zu einem für die MALDI-TOF Massenspektrometrie geeignete Mischung (10) präpariert. Schliesslich wird die Molekül-Matrix Mischung durch eine kalibrierte Mikropipette (11) als kleines Tröpfchen (12) mit einem genau bekannten Volumen im Bereich von wenigen Mikroliter auf eine für die MALDI-TOF Massenspektrometrie bestimmte Probenplatte (13) deponiert.The portable device for the automatic preparation of MALDI-TOF samples consists of a closed container (1) into which a sample container (5) is inserted.
