BESCHREIBUNG
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schachtel aus Karton/Pappe mit Griff und Verschlussklappen.
Schachteln dieser Art sind schon bekannt, weisen jedoch verschiedene Nachteile auf. So ist z. B. der Griff aus einem Kunststoff-Streifen hergestellt und verhältnismässig kompliziert mit dem Deckel der Schachtel verbunden. Es gibt auch Lösungen, wo der Griff einstückig mit den Teilen des Dekkels der Schachtel ausgebildet ist. In diesem Fall wird der Griff meistens unsymmetrisch an einer Kante des Deckels hergestellt, so dass die Schachtel dann in einer schiefen Lage getragen wird. Bei Schachteln aus Karton/Pappe sind auch Schwierigkeiten mit Erreichen der ausreichenden Festigkeit des Bodens bekannt. So werden einige Schachteln, die einen verhältnismässig schweren Inhalt aufweisen, zusätzlich mit wenigstens einer auch über den Boden geführten Schnur oder mit einem Band verfestigt.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist darin zu sehen, eine Schachtel der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, die die Nachteile des Bekannten nicht aufweist, ausreichend massiv ist und mit festem Griff versehen ist. Der Boden soll so konstruiert sein, dass um ihn keine zusätzliche Schnur oder kein zusätzliches Band gewickelt werden muss. Die Herstellung der Schachtel soll einfach und wirtschaftlich sein.
Die vorgenannte Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass eine vordere Verschlussklappe und eine hintere Verschlussklappe mit Griffen versehen sind, die Öffnungen für die Hand aufweisen, dass diese Griffe aus den zuständigen Verschlussklappen um eine in der mittleren vertikalen Ebene der Schachtel sich befindenden Achse aufwärts ausgeklappt sind und dass die Verschlussklappen und/oder die Griffe und/ oder seitliche Verschlussklappen mit einem Klebstoff und/ oder mit Klebestreifen zusammen verbunden und verfestigt sind. Einer der Griffe wird durch eine Öffnung in der anderen Verschlussklappe durchgeschoben und mit dem Griff dieser Verschlussklappe zusammengelegt und z. B. zusammengeklebt. Bei kleineren Belastungen der Schachtel ist dieses Zusammenkleben der beiden Griffe nicht nötig.
Als zweckmässig hat es sich jedoch gezeigt, wenigstens die vordere Verschlussklappe mit der hinteren Verschlussklappe zusammenzukleben. Somit wird ein fester Deckel erreicht. Bei einer gewünschten weiteren Steigerung der Festigkeit des Deckels kann man mit den vorderen und hinteren Verschlussklappen auch die seitlichen Verschlussklappen verkleben. Es wird ein an sich bekannter Klebstoff verwendet. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, einseitig oder beidseitig klebende Streifen zu verwenden.
Nach einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung ist im oberen Bereich von wenigstens drei der vertikalen Wänden eine Abreissschnur eingearbeitet. Diese Ausführungsform ermöglicht den Deckel entweder ganz zu entfernen, wenn die Abreissschnur alle vier Wände erfasst, oder den Deckel abklappbar zu machen, bei einer Anordnung der Abreissschnur in drei der vertikalen Wänden.
Um die Festigkeit des Bodens zu erhöhen ist es zweckmässig, wenn zwei gegenseitig gegenüber angeordnete Bodenhauptklappen am äusseren Rand mit je einer Verschlussausnehmung versehen sind, dass diese Verschlussausnehmungen in sich gegenseitig eingreifen und dass die Bodenhauptklappen gegenseitig und/oder mit Bodenseitenklappen mit einem Klebstoff und/oder mit Klebestreifen zusammen verbunden und verfestigt sind. Die Verschlussausnehmungen werden bei der Herstellung der Schachtel ineinander bis zum Anschlag eingeschoben. Durch diese Massnahme erreicht man, dass sich ein Teil einer Bodenhauptklappe oben befindet und ein anderer Teil in der unteren Schicht, wobei bei den gegenüberliegenden Teilen der anderen Bodenhauptklappe diese Lage selbstverständlich umgekehrt ist.
Auch diese Bodenhauptklappen sind mit einem an sich bekannten Klebstoff zusammengeklebt und eventuell auch mit den Bodenseitenklappen verbunden. Anstelle des flüssigen Klebstoffes kann man auch in diesem Fall Klebestreifen verwenden.
Es ist vorteilhaft, wenn alle Teile der Schachtel einstückig aus Karton/Pappe hergestellt sind. Somit wird die Anzahl der Verbindungsstellen vermindert und eine gegenseitige Anpassung der Teile erleichtert.
Es ist zweckmässig, wenn angrenzend an den Griff in der vorderen und hinteren Verschlussklappe je eine Hilfsöffnung für Erleichterung des Hochhebens der Griffe aus der Ebene der Verschlussklappen ausgebildet ist. Anstelle der genannten Hilfsöffnung kann in einigen Fällen auch die Öffnung im Griff für die Hand verwendet werden.
Die Erfindung wird anhand von einigen Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

Eine Schachtel 1 weist eine Vorderwand 2 und eine Seitenwand 3 auf. In der perspektivischen Ansicht gemäss Fig. 1 sind die andere Seitenwand und die hintere Wand nur von innen sichtbar. Mit der Vorderwand 2 ist klappbar eine vordere Verschlussklappe 4 und mit der Hinterwand eine hintere Verschlussklappe 5 verbunden. Beide Verschluss klappen 4. 5 weisen ausgestanzte Griffe 6, 7 auf, die entlang der gestrichelt gezeichneten Achse, die sich in der Mitte der Dicke b der Schachtel befindet, aufklappbar sind. Um diese Griffe 6, 7 besser bewegen zu können, sind Hilfsöffnungen 9 ausgestanzt, die an die Griffe 6, 7 angrenzen. Die Griffe 6, 7 weisen selbstverständlich Öffnungen 8 für die Hand auf.
Seitliche Verschlussklappen 10 sind kürzer ausgebildet und alle Verschlussklappen sind um Biegekanten 11 in beiden Richtungen aufklappbar. Mit der Bezugsziffer 12 ist ein Innenraum der Schachtel 1 bezeichnet. In der vorderen Ecke der Schachtel 1 ist ein Teil einer Abreissschnur 13 mit einem Ende 14 eingezeichnet. Das Ende 14 dient der Manipulation mit der Abreissschnur 13. Die Abreissschnur ist in den Wänden der Schachtel so eingearbeitet, dass beim Ziehen an der Abreissschnur 13 der Deckel der Schachtel 1 abgetrennt wird. Diese Abreissschnur 13 kann auch nur in drei Wände eingebaut werden, so dass nach dem Abreissen der Deckel mit einer Wand weiter zusammenhängen wird und als abklappbarer Deckel zum Schliessen des Innenraums 14 wieder dienen kann. In der Fig. list auch die Breite a, die Dicke b und die Höhe c der Schachtel 1 eingezeichnet.
Es ist selbstverständlich, dass die Abmessungen dem Zweck der Schachtel 1 angepasst werden, wobei zwei oder sogar 3 dieser Abmessungen gleich sein können.
Die Fig. 2 zeigt dieselbe Schachtel 1 mit geschlossenem Deckel. Es ist nur ein Griff 7, 6 sichtbar, da beide Griffe 6, 7 aus der vorderen Verschlussklappe 4 und der hinteren Verschlussklappe 5 jetzt gegenseitig anliegen und somit einen festeren Griff bilden. Sie sind gegenseitig mit einem Klebestoff verklebt, wobei die Klebstoffschicht eine weitere Verfestigung des Griffes verursacht. Die Abreissschnur 13 ist in diesem Beispiel um alle vier Wände geführt, so dass der ganze Deckel mit dem Griff und den Verschlussklappen 4, 5, 10 entfernt wird. Bei einer Höhe der Schachtel 1 von etwa 40 cm ist die Abreissschnur 13 etwa 2 cm unterhalb des oberen Randes der Schachtel 1 angeordnet.
Fig. 3 zeigt den Boden 15 der Schachtel 1 von unten. Er besteht aus zwei Bodenhauptklappen 16, die ineinander eingeschoben sind. Näheres wird anhand der Fig. 4 erklärt.
Die Fig. 4, die den Boden 15 im geöffneten Zustand darstellt, zeigt beide Bodenhauptklappen 16. Jede Bodenhauptklappe 16 ist mit einer Verschlussausnehmung 17 versehen, deren Kontaktstelle 18 sich in der Mitte der Breite a der Schachtel 1 befindet und im geschlossenen Zustand (Fig. 3) die Kontaktstelle 18 der anderen Bodenhauptklappe 16 berührt und abstützt. Jede Bodenhauptklappe 16 ist mit einem Ausschnitt 19 versehen. Die Bodenseitenklappen 20 sind verhältnismässig kurz. Sie sind zweckmässig mit den Bodenhauptklappen 16 zusammengeklebt, womit die Festigkeit des Bodens 15 gesteigert wird.

The present invention relates to a cardboard box with a handle and flaps.
Boxes of this type are already known, but have various disadvantages. So z. B. the handle made of a plastic strip and relatively complicated connected to the lid of the box. There are also solutions where the handle is integral with the parts of the lid of the box. In this case, the handle is usually made asymmetrically on one edge of the lid, so that the box is then carried in an oblique position. In boxes made of cardboard / cardboard, difficulties with achieving sufficient strength of the base are also known. Some boxes, which have a relatively heavy content, are additionally consolidated with at least one cord, which is also guided over the floor, or with a band.
The object of the present invention is to be seen in creating a box of the type mentioned at the outset which does not have the disadvantages of the known, is sufficiently solid and is provided with a firm grip. The floor should be constructed in such a way that no additional cord or tape has to be wrapped around it. The production of the box should be simple and economical.
The aforementioned object is achieved in that a front closure flap and a rear closure flap are provided with handles that have openings for the hand, that these handles are folded out of the responsible closure flaps around an axis located in the middle vertical plane of the box, and that the flaps and / or the handles and / or side flaps are connected and solidified with an adhesive and / or with adhesive strips. One of the handles is pushed through an opening in the other flap and folded with the handle of this flap and z. B. glued together. With smaller loads on the box this gluing of the two handles is not necessary.
However, it has proven expedient to glue at least the front closure flap together with the rear closure flap. A firm lid is thus achieved. If you want to further increase the strength of the lid, you can also glue the side flaps with the front and rear flaps. An adhesive known per se is used. It is also possible to use strips that are adhesive on one or both sides.
According to an advantageous development, a tear-off cord is incorporated in the upper region of at least three of the vertical walls. This embodiment makes it possible either to remove the cover completely when the tear-off cord covers all four walls, or to make the cover foldable when the tear-off cord is arranged in three of the vertical walls.
In order to increase the strength of the floor, it is expedient if two mutually opposite main floor flaps are each provided with a closure recess on the outer edge, that these closure recesses engage in one another and that the floor main flaps engage one another and / or with bottom side flaps with an adhesive and / or are connected together with adhesive strips and solidified. The closure recesses are pushed into one another as far as possible when the box is being manufactured. This measure ensures that part of a main floor flap is at the top and another part in the lower layer, this position being of course reversed in the opposite parts of the other main floor flap.
These main floor flaps are also glued together with a known adhesive and possibly also connected to the bottom side flaps. Instead of the liquid adhesive, you can also use adhesive strips in this case.
It is advantageous if all parts of the box are made in one piece from cardboard. This reduces the number of connection points and facilitates mutual adaptation of the parts.
It is expedient if an auxiliary opening is formed adjacent to the handle in the front and rear locking flap to facilitate lifting of the handles from the level of the locking flaps. Instead of the auxiliary opening mentioned, the opening in the handle can also be used for the hand in some cases.

A box 1 has a front wall 2 and a side wall 3. In the perspective view according to FIG. 1, the other side wall and the rear wall are only visible from the inside. A front closure flap 4 is foldably connected to the front wall 2 and a rear closure flap 5 is connected to the rear wall. Both closures fold 4. 5 have punched-out handles 6, 7 which can be opened along the dashed axis, which is located in the middle of the thickness b of the box. In order to be able to move these handles 6, 7 better, auxiliary openings 9 are punched out, which adjoin the handles 6, 7. The handles 6, 7 of course have openings 8 for the hand.
Lateral closing flaps 10 are shorter and all closing flaps can be opened in both directions about bending edges 11. The reference number 12 denotes an interior of the box 1. In the front corner of the box 1, part of a tear-off cord 13 is drawn with one end 14. The end 14 is used for manipulation with the tear-off cord 13. The tear-off cord is incorporated into the walls of the box in such a way that the lid of the box 1 is removed when the tear-off cord 13 is pulled. This tear-off cord 13 can also be installed in only three walls, so that after the tear-off the lid will be connected to a wall and can serve as a hinged lid for closing the interior 14 again. In the figure, the width a, the thickness b and the height c of the box 1 are also shown.
It goes without saying that the dimensions are adapted to the purpose of the box 1, whereby two or even 3 of these dimensions can be the same.
Fig. 2 shows the same box 1 with the lid closed. Only one handle 7, 6 is visible, since both handles 6, 7 from the front closure flap 4 and the rear closure flap 5 now lie against one another and thus form a firmer grip. They are mutually glued with an adhesive, whereby the adhesive layer causes the handle to solidify further. In this example, the tear-off cord 13 is guided around all four walls, so that the entire cover with the handle and the closure flaps 4, 5, 10 is removed. At a height of the box 1 of approximately 40 cm, the tear-off cord 13 is arranged approximately 2 cm below the upper edge of the box 1.
Fig. 3 shows the bottom 15 of the box 1 from below. It consists of two main floor flaps 16 which are pushed into one another. Further details will be explained with reference to FIG. 4.
