The subject of the main patent is a pneumatic dedusting system with a dust air chamber, a clean air chamber and a purge air chamber with at least one filter hose arranged in the dust air chamber, which is characterized in that the dust air chamber, the purge air chamber and the clean air chamber are arranged axially adjacent to one another in this order and separated from one another by partition walls The scavenging air chamber opens into the interior of the filter hoses in a manner that is lockable against an exit of the scavenging air, so that a connecting pipe protrudes axially to the filter hose into the latter, which is passed from the clean air chamber through the scavenging air chamber, which leaves a channel between the filter hose with an annular cross-section, which is axially surrounded by an inflatable rubber-elastic ring membrane,
which closes the duct in the inflated, ventilated state and in the deflated state releases that the interior of the ring membrane is connected to a compressed air source by a pipeline system and that control elements are available to optionally ventilate or vent the ring membrane, as well as means for filling the Purge air chamber with purge air before the annular diaphragm is vented.
According to the main patent, it can be provided that the control elements have a quick air vent arranged in the pipeline system, which has a wall with an annular cross-section, which closes a pressure chamber from the outside atmosphere, which is connected to a control line and can be closed by an axially arranged, disk-shaped, rubber-elastic membrane, which protrudes radially evenly beyond the pressure chamber and is peripherally connected to this with a bell-shaped cover, with which it forms a pressure equalization comb that a bore is provided in the membrane to connect the pressure equalization chamber with the pressure chamber, the pressure equalization chamber being ventilated or ventilated through a bore .
Can be vented that axially to the bore and firmly connected to the cover, an intermediate housing is provided, which forms a ventilation chamber, the bore opening into the ventilation chamber via an opening and the pressure compensation chamber being closable by a rubber-elastic membrane on the side facing away from the opening encloses a cavity with a closing element, which can be ventilated or vented by a fluidic element.
The present invention has the task of improving the system according to the main patent in such a way that it generates purging air puffs of constant pressure.
The invention is characterized in that the control elements, in addition to the quick air vent, have a fluidic element or a fluidic element group with a flip-hop function and two control inputs and outputs for its ventilation, one control output being connected to the quick air vent and the control inputs are each connected to the first and second control output of a manostat operated by the scavenging air chamber, which emits a signal through one output when an upper scavenging air limit pressure is reached and a signal through the other output when a lower scavenging air limit pressure is reached.
The invention is explained by way of example with the aid of the accompanying schematic drawing. The drawing shows a sequence control for quick air vents in a pneumatic dust extraction system.
The dust extraction system consists of a dust air chamber 101, a purge air chamber 107 and a clean air chamber 109, which are arranged axially one above the other. On the outside 107 quick air vents 111 are attached to the purge air chamber. The scavenging air chamber is supplied with scavenging air by a compressed air source 119 via a valve 172 and a feed line 120 with a throttle valve 173. On the outside of the scavenging air chamber 107 quick air vents 111 'to 111 are attached. which are connected to the compressed air source 119 via feed lines 118 'to 118n via a throttle valve 174. A pressure differential switch 166 is attached to the outside of the dust air chamber 101 and is connected to the clean air chamber 109 by means of a line 167.
The pressure difference switch 166 is also connected to the dust air chamber 101 by a line 168. A pressure P1 prevails in the clean air chamber 109; A pressure P2 prevails in the purge air chamber 107 and a pressure P3 prevails in the dust air chamber 101. If the pressure difference P3 minus P1 exceeds a certain value, the pressure difference switch 166 responds and a line 169 outputs a signal.
A manostat 175 is also arranged on the outside of the purge air chamber 107. If the pressure P2 in the purge air chamber 107 reaches an upper limit value, the manostat 175 emits a signal through the line 190. If the pressure P2 in the purge air chamber 107 falls to a lower limit value, the manostat 175 emits a signal through the line 191.
The quick exhaust vents 111 'to 11 in are thus controlled depending on the pressure difference P3 minus P1 between the dust air chamber 101 and the clean air chamber 109 on the one hand and an upper and lower limit value for the pressure P2 in the purge air chamber 107 on the other hand. The control takes place in such a way that the quick air vents 111 'to 11 are activated one after the other, with a flushing cycle comprising the single actuation of all quick air vents 111' to 111n.
The pressure difference switch 166 can be set to a specific pressure difference P3 minus P1 at which it responds.
If the pressure difference P3 minus P1 exceeds the pressure difference value set on the pressure difference switch 166, it sends a signal via line 169 to the control input of a bistable element B2 with a preferred starting position at output Y1 (arrow) and thus initiates one or more flushing cycles and maintains them upright until the set pressure difference P3 minus P1 is not reached.
The signal arriving at the control input X1 of the bistable element B2 generates a signal at the output Y2, with which the bistable element B2 controls an amplifier 170 which is connected to the compressed air source 119. The amplifier 170 then conducts a supply current to the bistable elements b2 'to b2 "via a reducing valve 171.
At the same time, the amplifier 170 sends a signal to a pneumatic valve 172, which is opened for the duration of the signal. When the pneumatic valve 172 is opened, compressed air flows from the compressed air source 119 via the throttle valve 173 into the purge air chamber 107. Furthermore, compressed air is fed to the feed lines 118 'to 118n via a throttle valve 174. The bistable elements b2 'to b2 "are each preceded by an AND element U2' to U2n and a bistable element B2 'to B2", the bistable elements B2' to B2 "being connected to and from the compressed air source 119 via a line 188 are fed.
If the pressure P2 in the purge air chamber 107 reaches the upper limit value, a signal is sent from the manostat 175 through the line 190 to a pulse generator 176, which consists of a binary counter BC, which alternately controls two amplifiers 177 and 178. The output of the amplifier 177 is connected to the inputs X2 of the odd AND elements U2 ', U2 "' etc., while the amplifier 178 has its output connected to the inputs X2 of the even AND elements U2", UZ "'etc. connected is.
If the pressure P2 in the scavenging air chamber 107 reaches a lower limit value, the manostat 175 sends a signal through the line 191 to the amplifier 192, which in turn outputs a signal to the inputs X2 of the bistable elements b2 'to b2 "and thereby uniformly to the Outputs Y1 of these bistable elements b 2 'to b2n generate a signal, whereby the quick exhaust vents 111' to liln are ventilated and the valves connected to them are closed.
The outputs Y2 of the bistable elements B2 'to B2 "are each connected to the inputs X2 of the preceding bistable element B2' to B2" in the wash cycle and also at the same time to the input X1 of the subsequent AND element U2 'to U2n. The inputs X1 of the bistable elements B2 'to B2 "are connected to the outputs Y2 of the bistable element b2' to b2" which precedes the wash cycle and which controls the associated quick air vent 111 'to IIIn.
The output Y2 of the last bistable element b2 ″ in the wash cycle is, in addition to the input X1 of the bistable element B2 ', also connected to the input X2 of the bistable element B2.
The device described works as follows. If the pneumatic dedusting system is put into operation, the pressure difference switch opens as soon as the pressure difference P3 minus P1 between the dust air chamber 101 and the clean air chamber 109 exceeds a certain value
166, via the bistable element B2 and the amplifier 170, the valve 172, so that scavenging air can flow into the scavenging air chamber 107 from the compressed air source 119. The signal generated by the pressure difference switch 166 continues as long as the predetermined pressure difference P3 minus P1 is not undershot. At the same time, compressed air is fed from the compressed air source 119 via the throttle valve 174 and the feed lines 118 'to 118n to the flushing air valves in order to close them.
As soon as the pressure P2 has reached an upper limit value, a signal is sent from the manostat 175 to the input of the binary counter BC, which outputs a signal to the amplifier 177 through its output Y1, which in turn outputs the inputs X2 of the odd AND elements U2 'to U2 "'etc.
applied with a signal. The bistable element B2 'with a preferred output Y2 (arrow), which in turn is fed by the compressed air source 119, issues a signal from the output Y2 to the input X1 of the AND element U2'.
The remaining bistable elements B2 "to B2" have a preferred output Y1 (arrow) that is not connected, so that the odd AND elements connected to them
U2 "', U2" "' etc. only receive a signal at their input X2. The AND element U2 'sends a signal from its output Y to the input X1 of the bistable element b2', at which its output Y2 is applied the quick air vent 111 'is vented and the scavenging air valves connected to it generate a surge of scavenging air.
The purging air surge continues until the pressure P2 in the
Purge air chamber 107 has reached the lower limit, whereupon the manostat 175 sends a signal through the line 191 to the amplifier 192, which in turn controls the bistable
Elements b2 'to b2 "acted upon at input X2. Here, the quick vent 111' is ventilated again and the
Purge air burst ended. That of the bistable element b2 'am
Output Y2 output signal is fed to the input X1 of the bistable element B2 ", which generates a signal at its output Y2. This signal from output Y2 in turn acts on the input X2 of the bistable element B2 'and interrupts it from the and-element ment U2 'delivered signal.
The signal from
Output Y2 of the bistable element B2 "fed to the input X1 of the even AND element U2". As soon as the
Pressure P2 in the purge air chamber 107 is again the upper one
When the limit value is reached, the manostat 175 gives a signal to the input of the binary counter BC, which controls the amplifier 178.
The amplifier 178 applies to all inputs X2 of the straight AND elements U2 ", U2" "etc. Since of the straight AND elements only the AND element U2" is applied to both inputs X1 and X2, a signal is sent to the input X1 of the bistable element b2 ". This changes over to its input Y2, as a result of which the quick air vent 111" is vented. And there is a burst of purge air.
The purging air surge lasts until the pressure P2 has reached the lower limit value, whereupon the process described above is repeated. When the last quick air vent 111n is vented, a signal is sent from output Y2 of bistable element b2 "to input X1 of bistable element B2 'and to input X2 of bistable element B2. The signal at input X2 of bistable element B2 is weaker than that at input X1 received the signal from the pressure difference switch 166, and the output remains switched to Y2, the bistable element B2 'then being switched back to its output Y2 and the cycle starting again.
If, however, the pressure difference switch 166 is turned off, i. H. There is no longer a signal via line 169 at the control input x2 of the bistable element B2, so the latter is switched back to its output Y1 by the output signal Y2 from the bistable element b2 ″ and the air supply to the purge air chamber is shut off.
This is the case when the dust extraction system is switched off and the pressure P1 in the clean air chamber approaches the pressure P3 in the dust air chamber.
