The present invention relates to a container with a detachable closure.
Containers of this type have been used successfully as packaging. Known packaging for elongated, fragile products such as ampoules for injections, bottles for ink extinguishers, etc., which prevent reciprocal contact between the packaged products and their damage, have an open top packaging element, at least one partial wall for introducing the respective product into the packaging element and an upper closure for the packaging element.
However, the known Ver packs have the disadvantages that they require an unacceptably large amount of work to glue the Verpak- kungselementes, to design the part wall in the Ver packing element, to introduce the products to be packaged in the packaging element, etc., for a production according to low-cost mass production methods on automatic machines are unsuitable, have a complicated shape and are costly.
Further disadvantages of the known packaging are that the introduction and removal of the product to be packaged or packaged in each case often causes extremely undesirable handling difficulties, which result in loss of time and often damage or destruction of the product in question, and that they do not allow convenient display of the respective products together with their packaging in shop windows.
The aim of the present invention is now to provide a container with a releasable closure which allows the disadvantages of known containers of this type to be avoided while maintaining their advantages.
The container with a detachable closure is characterized according to the invention in that a hexahedral outer container element, which has an open right side and an upper wall with a cutout, and an inner container element are present, which has a base plate, a front wall, a rear wall, a left side wall, a right side wall which forms the closure and an open upper side, the inner container element being slidably arranged in the outer container element and the right side wall forming the closure having a four-sided, hollow, three-dimensional shape, which can be brought into another form by pressing.
The following description relates, for example, to embodiments of the container according to the invention, which are explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. In the drawing: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a packaging which is an embodiment of the container according to the invention, in its closed state, FIG. 2A is a perspective view of an embodiment of an inner element of the packaging of FIG. 1, in particular for receiving Ink bottles,
FIG. 2B is a perspective view of another embodiment of the inner element of the packaging of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the element of FIG. 2A together with its contents, FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the packaging of FIGS 3 in a partially open state, the closure of the packaging being open, FIG. 5A a central longitudinal sectional view of the element of FIG. 2A,
5B is a central longitudinal sectional view of the element of FIG. 213, FIG. 6A is a view from above of the element of FIG. 2A unfolded in one plane, FIG. 6B is a view from above of the element of FIG. 2B unfolded in one plane and FIG. 7 is a view from above of an outer element of the packaging of FIG. 1 unfolded in one plane.
The designations of the mutual positions of the parts relate above and below to the representations of FIGS. 1, 2A, 213, 3, 4, 5A, 513.
1, 2A, 3, 4, 5A, 6A and 7 show a packaging XY for bottles, in particular for ink-extinguishing agent bottles, which is a preferred embodiment of the container according to the invention.
In an inner packaging element X are each a front and rear outer wall 3 'and 3 along a fold line 2' and a fold line 2 with the front and rear edge of a base plate integrally connected. A front inner wall 5 'and a rear wall 5, which are slightly narrower than the walls 3', 3, are along a fold line 4 'and
4 with the walls 3 'or 3 connected in one story. In the middle of each edge of the inner front and rear walls 5 ', 5 there are cutouts 6' and 6, the depth of which corresponds approximately to twice the thickness of the respective material of the element X. An inclined inner wall 13 is formed between a fold line 9 and a fold line 14 slightly narrower than the width of the base plate 1, in that its edges 10 'and 10 are slightly cut out. A left side wall is connected in one piece with the left edge of the panel 1 along a fold line 7. The wall 13 is connected in one piece with the wall 8 along a fold line 9. A wall 15 for fastening the walls 8 and 13 of the inner packaging element X is connected in one piece with the wall 13 along a fold line 14.
The width of the wall 15 is practically the same as that of the plate 1. The wall 13 has two cutouts 11 and 12 for receiving bottle ends. Any number of cutouts 11, 12 can optionally be present. A fold line 11 'and 12' each allows the cutouts 11 and 12 to be retained. A right-hand closure wall 17 is connected in one piece to the right-hand edge of the panel 1 along a fold line 16. An upper closure wall 21 is integrally connected to the wall 17 along the fold line 18. An inner closure wall 22 is integrally connected to the wall 21 along a fold line 19. The walls 21 and 22 are slightly narrower than the width of the Plat te 1 by having their edges 20 'and 20 are easily cut out.
The walls 21 and 22 have two cutouts 23 and 24 for receiving bottle ends. Optionally, any number of cutouts 23, 24 corresponding to that of cutouts 11, 12 can be provided. One fold line 23 ′ and 24 ′ each allows the cutouts 23 and 24 to be retained. A fastening wall 26 is connected in one piece to the wall 22 along a fold line 25. The wall 26 has an approaching that of the plate 1 corresponding width. In order to maintain the packaging element X, the walls 3 ', 3 are folded around the fold lines 2' and 2 in a position to the plate 1 right angle.
Then the material is folded along the fold lines 7, 9 and 14, the walls 5 ', 5 are folded along the fold lines 4', 4 and two fastening edges 27 'and 27 of the wall 15 are now in the cutouts 6' and 6 the walls 5 'and 5 formed mounting slots introduced.
In a similar manner, the walls 17, 21, 22 and 26 are folded around the fold lines 16, 18, 19 and 25, respectively, in order to obtain a four-sided, hollow, three-dimensional structure which is intended to serve as an unlockable closure for the described packaging XY is, and two fastening edges 28 'and 28 of the wall 26 are nevertheless inserted into the above-mentioned, by the cutouts 6' and 6 gebil Deten fastening slots in order to obtain the open-top packaging element X in nere.
As FIGS. 1, 4 and 7 show, a cutout 30 is provided on the right edge of an upper wall 29 in order to preserve the outer packaging element Y, the front wall and the rear wall of the element Y are glued by means of a folding wall 31, the left side of element Y is closed and its right side is left open. In order to maintain the finished packaging, the inner packaging element X is pushed into the outer packaging element through its open right-hand side after receiving its respective desired content.
The items packed in each case, for example ampoules for injections or, as FIGS. 3 and 4 show, bottles for ink-extinguishing agents are in the cutouts 11 and 12 of the wall 13 on the one hand and in the respectively assigned cutouts 23 and 24 on the other the walls 21 and 22 held in such a way that they are effectively protected against both external vibrations and mutual collisions, for example during transport.
To open the packaging XY, the upper wall 21 of the closure 17, 21, 22, as FIG. 1 shows, in the region of the cutout 30 of the upper wall 20 of the outer packaging element Y can be moved downward from this element Y with a finger. and gradually about to be flattened and the inner packaging element X can then be easily pulled out of the outer packaging element Y by sliding.
In this partially open state of the packaging XY, the respective packaging contents can easily be removed from the packaging XY or, for example, advantageously displayed in a shop window together with its packaging, for advertising purposes.
Despite its purpose-related, complex, three-dimensional shape, the inner packaging element X can thus be punched out of a simple cardboard sheet of paper in a single operation in a highly advantageous manner and completed by folding the respective fold lines completely without gluing. The production can advantageously take place in series according to mass production processes and, if necessary, on automatic machines in an extremely cost-effective manner.
The shape and the number of cutouts 11 and 12 as well as 23 and 24 in the inclined wall 13 or in the closure walls 21 and 22 can of course be selected from case to case according to the respective product to be packaged.
1, 2B, 5B, 6B and 7 show a package ZY, which is a simplification of the bottle package XY explained above. An outer packaging element Y is the same as the outer packaging element Y of the bottle packaging XY discussed above, while an inner packaging element Z is a simplified version of the inner packaging element X of the bottle packaging XY explained above. A front wall 51 'and a rear wall 51 are integrally verbun along fold lines 52' and 52, respectively, to the left edge of a base plate 50.
A rear side wall 53 is connected in one piece with the plate 50 along a fold line 54. A folding wall 55 is connected to wall 53 along a folding line 56. A right closure wall 57 is integrally connected to the right edge of the panel 50 along a fold line 58. A top closure wall 59 is integrally connected to wall 57 along a fold line 60. An inner closing wall 61 is connected in one piece with the wall 59 along a fold line 62.
A folding wall 63, which is connected in one piece with the inner closing wall 61 along a folding line 64, is glued to the base plate 50. The walls 57, 59 and 61 and part of the base plate 50 form a four-sided, hollow, three-dimensional structure which is intended to serve as an unlockable closure for the described packaging ZY. Two folding walls 65 'and 65 are integrally connected along fold lines 66' and 66 to the left edges of the front and rear walls 51 'and 51, respectively.
To complete the inner packaging element Z, the walls 51 'and 51 are folded along the fold lines 52' and 52, the folding walls 65 'and 65 along the fold lines 66' and 66 and the wall 53 along the fold line 54, so that these walls include right angles with the base plate 50, and the folding wall 55 is folded along the fold line 56 so that it forms a right angle with the folded left side wall 53. The inner packaging element Z thus finished can then be pushed into the respective outer element Y, starting with its left side wall 53.
To open the packaging ZY, the upper wall 59 of the closure 57, 59, 61, as shown in FIG. 1, in the area of the cutout 30 of the upper wall 29 of the outer packaging element Y can be moved downwards out of this element Y with a finger. and gradually about to be flattened and the inner packaging element Z can then be easily removed from the outer packaging element Y by sliding.
In its partially open state, the packaging ZY also allows easy removal of the respective packaging contents or, if desired, the display of the packaging contents together with the packaging ZY in a shop window.
