Beschickungsvorrichtung
Loading device
The invention relates to a loading device for the conveyance of loose metal parts to a higher, side to be loaded treat ment apparatus, for. B. to an annealing furnace or to a degreasing system.
The purpose of this loading device is to lift the metal parts in a transport box, which can rest on a pallet or be self-propelled, and unload them through a funnel into a metal basket, tilt it by 90 "after loading and in this position into the Push in the treatment apparatus.
The loading device according to the invention is characterized by the following features: a lifting table onto which a transport box can be pushed and which is attached to two revolving chains that can be driven by an electric motor with reduction; two guide tracks that are arranged vertically and merge into a curve at the top and serve as running rails for the rollers mounted on the lifting table and cause the lifting table to tip over by more than 100 "when it reaches the top position; allows a metal basket to slide; a holding device for the basket that enables it to be tilted; a roller table to the treatment apparatus, e.g.
B. to a Per chlorethylene degreasing system, leads; a hoist, preferably a slewing crane, with the help of which the basket can be placed on the roller table by the holding device.
A shelf is advantageously provided next to the roller table. This design is recommended if n the treatment apparatus is loaded through the same opening as the unloading; the treated goods can then be rolled in the treatment basket up to the shelf to make room for a second basket that has just been filled.
The drawing schematically illustrates a particularly expedient embodiment of the charging device according to the invention. Fig. 1 shows the device in side view and Fig. 2 in front view, looking in the direction of the operator, with slewing crane (which is omitted in Fig. 1 for the sake of clarity).
1 is the lifting table, the surface 2 of which is at the level of the workshop floor 3 in the starting position, 4 the side wall of the lifting table, 5 a discharge chute and 6 a holder that holds the transport box 7 and the roller pallet 8 when the loose metal parts are emptied into the funnel 9 holding back. By means of the chain 12, the electric motor 10 drives the intermediate shaft 11, which in turn drives a conveyor chain 13 at each of its two ends, which is guided over a deflection roller 14 and a sprocket 15. The chain wheel 15 is mounted on a pivot lever 16, which in turn is pivotably mounted on a bearing block 17; Each of the two conveyor chains 13 can be tensioned by means of the adjusting screw 18 and the sprocket 15.
The lifting table 1 runs on rollers 19 and 20 in BEZW. on two running rails 21, the upper part of which is bent over by approx. 1100 and causes the lifting table 1 and consequently the box 7 to tilt. 22 are connecting links between the lifting table 1 and the two conveyor chains 13, by means of which the lifting table 1 together with the transport box 7 and pallet 8 is raised and lowered again after the basket has been emptied; the direction of rotation of the motor 10 is of course reversed for the return to the starting position.
From the funnel 9, the metal parts fall into the metal, drum-shaped basket 23, the wall of which is perforated. The basket 23 is encompassed by a bracket 24 which is rotatably mounted in a bearing block 25 and can be held in its respective position by means of a shoe brake 26. The jaw brake 26 can be actuated via a linkage 27 by a foot pedal 28. The bracket 24 is pressed against the basket 23 by means of clamping elements. As soon as this is loaded, it is tilted by 90 "by the operator and placed on the roller conveyor 30 with the aid of the crane 29. The roller conveyor is mounted on a boom 31 which is firmly connected to the bearing block 25.
Plates 32 are welded to the boom 31 and connected to one another on the rear side with flat iron 33; These sheets form the shelf 34 onto which the basket removed from the treatment system 35 can be rolled up to make room for a second basket that has just been loaded and is to be pushed into the treatment system 35.
The basket with treated, e.g. B. degreased metal parts is set back into the bracket 24 with the aid of the rotary crane 29. After clamping the latter, the basket is tilted 90 "and emptied into a container below or onto another surface.
The basket 23 has, for example, a diameter of 450 mm and a height of 700 mm; the filling volume is about 1001. The lifting of the table 1 happens z. B. at a speed of 4 m / min.
As soon as the table reaches the curved transition of the running rail, the speed of movement of the lifting table can be reduced to 2 imin by switching the drive motor 10 until it has reached its end position. If the lifting table is not heavily loaded, the motor does not need to be switched and the travel speed of 4 imin can be maintained. The motor is controlled via limit switches that are actuated by a cam. This is driven by one of the two chains via a sprocket (reduced by a worm gear).
For safety reasons, two additional limit switches are also attached to a side part, which are switched directly by the parking table in the event that the two limit switches actuated by the cam for the starting and end positions fail. Furthermore, in the outlined embodiment, the motor can only be kept in operation in the forward and reverse direction by continuously pressing a switch button.
The funnel 9 is a sheet metal shell lined with rubber. A sufficiently high safety border is attached to the floor recess for the lifting table (storage table) to prevent accidents.
