Closable wall opening The invention relates to a closable wall opening such. B. a door, a window or the like, also on cupboards, containers, etc., with a pivotable wing to close the opening on a hinge axis, which axis is rotatably held with the latter or on the frame of the Wandöff voltage unrotatable. In particular in the case of a sash that cannot be locked in the closed position, it is often desirable that the same be in the fully closed position or z. B.
even after opening to a certain open position is held in the same by the same force that can be overcome when closing.
According to the present invention, this effect can be achieved with a constructive design of the hinge, the invention being characterized in that the axis has at least one detent point deviating from the cylinder shape on part of its circumference and an elastically resilient against the axis in a radial direction pressing locking member is arranged either non-rotatable in the frame or rotatable about the axis on the wing, which locking member seeks to keep the wing in a certain position relative to the plane of the frame when queuing at the locking point of the axis.
The subject of the invention will then be explained in more detail using two exemplary embodiments with reference to the drawing.
1 shows part of a door leaf mounted in the frame of a wall opening in elevation according to a first exemplary embodiment, with parts in section.
Figure 2 is a plan view of Figure 1, with parts in section.
FIG. 3 shows in elevation a hinge according to the second exemplary embodiment, and FIG. 4 is a top view of FIG. 3.
The door leaf 1 partially shown in Fig. 1 and 2 is pivotably arranged on a vertical, upper hinge axis 2 and a coaxially arranged lower axis pin 3.
The upper axis 2 extends down into a sleeve-like housing 4 fastened in the wing 1 and has two locking points deviating from the cylinder shape over its entire length on part of its circumference, which are formed by two axially parallel, wedge-shaped incisions 5 and 6 and are separated from one another by an axially parallel rib 7 and of which one is less deep than the other.
In the housing 4 is a radially resiliently pressing against the axis 2 locking member 8 is guided, which with a wedge-shaped end 9 under the pressure of coil springs 10, which are partially in a hole 11 on the opposite side 12 of the locking member and .der Inside a wall 13 of the housing 4 are supported abge, on the axis 2 is pending. The axis 2 extends upwards into a piercing opening 14 of a holder plate 15, which is shaped according to its cross section and which is located in the frame 16 of a
is attached by the wing 1 closable wall opening, and is held in it against rotation.
The lower journal 3 is inserted into a fit the bore of the frame 16 and is supported on the latter direct with a collar 17. The door leaf 1 with a bushing 18 is detachably placed on the axle 3 protruding beyond the collar 17,
a Seger ring 19 pushed onto the axis 2 between the holder plate 15 and the wing 1 secures the bushing 18, which is in frontal contact with the collar 17, against lifting off the axle journal 3. In the closed position, the wing 1 is in the plane of the frame 16 and the wall opening and is in contact with a stop, not shown, which prevents the wing from pivoting behind this closing plane.
The locking member 8 engages with the wedge-shaped end 9 in the incision 5, but only on the side surface of the rib 7, since the axis 2 is held by the holder plate 15 with the incision 5 in a position in which the bisector 20 of the one Section 5 does not coincide with the closing plane, but, as Fig. 2 shows, something lies behind it, which causes
that the leaf 1 is held in the closed position with a pressing force to be overcome when opening.
When opening the wing 1, the locking member 8 is displaced by the rib 7 against the action of the springs 10 and then jumps into the incision 6 of the axis 2, whereby the wing comes into a certain open position (dash-dotted lines in Fig. 2) and held therein becomes.
If only one detent position for the wing, e.g. B. that of the closed position is required, it is only sufficient to have one incision in the axis 2. The axis could instead be fixed in the frame in the wing and rotate with the same, while the locking member can be arranged in the frame, which by engaging in the Incision of the same axis and can hold the wing in a certain pivot position.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the hinge axis 21 is provided with two flat, angularly adjoining locking surfaces 22 and 23 instead of incisions, the distance from the center of the axis being smaller than the cylinder radius of the axis circumference. As a locking member in the housing 24 two arched leaf springs 25 are provided, one of which is with its ends on the housing and the other with the convex side on the hinge axis and gives approximately the same effect for the wing as in the first embodiment .
