Fig. 4 ist eine Draufsicht auf eine Lenkerfeder.
Shut-off device on a line of a freezer system, the invention relates to a shut-off device pneumatically operated by means of a control medium on a line of a freezer system under low operating temperature with a locking member and a locking member that is functionally connected to this, under the influence of the control medium, accommodated in a housing , Movable Be actuating organ for executing the closing and opening movement of the locking member.
The invention consists in that the actuating element is held in the housing without friction, with the interposition of at least one trailing arm spring.
The invention is then explained in several embodiments with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows one half of a first embodiment of a pneumatically operated shut-off device designed according to the invention in section, Fig. 2 shows the other half of a modified form of the shut-off device also in section.
Fig. 3 illustrates a detail of Figs. 1 and 2 in section.
Fig. 4 is a plan view of a trailing arm spring. FIG. 5 is a section through a further exemplary embodiment of the shut-off device, and FIG. 6 is a control diagram.
According to FIGS. 1 and 2, an operating gas, for. B. hydrogen, for example - 200 to -2200C and 2 ATA leading line 1 of a deep cooling system, a cylindrical housing 2 directly attached, which is closed with a cover 3. In the housing 2, a valve spindle 4 is placed under, which carries a valve plate 5, which forms the valve together with two valve seats 6, 7.
In the example shown, the valve is a three-way organ; If the valve disk 5 is in the lower position shown, the line 1 is open; if it is moved into the upper position so that it sits on the seat 7, the connection between that shown on the right in FIG Section of the Lei device 1 and a branch line 8 led away from it manufactured.
The spindle 4 carries a piston acting like a pressure, in the example shown bell-shaped part 9, on which at 11 a metal bellows 12 engages with one end, which is connected to the other end with the interposition of a ring 13 with the housing 2 is. In the example of FIG. 1, a sleeve-shaped part 14 is attached to the housing 2 fer ner, on which a helical compression spring 15 is supported. The other end of the spring 15 is supported on a plate-shaped element 16 held on the spindle 4 and strives to move the spindle 4 and the valve disk 5 into the upper position in which the valve disk 5 rests against the seat 7.
At a hülsenför shaped, protruding into the bell-shaped part 9 approach 17 of the housing 2 engages another Bal gene 18, which is connected on the other hand at 19 to the spindle 4. The parts 4, 9, 16 form the operatively connected to the valve disk 5, housed in the housing 2, movable actuating member, which, as will be explained in more detail below, is under the influence of a control medium and through which the closing and opening movements of the valve plate 5 are effected.
In the example according to FIG. 2, the arrangement and effect of the spring 15 is designed differently than in the example according to FIG. 1, in that instead of the sleeve-shaped part 14 according to FIG. 1, a ring 14 'is provided on which the spring 15 is supported at its upper end; the lower end of the spring 15 rests against the bell-shaped part 9 held on the spindle 4. Part 16 (FIG. 1) corresponds to a ring 16 'in FIG. 2. The spring 15 is here be striving to keep the spindle 4 and the valve disk 5 in the lower position shown.
The spindle 4 is held in the housing 2 without friction under the intermediate layer of a trailing arm 21, which is attached with its outer circumference at 22 to the housing 2 and which is shown in Fig. 3 and 4 in detail. It consists of a metallic plate with approximately helically arranged slots, and in the example shown it has a total of two slots 23, 24, each passing through from the outside to the inside. The spindle 4 is thus movable in the axial direction without friction, and it is one Deflection across to it impossible.
As a result, the sealing of the Ven tils 5, 6, 7, which normally causes difficulties at the low temperatures of, for example, about - 250 C, is particularly simple; in particular, any type of implementation of the movable actuating member 4, 9, 16 falls through walls using stuffing boxes or the like. There is no need to lubricate a bearing for the actuator 4, 9, 16; the holder of the actuator 4, 9, 16 does not require any maintenance.
There are only two control lines 25, 26, explained in more detail below, which are needed to move the actuator 4, 9, 16 for the valve disk 5 and which do not move relative to the other parts and therefore easily close to the housing 2 can be connected from the valve 5, 6, 7 away.
Two control lines 25, 26 are connected to the housing 2, namely the line 25 is in connection with the space outside of the bellows 12 and inside the bell-shaped part 9 as well as inside the bellows 18, designated as a whole by 27, while the line 26 with the above the part 16 or 16 'and within the part 14 and within the bellows 12 and outside half of the bell-shaped part 9, containing the spring 15, as a whole with 28 designated space in connection.
The spaces 27, 28 are alternately connectable to a pressure generator, not shown. It contains the same gas (e.g. hydrogen) as lines 1 and B. In the example according to FIG. 1, the parts are drawn in such a way that the higher pressure (e.g. about 7 ata) prevails in space 28, i.e. on the one hand the line 26 is connected to the pressure generator and on the other hand the space 27 with a gasometer of about 200 mm water column above atmospheric pressure.
If the pressure in the line 26 and in the space 28 is removed, the Fe of 15 leads the valve disc 5 to the upper position in which it rests against the seat 7. If necessary, the space 27 can be placed under higher pressure via the line 25, which supports the efforts of the spring 15 to guide the moving parts into the upper position in FIGS. 1 and 2. In the example of Figure 2, the gezeich designated position of the valve disk 5 is brought about by the action of the spring 15 and possibly by given over the line 26, prevailing overpressure in space 28, while in space 27 there is lower pressure.
If necessary, such a pressure can be maintained in space 27 that the valve disk 5 is neither in the position shown nor in the upper position, but in an intermediate position in which both sections of the line 1 are connected to the line 8. The valve then works as a control valve.
In a modified embodiment of the shut-off device, the line 8 is not IN ANY, the valve then serves as a shut-off and, if necessary, as a control valve for line 1. When using the valve as a control valve, for example, as before in the operation of the example according to FIG. 2 to proceed, so that a certain pressure must also be maintained in space 27 so that valve disk 5 is lifted from seat 7 only by a certain amount, as desired.
Depending on the pressures on both sides in the control chambers 27, 28, taking into account the action of the spring 15 on the parts 4, 5, the passage cross-section of the control valve is smaller or larger, or the valve is closed or finally in that position in which offers the largest passage cross-section.
The control gas fed to the spaces 27, 28 (Fig. 1, 2), like the operating gas in the lines 1, 8, has a temperature of, for example, about -200 to -220 C and, depending on the desired ratios, a pressure of 1 to 7 ata. These data relate to the case in which lines 1 and 8 as well as the pressure generator that can be connected to lines 25, 26 and the gasometer contain hydrogen as the operating or control gas.
In a further embodiment of the shut-off device (Fig. 5), the spindle 4 is longer and the housing 2 is higher. The spindle 4 then sets between the valve disk 5 facing control chamber 27 and the valve disk 5 itself a heat insulation chamber 30 in which a vacuum of, for example, 10-i to 1 mm H_g (pre-vacuum) is maintained on the right. In this example the spindle 4 is held in the housing 2 in at least two trailing arm springs 21 of the type described, which are arranged at a distance from one another. The operating gas passed through lines 1 and 8 can have a temperature of z.
B. - 250 C. This also makes it possible to keep the gaseous control medium at a slightly higher temperature than the operating gas in lines 1 and 8, so that the control gas is used as the same gas as the operating gas and the control gas is at the same temperature as the operating gas could condense because of the higher control pressure required, remains gaseous. A gas can also optionally be used as the control gas, which would condense at the temperature of the operating gas and the control pressure, but actually does not condense because of the thermal insulation space 30.
The operating medium of the freezer system is advantageously used as the control medium for the valve 5, 6, 7. Any leaks between the lines 1 and 8 and the control medium-filled control rooms 27 and 28 are then irrelevant.
The control lines 25, 26 are advantageously routed via a compressed air-actuated reversing valve 31 (FIG. 6) which is at a normal temperature of, for example, +20 C, via which they alternately via a line 33 to the gasometer (not shown) or via a line 34 the pressure generator, not shown, can be connected. Since the reversing valve 31 is advantageously operated by means of compressed air of, for example, 1 atm via a line 36 and a three-way element 37. In this way, the operating and control gas is kept completely remote from the switchboard of the entire freezer system.
Damage that could be caused by electrical sparks igniting during the switching process is avoided.
In all of the described exemplary embodiments, the movable actuating element under the influence of the control gas is used to execute the closing and opening movements of the valve disk 5, in the examples shown, parts 4, 9, 12, 16 or 16 'and 18 in the immediacy bar attached to the valve 5, 6, 7 housing 2 un housed, and these parts are together with the valve substantially below the low operating temperature.
The essential parts of the shut-off device remain the same in the various configurations, so that, for example, from the design according to FIG. 1, the one according to FIG. arises.
Further design variants arise when z. B. the valve disk 5 and the parts 9, 16 consist of one piece and a valve spindle in the actual sense is dispensed with and when the steering spring 21 engages the parts 9, 16.
