  Dose.



   Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Dose mit luftdichtem Abschluss bestehend aus min  destens    einer zerreissbaren Folie und einem Blechring, der zusammen mit dem Rand der Folie in dem Rand der Dosenseitenwand eingefalzt ist. Bei den bekannten Dosen weist die Seitenwand der Dose unter Verkleinerung der    Dosenoff nun g eine Absetzung auf zur Auf-      nahme    eines aufgestülpten Deckels, und der untere Rand des   Blechringes    ist nach unten bzw. nach aussen gerichtet, was ein   Zerrei#en    der Folie durch die mit der Folie in   Berüh-    rung kommende scharfe Blechkante bewirken kann.



   Bei den bekannten Dosen ist zudem der Querschnitt der Dosenoffnung bedeutend kleiner als der Querschnitt der Dose selbst, da die Absetzung der Seitenwand einerseits oder dann die bisher übliche Form des   Versehluss-    ringes anderseits die Dosenöffnung stark ver  kleinert.   



   Um diese Nachteile zu vermeiden, besteht   erfindungsgemass    die Dosenseitenwand aus einem   Alantel.    mit oben nach   au#en und    unten   umgefalztem Rand, und der    untere Rand des eingefalzten Blechringes ist nach innen und oben um gebördelt.



   In den Fig.   1    bis 4 der   beigelegten    Zeichnung sind vier   Ausführungsbeispiete    des Er  findungsgegenstandes dargestellt.   



   Die Dose   1    weist gemäss Fig. 1 oben einen luftdichten Abschluss auf, bestehend aus einer   leicht zerreissbaren Folie 2, z.    B. einer Zinnoder   Pergamentpapierfolie,    und einem Bleehring 3, der zusammen mit dem Rand der Folie in den Rand der Dosenseitenwand eingefalzt ist ; diese Dosenseitenwand besteht aus einem glatten Mantel, z. B. aus Karton, Blech oder Kunststoff, dessen Rand oben einmal um 180  naeh aussen und unten umgefalzt ist. Der Durchmesser der   Dosenöffnung    ist   infolge-    dessen nur wenig kleiner als derjenige der Dose selbst. Ausserdem hat dies den Vorteil,   da# für    die Dose eine genau gleiehe Dosenseitenwand verwendet werden kann wie für eine übliche Dose mit festem Blechdeckel.



  Natürlich konnten zwei oder mehr Folien 2 angeordnet sein. Der untere Rand 4 des   Blech-    ringes 3, der nach unten und innen koniseh ist, ist naeh innen und oben umgebordelt, derart, dass eine Rundung gebildet wird, an weleher die Folie 2 anliegt, ohne mit einer scharfen Kante des   Bleehringes    3 in Berührung zu kommen, so dass die Folie 2 durch eine solche Kante nicht zerrissen werden kann.



   Die Dose ist nach dem Offnen durch einen entspreehend dem Blechring 3 konisehen Steekdeckel 5   versehliessbar,    dessen Absehlusswand unmittelbar oberhalb des umgebördelten Randes 4 des Blechringes 3 liegt. Der Deekel 5 wird durch Reibung am Blechring 3 festgehalten. Der Deekel 5 ist vorzugsweise aus Aluminium hergestellt und kann blank, lackiert oder oxydiert sein. Er könnte auch aus   Wei#-    bleeh bestehen, liesse sich dann aber nicht olme   besonderesWerkzeug    entfernen, da die Dose keine geeignete Stützfläehe bietet, an der ein   hebelartiges Gerät,    z. B. ein Messer, ein   Löffelstiel oder ein Schraubenzieher, ange-    setzt werden konnte, um durch Hebelwirkung auf den Deckel genügende naeh   oben gerich-    tete Kräfte auszuüben.

   Dagegen hat sich gezeigt, dass durch die Verwendung von Aluminium an Stelle des übliehen   Weissbleches    eine genügende Haftung für das Auffangen eines temporären Überdruckes im Innern der Dose erhalten wird und dass man den Deckel trotzdem von Hand   ut    abheben kann.



   In Fig. 2 ist eine Dose   1    gezeigt, welche sich besonders für grossen Überdruck in der Dose eignet. Am Blechring 3 ist eine einen Gewindegang bildende Einbuchtung 6 vorgesehen, welche mit einer am Umfang des Dekkels 5 angebrachten, einen Gewindegang bildenden Ausbuchtung 7 zusammenwirkt, so dass der Deckel 5 in den Ring 3 eingeschraubt werden kann. Zwischen Ring 3 und Deckel 5 könnte an Stelle des Gewindeverschlusses ein   Bajonettverschluss    vorgesehen sein.



   Die Abschlusswand 8 des Deckels 5 kann eben sein oder, wie in Fig. 2 strichpunktiert gezeigt, eine Bombierung 9 aufweisen, welche die Folie 2 berühren konnte.



   In Fig. 3 ist eine Dose gezeigt, bei weleher der Blechring 3 wie bei der Dose gemäss Fig.   1    geformt ist, der Deckel 5 aber   koniseh    naeh oben und innen verläuft, wobei sein grösster Durchmesser dem Blechring 3 so angepasst ist,   da#    der Deckel 5, eingesetzt, im Ring 3   fest-    sitzt. Für die Herstellung dieses Deckels kann Weissblech verwendet werden ; er kann-mittels eines hebelartig ansetzbaren Gerätes entfernt werden.



   Fig.   4    zeigt eine Dose mit Abreissdeckel, welche für Zeiten von Materialmangel besonders geeignet ist. Der Ring   3    ist ähnlieh ausgebildet wie beim   Ausiuhrungsbeispiel gemäss    Fig.   l.    Der Deckel besteht aus einem   tarton-    blatt 10, das mit einem umgebogenen Rand zwischen dem umgebördelten Innern Rand 4 und der Seitenwand des Ringes 3 eingeklemmt ist und von diesem festgehalten wird. Um den Deekel 10 bequem abreissen zu können, ist eine Reisssehnur 11 an diesem vorgesehen. Statt dessen konnte auch ein im Karton   eingekerbter      Reisslappenvorgesehensein.  



  



  Can.

   In the known cans, the cross-section of the can opening is also significantly smaller than the cross-section of the can itself, since the deposition of the side wall on the one hand or the previously customary shape of the sealing ring on the other hand greatly reduces the can opening.



   In order to avoid these disadvantages, according to the invention the can side wall consists of an aluminum jacket. with the edge folded over outwards and downwards, and the lower edge of the folded sheet metal ring is beaded inwards and upwards.



   In Figs. 1 to 4 of the accompanying drawings four Ausführungsbeispiete of the subject invention He are shown.



   According to FIG. 1, the can 1 has an airtight seal at the top, consisting of an easily tearable film 2, e.g. B. a tin or parchment paper film, and a Bleehring 3, which is folded together with the edge of the film in the edge of the can side wall; this can side wall consists of a smooth jacket, e.g. B. made of cardboard, sheet metal or plastic, the edge of which is folded once outside and below by 180 near the top. As a result, the diameter of the can opening is only slightly smaller than that of the can itself. This also has the advantage that exactly the same can side wall can be used for the can as for a conventional can with a fixed metal lid.



  Of course, two or more foils 2 could be arranged. The lower edge 4 of the sheet metal ring 3, which is conical downward and inward, is flanged near the inside and the top in such a way that a rounding is formed on which the sheet 2 rests without touching a sharp edge of the sheet metal ring 3 to come, so that the film 2 cannot be torn by such an edge.



   After opening, the can can be sealed by a plug-in lid 5 corresponding to the sheet metal ring 3, the closure wall of which lies directly above the beaded edge 4 of the sheet metal ring 3. The cover 5 is held on the sheet metal ring 3 by friction. The cover 5 is preferably made of aluminum and can be bare, painted or oxidized. It could also consist of white bleeh, but then it would not be possible to remove a special tool, as the box does not offer a suitable support surface on which a lever-like device, e.g. B. a knife, a spoon handle or a screwdriver could be used in order to exert sufficient forces close to the top by levering the lid.

   On the other hand, it has been shown that the use of aluminum instead of the usual tin plate provides sufficient adhesion for absorbing a temporary overpressure inside the can and that the lid can still be lifted off by hand.



   In Fig. 2, a can 1 is shown which is particularly suitable for large overpressure in the can. An indentation 6 forming a thread is provided on the sheet metal ring 3 and interacts with a bulge 7 attached to the circumference of the cover 5 and forming a thread, so that the cover 5 can be screwed into the ring 3. A bayonet lock could be provided between ring 3 and cover 5 instead of the threaded lock.



   The end wall 8 of the cover 5 can be flat or, as shown in dash-dotted lines in FIG. 2, have a crown 9 which the film 2 could touch.



   In Fig. 3 a box is shown in which the sheet metal ring 3 is shaped like the box according to FIG. 1, but the lid 5 is conical near the top and inside, its largest diameter being adapted to the sheet metal ring 3 so that the Cover 5, inserted, is firmly seated in ring 3. Tinplate can be used to make this lid; it can be removed using a lever-like device.



   Fig. 4 shows a can with a tear-off lid, which is particularly suitable for times of lack of material. The ring 3 is designed similarly as in the Ausiuhrungsbeispiel shown in FIG. The cover consists of a cardboard sheet 10, which is clamped with a bent edge between the beaded inner edge 4 and the side wall of the ring 3 and is held by the latter. In order to be able to easily tear off the cover 10, a tear cord 11 is provided on it. Instead, a tear flap notched in the box could also be provided.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Can with airtight seal consisting of at least one tearable film and a sheet metal ring, which is folded into the edge of the can side wall together with the edge of the film, characterized in that the can side wall consists of a jacket with a folded edge at the top and the outside and that the the lower edge of the folded sheet metal ring is flanged inwards and upwards.

SUBCLAIMS: 1. Can according to claim, characterized by a plug-in deck made of aluminum.

2. Can according to patent claim, characterized by an upwardly conically tapered steek lid.

3. Can according to patent claim, characterized by a tear-off lid which is held on by the flanged lower edge of the sheet metal ring.
