Ventil-Wasserhahn.
Valve faucet. The valve faucets of any kind cause more or less noise while the water is flowing, especially when opening and closing. This noise is very unpleasant because it propagates very well through the water pipes. In order to control this drawback and to achieve a certain silence, silencers are used. These are devices that are built into the water tap and their effect on a throttling of the water, d. b. based on a reduction in water pressure and the amount of water.
The present invention seeks to achieve silence by eliminating the causes of the noise, i. H. water impacts and eddy formations, among other things, are largely eliminated. .
The subject of the present invention is a valve faucet, in which a sealing piston and below this a throttle piston are axially displaceable, but non-rotatable, the latter is guided in a bore of an exchangeable valve seat and a flow channel with a clear width of at least half of the valve spindle Diameter of the sealing piston, which channel in constant curvature from the) inlet opening located in the bottom of the throttle piston into an outlet opening laterally of the throttle piston, the mouth of the outlet channel of the faucet opposite to the valve bore, wherein the.
The upper edge of the outlet opening of this flow channel is at a distance from the sealing piston, so that when the valve faucet is closed, the flow channel of the throttle piston is closed by penetrating the bore of the valve seat before the sealing piston reaches the valve seat.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. It shows: FIG. 1 a partial longitudinal section through a valve water tap in the open position, FIG. 2 a section along line 1-1 in FIG. 3 and FIG. 3 a front view of an embodiment variant of a throttle piston of the valve water path.
With 1 the Hahrrkörper, with 2 the inlet and with 3 the outlet channel be distinguished. The inlet channel 2 and the outlet channel 3 are connected by a valve bore 4, in the lower part of which a valve seat 5 is inserted interchangeably. This valve seat 5 has a throughflow hole 6.
Above the valve seat 5, a sealing piston 7 is guided in the valve bore 4, which is firmly connected to a throttle piston 8 protruding into the flow bore 6 of the valve seat 5 with a threaded pin 9 and with the axially displaceable and non-rotatable valve spindle 10 and when the valve spindle is closed Halrn seals the valve seat. The sealing piston 7 is to be measured so that it lies flush with the upper edge of the outlet channel 3 when the tap is fully open.
The throttle piston 8 be seated a flow channel 11, which in constant curvature from the inlet opening located in its bottom into a laterally opening, the mouth of the outlet channel 3 in the valve bore 4 opposite outlet opening and a clear width of more than half the diameter of the sealing piston. The radius of curvature of the longitudinal axis of the flow channel 11 of the throttle piston is smaller than the radius of curvature of the longitudinal axis of the part of the outlet channel 3 adjoining the bore 4.
The outlet opening of the flow channel 11 is slightly smaller in cross-section than the opposite opening of the outlet channel 3 into the valve bore 4. This opening has an elliptical shape so that the water jet flowing through is absorbed as closed as possible despite any expansion.
The upper edge of the outlet opening of the flow channel in the throttle piston 8 is at a distance below the sealing piston 7, so that this outlet opening is closed when the valve is closed by the valve seat 5 before the sealing piston comes to rest on the valve seat 7. This means that when the tap is closed, the fine water jet still flowing at the last moment is not cut off directly from the seal, but is deflected upwards and then completely throttled.
The continuity of the throttle development can be increased if, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, 8 slots 12 are provided in the upper boundary of the flow channel 11 of the throttle piston.
Through this design of the flow channel 11 in the throttle piston 8, it is possible, please include to feed the water in every position of the throttle piston 8 to the outflow channel 3 with little eddy formation. The water does not hit any surfaces that are perpendicular to the water flow, so that there is no cause for noise in this regard.
Any replacement of the valve seat is possible as before. The renewal of the seal is also done in a similar way to the previous valve tap.
The valve faucet described can be designed as an outlet tap, Durehlaufhahn and regulating cock for all technical and sanitary installations in such a way that it does not take up more space than the previously known straw constructions.
