Description
Stand, as used in pairs for tensioning the rope on handball and fistball playgrounds. Hammering the rope stands for handball and fistball playgrounds into the ground has been more or less tedious and often dangerous, and removing them from the ground was in many cases: relatively laborious.
The present subject matter of the invention remedies these inconveniences, insofar as the stand carries on its foot part a weight that can be displaced between two attacks on the same, in such a way that by hitting this weight on the lower stop, the stand is struck into the ground and by letting it hit the upper one impact can be excavated from the ground.
The accompanying drawing illustrates an example of the subject matter of the invention.
With 1, 2 of the foot part of the stand is characterized be, where 2 is the pointed end to be hammered into the ground. This carries the flange 3 projecting radially to one side, on which a further flange 4 is releasably attached, into which the tube 1 is screwed. A nut 5 is screwed onto the upper end of this tube 1. Between tween the parts 4 and 5, the weight 6 is slidable on the tube 1, which merges into a protruding over the nut 5 pipe 7, in the slightly tapered upper part of a wooden rod not shown ge is stuck to the known in itself Way the rope is attached.
It can be seen that by letting the weight 6 rest on the flange 4, the stand can be knocked relatively effortlessly and comfortably into the ground, while by moving and striking the weight 6 against the nut 5, the stand can be opened again in a relatively simple manner the ground can be excavated.
The two uprights on both sides of the playing field are set up in such a way that the lateral projections of the flanges 3 are directed inwards, i.e. against one another. In this way, a certain degree of security is achieved against the upright tilting inwards due to the rope tension.
In a somewhat simpler embodiment, the pipe 7 is omitted and the said wooden rod is inserted directly into the pipe 1. This version has the disadvantage that you can easily injure yourself, especially when the weight 6 beats against the nut 5 with your hand, namely when your hand slips.
