Einrichtung zur Verstellung der Kolbenkappe an Schiesswaffen. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung zur Verstellung der Kolbenlappe an Schiesswaffen. Gemäss der Erfindung sind zwecks Verlängerung oder Verkürzung der Waffe Mittelvorgesehen, um die Kolbenkappe in der Längsrichtung der Waffe relativ zum Kolben zu verstellen.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und es zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Aufriss der Einrichtung in teilweisem Schnitt längs der Mittelebene der Waffe, Fig. 2 einen horizontalen Schnitt durch die Einrichtung auf der Höhe der Axe II-II des Kolbens, Fig. 3 ist eine Rückansicht des Kolbens mit weggelassener Kolbenkappe; Fig. 4 ist ein Vertikalschnitt längs Linie IV-IV der Fig. 1.
Die Kolbenkappe 1 ist auf einem Führungs stab 2 rechtwinklig zur Axe II-II des Uolbens gleitbar angeordnet und kann ver mittelst einer Kopfschraube 3, welche in die Gewindelöcher 4 hineinpasst, in diesen Ge windelöchern entsprechenden Stellungen mit dem Führungsstab 2 fest verbunden werden. Der Führungsstab 2 ist durch zwei Schrauben ü auf dem Fuss 6 befestigt, welcher in zur Axe II-II des Kolbens parallelen Führungs wandungen 7 eines Schuhes 8 verschiebbar gelagert ist. Der Schuh 8 ist durch zwei kräftige Holzschrauben 9 am Kolbenschaft 10 befestigt.
Mitten im Fuss 6 ist der Führungs bolzen 11 eingetrieben, welcher Schraubenge winde 11a trägt und in einer mit der Axe II-II zusammenfallenden Längsbohrung des Kolbens verschiebbar ist. Auf dem Gewinde 11a sitzt eine scheibenförmige Schrauben mutter 12, die am Rande mit einer Fisch haut versehen ist und deren Durchmesser so gewählt ist, dass sie um ein geringes seitlich aus dem Kolben hervorragt.
Zur Festhaltung der Schraubenmutter 12 in der Längsrichtung des Kolbens, sowie auch zur Führung des Schraubengewindes 11a ist im Innern des Kolbenschaftes 10 konzentrisch mit dessen Axe II-II und bündig mit dessen rückwär tiger Stirnfläche ein Führungsjoch 13 ange ordnet und durch zwei. durch den Schuh 8 durchgehende Schrauben 14 an letzterem befestigt.
Eine Arretierschraube 15, die in den Schuh g eingewindet ist und gegen eine Fläche Ilb des Führungsbolzens 11 ange- presst werden kann, dient zur Sicherung der Kolbenkappe in der eingestellten Lage.
Die Längsverstellung der Kolbenkappe wird nun in der Weise vorgenommen, dass zunächst die Arretierschraube 15 gelöst wird, bis sie den Führungsbolzen 11 resp. dessen Fläche 11b freigibt. Hierauf wird die Schrauben mutter 12 an dem seitlich aus dem Kolben hervorragenden Fischbautrand in dem einen oder andern Sinne gedreht, je nachdem Ver längerung oder Verkürzung der Waffe ge wünscht wird. Dabei verschiebt sich der Führungsbolzen 11 in der zentralen Bohrung des Führungsjoches 13 und bewegt den Fuss 6 im Schuh 8 in entsprechender Weise.
Ist die Längsverstellung beendet, so wird die Kolben kappe 1 durch Anziehen der Arretierschraube 15 wiederum gesichert, um die Wirkung eines allfälligen Spiels des Fusses 6 im Schuh 8 auf die ruhige Haltung der Waffe auszuschalten.
Wenn eine Hochstellung oder eine Tief stellung der Kolbenkappe vorgenommen wer den soll, so wird die Kopfschraube 3 gelöst, bis dass sie aus dem betreffenden Gewinde loch 4 heraustritt, sodann wird die Kolben kappe 1 in der gewünschten Richtung längs des Führungskerns 2 bewegt, bis die Kopf schraube 3 dem nun gewählten Gewindeloch 4 gegenübersteht. Nachher wird die Kopf schraube 3 von neuem angezogen bis die Kolbenkappe 1 wiederum festsitzt.
Um die Kolbenkappe in der Längsrichtung der Waffe zu verstellen, braucht der Schuh nicht auf eine Fläche des Kolbens aufgesetzt zu sein, die, wie in obigem Ausführungsbei spiel, senkrecht zur Kolbenaxe angeordnet ist, sondern diese Fläche könnte auch unter einem Winkel bis zu etwa 30 zur senk rechten Fläche vorgesehen sein.
