Abstract

Provided are a data exchange processing method, apparatus, and system; the data exchange processing method comprises a first party receiving a request used for obtaining at least one first data certficate of said first party (201); responding to said request, and adding to said first data certificate the identification information of the second party (202); sending the first data certificate corresponding to said request (203). By means of the described scheme, transaction means are enriched and data is transmitted in the form of an electronic certificate; also, the security of network data exchange is improved, increasing the utilization of funding.

Claims:
1. A data exchange processing system in an online funds-raising project, comprising:
a second terminal configured to deliver a request for obtaining a plurality of first data certificates to a first terminal for contributing an amount of funds on the online funds-raising project within a preset time limit, wherein the plurality of the first data certificates are generated and published by a third terminal to prove payment obligation for an electronic certificate after completing a data foundation interaction, and a sum of amount of funds of the plurality of the first data certificates is equal to a total funding amount for the online funds-raising project; and the first terminal configured to:
replace identity information of the first terminal with identity information of the second terminal into the first data certificate when responding the request, to record data information during a data flow for improving security of data exchange network;
and deliver an updated first data certificate with the identity information of the second terminal, corresponding to the request, to enable the second terminal to deliver a pre-set amount of funds to a designated account of the third terminal wherein the preset amount of funds is a part of the total funding amount for the online funds-raising project.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the data exchange processing system further includes the third terminal.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the third terminal is configured to generate and publish a plurality of first data certificates, according to an amount of funds for the online funds-raising project.
4. The system of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first terminal is further configured to obtain the plurality of first data certificates and add identity information of a first terminal into each first data certificate.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein the data exchange processing system further includes a first server corresponding to the first terminal.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the first server corresponding to the first terminal is configured to send a third data certificate to a third server corresponding to the third teiminal.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the third data certificate is an electronic certificate generated by the first server when the first server corresponding to the first terminal has frozen an amount of funds in a designated account of the first terminal.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the amount of funds in the designated account of the first terminal is equal to an amount of funds recorded in the third data certificate.
9. The system of any one of claims 2 to 8, wherein the third terminal is further configured to add the identity information of the first terminal into the first data certificate corresponding to the third data certificate, when the third terminal receives the third data certificate.
10. The system of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the data exchange processing system further includes a second server corresponding to the second terminal.
11. The system of claim 10, wherein the second server corresponding to the second terminal is further configured to send a second data certificate to the first server corresponding to the first terminal.
12. The system of claim 11, wherein the second data certificate is an electronic certificate generated by the second server when the second server corresponding to the second terminal has frozen an amount of funds in a designated account of the second terminal.
13. The system of claim 12, wherein the amount of funds in the designated account of the second terminal is equal to an amount of funds recorded in the second data certificate.
14. The system of any one of claims 10 to 13, wherein the first terminal is further configured to add the identity information of the second terminal into the first data certificate corresponding to the second data certificate, when the first terminal receiving the second data certificate.

where if the third terminal obtains a sum of subscription amount of funds recorded into the plurality of first data certificates is greater than or equal to the amount of funds for the funds-raising project when a preset time limit reached, the first server corresponding to the first terminal is further configured to unfreeze and transfer the amount of funds corresponding to the third data certificate in a designated account of the first terminal to a designated account of the third terminal; and the second server corresponding to the second terminal is further configured to unfreeze and transfer the amount of funds corresponding to the second data certificate in a designated account of the second teiminal to the designated account of the first terminal.
16. The system of any one of claims 2 to 14, wherein the data exchange processing method further includes:
where if the third terminal obtains a sum of subscription amount of funds recorded into the first data certificate is less than the amount of funds for the funds-raising project when the preset time limit reached, the first server corresponding to the first terminal is further configured to unfreeze the amount of funds corresponding to the third data certificate in a designated account of the first terminal; and the second server corresponding to the second terminal is further configured to unfreeze the amount of funds corresponding to the second data certificate in a designated account of the second terminal.
17. The system of any one of claims 2 to 14, wherein the data exchange processing method further includes:

18. The system of any one of claims 1 to 17, wherein the first data certificate is configured to be the electronic certificate having an identification code and an interactive interface, and recorded data information.
19. The system of claim 18, wherein the interactive interface includes an interface for editing holder information.
20. The system of any one of claims 1 to 19, wherein the first data certificate includes an amount of funds for the online funds-raising project.
21. The system of any one of claims 1 to 20, wherein the first data certificate includes a subscription share for the online funds-raising project.

24. A data exchange processing method in an online funds-raising project, applied in a first terminal, wherein the data exchange processing method includes:
receiving a request for obtaining a plurality of first data certificates for contributing an amount of funds on the online funds-raising project, wherein the plurality of the first data certificates are generated and published by a third terminal to prove payment obligation for an electronic certificate after completing a data foundation interaction, and a sum of amount of funds of the plurality of the first data certificates is equal to a total funding amount for the online funds-raising project;

25. The method of claim 24, wherein the data exchange processing method further includes replacing the identity information of the first terminal recorded in the first data certificate with the identity information of the second terminal.
26. The method of claim 24, wherein the data exchange processing method further includes adding a record that the first terminal forwards the first data certificate to the second terminal into the first data certificate.
27. The method of claim 24, wherein the data exchange processing method further includes:
obtaining a plurality of the first data certificates when a third terminal generates and publishes the plurality of first data certificates according to an amount of funds for the online funds-raising project; and adding the identity information of the first terminal into each first data certificate.
28. The method of claim 27, wherein the data exchange processing method further includes sending a third data certificate, by a first server corresponding to the first terminal, to a third server corresponding to the third terminal.
29. The method of claim 28, wherein the third data certificate is an electronic certificate generated by the first server when the first server corresponding to the first terminal has frozen an amount of funds in a designated account of the first terminal.

33. The method of claim 32, wherein the second data certificate is an electronic certificate generated by the second server when the second server corresponding to the second terminal has frozen an amount of funds in a designated account of the second terminal.
34. The method of claim 33, wherein the amount of funds in the designated account of the second terminal is equal to an amount of funds recorded in the second data certificate.

The method of any one of claims 32 to 34, wherein the data exchange processing method further includes adding the identity information of the second terminal, by the first terminal, into the first data certificate corresponding to the second data certificate , when the first terminal receiving the second data certificate.
36. The method of any one of claims 32 to 35, wherein the data exchange processing method further includes:
where if the third terminal obtains a sum of subscription amount of funds recorded into the plurality of first data certificates is greater than or equal to the amount of funds for the funds-raising project when a preset time limit reached, unfreezing and transfening the amount of funds corresponding to the third data certificate in the designated account of the first terminal to a designated account of the third terminal, by the first server corresponding to the first terminal;

and unfieezing the amount of funds corresponding to the second data certificate in the designated account of the Second terminal, by the second server corresponding to the second terminal.

The method of any one of claims 32 to 35, wherein the data exchange processing method further includes, where if the third terminal obtains a sum of subscription amount of funds recorded into the first data certificate is less than the amount of funds for the funds-raising project when a preset time limit reached, adding a preset amount of income according to a subscription share to a corresponding account, by the third terminal, according to the identity information recorded in the first data certificate.
39. The method of any one of claims 24 to 38, wherein the first data certificate is configured to be the electronic certificate having an identification code and an interactive interface, and recorded data information.

generating and publishing a plurality of first data certificates, by the third terminal, according to an amount of funds for the online funds-raising project;
obtaining the plurality of first data certificates by the first terminal; and adding identity information of a first terminal into each first data certificate.

The method of any one of claims 59 to 62 wherein the data exchange processing method further includes, where if the third terminal obtains a sum of subscription amount of funds recorded into the first data certificate is less than the amount of funds for the funds-raising project when the preset time limit reached, the third terminal adds a preset amount of income according to a subscription share to a corresponding account, according to the identity information recorded in the first data certificate.
66. The method of any one of claims 53 to 65, wherein the first data certificate is configured to be the electronic certificate having an identification code and an interactive interface, and recorded data information.
67. The method of claim 66, wherein the interactive interface includes an interface for editing holder information.
68. The method of any one of claims 53 to 67, wherein the first data certificate includes an amount of funds for the online funds-raising project.
69. The method of any one of claims 53 to 68, wherein the first data certificate includes a subscription share for the online funds-raising project.
70. The method of any one of claims 53 to 69, wherein the first data certificate includes a total funding amount for the online funds-raising project.
71. The method of any one of claims 53 to 70, wherein the first data certificate includes a preset time limit for the online funds-raising project.
72. A computer terminal in an online funds-raising project, the computer terminal comprising:

Date Recue/Date Received 2023-06-19 a receiving module configured to receive a request for obtaining a plurality of first data certificates for contributing an amount of funds on the online funds-raising project, wherein the plurality of the first data certificates are generated and published by a third terminal to prove payment obligation for an electronic certificate after completing a data foundation interaction, and a sum of amount of funds of the plurality of the first data certificates is equal to a total funding amount for the online funds-raising project;
a response module configured to replace identity information of the first terminal with identity information of a second terminal into the first data certificate when responding the request, to record data information during a data flow for improving security of data exchange network; and a delivering module configured to deliver an updated first data certificate with the identity information of the second terminal corresponding to the request, to enable the second terminal to deliver a pre-set amount of funds to a designated account of the third terminal for the online funds-raising project.
73. The computer terminal of claim 72, wherein the first data certificate is configured to be the electronic certificate having an identification code and an interactive interface, and recorded data information.
74. The computer terminal of claim 73, wherein the interactive interface includes an interface for editing holder information.
75. The computer terminal of any one of claims 72 to 74, wherein the first data certificate includes an amount of funds for the online funds-raising project.
76. The computer terminal of any one of claims 72 to 75, wherein the first data certificate includes a subscription share for the online funds-raising project.
77. The computer terminal of any one of claims 72 to 76, wherein the first data certificate includes a total funding amount for the online funds-raising project.
78. The computer terminal of any one of claims 72 to 77, wherein the first data certificate includes a preset time limit for the online funds-raising project.
